REVIEWS OF Living Treasures Animal Park IN Pennsylvania

My Girlfriend (who adores animals) and I visited while staying at nearby Seven Springs. We were very pleasantly surprised! I was skeptical about a random roadside zoo, but it turned out to be a great decision. Pros: The zoo and welcome center were very clean and nice. There were a surprisingly varied range of species. From bears, to lions, to monkeys, to goats, it was a tour of the animal kingdom. All the animals were very friendly. Most of them came running up to you. I fed many of them carrots (which are sold in the welcome center, and I recommend over the food pellets). None of them ever came remotely close to biting me, so I would safely say that kids could feed them as well. The animals and enclosures seemed generally well taken care of. There were a number of very informative plaques around with information about the animals. There were many random birds just walking around. Including peacocks, chickens, and ducks. This made the zoo feel even more alive. Definitely affordable. Cons: I never ran into an employee while out on the zoo grounds. This could have been because they were not busy, in fact we were the only people there. If we would have had a question or an emergency though, we would have had to run back to the welcome center. Not a huge deal though. Some of the animal enclosures seemed a bit on the small side. This was particularly noticeable for the lions, tigers, and bears. I’m sure they are well beyond the legal requirements, but it would have been nice to see a larger space for them to roam. Conclusion: A great place to go for animal lovers and kids alike. Girlfriend was beyond happy! Great for the price! Would recommend!

Living treasures is an awesome, clean locally owned zoo. Unlike at the bigger zoos, kids can get close enough to see and feed the animals and have a great time with it. My 2.5 year old had a blast. Strongly recommended.

We visited with a preschool group not knowing anything about this place beforehand. I would not recommend visiting this place. The animal enclosures for the bigger animals are way too small. I saw another review with the same complaint and the response was that the enclosures are bigger than what's legally required. The law needs to change because there's a difference between doing what's required by law and doing right by the animals that are captured and displayed for profit. The lions and tigers are fat with no other view of the world besides the windows for human viewing. The wolves pace back and forth easily reaching wall to wall in seconds. The bears practically live right at the feeding tube just waiting for the next human to drop a carrot or whatever that manufactured kibble is that's provided. The feeding tubes to all the animals have signs posted on what to drop in but there was zero monitoring of what was actually being dropped into the tubes. I saw multiple people dropping items in that they shouldn't have. I also can't imagine a constant flow of food can be a good thing. I'm not a bleeding heart animal lover but I didn't feel right the entire time I was there

Took a motorcycle trip there with my boyfriend on a hot summer day. At first I thought it was a little campy, but we had such a great time! it was so much fun. Make sure that you get a little bit of food to feed all the animals!

Andy N

Great place to take kids! The enclosures are rather small for the animals though...

Bethany Jones

We very much enjoy going to Living Treasures. They have expanded their exhibits and continue to make improvements my kids are 7 and 2 and love going!!

Craig Thomas

Prices were reasonable for a zoo of this size. My son loved how interactive the zoo was. It is basically a cross between a petting zoo and a regular zoo. Everything was neat and clean and the animals seemed to be well cared for. I would definitely recommend Living Treasures for a fun day trip and will go again.

Our kids really liked coming here.

It was a great way to spend an afternoon with our 15 month old! He loved seeing the animals and learning about them! It was so walkable amd so great for the stroller!

David Schwab

Great for small children! Kids under 3 get in free! Buy both carrots and the bag of feed for the animals when you pay to get in for the most fun. We went around the loop to the left when entering the zoo.. they have very small monkeys near the entrance this way behind glass that have small babies cutest animals in the park, the first group of camels are nice they take the carrots from your hands with their lips, the emus peck the round feed straight from your palm, all the animals are very good about eating food carefully from your hand, pony ride for kids, wolves lions tigers , and a small pavilion we took a break in over a pond the kids loved the bridge to the pavilion. We had lots of fun

Mike Bass

Great place! Well maintained. Happy animals. Fun for the family. Nice, Log Cabin Motel.

Chris Varallo

Amazing place to go, the animals are beautiful. Definitely a must see

Jedediah Seltzer

I always enjoy going to this animal park. It is a cross between a petting zoo and a regular zoo. I enjoy you can feed the goats and camels as well.

