It's really fairly priced and she has animal food for visitors. Holding the kangaroo was AMAZING. Going back to hold the snake soon!
When we first heard about this place, we were very doubtful about it being any good. We were told it was only $10 a person to get in, $5 a person or $20 a family to hold a baby kangaroo. $3 a person to go in with the birds. When we went they had just started to let people hold their huge snake, which my son and grandkids did and it was $5 a person or $20 a family. They also let one of my son in the cage to pet their large beautiful owl. Many animals walk amongst you as you walk around. Most animals can be hand fed and petted, even the ones behind the fence. They sell food at a inexpensive cost. My family and I had a great time. It was great being able to interact with the animals. The workers were all so nice also. We are going to start going here a lot. It is a small zoo but it's a good time and experience for everyone. I recommend everyone visit at least once since it is so inexpensive.

Was only 10 dollars a person, had some interactive animals. Not a bad stop to have cute family fun on a budget. Some good photos 2.
Great prices and so much fun.
Fun for everyone
Small but fun for the kids
An Emu pooped on my Moms foot and Tobey and Torey (parrots) laughed at her.
Inexpensive backyard zoo with many animals walking around and able to interact with.
This is a cute little place to bring the kids for a few hours in the afternoon. The animals are so friendly, you'll really get to see some of their personalities. There's a baboon, baby zebra, kangaroos, goats, tortoises, rabbits, turkeys, and parrots, just to name a few.
Staff was so sweet! Had so much ,a lot of different exotic animals!

Fun place . Small petting zoo good variery of animals . Excellent staff very friendly
Fantastic place! It's way bigger than it looks. The animals all were happy and well cared for. I recommend you bring the kids and get a picture with a kangaroo.
Definitely one of the coolest experiences I've ever had with animals!! The kids had a blast and so did i!!
The place is very sweet. So nice that the animals can interact with guests. Sadly my 2 yr old was intimidated but we still had a great time! It was mostly shaded so we stayed cool and I was able to get my double stroller through all the paths! We will definitely return!
Lovely zoo and the baby kangaroo was an amazing experience. Also a wonderful staff!
Great place, very friendly staff and animals. Great for kids and adults of all ages. They have some free roaming friendly animals and goat, kangaroo baby, and birds you can interact with. I will deff be going back with family and friends.
Wonderful variety of animals. Larger then it looks from the road definitely get your moneys worth
Best little zoo around. Had a great day feeding, patting and holding. The owners are a great family, you can tell all the animals they have are well loved and spoiled. Can’t wait to back again❤️
My wife and I enjoyed a good time with the grandkids. The zoo is small but has a lot of animals to see up close. Our grandkids loved holding the baby kangaroos.
It was,so awesome
Amazing place! Friendly knowledgeable staff! Great experience overall! Highly recommend!!
Come on you have to hold a Kanga Roo that hurts I hated the zoo so much this is not a zoo. Actually
Great place nice people the baboon didn't really like us.
Great service, friendly staff and amazing experience! We will definitely be visiting again!
I didnt even go there
Cute little zoo that looks smaller than what it actually is.
Five Stars! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When we first arrived we were told about all different animals we could see, feed and even hold if we wanted. We are lucky enough to live only 30 mins away and I can't wait to go back with family and friends. All the animals looked very happy and well taken care of. It was so cool to just explore around and check it all out at your own pace. Cuddling with the baby kangaroo was my favorite part! This place is a hidden gem! Great for any and all ages!
It's small, but it is a very interactive environment, perfect for children.
Great time with my niece. She enjoyed holding the kangaroo and feeding the other animals.
Beautiful and friendly environment

We had an awesome time. Kids couldn't have been happier. If u want something great to do that's fun for all. Take the trip well worth it. Staff was so involved with animals and the guests. Sooo much fun..
The baboon hated me, but otherwise, we had a good time here. Small, but cute.
Had a great time with my youngest son. Thought it was a great experience to be able to hold a baby kangaroo that was about 10 months old.
Wonderful staff, cool animals, small but a great time. Will be going back again for sure.
Amazing. Go go go!!
Perfect for small children
It's a fun little place to go! The employees are nice.
Great place for kids very interactive
I loved this zoo! my 2 year old niece had so much fun!
We had an absolutely great time. What they lack in size they make up for in quality. They have llama, turkey, serval, baboon, goats, kangaroos (even a baby!!), various exotic birds, hedgehog, prairie dogs, badger, finnick Fox, tortoise and I know I'm forgetting some. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and seemed genuinely interested in if we were having a good time. They have many animals wandering the grounds including a turkey nMed Charlie who might think he's a dog. If you don't pet him, he follows you around lol. There are also some really friendly bunnies, goats, and a crazy food stealing ostrich. Admission prices are low $10 per person, as were food cups ($1 and up) I would recommend any animal lovers give it a chance. 2019 update - we visited again and found it to be just as much fun as last year. It was nice to see the growth in the babies we got to visit last year. Highly recommend visiting.
Amazing
Amazing!!!! Go very often with 10+ kids!!!
Small but very nice, the owners are very friendly and helpful.

