kids had a blast with the monkeys

Ashley Schulte

We go almost every year and you get to feed monkeys and pigs and even the bear...kids love it there especially Alex the monkey

Murad Alsharif

Very interesting place, loved so much, you have the opportunity to feed the animals and see them so close, I will definitely go back again❤ also the staff are amazing and very helpful, thank you

Nancy Moreno

Awesome family place. We've been going for years and never disappointed

Julie C.

We enjoyed our visit to this small but nice Snake and Animal farm. Made me feel badly for the animals, but it did say they saved them. PEOPLE PLEASE READ THE RULES AND FOLLOW THEM. If your children don't listen well, then this is not for you.

Lawrence Schorr

Anytime we are in the Pocanos we make a point to stop here. Great for little kids, but us adults and our now teen age kids still enjoy visiting with Fred the Monkey and all of his buddies. Animals are well cared for and love to show off for visitors.

paul s

Nice little zoo of animals, reptiles, etc for under $10 a person, food not included. Although, they should not let baby strollers to the outside part as the walkway is not wide enough to accommodate it with other people walking. Staff was very nice & helpful, even gave me free food for animals because she needed $1's & I was able to give her $10 worth. Definitely worth a visit if you have kids or not!

Nicki Hair

Only reason giving 4 star instead of 5 star is because we went on holiday week end and couldn't buy as much as we wanted to feed the animals...the place was Awsome though....loved the monkeys the most and even bought t shirts before leaving.

Christian Koelsch

Great for kids. Enjoyed feeding the monkies

Matt Hugg

This was a pleasant surprise.

Kevin McCarthy

Awesome place to visit exclent place to take the kids for an hour or two. A definite rainday visit. A lot of cool animals you can interact with. If your ever in the area it's a must stop.

shaukat nawazkhan

Honestly its neither a Farm nor a zoo, its more like a animal rescue facility. However for small children it is a place of real intrest.

Angela Lee

Such a fun place to take small children!

Review Buster

Really awesome place where you can feed bunch of funny monkeys and even bear

Mila Anianova

Small zoo, fun to visit. Would recommend for kids to learn about different animals. Lemurs and owl monkeys were my personal favorites. Buy treats for animals, but don't spend it all at capuchin monkeys. Hold it till you are outside. You will have most fun there feeding lemurs and monkeys.

Romina Bartel

Not sure how this place is legal. The animals are kept in extremely small places and there are too many reptiles per cage. The bear cant even see outside, and is kept in a very small place between concrete walls. I went in expecting to see something pretty and honestly left sad. And all i want to do is set that bear free. My kids didn't enjoy it as they thought the same thing and they're only 11 and 7. I do not recommend this place and I wish they would let these animals go. Edit to reply: no, I do not have the place confused, I have been there twice to see if things changed and it didnt. That bear does not look happy, and yes I read the reviews of other people and I am shook. But I also read your replies to the negative comments and they were not very professional you should take the negative comments into consideration to maybe chance the situation of the animals living in there.

Jeff Leisey

Awesome place for kids and Adults alike! Just really neat!

F Jameel

Fun place for kids to enjoy and feed the animals. The space inside is a bit cramped, some areas you have to squeeze through if someone else is there. The main animals are the goats that you can feed with your hands. The bear and monkeys you feed from a distance. Overall good for kids.

Candice Byrne

Alot bigger than I thought. Worth the price for what they are doing. We enjoyed bottle feeding the pigs and feeding the gators.

TheKdubbs

What an absolutely wonderful family. It is so easy to see how much they love the animals they care for. My son and I have visited many times and will continue to visit!

Laurie Martin

Absolutely amazing!!! The best animal place I have ever been to. My son loved it so much.

Mel Bell

We decided to stop here on a long trip home. I was reluctant at first to go in, as it seemed like it would be another road-side zoo with animals in poor health. I was mostly mistaken, as it seemed all the animals (except for the bear, she seemed hot and lethargic) were very well taken care of and loved by their keepers. Would stop by again if we have new people to take.

Andrew Lane

Great experience.... Much more up close and personal than mainstream zoos. Would go back here!

Zachariah Cerino

Great for locals and tourists. Feeding and petting some of the animals is a great highlight

Jamie Yayme

This place was an amazing hidden gem! This was one of our favorite stops here. They have a lot of animals even though it's not a long walk at all, good for older and younger ones that get tired easy. There's lots of funny monkeys that almost beg for food holding out their hands/paws?