Alicia Moon

Nice and small zoo. Much more laid back than the Pittsburgh zoo.

T M

Great place to get up close and personal to some exotic animals!

Doug Riegner

Affordable, safe, super great to see so MANY wild animals in clean exhibits, can feed several of them, get pretty close to their enclosures. Wolves and 2 Russian bears, alligators, lions, goats goats goats, ponies, exotic birds, several varieties of monkeys and primates, fish if you're into those bright fat ones, HUGE gift center. Learned you can rent a variety of lodging here. rooms, or cabins, also a large banquet type space! Bring a date or the family and GET HERE to check out a $15 zoo!

Dean Stevens

Great experience, the kids loved it!

Chyanne Daugherty

Great prices, great animals, good staff

John Custer

Good time I'll take my grand kids again

Isaac Strausser

Well maintained and the kids loved it

Sharon Barricella

My husband messaged them and got no response. So that made me upset. Otherwise I'd given a better score.

Michelle Gallant

We love it here! The hands on experience is amazing for the kids!

Brian Andreychek

This place is very cute. Your experience really depends on what you're going to get out of the park. If you're looking for large, exotic animals, your going to be disappointed. If you're looking for a small, zoo where you can be close to the animals, feed many of them, and chat informally with some of the caretakers as they pass, then this is your place. We enjoyed this very much. We have a bunch of kids, some very young, so we didn't stick around too long. However, I have some family who was also there's with older children and they were there for much longer.

Susan Stiffey

It is a nice place but need to take better care of animals all I ok sickly. Not big enough space for the lion and tigers the little water holes they had for them was green water the gold fish pond was murky could not see the fish to good

Angelica Goughnour

Unique zoo experience. Able to feed and even touch a lot of the animals. We had a fantastic time and will be back frequently.

Emily Mork

Such a hidden little gem! This place is great! My kids loved it! Prices are good and it's a lot larger then we were expecting!! Definitely worth the drive out!

Rabbi Shlomo Silverman

Interesting and not what I expected. I thought it would be a tiny zoo with nothing I haven't seen in the local Pittsburgh zoo. We got in at half off as we stayed in the Log Cabin Suits and I was pleasantly surprised. Alot of animals that you could feed by hand and the animals where excited to see you. My kids would definitely enjoy it.

savannah carmichael

I take my mother here this is her favorite place to go

I love of of the close encounters with all the animals and all the animals you can feed and pet my daughters favorite animal is the pony she loves them and she loves the kangaroos but other than that they deserve a five star rating!!!! I love you living Treasures!!!❤

Hollie Potter

Such a beautiful place. So many beautiful animals. Been to both like the other one better. But they let my kids ride the house even after they closed the rides

Eric Way

Had a great time with the family. We've been to the New Castle location many times but this was a first for this one. Lots of different animals to check out. The bears were pretty cool to look at and feed. A nice gentleman with a snake was walking around allowing my kids to touch and hold his snake.

Emily Patterson

I've been coming here for years and it's still a magical place

Robert Kiser

Kids loved it was better then the pitt zoo

abe Kane

Touristy place, so I personally thought a little bit pricey/overpriced. However, was pretty cool. Animals you could pet, horse ride around a little pond ($3), lions, tigers and bears, OH MY! Can buy food (4.50$) to feed animals. Kids under 2 are free. Adults $14.99.

Roger Grace

We loved it here Thank Yall

Maya F.

We didn’t expect to see so many different wild animals at Living treasures. We really enjoyed feeding animals!Thank you!

Pam Levi

Heaven for an animal lover like me!! We were driving through the state of PA on a road trip, and when I heard about this place I specifically planned our route so we could stay at the Log Cabin Lodge and visit here in the morning. We didn’t have much time to explore before getting back on the road, so I really appreciated when they let us in just a few minutes before opening at 10. It’s remarkable (and such a good value for the cost of admission). I care deeply for animals and only like to visit places where they seem loved and cared for, and that was the impression I got. SO many animals, and since we were the first visitors of the day they all seemed awake and active (except for the sloths who sleep most of the day!) Definitely get a bag of carrots. It’s so exciting to feed all the sweet animals around the park! Our highlight was how the monkeys use a bucket to get the carrots, but we had so much joy bouncing around and visiting the camels, goats, pigs, lemurs and tons more! The big cats were so active too, totally unlike a zoo. Can’t say enough about this place! I’ll be back one day for the sloth encounter!!

