REVIEWS OF Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park IN Oklahoma

WE Y

This place is terrible. What is it with the South and the fact that it can't operate a zoo? Save your money and go to a zoo in Seattle or San Diego or St. Louis or Indianapolis or Cincinnati. This place claims that it is a Tiger rescue, as well as a tourist attraction, but it has been in constant conflict with both PETA and the USDA. In 2006, then-owner Joe Exotic (who still works with the park) was put on probation and fined $25,000 for hundreds of AWA violations, including some connected to the death of dozens of tiger cubs within a short time span (as the park advertises photo sessions with cubs, who are separated from their mothers). More recently, PETA took the park to court over the fate of 19 tigers taken in from a Florida zoo, and the shooting of an escaped tiger by park staff. .#rednecks

This was a nice stopping point for our trip, our kids thoroughly enjoyed the animals and the price was very reasonable.

We had a great time. We bought a pass to the Nursery and got to pet n play with a tiger cub and lemurs. The staff was very nice and the all the animals looked comfortable and well cared for in my opinion. Some of these animals were rescued from bad places or circuses and I believe almost all of them could not survive in the wild. I plan on visiting again very soon!

Madonna Moore

General admission price is fair but paying over $50 a person to be able to touch a baby lemur or tiger seems like highway robbery. Lots of people are willing to pay making it super crowded when trying to get a moment to touch a baby. The entrance smells horrible, cigarette smoke and there is only one restroom in the entire park, literally, one unisex toilet. When I finished the park, I asked the worker at the register if they had hand sanitizer, he said no. He said there is soap and water in the restroom. I said you mean the 1 restroom with the line. Yes. It was fair, nothing special.

Christine Joy Stevens

We have never been this close to these kinds of animals! They offered our county residents FREE admission this weekend too. The park was clean and did not smell like poo which most zoos do. The animals seemed healthy and fed well. We got to see them eat. They are trying raise funds for more land to get larger animal habitats. They need it! Most of these animals are rescues. So it is here or the needle. We will go back to do an encounter with the young cubs. It was a good day. It is pricey to get in regularly, but worth it.

daryn reese

Was HORRIBLE!! Absolutely sucked! There were barely any animals and the only ones there were tigers kept in extremely small cages. My aunt went a while back and loved it said they got to pet some of the animals and every cage was full. She went again with me and said she was disappointed. The workers are incredibly rude and the check in station smelt like straight up smoke. There was even a worker you could tell was high on drugs. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...

Ciara Schultz

If I could give this place no star I would. We went thinking since they rescue animals they would be taken care of. They were not at all. None of the animals had water, they would come up to the cage asking for food, and they looked malnourished. We stayed for not even 10 mins. We asked if we could get a refund and at first she said yes but when we told her it’s because the animals weren’t being treated well she went to the back and slammed the door in our face. Just terrible.

GUDDU KUMAR

This is worst place I ever visited. People were very rude and no values for customer. I will recommend everyone to not visit this place if you want to save your money and time.

Renita Swedberg

We had a great time being close to the animals. Never been so close to that many big cats at one time. We also enjoyed the talking bird and black bear. We were there 2 hrs and did not do any of the tours.

Nathan Mcaleese

Worth the guided tour!

Megan Gifford

This place was absolutely awful. The animals are kept in TINY cages. No room for them to run or climb. Nothing. They just lay down or pace around because there's literally nothing else for them to do. As soon as you walk into the gift shop/entrance, you are hit with the strong smell of cigarette's. I knew I wasn't going to be able to buy my daughter anything from there because it would smell like smoke. Once you enter the park, there's no map or anything. You have no idea where to go. Honestly, you won't want to go anywhere because it smells absolutely disgusting. To the point where I was gagging. My four year old daughter was also gagging and didn't even want to get near any of the cages because of the smell. The staff are not friendly. I have nothing good to say. It was going to cost $55 for myself, my mom and my daughter to pet a tiger cub for 6 minutes. We were at the park less than 15 minutes. Will never return and will make sure everyone who asks us know that this place is a joke. Go to Arbuckle Wilderness. MUCH more fun and worth the money. Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animals needs to be shut down.

Linda Yinger

A fun excursion for the family.

Kelsey Byrne

I got to interact with some pretty cool animals you would not typically get to do.

Mikey T

I really expected to walk out of there sad and upset for the animals- but they seemed pretty decently treated. I asked about the pens and if they had time to roam and was told they rotated to the large areas every 3-4 days. The staff are nice and decent- not what I was expecting based on the reviews... previous reviews would have me believe they were monsters... Overall, I was pleased. I would visit again and support it for the animals sake.

Rubio GOOFS RUBIOS

Went here for me and my husband anniversary! Was well worth the trip... we did the exotic tour (not pictured) and was worth every penny! The pictures came out amazing and got them on a CD! Employees were really nice besides the lady in the front office and she was little on the rude side... but all the other employees really seemed to love the animals and enjoy their job!

AcousticChild01

Absolutely amazing! All of those 1 star reviews are complete slander. If you love animals this might be the best place in the south for a nice calm and new experience. A small bit pricey but if you're willing it's worth every penny. See tigers, lions, and bears up really close. On the Exotic tour you even get to pet WOLVES, watch giant tigers be fed, kiss camels, hold and pet snakes, lemurs, baby kangaroos, and tiger cubs. The animals are well fed, and though some cages look a little small, the animals are obviously happy as well as the staff, who have some funny stories to tell, they were all very nice. My only complaint is that the gift shop smells pretty heavily of cigarette smoke, so its kinda stinky. Still definitely recommend 100% :)

Emily E

Absolutely loved our day spent here walking around looking at the animals. We came early and stayed late. We left for an hour to go for lunch and was able to get back in. We paid the extra money to hold a wolf pup, femur and a baby cub. Being able to be up close with a baby cub was a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back and plan on making another trip soon.

RAUF ASLAM

A one of a kind place to be upclose to so many kinds of tigers and lions and there hybrid babies too. They have other exotic animals as well. Highly recommend the Exotic Animal tour that unlocks a whole different area for the tour participants.

keyton kinley

Horrible, horrible experience with this place. Wasted $80 because they do not know how to run a business. When ordering tickets online it gives you no time a lot to show up, so we just showed up and they told us we couldn’t have our time until 5:45pm. The workers are rude and the place is very unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this business and I am VERY disappointed.