Wayne Simmons

Nice little side of the road zoo. They have snakes, spiders, turtles, lizards, frogs as well as several types of monkeys, a bear, a few cats, raccoons, goats and pigs. Phew, what a list! They offer feeding options for most of the animals, which is fun: the monkeys will catch the food when you throw it to them. The cost is not bad, and if you are staying at a nearby resort they have a coupon in the local attraction book. Check it out for the animal enthusiast in you! We did the whole thing in an hour or so and fed several of the animals. It was great. Oh, there is also a soft bunny to pet and a chinchilla.

TheReal BW

Such a cute little place. Can feed the animals. Highly recommend!!

Victoria Yeung

Very nice farm! The place is small but it allows you to see the animals closer than you would see in a zoo. Ticket is $8.5 for adult. You can pay extra for bear/monkey food/goat+ pig bottle. We also got to pet a bunny. There were some unique animals that we never got to see in the zoos we have visited, such as alligator snapping turtle and sloth.

Daniel Flores

Came here years ago and loved it. I woke up during a road trip and see it and told them to stop there. I ended up buying a alligator. I tried looking tje place up on line and couldn't find it. I didnt remember the name. The other day we were on our way to wind gap and there it was. I love this place.

Guinea Pig Central

As someone who knows a lot about animals (I’m planning on building a reservation or working for one in a few years for animals like the ones in this “farm”) this place was an absolute disaster. First: their black bear was kept in direct sunlight. Black bears live in forests and have access to rivers and streams to cool off in, along with shade from trees. The poor thing was breathing heavily and was covered in sweat. The “pool” it had to bathe in was extremely small. I don’t even think it could fit it’s whole body in there. It had about 1/3 as much room as the bobcat did (which, mind you, didn’t have much space either) to run around in. When you are inside the building, the snakes are kept in cages smaller than the ones in pet stores. Also, seeing a snake drinking from a jar of dirty water was so sad to me. The monkeys are also kept in large groups in small cages. The big sloth they have has a cage even smaller than the one a singular monkey had. Many of their turtles are kept in extremely shallow water and small spaces. When you walk into the gift shop, they have a monkey in a tiny glass tank where it can barely move. The pigs don’t even have enough room to run around in. One alligator was kept in a space so small it made me upset. The wallabies only had enough room to jump around in circles. The raccoons, which should be in the wild were clawing and scratching to get out. The monkeys were obviously starving. If you even lifted your hand up near them to throw some food, they would start going crazy. What made this even worse was that the workers were taunting the animals when they tried to get out. And even worse was the fact that next to the “farm” were miles and miles of what looked to be unclaimed land. Please, please, please do not go here or anywhere else that promises to be a farm or a zoo. You can buy way cheaper tickets to go to animal sanctuaries and reservations which are much bigger with happier, friendlier animals. (To the owner- don't try and say perception is everything. If you cared about your animals, you would treat them right. Black bears need to have at least 10,000 square feet of space, according to the sanctuary federation. And don’t say I’m not “smart” enough to know these things. I’ve been researching and studying since I was eight how to care for animals and even eight year old me would know how terrible this place is.) Response to the owner- well, it seems I know more than you. Your “mini” farm is a bunch of amazing animals shoved into Polly pocket sized crates. Sorry if, you know, I actually CARE about the welfare of animals. Sorry if it seems I know the sizing requirements for animals. Sorry if I’m scared because of the obvious neglect of these animals. Also, forgot to mention this, two beautiful birds, a macaw and a cockatoo, were kept in a cage where they could barely stand. I hate people like you, that think it’s okay to do this. People like you think things like, “oh, it’s ENOUGH space for this animal. It’s not gonna DIE if it’s in a small space.” That’s why in a few years I’m going to work at an animal reservation, where the care for the animals is the top priority. Do some research. Why do you have such terrible care for these animals? Miles of unclaimed land is directly next you this “ zoo” of yours. If you cared about them, you would purchase some of the land and at least let them have bigger spaces to live in. I’d rather work at a petco then at this place of yours. Please, to anyone reading this, I am begging you. Do not go here. This place upset me so much. As a young girl in high school who normally can control her emotions very well, I started crying as I drove away from this place. Also, about how the USDA would disagree with me, I had an aunt who worked with the USDA animal welfare division for a few years. She now works at an animal reservation. I took pictures and videos of your zoo and sent them to her. She agreed with me that the animals were in way too small enclosures and were obviously neglected. Also, your replies are extremely unprofessional and aren’t very relevant.