Joseph Griffin

Great. Friends and family are all welcome here with smiles. Living animals for the kids too much to tell here

Prices are a little high but still reasonable. I'd suggest getting only the bags of food and bringing a lot of quarters for the specific food machines around the park (for monkeys, bears, etc... animals that don't eat the food in the bag) and no carrots. Some of the exhibits take carrots but I usually see a lot of them laying around uneaten. Some may feel differently. Lots of different animals to look at. Petting the animals is always fun. The geese can be annoying, but are still cool. Watch out for the goats pulling on the bags. I am concerned, however, with the quality of life for some of the animals. Specifically, the baby camel was laying in a heap, barely moving, with a ton of flies on it's face. One of the turtoises we're sprawled out with a ton of flies on it's face as well. I'm no animal expert but that didn't seem good. It certainly didn't look appealing. Also, the tiger and lion exhibits are just sad. Not many people go to them and the animals never seem to be active. And you can't feed them.

Susanna Toledo

Very clean park. Friendly staff. We loved feeding the animals.

Chelley Bean

I PET A KANGAROO AND JOEY!!!

Tiffany Gan

Wondeful little animal park. My kids and myself love this place. The only thing negative I have to say is that I always feel bad for the bears. Their enclosure doesn't seem nice at all. Everything else is great.

Ken Morris

A very nice zoo not real big but a nice selection of animals, you are closer to them than other large zoo's. Great chance for children to see them and get pictures. Stop by and check it out.

Kami Grooms

Its SO fun!! We ❤❤❤ to feed the animals!@@

Landry Todd

Animal enclosures are TOO SMALL! Many animals showed behaviors of being out of their minds from bordom/ being jailed. Please, let the managment/ owners know this is cruel and they need to increase living areas for the bears and large cats.... most cages/ enclosures were too small/ VERY sad. Hotel was clean/ nice rooms but the ZOO is shameful. Heartbreaking...

Rick Hromyak

All the different animals and the ones you can feed and pet

Rick Barone

Fun place to take your kids. You can feed the animals. Expensive but you can spend all day here highly recommend

Justin G

Really cool place. Id go back again

2strokeYz250

My kids loved feeding the animals

Joanne Morelli

First time visiting and it was better than I expected. The layout was great and they have a wide assortment of animals. This is from two adults attending with no children.

Mackenzie Mittereder

Super fun place to go. Great date night place as well. My fiancé and I go every year as a tradition

Lacy Dickel

It was great to get a bag of pellets for the animals and the children had a chance to feed the ones that ate them. It was clean and since I was there on a field trip, the students had a wonderful time.

Debe Patsy

My grandkids went for Super Hero days. 5 went and 5 had a great day.

Carol Beal

Very nice small zoo. You are able to see all the animals in there habitat. You can also feed most of the animals. They also have pony rides and mining. Nice gift shop.

Chanda McKown

Excellent experience! Kids loved it

Mark Krick

The hotel there is nice and had a very friendly staff. The Joey kangaroo behind the counter was over the top great!

Brent Cindrick

I loved my experience at Living Treasures! It was amazing to get so close to the different animals, and capture amazing pictures. The animals seemed, to all appearances, well taken care of and happy. You can buy food approved for the animals at check-in, or around the park are food dispensers, appropriate to the animals near them, which take quarters (bring quarters, as the animals like the dispenser food, and will come visit more readily). Great value for the money. Will definitely go back!

M S

My children love this place! They enjoy feeding the animals, petting them and seeing the animals interact with one another. My daughter fell in love with the baby kangaroo she got to hold. Very friendly staff and animals are well cared for.