Darlene Weller

Just visit, it's worth it! Super cool animals

megan m

Definitely a bittersweet visit. Loved seeing all the animals and the kids got to feed a lot which was fun. It is always hard to see these beautiful animals in cages

Jordan Van WIe

Glad to see people taking in animals that others don't want.

Kim Hurley

Truly amazing!

Mega J Roberts

The animals are healthy and well taken care of.. I enjoyed very much, had a wonderful time

Roshonda Humphrey

This was an awesome experience!! Playing with the baby tigers, snakes, exotic lizards and other animals was out of my comfort zone but they made me fearless. Keep in mind, you can’t take pictures using your personal phone or camera while taking the tour. For a fee, they will take professional photos and you will get a CD at the end of the tour. My photos turned out great!

Kelly Bockert

This is NOT a zoo or sanctuary and NOT accredited by AZA (Assocition of Zoos and Aquariums) which mean they are held to ZERO standards for animal care or the veterinary health of the animals. If you love animals, do not give a dime to contribute to thier abuse. Animal sanctuaries and zoos that are accredited do not breed for petting and entertainment - they conserve species.

Ashley Garcia

My family spent a great day here yesterday. The staff was friendly . Our tour guy was awesome very knowledgeable and really loves the animals in this facility! I read reviews on here saying “not family friendly”. But my 4 year old will say different. If you like to get up close and personal to exotic animals. I would definitely give this place a try. We had a blast on the endangered tour.

Robert Avalos

Absolutely an amazing place!!! Well worth the drive from California. Awesome staff. Had a really great time.

Kim Taylor

Very poor care for the animals. Water was dry. The the crocodiles and other animals we're laying in mud to keep cool cause there were no water. Besides that it was good

Rachel Glowacke

0 stars if I could! Stop breeding!!!

Jason Rumbaugh

According to PETA, the owner of this place has rolled big-cat cubs through hotel casinos in suitcases.

Alicia Farber

I enjoyed seeing all the tigers, birds and lions but it's alittle unsettlingly also. The grounds need work, cages need better air flow and shade, more water bins and swimming spots are needed. These poor animals look miserable. We did pay to play with the baby cubs and lemar. That was amazing but its scheduled about 2hrs out from our arrival. And 2hrs is more then enough time for the whole place so we left and came back. I pray someone can take these animals to an appropriate spot for space and shade.

Tracey Pack

My family loved it!!!

Ryan Morelock

My wife and I had the most amazing time today I can't thank yall enough for one of the best times my wife and I have ever had. all the animals where so happy and friendly especially the Canadian lynx Arapahoe (my favorite) I highly recommend everyone to stop by and see all the amazing animals here you will surely have a great experience. My wife and I will be back soon. Thank you all for what you do to provide this amazing zoo for everyone to come and see

chris vincent

Very good tiger zoo. 5 stars for the tigers and lions. The person working the front desk was absolutely rude, my friend and I greeted her and she just ignored us. Was very rude, I wanted to leave but on 2nd thought I decided to stay and give the lady the benefit of doubt. May be she had a bad night.

Ben

The lady that took our money was not friendly and the gift shop was full of ciggaret smoke. No one provided any information or map as to how best to navigate. My wife and kid just walked around and looked at a bunch of large cats in pens. There was some raccoons, a black bear, couple of baboons, couple of porcupines, supposedly some reptiles that we never seen, a poor looking coyote, a camel, some birds in a cage, a peacock and some ducks running around, and I think that about sums it up. The place looked run-down and the smell was far less than desirable. Would rather go to a zoo that is cheaper and cleaner.

Dennis Knight

This is better than any zoo I have ever been to. You can get so close to the animals! Come early in the mornings to see the tigers eat. Ask at the gift shop about private sessions. We spent 20 minutes with a tiger cub and it was the best! Get a picture with Exotic Joe before you leave!

Chris Summitt

This place is incredible. It is not luxurious, but you get exposure up close to a number of wonderful animals. Worth the drive and worth the price. I paid extra for cub play time!! It was awesome! Go check it out!

Mira Dhorajiya

Awesome place!!! After coming back home still missing those two ltl cute cubs

Ryan Sparks

Animal abuse all over. Bait and switch on their prices. They will tell you after you pay that photos are not allowed and you have to use their photographers-extra charge. Front desk was rude and not friendly. The animals look very sad, miserable, like prisoners with no rights. Stick to state or city funded zoos. Stand-alone zoos like this cut corners on code and aren’t monitored properly with regards to animal health and safety. Also, the previous owner shot 5 tigers. You don’t want to fund this place. Wish I could give it zero stars.

M. Shareef

You can tell the staff care about the animals but that constitutes one star. The big cats are kept in small enclosures, they’re better off in a commercial zoo (which is sad considering zoos don’t treat animals the way they should). The owners employ absolutely rude and disrespectful people. We paid over $200 for 6 minutes with a cub, which is fine, but the way Josie treated us and our kids was nasty. We pointed out her attitude to the woman at the front desk and they told us that she was working all day and was tired, so to let it go. They don’t take criticism well which is why people come here to drop reviews. Not worth a penny, don’t spend your hard earned money on a place that not only has terrible customer service but horrible animal treatment. Save yourself the trip and go to a zoo.

Jim Vanderford

New owners have added too many "enhanced experiences" at exorbitant prices. Still impressed by big cats. Worth a visit for basic admission.

Aakash Mangal

Great zoo. We took the tour and it was amazing. I have never seen so many tigers together. Also u get to interact with various animals like tiger cub, kangaroo, camel etc

Jana McNabb

I'm going to start off on positives. The private play time with baby animals is worth it. The young girl who hosted our play time was fantastic. You can tell she really loves the animals. Playing with baby tigers, kangaroo, raccoons, lemurs, etc. was amazing. Though, the two people at the front desk I encountered were rude on the occasions of speaking over the phone, buying tickets in person, and during our time spent there. Also over-heard the owner cussing at his staff, which concerned me for the staff and animals. Might also explain why the front desk was short and rude... Otherwise, very interesting experience.