Cindy Bruce

Wide variety of well cared for animals. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location had easy access.

Brian Thompson

Great place to visit!

Laura Crespo

We absolutely loved it! We are from South jeresy and we had stopped to check it out it was so worth it! On ha is with animals owners were nothing but nice made us feel very welcome!!! Nxt time we come up we will be sure to stop again.. Thank yall for having us

Pixie Chic

It was an amazing trip!! I even got to feed the animals. Very well done!! Lol I even got to organize the glass animals lol!!

Alex Werkheiser

fun, awesome, ome of my favorite places when i was a kid

Forklift McChicken

Very fun. Got to feed all the animals and goats. Very nice workers and beautiful animals, also wasn't too expensive

Michelle Youngken

This place is horrible. These animals are kept in small, unnatural enclosures. Kids were tormenting the animals. The animals were pacing back a forth, a clear sign of distress. I looked their name up with the USDA after visiting and found that they have numerous violations of animal care. So sad and disheartening. These animals need to be rescued!

Gary Gold

A fun hour to spend with the kids!

Brittany Crider

Such a cute place! Highly recommend. A little pricey, but my boys had a blast!

Michael Curley

Short tour to keep kids' attention, ADORABLE animals in well-kept, clean environs - and you can feed them! Tons of fun for the family!

Holly Wood

This place has been around for decades. You can really get close to some of these critters. In fact, you can feed them!

Sara Giovanelli

This place was super cute! It was a spur of the moment activity for us one day. I loved that you could feed the animals, especially bear bear! Would totally come here again!

Jenny Buri

You feed you animals, the monkeys are cute and playful, small but definitely worth it

Debra Walker

Was a short walk through.

Jeremy Ogorman

We try to go at least once a year. My 3 yr old loves it there. For less than half the price of other zoos you get plenty bang for your buck. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. You can feed the animals including the bear. Great for younger kids who cant walk long paths from animal to animal as everthing is connected here. Stop in you won't regret it.

Steven Breeze

Working for a zoo , these animals seem malnourished. Cramped spaces and would not recommend for the money, it’s about a 10 to 15 min walk around and very depressing

Colleen Hartung

Small definitely worth a visit

Rachel Ellen

A great stop for something a little different during your Pocono vacation. My young children really enjoyed seeing the different types of animals and feeding them the appropriate treats. Make sure to save some monkey and lemur food for the animals outside (the older monkeys inside will take them all if they can get them!). The animals here are often rescued from other facilities or were born in captivity. They are well cared for and live in thoughtful, appropriate housing. The staff clearly love the animals and are happy to talk to the kids about them. Definitely worth stopping here with your family!

Wes Waite, Jr.

Grand daughter loved the animals. Family friendly and get to feed goats, pigs, sheep, monkeys, bear.

S S

Great place for a quick stop. Had been a staple of our area for decades.

sheryl land-mays

I travel with a group of special needs adults to this place every year. The guy that's usually there had a set price for them . When i asked the lady she told me we where never given a discount pay the price or leave. She was very rude. Mind you we always go with a group of 15 or more. She could have handled it in a better way

iknownotseems

Awesome place for adults and kids. Feed the monkeys band goats. They place is wonderful and helps rescue animals. The bear is also fun to watch and feed.

meka wheeler

The monkeys are so cute! The bear is awesome. All the animals look to be in great health. Plenty of toys for them to play with. The staff is awesome too. And you can feed them. A little bit pricey but worth it!

Carita Brown

Some of the animal looked a bit sickly, they said the bear was shedding but I have never set a bear she'd like that with a bald spot and the monkeys on the inside closure were going bald and looked depressed. The enclosures are very small but they were very clean

Austen Hernandez

Great place for kids. Bears, bobcats, panthers, and alligators are the big attractions. So many different snakes an monkeys, and the price is right

Eugine Lev

Small, but delightful zoo.

