Great place for the family. Staff was wonderful and very helpful! Can't wait to go back
Pretty cool place. Very educational. Great tourist spot.
Kids loved it . Would loved to got picture of them with huge turtle but was 18.00 a kid x 4 .
Went yesterday for my birthday and it was a great time. Well worth the 2 hour drive from Ephrata. Tons of reptiles and shows throughout the day to educate visitors. The snakes we probably my favorite part and all the enclosures were very clean and taken care of. The gift shop was nice as well but did lack sizes for bigger guys. They also had a little eating area if you wanted to have a drink and snacks before hitting the road again!
One of our favorite vacation travel stops.
Really enjoyed visiting Reptiland. They had a nice selection of snakes, including the three I am most likely to see during my hiking or kayaking adventures. Therefore it gave me a good opportunity to study and photograph them for future reference. The dinosaur exhibit was excellent and I plan to return with grandkids. Fun place.
Fun place for keeping kids. Lots of reptiles to see.
Great place for all ages, very friendly and knowledgeable team.
Really interesting place. Lots of cool reptiles you don't see in zoos. The dinosaur exhibit was super interesting and the animatronic dinosaurs are really fun for kids and adult visitirs.
Fascinating zoo. Well worth the stop. I enjoyed the reptile talk, parakeet room, and their wide array of unique reptiles was incredible. King cobra, Komodo dragon, and really big tortoises to name a few!
Expensive for what little there is. The giant tortoises were cool, but you had to pay $18 if you wanted to touch them (which is basically paying a 2nd entrance fee)
Very expensive for small place. Lots of animals, but can quickly finish all exhibits. Not enough to see so I could watch more than one show.
Reptiland is a beautiful zoo for all ages! They have a large snake and amphibian exhibit, three beautiful alligators, Kokomo Dragons, a stunning open air parakeet exhibit and much more!
They have an Axolotl! Great place to visit if you're a reptile fan and/or stuck Williamsport with kids
My kids loved it here. My daughters favorite was the snakes, my sons liked the parakeet room. A really cool place to spend the day.
An amazing and educational experience.
Especially loved the bird greenhouse. Definitely a must visit.
Great place with amazing staff. The animals are clearly well taken care of and with all the shows you could easily spend a day here!
Very pricey for being so small. Loved the dinosaurs.
Healthiest looking reptiles I've seen anywhere. Lots of surprises throughout!
It was so much fun. The kids and adults loved it.
A lot to do. Spent half the day there. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!
Affordable and well run. Great for young kids
Awesome family place. Very educational. Love the room you can hand feed parakeets.
A perfect 1.5hr stop on our road trip travels with 2 4.5year old boys. It was a perfect balance of indoor/outdoor, staff were informative and friendly and the right size for our little guys. We were delighted by the atmosphere and definitely recommend to others
We had an enjoyable time during our visit to Reptileland. It is a bit small but the friendliness of staff and a few specific exhibits make it a worthwhile experience. Petting a python, taking pics at the interactive Dino exhibits, and feeding the parakeets were the highlights. Tip - don't rush thru the park - take your time. Even then it's still only a 2 hour experience so you can do this on a day you have other things planned too.
Great reptile zoo . The bird sanctuary is a must!!!!
What a great place to visit! My husband and I love reptiles so it was fitting that we went here on a date. We will definitely be going back and will allow for more time during our next visit. There's so much to see! There are beautiful items in the gift shop too. The gift shop Manager, Melody, was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend a visit to Reptiland!
Our favorite place. Family friendly and clean with friendly staff and lots of nice souvenirs.
This was a pretty cool place! I wasn’t going in with a whole lot of expectations because most of these types of places were usually really small and disappointing but this was really cool. I couldn’t believe the amount of different snakes they had. So much to see. Definitely go!
Very cool place. A little smaller than I thought it was gonna be. But fun nonetheless.
If you have phobias with snakes like myself, make sure to look at the lizards and the wall, HUGE pythons
Awesome shows and great exhibit! Huge variety of reptiles and fun dinosaur walk !
Wonderful adventure! Our entire group, both young and older, had a great day!
Was awesome but gift store is a lille pricey...Loved the life-like dinosaurs...
It's ok I feel they charge to much for what you get out of it
There was plenty to see and everything was low enough for my 2 year old to enjoy.
Nice place for the little ones. Great activities at the area. Their different sections are with all visiting.
Very educational. Very nice dinosaur exhibit. Lots of reptiles. Fair price for admission.