Olivia Poprik

When we got here I was VERY skeptical. The online pricing didn't match the pricing in store, the restrooms were out of order and it seemed small and not of the best quality. At first I found the small enclosures alarming and sad. There is no parking lot, you have to park on the street. I specifically came here to play with the tiger cubs, but it cost almost as much as the exotic tour, so we went all in and paid over $200 to get the most of our day here. As soon as our tour began I immediately realized I was mistaken. The tour guide was VERY informative, the staff was all very helpful and friendly. You can tell the people who work here love these animals and care for them well. I had never been to a large cat rescue, and have only ever seen lions and tigers at the zoo. It was amazing to get within inches of the animals and to watch the handlers pet and feed them with ease. With the tour we were able to pet and hold many animals, you can also feed them. I learned so much and had a great time. It was a little annoying we weren't told we couldn't take our own photos during the tour until after we paid over $200 for the tickets, but I understand why they don't want you to do that. The photos were $30 for a CD, which they burn in the office, which took a long time. They should find a more efficient way to do this. Overall, our family really enjoyed it!

Joy Murphy

Mean to my kids. We walked into the zoo and saw what we thought was a demonstration. I told me kids to sit down and listen to them explain what the lizard was all about in the zookeeper's hands. A horrible woman came up to my 8 and 11 year old and shewed them away saying, "you can't be here. This a private tour." They were mortified and embarrassed! Kids are suppose to learn from zoos- not be reprimanded. Also, you cannot schedule "playtime with a baby tiger". You are told to just show up. We did and was told to wait 4 and half hours after driving two hours to get there. When you bring your complaints to staff nothing is done. Everyone should think twice about visiting. Not customer service friendly and with all the media scrutiny- no sure if you want your family dollars supporting such a place. Plenty of other interactive zoos in the state and Texas you could visit instead.

Lesli Shockley

This facility is wonderful! We attended their VIP Behind the Scenes tour over the weekend for a special occasion, and they went beyond our expectations. A special thanks to George, Katrina, and Eric for our personal tour of the park on Saturday. They were so knowledgeable and oozed with love for the animals. We enjoyed the education, the activities, and the facility. I wish you luck on your big move coming up, and keep up the fantastic work! :)

Rick Roberson

We were only able to walk through the park, thus this review should be considered with that in mind. There was a generous display of wildlife and the animals were well cared for. The price of admission, while fair according to other forms of entertainment, was a bit high in my estimation and is the basis for the rating given.

Monica Loredo

Definitely not what I expected on a expensive private endangered tour. We went at the 1130pm took 2 hrs 1/2 to get there and some of the staff wasn't friendly we felt rushed the entire tour. We had a huge group of like 50 people. And besides looking at the beautiful animals the only highlights were kissing a camel, toughing a wolf and holding snakes. At the end the whole group gets too play with 1 baby tiger and hold a few other animals. Not as I expected and DO NOT PURCHASE THE $30 Cd has lots of preloaded pics and only like 7 pics of your group. And you can't ask for pictures in certain places either.

Kristen Catalane

This is animal abuse. The owner is now indicted for killing some of these animals. This place is disgusting. Like going into a time warp to a zoo ran by meth heads and a want to he country singer. I feel terrible for the animals. Someone needs to step in and save them. Do not go here if you care about animals. They are not taken care of an you would be supporting their mistreatment by these uneducated, hillbillies.

Jason Farmer

Better then I expected. This place actually pretty cool and has a lot of animals. Take the tour, it is good and you get to hold the baby animals. I even signed up to have private time with a baby tiger. That was really worth it to have it crawl on you and play with you.

steve davis

All ages will enjoy this refuge for big cats and selected wild animals! This is not a zoo, this is a rescue refuge for exotic animals that have suffered neglect, mistreatment, and trauma at the hands of uncaring and for the most part i suspect, selfish unthinking owners that were ignorant of these animals special needs. That they seem to be thriving in this environment is a testament to the care this facility is providing them. The staff is extremely knowledgeable of their wards and in conversation with the staff you easily pick up on their love and dedication to each of the animals here. Ducks, geese, chickens, roosters, etc roam free and may well follow you around. There are chances to feed, and to pet some of the animals. Also there are special interactions that you can schedule with some of the more exotics for an extra fee that can include pictures. My friends and i left vowing to return and experience these special interactions and to take more time exploring this amazing and inspiring refuge.

Kenny Sweetman

I will admit when we first got there I was a little upset. We wanted to do the 1 on 1 time with the tiger cub and the next available opening wasnt for another 4 hours. We paid what seemed to be a lot of money for the tour, which I had no clue what to expect from and then was faced with paying for photos that I had no clue theyd even get good shots of us. I will say the lady who gives the tour is amazing and in my opinion invaluable to the zoo as a whole. She is what made me change my mind from this place is money grabbing to this is completely worth every dollar we spent. The tour was perfect. They make sure everyone gets a photo with the animals and you get to see parts of the Zoo you would otherwise not be allowed to see. Im on the fence about how I feel for these animals in small cages but the alternative could very likely be death and they are supposed to be moving to a new place closer to Dallas. I have one recommendation. The CDs for the pictures are an outdated process. Your zoo could easily create a dropbox or gmail/google drive account... create a folder to upload all the images in and share it out to the email accounts of people who paid for pictures. This would ensure people who didnt pay dont get their photos. The CD process is nice but took too long. Make it easier on yourselves and digitally share these to people. You could even charge $5 for people who request a CD. Then once a month clean out older photos from your account. Overall a great experience I would visit again.

Justin H

Not good at all, animals lack water, the staff doesn't seem to care about the customers plus there are the ongoing suits in federal court. I don't see them being open much longer and the new zoo, Red River Safari is nothing more than a pipe dream. Save your money and go to the OKC Zoo or Jenks Aquarium.

alex gorman

Not a rescue, they breed and sell their animals, horrible living conditions, they have actually shot and killed their tigers (see pending charges)

Fax LC

**MY SON WAS HAPPY WITH BEING ABLE TO PET THE BABY TIGER AND WOLVES BUT *THAT IS ALL YOU'LL ACTUALLY PET* YOU CANNOT TAKE PICTURES YOU CANNOT HOLD THEM AT ALL ** NO ONE GIVES YOU ANY INFORMATION ON WHAT EXACTLY IS GOING TO GO ON DURING THE TOUR HOW MANY ANIMALS YOU WILL PET NOR HOW MANY PICTURES YOU USUALLY HAVE TAKEN MY CD HAD PICTURES OF EVERYONE IN THE TOUR WITCH IS NOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO PAY FOR $30.00. MY SON LOVED THE TIGER THAT WAS ALL BUT THERE IS A LOT A LOT OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT IN ALL THE ASPECTS STARTING WITH STAFF RUDENESS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING TO END ( NOT THE CAMERA LADY, THE TOUR LADY FROM MINNESOTA AND FRONT DESK LADY WITH I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE ) TO LACK OF HONESTY, LACK OF ORGANIZATION AND LACK OF ANIMAL CARE. IF YOU CARE TRULY CARE ABOUT THESE ANIMALS START IMPROVING IT ALL. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Anuj Sood