Robert Hoskinson

Great times every time

Lily Jane

There is another better Living Treasures Zoo somewhere else... I forget. But did have a good time!! I love the sweatshirt I bought!! The animals seemed pretty good other than the Lions, Tigers and Kangaroos being hot. Loved the experience though!!

Ron Chamberlain

Great place to take the kids to run around and see the animals! Reasonably priced!

Beverly H

It was very family oriented, well kept and organized with devoted caretakers.

Leslie P

This place is great and they are making it better.

Jeffrey Peikin

Great zoo with a plethora of animals...yes, including Lions and Tigers and Bears. Carrots and feed are sold in the gift store, and feeding (some) animals can be quite fun. Watch out because alpacas do spit!

Ferret Gal Belinda B

Really nice big gift shop. Nice for little ones

Rob Miner

We had a birthday party there. It was great!

Kelly McCoy

Love this place! Better than the zoo!!

Lawson M

I absolutely love going here! Friendly as can be staff and the animals seem well taken care of. If you are in the area make sure you stop by living treasures.

Sidney Clark

2 year old daughter had a blast

Nicholas Ratica

Great zoo one of my all time favorites cause u can feed and pet lots of the animals and all animals are active and up and close

Matt Reese

Well deserved 5 star reviews. At first glance on the outside this place seems like it could be questionable, but once you walk I was beyond impressed. -The highlight of this place is the farm animals. They have tons, all of which you can feed, many you can pet, and all were very friendly. This included some massive, but absurdly friendly cows. Its all flat too so its an easy walk for young children.

Dorothy Grahek

Excellent....the grandkids loved it as did Mom and Grandma.... reasonably priced and the gift shop was very reasonable... highly recommend. Will definitely be going back

David Smith

Great place to the kids take some quarters to feed the fish bears etc

Cameron Eberhardt

Fantastic place lots of fun

Jason Piwowar

Nice place with some interesting animals. Exotic animals also were healthy and active. Not like some places you go and they just lay in a corner.

Fran McCoy

Awe, I just love this zoo. It's what brought me and my honey together. Plus it is a very nice small zoo. Lots of interactions with the animals. Definitely go!

Paul Berkley

Too expensive was through it in half hour and we took our time. Gift shop prices were amazingly affordable though.

Ashley Mowery

Nice place to spend the day and check out the animals

John Thompson

Interesting little park in the middle of nowhere. With a surprisingly nice on site hotel. The park is filled with a mix of petting zoo animals and traditional zoo animals. This blend actually gets species that wouldn't have appears in either a zoo or petting zoo. Great staff. Also their Sloth experience is an excellent value that can't be beat.

Talia Lampel

We like spending an afternoon there and our daughter loves to feed the animals and take a pony ride. It's a cute little petting zoo

Emily Kelly

My family and i have fun. Unfortunately the prices are over priced for us to walk around for an hour. You can stay as long as you like just the problem is the zoo isn't a big zoo. And it say no service dogs which no one is to deny a service dog.

Valorey Auen

Lots of cute animals, including off spring! Decently priced. Its family owned, with lots of friendly faces. Good for kids.

Julius Orn

Loved the animals, Very cozy atmosphere and chickens and peacocks and other animals are running free.

Colin Kleer

Amazing experience. We go to many zoos and parks like this. The staff is a 10 out of 10. Animals look happy. Will Be buying passes.

Sherry Heinz

Took my 2 1/2 year old grandson here. He loved it and was able to see the animals close up. He was very happy and so was I.

Sandra Romano

We always have a nice time visiting the animals and giving them treats. Found out a couple of the animals are endangered or extinct from the wild.

Donna Gornick

This is a mostly hands on type of environment. Theres a great mix of unusual animals that families of all ages will enjoy. Lots of baby animals around so I'd say theres a lot of successful breeding going on. I loved it and will go back.

Damon ledford

Absolutely wonderful. From the cleanliness to the very informative staff. It's awesome that you can touch almost all the animals. Great prices for everything. Well worth every cent.

Ben Guerin

Great experience for family and friends staff was very nice

J F

Family friendly animal park good for all ages! Plenty of animals to explore.