Rabbi Yosef Cohen

This was our second time here. It's really good fun for kids of all ages!! I love the fact you actually get to feed some animals and not just look at them. Nice mix of farm, local and exotic animals. Animals look clean, happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

Crystal Snyder

Ever since I was a kid I loved going to this place and now that I have kids of my own I enjoy taking them whenever we're in the area. I recently went with my 7 year old and 3 year old. My youngest was hesitant about feeding the animals so I just got one tray of food. Well, we had so much fun feeding the animals so I went back to get another tray of food for my other child and the lady who works there was real short with me telling me that you can only get food when you first come in. I know in the past you used to be able to go back and get food as many times as you wished so it was annoying and disappointing that it had changed. Other than that it's a fun way to spend an hour.

Mike Kelly

Great place for the kids

John DiClementi

Small place but very cool. Very nice staff and the ability to feed monkeys, goats, pigs and even an adorable black bear. We cant wait to come back during our next visit.

Benjamin Wolfe

Pros: A cute little daytrip destination for small children. The staff is friendly and there are some friendly animals. Cons: Most of the animals don't have enough room to roam. The bear and the cats have at least a studio apartment's worth of space, which is.. okay? Probably not enough to truly be considered humane, but it's far better than what the rest of the animals here are forced into. The emu and one of the pigs are both in tiny pens that seem more like jail cells, and the reptiles are all in little wall tanks that seem less like a zoo and more like an art gallery. The snakes' tanks are barely big enough to fit their coiled bodies; they're barely 12" by 12"! This is horrifying. They shouldn't be able to keep any animal, not even a snake, in a cage that tiny.

Belal Alawi

Better than zoo, yes it's small but you get to see monkeys up close

Semyon Glukhoy

What a fun place to visit with the kids. They loved feeding the goats and pigs. I enjoyed feeding the monkeys and bear. In the snake exhibit, get your kids close to the box and open it fast! Lol

Gablilah Nicole

Its okay here. Kinda feel vad for tge animals . the goat took my cup holder we had to.hold the food to feed them. We told staff and they said oh its ok. like bi it's really not.

心臓E-licious

The animals were cute when we fed them

jiggs Cook

We were there today me an my wife.. its a wonderful fun place to visit.. i would recommend this place to everyone .. its just a fun place .. the monkeys are hilarious especially when they know you Have There fruits.. its totally worth stopping in the people there are very friendly..

Vlad Blagodar

Good for the kids, but hard to look with grown up eyes at how the animals are kept

Terry Quinto

Had a great time here and lots of fun feeding the animals

bill beltran jr

Great place to take small children

Monica Snyder

I didn't feel rushed,it's great knowing that they take older animals so they don't get put asleep!

Maria Cerda

Very neat little zoo! Animals are well taken care of. You can buy food to feed the monkeys, bear and alligators. You can also bottle feed the goats. Lots of fun for little kids! There is also a neat little gift shop. Price is very reasonable.

Meghan Dore

I love making the trip to visit this place and have been visiting for at least 15 years. It's always worth the drive. Kids and adults in my family alike think that it's an awesome experience. Small, but fun in a leisurely amount of time. Animals seem well cared for and they have some gorgeous creatures And affordable prices.

Tyler Gulbach

Fun for kids! But small and awkward walkway.

Amy Gates

I love going here! Small but worth it. You can purchase food to feed the animals.

Emil Lewis

Breath taking scenery and great service

Michael Moutos

Small but a lot of great animals! And a very friendly staff!

Saad Khan

Good nice place to see reptiles and other animals. My son had a good time and enjoyed petting the rabbit and goats.

Leticia Pollard-Torres

Amazing place and animals are very well taking care of. I recommend this place 100 percent!

AC Jones

Small enclosures for all the animals and only the goats, pigs and emu have and enclosure that isn't a full concrete floor. The black bear has a very small home and the lemurs beg for food. That's just outside , inside they had a bunny that you could just walk up and pet. In truly surprised that the rabbit didnt have a heart attack from the street. Back outside the alligators have an enclosure that has tiles in it. This place is a disgrace and extremely depressing. **The owner has responded and his/her response is the typical response anyone would give when their business is poorly rated. *Response* For you response about Max how would anyone know you're telling the truth? I've been to plenty of "mini-zoos and guess what those animals actually had dirt and vegetation at their feet. Your emu enclose is extremely small and probably why it stays seated and never moves. I've been in empty studio apartments that are your "1200 square feet in and out" for your bear and they still have more room. If my perception is flawed then what fairy tale are you living in?