Had a great time playing with cubs which was $50 for 6 minutes

Eli H

Some really neat animals. Ever feed a baby liger? You can. They welcome volunteers to come and help care for the animals.

courtney benson

I would give less than zero if possible. Our family left this place feeling uneasy!!!!The staff we encountered were unfriendly, not at all happy, or welcoming. Honestly, they made us uneasy. Safety protocols don't seem to be in place or perhaps they just don't have many. During our visit, a very large juvenile tiger was casually being "walked" through the park, on a dog leash???? No barrier, no fence, no safety equipment except for a 9mm handgun on the hip of some shady NOT "Jack Hanna" type animal ''handler", who snickered as he strolled by me and my kiddos ... "don't mind me, I'm just walkin my tiger". Within feet of me and my kids..on a leash. Can't make this stuff up folks! Could go on and on. Please research before visiting. I highly recommend a thorough search regarding the previous and current information publicly available regarding this animal park current and previous ownership. Perhaps do some reading about the "cub petting" industry/business. I wish I had researched before we visited. Would have skipped it for sure.

DeAnna 'Mama D' Rodriguez

Beautiful cats and so many of them too.

Maria Ballew

It was really cool to pet the tiger and enjoy the convenience of being really close to such majestic lions and tigers . Enjoyed my time here with so many tigers to see up close. Staff were very helpful answering questions. Tour was very educational. Staff take pride in their animals. This is not a city zoo so be prepared to enjoy a wild habitat environment.

Troy Levasseur

This place was the best stop on our trip! My 15 yr old daughter got sprayed by the lion that was the best part of our weekend the ride back to Joshua tx with that smell not so much. But the staff was awesome answered all out questions very thorough made us feel part of the family..

Nukes Lion

Pretty awesome to see tigers and stuff but also quite depressing that they have so little space, I'm taking them for their word that these animals are rescued and better off than before. Lots of (likely correct if I've heard anything about PETA) propaganda. Excellent place to stop and walk around during a road trip and only $15 to walk around the park.

Emily Darby Albrecht

Excellent experience!! Highly recommend. Good for family's, couples, or solo adventures

Mihir Khare

I have not been to many zoos but this place is far from a zoo. It is simply animal abuse! The animals look pale and unhealthy. Many of them are caged in really small space. The lion cub we saw was in miserable condition. The zoo staff doesn’t give up any opportunity to criticize PETA or Oklahoma City Zoo. I would not waste my money on this and rather visit a proper zoo!

Stephanie Paulk

It was awesome the tigers were very well cared for the staff even played with them while we were there it was so much fun. They had big o chunks of raw meat in there cages yumm... the monkey named Lucy was so much fun made us laugh too cute...

Amber Harrell

This place is awesome. We really enjoyed seeing all the animals. We also got to play with a baby tiger. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Stop by if you get the chance!

Liz Reynoso

It was a cool place to see rescued tiger, wolfs, etc but the place was in poor condition. I hope more people can donate to this sanctuary. But overall we learned alot about tigers.

Kelly D

It was really expensive for so many of the interactive activities to not be included in the cost of admission, all the “fun” things cost even more. Some of the cages could’ve been more well kept, but overall I appreciate what they’re doing for these animals and understand that, although not ideal conditions, these animals are better off here than in the wild. Just wish it was more affordable because we drove almost 3 hours and didn’t even get to touch any of the baby tigers.

Bsu B

The animals are kept in a miserable condition. They are not properly looked after. I think they sud be shut down. A big NO NO.

Christopher parker

Awesome place and what they do is 100% amazing for these animals

SYAM Maddi

Grant cat zoo.. you can see more than 50 tigers here. Must visit once. Kids would like it. Interact with animals here.

Mike king

Absolutely amazing! So much to do that you can't get anywhere else. And so much information about these amazing animals

Ashley McEntire

This is the greatest example of not judging a book by its cover. I’m guilty of assuming the place seemed sketchy and run down when we first pulled up, but wow! We were blown away by this place. The endangered tour is well worth the money and the tour guides were outstanding! The knowledge and care they have for these animals were so evident. We were so impressed with the entire thing. And never did I think I’d say I “kissed” a camel or played with baby tigers!! I highly, highly recommend this tour for anyone at any age. It is truly a gem.

Zameer Hussain

This is very different from the conventional zoo.. if u wanna see animals upclose and experience the real fun and love for big cats. This is the place to be.. totally awesome and worth the money. Do a endangered species tour. It's AWESOME

tracy lee

My husband and I took my son, we had a wonderful time! Will definitely be going back, looking forward to the new location opening!!

Sloan Snodgrass

The worst! Enclosures are so small, big animals need big enclosures. I have never seen something so sad. Memorial Day weekend and the animals were all panting, settled into a breeze-less cage. No fans, no misters, no grass, nothing. Do NOT waste your money! Only reason I say to spend your money is so the animals will be fed.

Zehila Hernandez

After reading all the recent reviews I felt like it wouldn’t be a good idea to make a family trip here but I didn’t want to go based off reviews. I wanted to experience it myself. To be completely honest there was more animals than I expected. A ton of tigers , lions and other animals you don’t really get to see at a zoo. Much less be that close to them! We were able to be close to the animals and feel safe. The animals looked healthy and you can clearly see the people care about them. We did the Exotic tour and were able to pet a baby tiger, kiss a camel, learn about the animals, hold a lemur and hold a ferret. It was little time with each animal but were able to get photos with them! The price may seem high but you can tell most of the money goes to feeding all those animals. Our experience was great. Definitely do a tour if you go! It’s better than just entering and walking around by yourself to look at the animals. You gain the experience of touching some animals and the education of them. Definitely don’t let the negative reviews keep you from visiting.

theresa rico

They are taking better care of animals tban previous owner

Amit Sharma

Since my 3 yrs old always watches animals on youtube , we thought of giving him a live exposure and this was the place we decided to go. This is not a conventional zoo or a sentry but a place for rescued big cats. From out side it does not look impressive at all but when you enter this area where cats are kept , you get amazed. I believe they have abt 80 to 90 tigers and lions. Then there are cubs and you can play with some cub whcih are 2/3 weeks old and few which are more in age are kept in cages. This place gives you a different experience altogether. Worth one time visit for sure. Great job done by the team takibg care of these cats...