Really adored this place!! There are lots of fun things to do without the direction feeling forcibly linear. My sister really enjoyed the dinosaurs and the parakeet exhibit. There is an area for light snacking and gifts as well, and feeding the turtles was really fun and cute. The employees are well trained and the shows are informative and interesting. Love it!
Really great place for the kids! They'll love the Dino's too! There's plenty of fun to have but there's also so much to learn of you want to increase your knowledge about reptiles. Take the family this summer!
Great place, staff very knowledgeable, and friendly. Dinosaur section is great a must go place.
My daughter had an amazing time❤️
Nice, clean, it's not a huge zoo but the kids loved it and had a blast definitely recommend
Clean facility. Not huge but manageable which in my opinion is awesome. Just big enough to see everything and not have cranky kids by the end. I was surprised to see how many adults/couples were there. The bird room was kind of overwhelming at first for the kids because of the noise considering everything else is pretty quiet. Dinosaurs are always a hit. Animals were not very active other than the birds which takes something away from the experience. No slithering snakes, the tortoises were tucked away not moving, no jumping frogs. The only active animals were the birds. You can buy an over priced feed stick but if they’re not hungry you wasted your money. Actually now that I think about it the electronic dinosaurs were more active than the animals.
Not huge but definitely a neat place to visit. I took my 1yr old and he absolutely loved seeing all the animals. The bird room is a MUST! You can pay a few dollars to feed to birds and they flock to you, it's awesome! They even have dinosaur replicas.
The perfect roadside attraction. Quirky and fun! Who doesn't love animatronic dinosaurs??
This place is small , but has lots to offer! Its a really nice little place and has lots of animals to look at. I really enjoyed myself here. They have a decent sized gift shop too. I definitely recommend stopping by here
It's a good way to spend a few hours if you have kids that are interested in animals or reptiles. The dinosaur area is cute. I was just disappointed in the amount of blank space they could have utilized for murals or paintings with facts about the animals. I wish the price were a little lower, but for a once in a blue moon trip it's not bad.
We had friends come in from NJ for a small birthday party, and all the kids (ages 12, 11, 8 and 5) had a blast. The adults also had a great time!
Very impressive. The animals were awesome, but I thought the real gem was the dinosaur area. Top notch and well maintained. Would stop again if I was travelling in the area.
This is the second time we went to Clyde Peelings and it is one of the highlights of the area (past the hiking). The exhibits are large and attractive, and there is something for everyone. You have a wide variety of reptiles both in the big area and outside. You have a dinosaur park for the kids, with some pretty impressive anamatronics. You have some rotating exhibitions, with the current one being a room full of parakeets and the last one we saw being a butterfly garden. It's just a very nice place to stop by.
We had a nice time. The dinosaurs were really cool and the parakeet landing was fun. Enjoyed the other exhibits as well, the tortoises, crocodiles, snakes and lizards. Gift shop, like all gift shops, is over priced. I would visit again.
Loved the place, my kids didn't wanted to go home! However the price for the membership ($150 for a year for a family of 4) is a bit high for so little entertainment.
Very clean and fun way to spend afternoon. The live demonstrations were very good. Learned a lot about the various reptiles, even an albino crocode. Wish I had more time to see all the animatronic dinosaurs. They were also well done. Were were just 2 adults but bring the kids!
I thought the price of admission was a little much for a child. They have a good assortment of snakes and reptiles but they only had one alligator and not much else. They do have a butterfly room and that was kind of nice. It was my first time there and I don't really have any desire to ever go back. I have to say it wasn't a bad experience but it just wasn't anything like I imagined.
Lots of fun for a 6 and 10 year old. Thanks!
We are Zoo members and love the place. Not the biggest by any means but they pack a lot into a small space. The Dino exhibit is neat but Parakeet Landing is our favorite.
I have passed by here several times on my travels. This time I finally stopped in. I am so impressed and proud of the condition of the animals at Reptile Land. Well worth the $16 for adults $12 for children. Mostly indoors with some awesome outdoor dinosaur things to look at. Beautiful environment. staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anybody and everybody passing by. It takes about an hour without a guided tour about an hour and a half if you get a guided tour.
Great place for kids to have fun and learn. Cool for adults too!
Great place to spend a few hours. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, exhibits are well done, can interact with animals
Really enjoyed taking the grandkids here.
Loved all those birds. Small but a nice place to take your children
Great place, cool shows and exhibits, and the budgie room is the coolest thing I've ever been in.