Charles Dickason

Went with family and my 1yr old son. He loved it

Michael Johnson

This is a must stop for our family when we visit the Poconos. We love feeding the monkeys and the bear. The staff is very friendly. This is a very educational and pleasurable spot to visit for the family. Kids will love it.

Justeen wade

This is an awesome place. You can feed alit of the animals and it not a huge place it's perfect for kids and elderly people. Lots of monkeys and snakes and alligators and turtles and birds that talk to you. Also a bear and sloth and more. I recommend this place to everyone.

Vincent Snyder

Lots of cool reptiles

The Champs

The experience is great for kids and families. It is not worth the money they charge for you to come in. And than they charge you to feed the animals so you pretty much are doing their job and you are paying them to do it for them by buying the food. But why I left a 2 star is because the cages are way to small for the animals especially for the bear they are housing. It’s def not a fun live the animals are living.

ali alfar

Very interesting place .

Luis Rodriguez

Such a fun time here and the monkeys were hands down my fav. If you have kids make sure you grab some food and milk to feed the animals.

Corina koi

Brought my son here and he loves it! Loves feeding the goats and pigs and monkeys! The poor beat tho is in rough shape. She needs to see a vet. She’s lost the sparkle in her eye that wind animals have. She has no will to live and looks so lonely! So sad. Over priced grapes and goat feed and milk. They’re always busy but I just felt so bad for the poor bear.

Michael LaSalvia

Last time I was here was as a little kid. We took our 4 year old there on the way home from our visit to Bushkill a. Definitely better then some zoos we been too. While the selection of animals not as numerous as larger zoos, I have never seen animals so active before and engaging the visitors. While the price is a bit high, I would still suggest purchasing the food options for the animals. They are super cute and amazing. They catch the food in the air and eat it or you can bottle feed the pigs and goats. Well worth the stop!

Travis Charles

Gave my mother a hard time about her service animal not being aloud on the premises. Animals didn't look happy either the short time we stayed. Reply to Owner response Your business is not "exempt" from service animals being on the premises. You can restrict the areas "for your animals own safety as they might become agitated" a service animal is aloud but not exempt from the premises/property per ADA regulations. Maybe you should post a sign that states such as to not offend you customers.

tatyana rodriguez

Super cute and good price

Bekkie Watson

We have been here twice and loved it both times. The kids have a blast feeding the animals and watching them. It's clear the animals are very well cared for and loved. Staff is friendly, the place is clean, and getting to feed all the animals is such a treat for the kids. Unfortunately this time is was quite busy so good was limited to ensure all guests get a chance, but it's understandable and the kids shared the food we had well. It's rather small, so you can enjoy the whole farm in about an hour or so. Perfect for young children and toddlers, and although it's all outside the pathway is covered so you are shaded most of the time. We will absolutely be back next time we visit the Poconos!

Mike Scheufele

Stopped in again on Sunday... always fun, inexpensive.. and a good variety of animals. The pens may seem small , but are well within the guidelines... and the animals look to be well cares for... and come on... FRED!!! he's awesome.. always has been... now he has TIMMAY to play with...

Gabriel Ali

Loved the animals. This place was fun and would go back to see the black bear.

Erica Savioli

My mom use to take me here when was little. My friend and I love animals and ended going with our boyfriends. I even take the kids I babysit here. Great prices and great activity to do with young children.

Lisa Meyer

Great, small zoo. Easy to get through. Good for families.

Nisee P

This was my son’s favorite part of our trip! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can clearly see their passion for the animals. I love the variety of animals. The snake collection is the biggest I’ve ever seen. It was also a great experience feeding the animals. It was the first time I fed a bear lol. The monkeys are hilarious. The Snake & Animal Farm is a fun experience for all ages.

Dennis Smith

Amazing place. Let's you feed the animals. Great friendly staff. Some very rare animals to see in a zoo. Definitely worth the stop.

Karl Stevens

We were told about the Snake and Animal Farm by the front desk at our hotel. We have a 2 year old so we decided to give it a shot. It was very affordable to get in. Overall it was a bit smaller than we expected, but it turned out to be the perfect size for our daughter. She really enjoyed getting to feed the animals. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Cassandra Larrosa

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could

Lisa Stashek

Brought my 2 year old granddaughter in to see the animals. She LOVED it! Between feeding the goats with a baby bottle and tossing fruit to the monkeys, she giggled the whole time. 2 thumbs up

Lou Gray

It's a must see every time I visit the Poconos.