Dinesh Gautam

If you want to see large number of big cats then this is the place. You can also get close to cubs with some extra money. This place hybreeding big cats so you might see hybrid cubs. This place is small, compare to zoos. You can easily cover in few hours. Don't plan it for whole day. Bottom line, it's worth spending time and money here.

Candice Cart

After seeing a video on a channel where I’ve seen real rescues, this was appalling to see (although the man featured claims to have had a relative train cats for the cruel circus B&B, so not surprised he doesn’t understand the cruelty in this place). Enclosures are far too small for the animals with little enrichment and it appears they’re breeding these poor animals at an alarming rate (I assume much inbreeding is occurring- which leads to health issues)... including hybrids which are generally riddled with health issues. I don’t believe this place is a real rescue (no real rescue would breed the animals nor create hybrids). Would be good to see these animals go to real rescues and have richer lives- unfortunately with them bottle feeding and “training” them I doubt they would do well in the wild, but could be possible given the story of Christian the lion who went from captivity to wild. This place makes my heart weep for these poor animals. I’m not surprised when the manager gets attacked by these animals when he goes in given their confined lives- like locking a human in a cell all day every day and expecting them not to go crazy- they do- heck even the uber hard criminals get an hour of yard time to keep from going crazy... just so sad to see this abuse occurring and ppl not realizing this is abuse.., please support real rescues and stricter animal laws/pro animal rights laws

Jello

Very fun would go again

Donna Sweatt

I went there with my Son, granddaughter and grandson and had a blast!!!! Go early while the animals are hungry. Was a great day with the family!!!!!

All Might

It was a nice overall experience. You're going to have the opportunity to get darn close to some big cats! The animals all seem to be well cared for. If you pay an additional fee you can even hang out with a baby tiger! I'd say you'd get at least an hour and half worth of fun out the place.

Jayachu TV

Nice place and a good entertainment for children. The zoo allows us to interact with many animals including tiger cubs, which are the best of all.

Tiger Woodz

Went a few months back and went to this place the last year. I have mixed reviews on this place. Good sides to it is that it has large concentration of li0ns and tigers, and the ligers are cool and interesting, although very unnatural. They are very close and even will chuff, growl, or spray you. Get to interact with them as well. I did the cub interaction experience which was amazing but its quick so make the most of your time with the cubs. However the guy that works in the front office is rude, and a lot of the enclosures are too small for thses big cats. And they also crank out cubs like theres no tomorrow. Some of ths animals don't look healthy and e few cats look deformed. I'm not saying I wouldn't go back, because I probly will, but I wish they were more ethical the treatment of these animals. Its the worst place ive been to in terms of caring for their cats and other animals.

Batchu Poojita

My experience was super good. As an animal lover I enjoyed playing and seeing different new species of lions and tigers. Lion Cubs are adorable.

J Foley

Went to pet tiger cubs, very neat experience, would visit again

Shane Horsley

My wife and I had a great experience here. It's pretty awesome to see all of those animals that close. Don't forget to opt for the private playtime with some of the baby animals. Definitely worth it.

Krystal Keahey

My husband and I had an excellent time here! The interactiveness of the parks Exotic tour was well worth it. I can't wait to get home to see the pictures. The animals are well cared for and the park is very clean. The only downside I saw was that there is next to no cell reception so if you purchased the Groupon make sure you print it out. I highly recommend going for the experience! My husband would like to add that the baby tigers were awesome to play with ;-)

Angie Mitchell

We had such a great time here! I was so amazed with how close we were able to get to so many beautiful animals. We did the tour, which I highly recommend. It lasted almost 2 full hours and our tour guide was a lot of fun and very informative. Some of the cats are in smaller enclosures than what you would see in a typical zoo but after hearing how the lead cat handler talked about these cats during our tour, I have absolutely NO doubt that these animals are loved and cared for far more than your typical zoo as well. It was amazing to see all of these enormous, beautiful cats come right over (after he called them each by their names) just to be loved on by him. Not to mention how incredible it was getting to sit and play with three tiger cubs, lemurs, and a baby kangeroo. We loved it and will definitely be going back again!

XERONIN zir-oh-nin

Incredible. We got to see tigers closer than any place we've ever been! You stand behind a very short fence maybe 2 n half feet from the main enclosures. Got to play with a baby tiger!!!!!! for way less than you'd think it would cost!!!!!!!!! I don't understand why some people complain that they are laying around. What do tigers, or any cats, do at other zoos.? They are cats!! Plus it's hot outside! Would you want to be up and running around when it's over a hundred degrees outside? Regardless we saw some up and being active. I am returning in a month to take my friend. Call ahead and ask questions. That goes for anywhere but hey it's just a reminder.

D Mata

I've never been this close to Lions, Tigers and Bears!!! Awesome Exotic Animal Park! They have a great collection of baby animals to meet and play with (leemurs, tigers, owl monkeys, etc). They have one of the largest Tigers in the world! We even got to pet Wolves! Come check it out, it's worth the drive!

Wendy Mabilia

I was leery about going. However, I am so glad we did! They are doing a phenomenal job at rescuing animals that have been mistreated. I was impressed by the cleanliness, especially considering the number and size of the animals in their sanctuary. The nursery is Amazing! I Love the baby Tigers, Ligers, & Ti-Ligers!!!

vance jackman

Took grandkids today & had an awesome experience!!! All employees were super nice & you could tell they truly loved the animals. The animals were well cared for and seemed very happy. We were able to feed baby tigers and kangaroos & pet wolves...once in a lifetime experience

Jose Caballero

Went in January and had a spectacular view of the sunrise with snow all around us

Timothy Schlak

Can't wait to pet lion cubs.

Amanda Wolfe

I absolutely would recommend this place. My husband booked a private tour for my birthday and it was amazing. We learned so much and had the chance to interact with some amazing animals. The facility is small, but you can tell they love their rescues. We will for sure be back again!

Zachary Jackson

Wow all these animals that u can see up close and personal awesome time.

Alicia Sinclair

Fun experience, had a good time!

Rachel Lyne

We visited today, Nov. 25, the park was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The animals were healthy, well-fed, and seemed happy. They interacted with the visitors. My mom was riding in her mobility scooter and all the big cats were very interested in the scooter. The guides taught us about the difference between rescuing and re-homing the big cats. Some of the animals before they came to the park had been abused. The trainer explained how and what was wrong with each animal and why they were rescued. The cats were feed several times while we were there; red meat, chicken. You could tell the animals really loved their trainers. It was an amazing place.