John Thompson

Interesting little park in the middle of nowhere. With a surprisingly nice on site hotel. The park is filled with a mix of petting zoo animals and traditional zoo animals. Rick Osniak

Spent night at Log Cabin Inn, next morning went to Living Treasures had a nice time walking around and feeding animals

JD Fine

Decent place to visit with the littles. A lot of animals have been moved father away (so you can't pet them) over the last few years. Kinda pricey considering the cost of the Pittsburgh zoo...

Renea C

I've been coming here for years! Tons of fun animals to pet and feed. They are working on new enclosures, which is great! It's a bit pricey, but if you love getting up close with animals it's worth it. We love seeing how many were can get selfies with! The season pass is a great way to save if you plan on visiting more than a couple times a year. Being quarters for special feed at some of the enclosures, some animals don't eat the kibble or carrots you can buy at the entrance.

Jenn Davis

Lots of cute baby animals

Denise Barron

This is the best place to go. Visit there frequently. Clean, friendly staff. Highly recommend it for everyone.

Diane Fulton

Great place to visit. We go every year at least once. My son, now 10 still loves it. Great interaction with the animals and the animals r always up moving around.

Kyle Rose

Will happily return to this place. Far bigger than you'd expect, clean, and the attractions are very interactive. Just as much fun as the big name zoos and much more interactive.

Dariga Di

Thats a great place to go with kids starting an age from 12m! Lots of contact with animals, cool feeding process! My kids were excited to death! Took 3.5yo and 14m! Better not do stroller inside - kids walk themselves for pleasure! Dont forget to buy animals food like carrots -it worth it!

Mark Kobuck

Great the sloth was actually moving

Lauren Sabo

My kids and I LOVE this Zoo! We love that you can touch and interact with all the animals. We choose this over Pittsburgh every time.

Justin Rogers-Cooper

Amazing spot to feed kangaroos, ostriches, camels, etc, while seeing monkey, bears, lions, and tigers. The goats actually hopped out of their area and into walking path. This is part of the excitement and caution. On the downside, some of the cages are way too small for the animals. There were no staff present during the hour we walked around and fed the animals. There are perfunctory signs around the dingo, but no roof or fence around the cage - just two waist high fences. There are signs telling you what to feed the animals, but the information signs were minimal, the analysis of this kind of captivity was absent, the oversight by knowledgeable staff was zero. Parents need to be watchful: you’re the first and only line of defense. There’s no way this could be built and approved the same way again, so see and experience it but keep an open eye and head out. It’s a place of wonder and it’s old school, but one hopes someone spends some serious money upgrading the cages for some of the animals to exercise.

sara maccarelli

Love this place. I love petting the animals and feeding them.

Samuel Walkos

We bought season passes and it's been a wonderful investment. always very clean and the animals seem to be happy and well taken care of.

Lydia Moore

Fun zoo with lots of animals to see! Feeding the animals can be fun and the pony rides are good for kids

Matt Geiser

I've been taking my kids here since they were little, the zoo just keeps getting better.

Lindsay Nedley

I agree with others regarding small exhibits for the animals as compared to other zoos I've been to especially considering the large animals maintained here.

Chelsea Shearer

The whole park was amazing. I love the up close and personal experience you can get with most of the animals. I love that i can hand feed most of the animals. Also staff there is amazing and so friendly. They actually stand there and talk to you and are so friendly like i said. Definitely recommend living treasures! Cannot wait to go back again.

Chad Yiengst

This place is amazing for little kids. We were at the Pittsburgh zoo the day before and our 2 & 4 yr olds were apathetic towards all the exotic animals. At living treasures they were extatic about being able to feed and pet most of the beautiful animals on site. Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were clean, and animals seemed well cared for. There are monkeys that will pull ropes to retrieve treats from buckets which entertained the kids for quite a while. Also, goats were quite acrobatic. The pony ride is worth the extra couple bucks. Nice walk around the pond.