DB Petruzzi

Great place! My husband and I brought our 2 and 3 year olds, and it took us about an hour to go through. Our kids fed the animals and had a blast. Highly recommend.

Victor Jubinville

Excellent destination for educational visit to a self paced experience of domestic, endangered & exoatic animal hands on, up close interaction.

arie meiman

Place is small but has allot of animals kids could feed and play with.

Michael Eitzen

Very nice attractions. Family fun place. Friendly service

This Sick Chick Mimi D.

My FAVORITE little...zoo, really! Very kind people, a nice petting zoo section and a variety of animals you can get good and close to for very little money! We go every Summer!

E G

Took our 1.5 year old to this farm and she absolutely loved it, it was perfect for her, we got to feed the goats and the monkey's and see all the other animals as well as petting a bunny rabbit.. the perfect starter zoo, really glad we found this place and had a really nice time

Richard Anastasi

This place is an absolutely amazing time for a low price. 4 or 5 different species of monkeys, a bear, lots of snakes, a sloth, pigs, and goats are all so fun to see. You can buy food for certain animals and feed it to them. Throwing fruit to a monkey was really fun! Also bottle feeding the adorable pigs.

Franklyn Mendez

Great local animal farm to visit. If you're looking for a big zoo, this is not it. Mind it, we are at the Poconos mountains. A little bit expensive, but it's a family owned business. I was surprised with the large numbers of snakes, turtles, and other animals I found there.

Liz Fagan

Cool and not pricey

Katie Finkey

It was fun! You could even buy food to feed to the animals!

Cynthia Otero

The place is beautiful and suitable for the whole family.

S Bellomo

I left with some ethical concerns and generally feeling badly for a number of the animals. Their habitats didn't all match their origins, though the animals were outside and not seeking shelter, and no animals were in acute distress. They had one sad story after another, which I think they could turn into a conservation message instead of just a feeding attraction. There was no stench in the primate section and the habitats were clean. I did see habitat maintenance in action, but would have liked to have seen the animal spaces less worn out. The place is wheelchair accessible except for doorways, hand wash stations, and I didn't see a bathroom. Overall it seemed like somebody's personal collection that people keep "donating" animals to, which I'm not convinced is a good thing, but when there's nowhere for a distressed Egyptian Cobra to go, I'm not opposed to paying for a visit to a place that ensures it some kind of place to live out its days. Even if it's a for-profit zoo, as long as the animals are getting adequate care and quality of life, that's the most important thing.

Ginny M

Nice for 45 minutes .animal seem to be well taken care of but the price could be a little bit less I think.

David Hogue

It's a good attraction for this area.

Duane Mclaughlin

Unique place great for families with small children. Great place to spend a rainy day in the Poconos.

julian bonilla

small place but the kids had a blast feeding the monkeys

Nirav Lim

Nice zoo for kids. My kids loved feeding pigs, goats, monkeys and bear.

Jason McFarland

Great fun and an awesome place. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!

caroline pilkerton

My group of adults and children truely enjoyed the experience of feeding the animals. The monkeys were very animated and surprised us by pointing to which foods they wanted from our tray. Thank you for caring for these animals as they age. Thank you also for providing this experience to the public. We enjoyed the gift shop and purchased mementos as well.

Anna Vue

This place is awesome! We were concerned when we saw the condition of some of the animals but the Owner explained that many of the animals are rescue. The monkey we had been worried about, is just a balding old man...the staff is friendly and the kids always have a great time.

amber jagger

This place is humid as hell inside but the animals are cute and awesome. You can buy a variety of food for the raccoons, lemurs, monkies, piggies, gators, goats and they also have 2 skunks, a bunny, snakes, spiders, turtles, koi fish, and a sloth! They also have a couple big cats, a couple birds and a bear that was hibernating.

Carolyn Estades

Cute little place. Perfect for small children. You can feed some of the animals, we liked it alot.

Nicole Gates

This place was educational and fun. The staff are very friendly, so smart and you can tell they love these animals. Typically zoo's make me sad because animals seem so lonely but here was completely different. My husband and I were so glad we did this. The honeymooners highly recommend.

Ashley Butler

I had a great time and so did my kids. It’s great for toddlers, you won’t spend all day there. The animals look very well cared for, and it’s inexpensive. Overall, it was a good time.