Michelle Zanoletti

So many tigers..... awesome to see for only $15, plus it helps to feed them all. Will be back!

Kurt Eriksson

This is a terrible place for the animals, the animals was clearly stressed, pacing back and forth in theire cages

Brandon Frisby

Booked an event a month in advance for a birthday party. Called to make a final confirmation before loading up, 3 hours before scheduled arrival. The first line was unattended. Found an older number on another site and the staffer informed me, "the guy had to go somewhere." and my scheduled event was canceled with no notice to me. Got my money back, but birthday surprise ruined. This place is unprofessional.

Memphis Reigns

Ok so heres the TRUTH about our experience here. YES a couple of volunteers was rude AT FIRST. But we did arrive early (10am). We didnt know anything about the zoo and went sporadically...so we really didnt know what to expect or how things worked so we asked alot of dumb questions in the beginning. Now i don't know about you but when its early i'm cranky especially untill i have a energy drink or some coffee to fully wake up. By 11am..the "rude" employees was fully awake and completely nice and courteous. The exact same employees that came off as rude was the most warming and discussed with us about how the zoo works and we talked for a while about raising lemurs. We also paid to play with the lemurs, monkey and tiger/liger cubs. Totally worth the money even if the time felt short and was actually timed . They say 10 minutes but idk it felt longer then that. The cost was $50 for 2 people, and a additional $5 per person up to 6 people. Once again totally worth it. In the end the "employees" are volunteers and are not paid. Therfore they don't have to coddle you and make you feel you get your moneys worth. Hell maybe even my family came off rude and cranky when we got there. Final words... WE WILL BE BACK this Summer once they move to behind Winstar. And get the bigger property they need to raise these exotic animals the way they need to.

Rajin Maharjan

One of the worst experience on customer service. They don’t even welcome you with a smiling face or a hello. We took the cub play time with our tickets. The lady who was there to guide us with the cubs was very rude. She should understand that it is a first time experience and not all of us are a professional like her being around those cubs and we might act according to our reflex while playing with them. She was like if you don’t listen to what i say i will reduce your playtime. I just paid $50 for that and you tell us you can kick us out. Why not concentrate on handling the cubs in a better way. Never returning again.

Lisa Simpson

Coming here was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The animals are kept in poor conditions, without proper access to water. And when alerted of the fact that the animals had no water, the staff working the front counter became defensive and walked away. They allow people to purchase iced animal cookies to feed the animals, which is clearly not healthy. Most of the animals were behaving as though they are starving, clawing outside of their cage for access to crumbs or gnawing at the cages. The exhibits are very small with hardly any equipment for the animals to play with. How this place hasn’t been shut down is beyond me. My family will not be coming here again and I recommend that if you care about animals, you don’t bring your family, either.

Daniela Mink

I recently contacted this facility to ask about their cub experience. I asked them multiple questions and they deleted my message without answering the first time, when I wrote them again they just responded that I was ignorant instead of simply answering the questions(basic tactic for those trying to get out of answering a question). I want to know if this is like most other cub experience facilities and to find out I asked the following questions, “When it comes to your cub experience where are you getting the cubs from? Where do they all go once they have reached the size where they are no longer legally allowed to be part of these experiences? Where is your breeder? What age do they get taken away from their mother? How long do they serve for cub experiences prior to being too large? Do you give them any laxatives or withhold food when guests aren’t there to keep them that size for longer periods of time? Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions. I look forward to learning more about your facility from you.” They also have white tiger cubs which are inbred according to many articles I have come across. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt by asking questions and hoping for good responses. However, they provided nothing and delete anything negative from their social media page or any questions that they don’t want to answer. It appears it is a typical exotic animal petting zoo that exploits animals for their money and for people to get a photo opt. I do not recommend this place. It seems like a dream for animal lovers which would naturally be drawn to this however it is not ethical. Please instead of taking your money here take it to a real sanctuary.

Prabu Srinivasan

Nice place to visit. You can spend around 2 hours here & there are several animals here. Lion, tiger (including white) tiger cub, horse, etc.. but they have limited resource to maintain the park so not very clean & smelling. Actually it maintained by volunteers so we should appreciate that. Entry fee range from $30 (2 adults), $100 for 2 hrs tour. You petting animals too, there are tiger Cubs, kangaro

Corey Overcash

This was an absolutely amazing experience. I did the 'Royalty VIP' tour with Eric (a lead keeper) and it was worth every dollar spent (which is going to a good cause). The animals are gorgeous and well taken care of, it was the most personal experience i've had. The staff was amazing, everything about this park was incredible. Here they care about their animals and preservation. This is worth the visit!

Tracy Williams

Left with mixed feelings. Love the animals, sad they lived in tiny cages with old trashy conditions and seemed stressed. Interesting that so many talk about the owners, Google and research for an interesting story on its history. I spent nearly $600 for 3 for substandard, rude treatment, certainly not "VIP". Hard to get details and operated less than professionally. You'll know from the minute you walk in. What i got for almost $200-a hour 1/2 walk around tour, 1 nice staffer, seeing wild animals up close, limited and hurried touching of big cat cubs, otters, a goat, dog/wolf mixes and ferrets for <5 minutes each, a CD of pics of their choosing (mostly animals by themselves-not my group), good parking, delight in how cute the animals are, slightly "fed"-sort of-a monkey, a camel, and a lion. Also- vague details before booking, a late start, a "guide" who treated us like a mean elementary teacher treats poor kids, no using my own camera on the tour (but sometimes ok just not on the tour I paid $175 for), shown animals I'm allowed to touch them given contradicting, unclear, instructions which I can't possibly follow, confusing guide, talked down to, discouaged from asking questions, sadness and guilt for these animals. Weird rules about you HAVE to put a treat in your mouth up to a camel's mouth. No any other way like a hand! Old signs asking for donations and advertising them everywhere and shabbiness abound. If you like being treated like an stupid, unwelcome child and you can stomach that to pay $$$ to get a chance to limited petting of a tigon, liger, or one of the other cross bred cats, then go. They breed LOTS of the hybrids they say to save endangered animals. Hmmm. Warn your kids you'll get talked down to by some "volunteer" with an attitude. Ours was Katrina. This place has treasures, I hope the animals' lives will improve with a talked about move. I hope my funds helped the animals. You might find another choice than the most expensive tour, but maybe general admission and pay extra for 6 minutes with the cubs.