Amanda Haak

I love this place so much!!! The animals are so sweet and well cared for.

shaya pita

Had a great time at this beautiful clean park it is not a full size zoo but it is not lacking anything either the lions and Tigers were all asleep as they are usually in the Zoo's but they had really cute little monkeys and a lot of animals that you were able to feed and get really up close with I was shocked as to how close I was able to get to the buffaloes they have really a lot of stuff to do at this place and I will definitely be coming back here when I am in that side of town

William Zickgraf

Outstanding! Also stayed in a jacuzzi suite on site. Great to wake up to a lions roar. The suite was perfect. Didn't feel like I was staying somewhere unfamiliar. Rosie is so adorable too. She is a 9 month old Kangaroo that hangs out in the gift shop. Unbelievable!

Karen Welshons

Love visiting Living Treasures. Lots of improvements. It's a great introduction for little ones, with petting and live feeding areas!

Aaron Alexander

While visiting family in Latrobe I was recommended to stop in with the kids. One of the best animal sanctuaries I have ever been to and my 1 and 3 yo had a great time. We fed llamas, monkeys, horses, rabbits, goats, and peacocks and really enjoyed ourselves. You can see the happiness in my sons face and he got a stuffed animal in the store on the way out that is pretty much his best friend. Overall great spot to take the family for a few hours!

Russell Silverstein

Up close and personal petting zoo. A fun spot to stop and visit the animals.

Talia Lampel

We like spending an afternoon there and our daughter loves to feed the animals and take a pony ride. It's a cute little petting zoo

The animals are very friendly and seem happy some are free roaming. They love for you to feed them and seem to be happy. You can pet most of them they seem tame!

Brittany Decker

Great place was worth the drive will be back again my daughter enjoyed it so much

Jake Smith

In love with the baby pigs!

Holly Hawley

Fantastic, hands on animal park for all ages!

Cj Meyers

Nice place to take your family for a day. Lots of good information on most of the exhibits about the behaviors of the animals. More of an I close experience than any zoo I have ever been too. We have a season pass and the kids ask to go all the time during the summer. We can't wait to return because sometimes you miss a few things you see the best trip.

Jessica Fix

We took our daughter here for her 2nd birthday because she loves animals. The park was very clean and the animals are so close. We all had so much fun feeding the animals. We typically go to the Pittsburgh Zoo because it is much closer but we won't be going there much anymore after going to Living Treasures! We can't wait to go back!

Tom Siard

Nice laid-back atmosphere. The keepers make it fun and educational. I wish the animals had more room, but exhibits are expensive.

ROBIN SMITH

Little rough on my rollator but otherwise a great day Thanks

Amberly Zimmerman

We loved being able to feed the animals! The koi we're a big hit, so was the pony ride. The parakeet experience was amazing! Despite the fact that we were pooped on several times, there's a washing station not far from the watering hole, it was super cool. The emus were awesome, the geese and ducks we're surprisingly well behaved, and the chickens were just fun to have around. Definitely going to plan to come back.

Sheena Christner

Absolutely loved this place!! All of the animals were up close and so friendly. My kids had such a good time and the prices were really good. Watch out for the pig, he will slobber all over you. The goats are the sweetest and the monkeys are super cute. I was even really surprised at how good the prices were in the gift shop. I read some other reviews that said the gift shop was overpriced, but most everything I saw was really inexpensive. We rented a wagon for $5 to pull the kids in and that was a great decision. It you're looking for something fun for the kids, put this place on your list.

ashley nicole

I love the bears they are so active. They even have a petting zoo to feed and interact with goats, horse, donkeys and many more. Great place for a family outting.

Tina Russell

Our kids loved feeding and petting the animals.

Deonna Pallottini

Always love to visit

Maybe 25+ types of animals with most being feedable. Fun time for not much money.

Carlton Austin

The kids love this place. Be able to feed the animals

Kait Darby

Awesome spot to stop off the highway. Great variety of animals and most will eat right out of your hand!

The poor animals had no cooling system and the Lion and the Tigers didn't have enough water to cool off in, they're enclosures were 2 small and the poor beautiful white horse had nothing 2 eat and was chewing the wood he was so hungry. I feel so bad 4 the bigger animals , they can't run around.

Fun zoo for all and it's small so not a lot of walkimg. U can get close enough to feed most of them. We love the night time zoo experience too. In October

Bobbi H

Great place for a family to go on an adventure! It was fun! ❤️

Cheryl Martis

Love this place!! I'd rather go here than the zoo, animals are closer, you can feed them if you want. To me it's much nicer being able to interact with the animals. Great place!!