Adrienne Samen

Great place to visit but very small

Lauren Barth

Stopped here during our vacation to the Poconos and it was so cool. I took my three year old. He loved all the animals and has SO much fun feeding the monkeys, goats, and pig. Even I got a kick out of feeding the monkeys. They have monkey inside that you put pieces of fruit down a tube and they catch it. They also have monkeys outside that you can throw food to them and they catch it mid air. I got a kick out of that. The goats and pigs are fed milk from a bottle. It was so cool!

greyson godsey

This place is very small, I definitely thought it would be bigger. My 4 kids seemed to enjoy it. It was really cool feeding the animals... pigs, goats, monkeys, raccoons, a bear.

divineflo

The staff was friendly so I gave them a star but in reality this is just...animal cruelty. This place should not be opened and should be under investigation. My 12 year old daughter said she was sad after going there. They have a bear in a ridiculously small concrete space with a tube u use to throw food at the bear. There was a feline, possibly a bobcat, with a barely healed wound on its leg, panting like it was having an asthma attack. They even caged up a raccoon...in Pennsylvania!!! Like NYers caging up pigeons in the zoo. There were monkeys that were agitated, bored, etc. I have never seen anything like it. There were a grip of goats could feed through a fence. 2 huge beautiful parrots stuck behind a small dark room with nothing but a pole to stand on. There were huge snakes kept in small glass aquariums and even the turtles needed a bigger space. My daughter said the saddest part was when she walked to see a kangaroo but only saw a kangaroo Hide hanging on the wall. She was mortified. Don’t support this place until it changes. Maybe they should focus on farm animals and expand the snake space, smh. Horrible. 45 mins to get there from our cabin n we stayed for less.

Great staff! Lots too see! We had fun! Worth the trip!

Fun small zoo like place. They let you feed the animals. The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are porta potties with no sink nearby though. They do have a sink for hand washing after you go through the main petting area.

Rebecca Anderson

What a horrible place. Let animals live in the wild where they belong!

Michael Coulter

Amazing, fun great time.

David Winters

Visited Sunday at opening with my 3yr old. Very friendly staff and a clean facility. Plenty of animals to keep the little one and myself interested at every turn. From turtles, snakes, alligators, monkeys, large cats a bear and many more. Being able to feed most of the animals makes for an interactive experience. Would come back again.

So many cool exotic animals in one small space! Feeding the animals is a sure delight for children as well. Very family friendly

Pretty Petals Reborn Nursery

I feel like this place is doing a great deed, but at the same time they need to figure out how they can get rid of the bacteria that cause the smell of animal waste. Also in the alligators pond there was trash floating around and the alligator was trying to eat a plastic tea bottle. Peices of broken plywood or something also floating in the pond. Other than that I enjoyed the little animals.

Kwu Northstar

Very fun for the children and Interactive, we had a blast

This is a small compact zoo like place that's open weekends only.

I loved visiting this family-owned and operated farm in December of 2017. I went with a friend and her two kids and we all had equal amounts of fun. They're all rescued animals who all have their own unique personalities. I loved that you could feed the monkeys and bear (through a tube) as well as bottle feed the goats and pigs. The animals are sweet and well-cared for, which is obvious from the fact that they won't let you buy too many bottles or food for the animals. I will definitely return in the warmer weather.

krysia harland

Great place for a short visit. You are able to feed the goats, monkeys, alligators and bear. Dont expect to spend the day here. I'd say its 1 hour visit, 2 hours top. The people running the place were very nice. Great stop with small kids, big kids and adults!

Nicole Husson

So. Cool. I can't even tell you, just GO

Nicole James

The monkey across from the counter is such an adorable little ham !! Poses for pictures !!!

Trevor Kroemer

The variety of animals was great. A bit expensive to allow my five daughters to get to feed the animals, considering it cuts the feeding costs of the owner. Would have liked to have more information about the various animals. One of the outdoor monkeys was very particular about what it would eat, might have been a sugar addict.

Alex Friedland

Fun little place for the family. You can buy food to feed the animals. They have a nice selection of animals that seem very well taken care for. Decent priced gift shop. Located next to other spots for fun.

Matthew Lind

Place was very fun and exciting! Delivers on the promise of being more for than a zoo. It is not just a place you go to, it is an experience !