Nancy Tvoski

We seen the signs on I35 on our way to Texas and decided to stop and have a look. My son had a blast, he got to pet a Snake. There are Lions, tigers, kangaroos, bears, etc... my kid and even us adults had lots of fun. Will recommend to stop.

Marc Lundy

An extremely poor place to visit. Animals lived in below average conditions. No one seems to realise the consequences of inter species breeding and the health effects it causes.... You should NEVER pay to allow your children to 'go interact with tigers or lions'... they are wild animals with a wild instinct and you are just supporting cruel practices.

Preethi V Arun Raj

I shouldn't have gone here in the first place. I feel really sorry for the animals. The staff's were the worst. very rude and not at all patient. Please guys don't buy anything edible in that shop and if you do please check the expiry date. I bought a chewing gum and it's expiry date was two years back and the staff had to say that he had nothing to do with that. Please guys be careful. They have to make more and more space for the animals , this is not how they are supposed to live. I feel terribly sorry for these large cats. And the photographs were the worst for $30.

Ben George

I really enjoyed being 3 feet away from large lions and tigers. It is a small zoo but worth the price for a short trip while passing through highway 35.

Lisa Graves

Nicest people, they really love the animals and it shows! ❤️

Lana Gruber

This place is so amazing! Best experience I had with hands on animals. Joe explains everything clearly and will answer all questions. Would highly recommend this place. And the restaurant located at the entrance off the highway is awesome

Pramod Vittal

Good place to go for an afternoon with kids. But it is very very very expensive!

John Timmers

Daughter and son n law took me here for my xmas present. AMAZING.........

Ryann Pedone

I thoroughly enjoyed it each time I went; it educates people on these amazing cars. They allow people to interact with the animals! I love it!

Ashley Mousavi

My boyfriend and I drove 7 hours to get to the park and it was so worth it!!! George was the first person we saw upon check in and he was very helpful! We payed $50 to interact with baby tigers, they are kept in a nursery where Jackie takes care of all of the babies. She is extremely knowledgable and caring, she was able to answer all of our questions and was happy to do so. After our personal encounter with the babies we went on an awesome 2 hour tour with our tour guides Eric and Katrina. Eric starts off by explaining the park and animals, throughout the tour he was patient as we were a large group, and had a lot of insight and information to share with us. Katrina was also very helpful as she took on parts of the tour explaining the different animals and the park! We kissed a camel, saw a mini horse, wolves, and other animals at the end including a baby tiger. Along with our two tour guides there were about 4 other trainers walking the tour with us to ensure our safety while interacting with all of the animals! The tour is interactive and a different zoo experience aside from just walking and staring we were able to experience the animals. The animals are all very well taken care of and love the trainers as much as the trainers love them. I can't wait to come back, the drive was worth every second. If you're a couple, group of friends, large or small family, have little ones, or even by yourself- I highly recommend this tour!!!

Jordan Edmond

Loved it. Not the prettiest sight but when you understand the mission, this place will make you really happy. All of the animals seemed to be chilling, which is a good sign to me. There are a lot of tigers and a coupla lions along with a bunch of other rescued animals. The tour (although we did not take) seemed totally worth it. From what we overheard, the guides are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. If we would have known that it was not going to be your average lackluster stroll around the park we would have booked it. They also got one on one experience with some of the animals that others did not get to do. ALSO, anyone can book a time to play with the tiger cubs!!! $50 for 2 people for 6 minutes. Totally wish the timing was right for us. You can also play with the baby kangaroo for a little more. If I lived in Oklahoma I'd probably spend way too much money to play with the tiger cubs.

Guru Prasath Thanigaivelan

Perfect place to experience animals at a closer distance. Was a great experience feeding animals, especially tiger cubs. I heard they are moving soon. Call before u visit

Rhunita Khalde

This was good place for kids. My kid enjoyed it a lot. The place stinks at some places inside. Restrooms are there but aren't Clean. 1 star less because the guy at the ticket counter was rude and didn't share correct information with us.

Shalini Ramachandrappa

Waste of money. Sorry for the animals in the tiny tiny cages. You can see some big cats that’s it. It doesn’t really look like sanctuary. Tour is one of the most horrible thing you can do there. Staffs are pathetic. They don’t give you any information because they don’t have anything there to give you the information for the money they are charging you there. Forget about petting they just bring some lizards, baby monkey, baby kangaroo and baby tiger for your photos that you can pose (for which you might have paid and looking forward) that’s it. Guys if you really want to go, then just take animal private petting ticket where they allow you to play with baby tiger for 6 minutes. May be that’s the only worth doing there for you and your kids happiness.

Khanh Nguyen

Awesome place for very unique experiences. My kids got to pet and play with a 9 month old baby Bengal tiger cub, a baby kangaroo, a lemur, and an owl monkey. They also got to interact with 2 wolves. We also held and took a picture with a baby boa constrictor. Overall, this was an excellent experience that you cannot get at any typical zoo. The zoo is small, but the animal interactions makes it completely worth the money spent!

joseph kratzer

Kind of sad really. Small enclosures.

Gacha Melanie

I drove hours just to come visit this place and watching the animals and my girls having an amazing time made me feel that it was worth the drive until the end when the tour was happening I had no idea that you had to pay for it. I just thought they were just giving a show for everyone that went to visit the zoo but like I said I had no idea and my first time so the girl that was taking the pictures on the tour was very rude to us and told us straight up, "Your not part of the tour". Not only did I feel embarrassed but disrespected. Your other staff were very nice except her. Teach her to do better with people and never to do that again. Never going back.

Marcus Rabi

No way these animals are treated humanely.

Destini M

They were so friendly and nurturing to these animals! When I'm no longer a single mother, I hope to donate to their cause. They do everything they can for all rescues. I recommend paying to play with the tiger cubs. They're giant kittens and they eat a lot. Please check out their cause!

Ashutosh Upadhyay

The enclosure are small, hate that animal have to live there

Maganti Suryanarayana murthy

Really its good park to visit atleast once in lifetime. Lots of tigers and lions to see closely.

Nethra Sprint

The place is great to go to with kids. We can see a large number of mixed breed tigers and lions. There are other animals too! Definitely worth it!!