I visited in the very early spring when the outdoor exhibits were still closed, but it was still a cool experience. I got to see huge alligators, iguanas and tortoises. They also brought out a blue tongued skink for a little info session and I got to pet it. Very cool attraction, and I'll visit again on my next road trip.
I thought it was a little on the pricy side but well worth it for my son to see the dinosaur exhibits. They have a great selection of reptiles.
Great selection of live reptiles and great dinosaur figures. Bill
Absolutely loved taking the kids here. Attend the talks, they really enhance the visit! Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Awesome place!!! Great habitats and lots of information. The turtle feeding is a must!
Can't say enough good things about this experience. Relatives and friends that visit us get the Reptile Land experience. Collection is fantastic and things like being in the bird feeding area with hundreds of birds that will light on you to get a treat is fantastic. Kids really talk about that experience. 5 star afternoon with family and friends is tops for us.
The kids loved it. Very informational presentations, exceptionally friendly staff and zoo keepers, and interesting variety of animals and exhibits. Zoo keepers were eager to answer all questions asked. Entrance fees a little high.
What an interesting sight to behold. The grandkids just loved it and even old grandad learned a thing or two! Can't wait to go back again.
My wife loves snakes so this place was really fun and she even got a chance to tuch an snake. We love it. Take some change so you could feed the birds.
Wonderful little spot along the highway. We enjoyed going as a couple, but it's really popular with kids. Plenty to see in a short visit--lizards snakes, turtles and tortoises. Get a picture holding one, view animal talks and shows, feed birds and tortoises.
Had a great time. The grandkids always enjoy it. Planning on doing it again.
Worth every penny!! So many animals in one place and we absolutely loved the dinosaurs alive
This is one of kids favorite places to visit. The bird area is amazing! There are educational sessions through out the day. A nice picnic area to eat.
Our grandchildren from Ohio request visits to Reptiland every time they visit us. We always enjoy the exhibits and learn something new every time we go. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's always exciting whenever we get to see Mr. Peeling there. The children love seeing the moving life-size dinosaurs, especially the one that spits water at them. This place is highly recommended for children of all ages, including us seniors.
Great little reptile zoo in the heart of Pennsylvania. They have live educational shows, and a lot of animals to see.
Amazing animals, amazing staff and an all around amazing time! Worth the drive if you are from Philly and want to get a more reptile focused experience. And, as a personal tip, make sure to get the tickets that let you feed the tortoises. You also get to pet them and they are such sweethearts. Not to mention it also comes with a very nice photo of you ad the tortoises.
Loved it, it's small but it was great for the price. The staff is friendly and you get to see reptiles you usually can't see any where else. Proper enclosures and a great education source. 10/10 would come back.
A little high priced for the amount of animals. Loved the parakeet house but disappointed the butterflies are gone.
For what they've got, it's great! ... but there's not too much there. Definitely not a full day's event. However the exhibits that they do have are well done and well-kept (it has a quality zoo feel, not some tourist trap).
I have been taking my 2 year old daughter here for over a year on a regular basis and we always have fun. We are now members and always pay the extra money to go behind the scenes and feed Henry and Al. All of the staff are friendly, nice gift shop and easy to get to. Great collection of snakes and other cool animals! Animatronic dinosaurs are really cool too.
Our 4 children had a wonderful time. The dinosaur trail had a good selection of different dinosaurs. And they loved seeing all the animals and experiencing the birds. They even have an inside/outside eatting area so you can sit and enjoy lunch. It was a little bit high on price ($75) but we have a family of 6. I would highly recommend this place if you child/children are in to reptiles & dinosaurs!
This place is small but mighty! We spent 2 1/2 hours here which was much longer than expected. We all enjoyed it! My son's favorite was the dinosaur exhibit. I loved the shows. Learned some things I never knew about dinosaurs, snakes and lizards! We all loved petting the alligator and boa constrictor. It was a little expensive in our opinion but we did love it.
The kids liked it, small but a variety of different reptiles
It is super cool place to visit. All kinds of really cool reptiles. If you enjoy looking at dangerous creatures you would never expect to see in person.... I mean they have komodo dragons how cool is that!!
My 5 year old daughter and 4 year old nephew loved it... especially the dinosaurs and the parakeet exhibit. It's not very stroller friendly though (some areas have no ramps, just stairs). The exhibits were interesting but I thought it was quite expensive compared to other traditional zoo's.
An awesome reptile zoo! The displays are fun and interactive for the kids. For a few extra dollars you can have encounters with the large tortoises and kimono dragons.