Aalyia Shaukat

Awesome experience. My 2.5 year old loved getting to feed the bear especially. Wayyy better than a zoo

Mo Villanueva

its great for the kids

Pocono snake & Animal Farm was a fun place to visit! The animals seem well cared for. Our families enjoyed the experience and had a great time feeding the monkeys and goats. There is also a fantastic lunch spot right next door. EDIT: Just realized This was originally tagged to Wyndham Resorts which we did not stay at, so I pasted my original comments here and deleted the wrong one.

Joshua Woolen

It could be bigger, but over all kinds had fun.

Angel Rosado

Staff was super friendly and it was a really fun time. Adults and kids would have a great time feeding the goats and monkeys. Lots of cool animals to look at

Lori Beans

The place was clean and welcoming. The animals liked having visitors feed them. The gift shop was nice and not over priced, I bought my 1st vacation souvenir there. The woman that greeted us is very nice and helpful. Will definitely visit again. it was a shame that Google said it was closed when it wasn't, I'm sure other people would have enjoyed it if they knew that is was open. We drove by to check for sure.

Dianne Mclaughlin

This was so much fun the animals are nice and you can feed some of them. The place is small but is a great place to bring your family.

Tito Ayers

Great place to visit! Been visiting since i was a kid and now with my 2 yr old daughter who loved all the different animals and reptiles. Especially loved feeding the bear and monkeys!

John tatar

It was a good awesome time but I guess the older guy who works with the actually animals is a little snappie but as we enter the lady at the front was sweet and nice and polite went the extra mile it seem like the guy though wanted to push everyone away so he could go home son ask to see if he could watch put the animals away and he looked at him through his hands up in the air and what's like what and my 6 year old son just wanted to see him grab them and put them away he is just ignorant another than that half of the animals were there cobra was gone couple others to they had were gone they could do a little better on maintenance but was a good 15 min walk through

Belle C

Cute! Would've been great if it were bigger with more exhibits.

Lisa Deri

Very small, dirty. Animals had small pens, looked sad. Edit: Response from the owner an hour ago "How we can get such a poor review after so many good reviews puzzles us! Do you have a hidden agenda?" No, I do not, why don't you respond or deny what I said instead of attacking me? Is that because what I said was true?

Rachel Cooper

Loved it! You get to interact with the animals!

Charlie CharChar

This is a really small place, but worth the stop. We drop in everytime we aer in the area and have seen the animals many times through the yeara and we still love to stop in.

HOLLY YEARWOOD

Love it. A quick visit love that you can feed the animals. The monkeys do give you a show. They love people.

MariyamFatima Aali

Went there first time today and loves it. Lots of animals and they r well taken care of but people who own them r just simply incredible. Noreen was great such a nice lady. Her son John is a good guy also. Good job guys. Keep up the good work! Ill visit again and will try to bring my niece and nephew next time. Thanks. Aali

LisaAnn Hugo

Amazing place for the family. Just the right size. See and feed the animals. So much fun.

Patrick Amgar

For a rescue shelter they are doing their best, and the animal interaction is very nice and amusing. The condition of the animals have nothing to do with anyone working there. Although, I do have to say, all the reptiles needed more attention. The water was always disgusting or empty. Other than that. A good experience

CC Collier

We found a little sorry for some of the animals

Joseph S

Smaller zoo but all their animals have a lot of personality and you can tell that they are all loved and very well taken care of. I have been coming here for about 15 years off and on and everytime I come they always surprise me with something new, very nice family who will take the time to answer all your questions about the exhibits and will tell you their origin stories behind them of each animal. Thanks again for another wonderful visit keep up the good work!

Eman mustafa

My 3 yr old had so much fun there and enjoyed feeding the monkeys and the parrot kept saying hi to us, the animals seems to be well taken care of and clean, nice mini zoo for little kids, it was a fun experience for my son and we enjoyed it too. :)

Michelle Book

My 5 year old twin daughters and I just recently moved to the Stroudsburg area and I had been driving past this place for weeks. Finally, we got the opportunity to stop in and am I ever glad we did! The wonderful woman at the counter who greeted us was phenomenal! Sweet , kind and very informative! The prices were excellent for admission and food to feed the animals! My daughters were enthralled by the variety of different reptiles and animals! Ive got to say, these animals have personality! I had to laugh when one of the monkeys smiled then sort of nodded his head and held his hand out for a treat! Such a cutie! My daughters are still talking about “missy, lola and bearbear” ! It was a lasting impression. The facility was very clean and it’s obvious the animals are happy! We look forward to coming back many more times!