Katherin Ortiz

Animals were adorable and you can tell that everyone there treats the animals with love care and respect. Great place to visit

funmate QA squad

Very expensive but worth every dollar. You can see that the staff loves and takes very good care of the animals. My kids were so happy

Miranda Moser

If you like supporting the inhimane treatment of wild animals just to get some “great photos” then sure, this is the place for you. Better off going to tiger safari or the okc zoo, where your money actually goes towards the animals and their conservation.

Patrick Callahan

Consistently wonderful, the people there truly love their job (well maybe not the lady at the front counter, but she's not in your life but a moment) and animals! I strongly suggest the guided tour, and extra play time if you can swing it. A must see if you are within a days drive.

Pallavi Akundi

Many tigers in a small area. Play time with Cubs is always fun

KEVIN ORTEGA

Going to this place has become an anniversary tradition! Time spent with the tiger cubs is well worth it!

Danie Carter

This is a small place that is very reasonable on price, it was very quiet when we went there so it felt like you have the place to yourself. An amazing opportunity to be close to so many big cats, and for an extra fee you can have hands on experience with a choice of babies that they currently have. As far as a zoo experience, yes the enclosures are small but you are closer to the animals than I’ve ever been and it’s a different kind of experience. I would recommend this place to anyone with an interest in large cats.

Kristen Hamady

we went today with my 12 year old and my 6 year old who is non verbal autistic and had an amazing time! would recommend it and plan to go back!

Shalini Dine

I visited the animal park last week and they had plenty of tigers that are really good and not much animals to play with. The tour was all about tigers mostly and the play time was worth the trip and the tiger cub and the wolf was very cute among them all... There is no restaurants or any food courts inside the park, so if you are visiting with kids, its advisable to carry your own water and snacks. Its worth it for one time, and more than that will be boring to see the same tiger in the tour.. We are not allowed to take pictures during the tour and the CD which we received was of poor quality photos, it was highly disappointing and they could've checked it before handing it over to us, but it was good that they accepted to provide us with free tour, but got to plan for it again which is slightly frustrating amidst the busy work schedule. Overall, it is a decent place worth it for the first time, and kids will enjoy the play time with animals which included kinkajou (honey bear), lemur, wolf, iguana ( i think it is iguana, or maybe something similar), monkey, tiger cub and picture with horned owl...

Shravan Hyderabad

Best for Lions, Tigers, Ligers etc. Try to reach before 230 for animal shows and photos with cubs. Whole place stinks, well it's a zoo, what else can you expect? Great staff though. If you can't find a breed, they personally take you. Dare to visit the snakes enclosure.

Jim Johnson

this place was so Awesome

Mary Vesey Johnson

BEAUTIFUL, BREATHTAKING, GORGEOUS, Something I have wanted to do my whole life is to be close up with the lions and tigers! It's an amazing what we seen there and how big the lions and tigers are living there with y'all! Just wished y'all had their names on their cages so that we can see which one is who, not to cause problems! My life long dream as been full filled with your beautiful Cat Exotic Animal Zoo! Thank You For Your Service To RESCUE Theses Beautiful Lions and Tigers and Ligers and The Other Animals Too! Mrs. Mary Johnson

Alex Beatty

Experience of interacting with the animals was amazing! It felt like the staff really cared for and about the animals. I was VERY disappointed with the customer service however. I ordered the picture package and the 8x10 with a baby tiger and almost ALL of my pictures on the CD were blurry and my print out was blurry, not with the baby tiger, and not even an 8x10 photo. When I called about the poor quality of the pictures the photographer did not apologize at all and even said that he noticed the camera was foggy but did nothing to fix it or correct our photos. Overall, experience was truly amazing, but poor customer service ruined it for us.

Erin Baezner

Cub petting is wrong and horrific.

Nora Kay

Poor conditions and the lady from the cub play room was very rude!!

dana fahser

The owners of this place are no better then the last one. Jeff Lowe the way you talk about the LGBTQ COMMUNITY is disgusting. Oh and women the names , C## T.. B@# CH. WHAT WOULD MAKE US WANT TO VISIT.

Dana Rogers

The sloth exhibit was amazing, but you should probably post the pricing for the specialized exhibits.

Edmond Pajaziti

Me and my girlfriend went here a couple days ago and we had a wonderful time. We got a lot of time to play with the baby tigers and all the animals looked well feed and healthy, some of the cages might have look small but if you buy the tour package and get to go to the back and see the rest of the Tigers you will notice that the cages get much bigger. Joe himself stopped us at the end of the tour and asked us what we thought and if we enjoyed the tour. Overall it was better than any zoo I have ever been to and I will definitely be going back

Morgan Wolter

I lived in a small town (Elmore City) and applied to work here at age 17. I got hired on and immediately quit. It was godawful. I’m glad Wondery put a spotlight on that sad madness. Thanks to Saint Carol Baskins for what she has done!

Andrew Crutchfield

Did not feel comfortable here

Ally Nivens

My husband and I visit every time we plan a visit to Oklahoma. When we first went it wasnt the best of experiences but we kept going due to the adventures and experiences there. We have seen a lot of changes. The tigers always seem happy. The last time we went they all had meat and things to do. Only thing I wish is info on the animals as to why they are there. I know a lot of animals are rescues.

Brandon Barrett

We enjoyed our experience at the animal park. The tour is definitely worth the price. I would have rated higher, but the size of the animal enclosures are just too small in my opinion. The caretakers seem to genuinely care about the animals and there are plans in the works for a new, more modern site later this year with larger areas for the animals. It was very interesting to learn about the big cats, especially the hybrids like Ligers and Liligers!

Saturn Venice

This is not a place for abused animals it's a place to abuse animals just look into its history and what it's still doing look up what "tiger playing" really cub petting really is they also keep them into way to small of cages also most of the animals you can see their ribs this means they animal is extremely under weight especially big cats and horses this means their a couple HUNDRED pounds under weight also they just push out cub after cub even Ligers and white tigers look them up they have no conservation value and suffer from many genetic problems like cleft plates neralogical issues bone issues for Ligers gigantism and white tigers crossed eyes go to a AZA zoo or sanctuary like the wild animal sanctuary and say it's a place for abused animals

Ellen Bieg

I have not been to many zoos like this one before and being able to interact with the animals was a unique experience. However, we signed up to get a tour around the place and our guide was very rude. She kept getting very defensive when we wanted to ask questions about animals and continuously kept giving us the phrase "like i just told you" in an annoyed manner if we didn't remmber every detail about animals we are not familer with. Also, we did not get to feed the big cats like we were told we would be able to. For the most part it isn't worth the price