Great place. A little small, but don't let that deter you. Shows are quality, and the exhibits are good. We've passed by too many times on our road trips and finally stopped in this time! The kiddos loved it. And, it was a nice break in the trip. Didn't take all that long to see everything. The birds were my favorite.
Such a fun and interesting place...several hundred animals from parakeets to kamodo dragons. Thay also have a significantly large and fun outdoor Dinosaur anamatronic exhibit , Perfect for children and Dinosour lover every where.
This place is awesome!! Emus you can feed and pet, a comodo dragon, lots of snakes and lizards, as well as turtles and tortoises. Tons of information at each site, live feeding with alligators, a dinosaur exhibit with robotics, and a bird room you can feed the birds in. A must see!!
Had a great time here with our 3.5 yo. I liked all the facts scattered around. Lots to learn and see. Of course the dinosaur exhibit outside was pretty cool too. :)
Such an awesome place, definitely worth the stop!
This was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to check out. The dinosaurs were great.
Always such a fun place to stop by and look through the exhibits! I always end up purchasing something from the gift shop because the items are SO beautiful!
This was not your typical under staffed smelly tourist trap. Though I would have paid $16 plus two more for the seed sticks just for the aviary exhibit, this place had some pretty impressive spaces for the larger reptiles, and they were clean. The Jurassic Park amusement seemed a little hokey at first, but got me creeped out with the life like movements of the dinosaurs. Its not as large, nor does it have as many animals as its neighboring Cat Zoo in Snyder County, but it still packs an educational punch, and maybe a point or two more for cleanliness, and the location is so convenient. We were two of maybe ten visitors on a school morning, so perhaps that enhanced the visit. It was nice that we got our hand stamped allowing us to come and go all day, if we chose. All that being said, we were finished in about 90 minutes. I'd go back just for the birds.
A wonderful experience for the kids. You can feed the 100 year old turtles. They love the company and the food they are given. The place is educational with lots of guides to explain things about the alligators, Komodo dragons, and snakes.
It's a nice place to visit and the staff is friendly and knowledgable but I feel admission is a little pricey for what you get.
So much fun! Nice exhibits. Knowledgeable staff. Super fun dinosaur park and parakeet pavilion!!
It was larger and more educational than I expected. They have frequent shows and the staff is very knowledgeable. The animated dinosaurs were a pleasant surprise and sure to be a big hit with kids as well as adults. My favorite activity was a visit to the parakeet/budgie enclosure, where for $2 you can purchase a seed stick. The birds will land on the stick, and perhaps your hand to eat. Even young children we're feeding the birds and in awe.
My 5 year old son loved it, especially the dinosaurs. Great time, highly recommended!
Neat little place. It doesn’t take long to walk thru everything but it is a nice zoo. I personally think the price is a bit high considering how quickly you see everything. I hope they expand and add more in. The dinosaur area could house a bunch of new exhibits. Not that I don’t like the dinosaurs but I would rather see live animals.
My daughter had a wonderful time. She's only 2 so some of the educational aspects aren't suited to her but we must've spent 30 minutes in the aviary. I would take her again.
Fun times. Cool animals
So much fun to go see at any age
A little pricey for what you get, but the kids liked it.
I plan on taking my son really soon again great time great tours we didn't even get to see everything but we had a blast!
I have to be honest. I avoided this place for far longer than most people would believe. The pictures of people with a python around their neck gave me the impression of some sort of carnival sideshow. After actually visiting the place I found it to be amazing. Staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Exhibits were fun and cool. I particularly liked the mechanical dinosaurs..it sounds campy but was totally amazing. Great place to get out of the car and have a few hours of fun on your trip. Kids will especially love it.
This place was nice the show was great and the park is so much fun would recommend to others. Great job
My 2 year old loved this place!! The animatronic dinosaurs were a big hit as well as the parakeet room.
Great place to take the kids. Price of admission is a little steep imo.
My family enjoyed visiting Reptiland. Great prices. Fun attractions.
Nice stop for an hour or so. Way nicer than I expected.
We had a great time kids loved it got to see to shows and they got to touch a snake and feed the birds and one walked right up my boys arm great day
Extremely well-kept and clean enclosures. They have some very nice reptiles, the Comodo dragon being my favorite. Would highly recommend a visit! (Won't post pictures since I believe you have to see it in person to be awed)
Always have a great time and enen after dozens of visits we always learn something new every time we go.