Timothy Kuhns

The lions, tigers, bear, & wolves were anti-social...that was a disappointment

PATTY KRAVITS

New bird attraction is a blast!

Zachary Neal

This place is great. It's basically a big petting zoo. And the animals you can't touch you can usually still feed with tube that go into the enclosure. They have snacks anf drinks but no food establishment on site so pack a lunch or prepare to not eat there.

Julie Silvis

Great place!

Alyshia Lacey

We took my 18 month old because she loves animals and she really couldn't feed them but I was able too and she loved seeing all the animals. I myself enjoyed feeding the animals too!!! And the prices are very reasonable!

Sally M

Tons of animals to see & feed, & admission was very reasonable. Large cats & bear enclosures were WAY too small though. Pony ride lady was very sweet with everyone, including the pony, unlike the older blonde woman selling admission tickets. She was rude & extremely slow. Everyone else was very nice though.

Angela Holeczy

Animals were great! Place was clean.

Megan

We did the parakeet encounter and sloth encounter, those were both allot of fun! The park as a whole is pretty cool, lots of interactions with animals

Rufus Martin

Great place to see zoo animals and interact with them

Metal Maniac

Excellent petting zoo, lots of animals and safe for the kiddies.

It’s Steeve

I visit twice a year and I’m always blown away with the animal selection to look at. Great place for kids

james REAGLE

Took our granddaughter here. She had a great time feeding the animals. When asked which animal was her favorite, she replied "all of them"!!

S White

Very nice family park. Granddaughters loved it!

lawrence schneider

Great place people r friendly and the animals are fun to see and feed. The sloth and big cats are our favorites.

T BONIDIE

I would give them 10 Stars if I could. This place is much better than the Pittsburgh Zoo. Great place to spend the day and interact with the animals. Please tap the like button if you find this review helpful.

This was a great place to spend an afternoon with the family. A good v variety of animals from bengled tigers to monkey and bears and bison to various deer and ponies and donkeys andnso much more. They have a friendly and informative staff a nice environment. The hotel looks like a great place to spend the weekend.

We loved Night at the Zoo!

Donna White

Really enjoyed this place. Staff super friendly. Extremely interactive with animals. Kinda stinky in places but it is an animal place. Flat walking on gravel. Military discount on admission with id. Get both carrots and zoo food because some animals can't eat zoo food.

Melissa P

Nice park. There are alot of animals to feed and interact with. Go ahead and feed liberally. They give you a lot when you buy it. The animals seem pretty well cared for for a zoo even if the habitats are a little small. A fun Couple of hours if you are looking for something to do.

Pat Donovan

I took my grandchildren, ages ranging from two and a half years old to 12 and they all loved it. I packed lunches and drinks for us because they don't sell food but they are working on a new concession stand.

Barbara Pattison

This was a fun place to check out & very informative on animals.

Robert Campion

Great place to see and feed animals close up.

Ashley Pfoutz

My kids love it there. They can feed the animals, the chickens and barn cats follow them around. The staff is very friendly. An inexpensive afternoon of fun. But pick a nice day or bring umbrellas, there isn't much in the way of covering if you get stuck in the rain.

amy king

Great place, close to home, clean, friendly and small children can see the animals much better than at the larger zoos. We had a great time!

Tammy Long

This little zoo was impressive. If you go take bags of baby carrots because you can feed many of the animals. It's not nearly as impressive as the Pittsburgh Zoo but few are. Still it's great fun especially for younger kids. I prices were higher than I expected, but I'd still recommend it.

Thomas Carl

It was great but i wash the animals had more space

Gail Schauf

My daughter loved seeing all the animals

Anita Powers

I loved the zoo. It was a great visit and I enjoyed it very much. I just dont like the fact that the lions, tiger and bears are in captivity as opposed to being in the wild. The peacocks were beautiful.

Mr j

Animals are livelier than the pittsburgh zoo

Amy Gary

Nice place, animals looked kinda sad in the enclosed where a bit small.