What a great place! We took our grandkids and we all loved it! Highly recommended!
Definitely loved the place when I went last year. So many cute animals. The people who work there are fantastic and really nice! I’m definitely bringing more people with me to enjoy it this year! 10/10 recommended
I’m a little hesitant to post a negative review because this zoo is clearly a bit of a passion project and a family business for the owner operators, but my goodness was this an odd experience for me. I cannot recommend it, and will explain why. The animals were well cared for, but most of them with significant and visible boundary and entitlement issues. There were turkeys and goats and emus and guinea hens roaming around outside of cages, and once you had a cup of fruits and vegetables on you, several of them were quite aggressive about making sure you knew they deserved a piece. A particularly friendly goat got too close to my two year old daughter and made her fall and her shoe come off. The staff put him in timeout, where he very showily proceeded to push at the locked gate trying to open it himself. Clearly he had been through this routine a few times before. All animals, same species or not, seemed to be in competition for human attention and food. The baboon was especially frightening. He screamed very, very loudly when I fed the porcupine family next cage and not him, then when he perceived this type of slight continuing a bit too long, flew into a bit of a Simian rage and proceeded to run into one end of his cage, push himself off with all his might, and body slam towards the offending humans, MMA style. This terrified a little girl who was on the receiving end of this rage, making her burst into tears. My small children, on the tail side of it, were shocked, and spoke of how scary it was for days. My mom also got shoved a bit by an emu in the head. There was also a kangaroo who was the only male in his harem of female kangaroos and was the most psychotic, sleazy looking animal I had witnessed. I can’t quite even explain this one, because I had never felt this way about a non human before, but I distinctly felt that if he were a human he would be the kind of dude who boards a subway and gets off in being creepy to the other passengers. So...proceed at your own caution. Other reviewers seem to have enjoyed it. I personally felt as though I was visiting an island of misfit animals with some heavy undertones of psychosis/neurosis. In my 2 and 5 year olds words: “that was a scary zoo. Let’s go to a nice one next time.”
Animals were so gentle,. We can see they are well cared for and love humans and Food! We spent almost 3 hours with them and can't wait to go back!
mall but that was a good thing. I think the animals all looked healthy and content. I especially liked the animals that wandered around freely. What about that 1 star review by someone who didn't even go there? What a mormon. Loved my visit and so did my who got to hold the baby kangaroo. granddaughter
It is a small zoo but worth the adventure if you have kids. You can purchase food to feed the animals and also hold baby kangaroos. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
Went here with our family and loved the zoo. They let animals roam around so you can pet them. The only star taken away was for the baboon they have caged. That animal is extremely aggressive, rightfully so and to be expected, for such a small, close to people, enclosure. It hurled 2 corn husk at me so fast and with such force and it went right through the bars both times. It could have easily taken out an eye or done major damage if its aim was a tad better. I feel that particular animal should not be on displace and it's a disservice to keep him there. He needs to be sent to a bigger zoo with a much bigger enclosure not so close to people. It's a liability for this small family run zoo at well. Other than that, I think everything else is great and the staff is friendly and bond well with the animals from what I could see.
Best Zoo Ever!!! My family and I spent a rainy week at Lake Bomoseen in Vermont. The lake is beautiful but with the uncooperative weather, we needed to find new things to do. An accidental Google search led us to this hidden gem. We have been to many zoos, but no zoo has ever had the small, hometown feel with amazing animal interactions. I have paid triple the price for less of an experience. For the small entrance fee of $10, we entered the zoo and got to see all of the animals. For an extra $3 each, we were able to meet and cuddle 2 kangaroos (Oscar 5 months old and Pebbles 6 months old). For another $3 each, we went in to the aviary. From the baby goats and Zebra to new born hedgehog and porcupine, this zoo was an amazing educational experience. The owner was attentive and gave us lots of information about all of the animals. She also gave our son the opportunity to handle other animals that were not in exhibits. I can't say enough about the experience. It was definitely worth the 40 minute drive.
This was such an awesome place! Friendly, knowledgeable people who genuinely care about the animals. The baby kangaroos were precious - such a treat to hold them! I also loved feeding the monkeys, goats, alpacas, emus, birds, and so many others! This is a true hidden treasure tucked away in the Adirondacks! Definitely plan to visit and make some amazing memories! Perfect for animal lovers looking for a unique, close-up, hands-on experience.
Awesome place to visit!
Is a small, but fun place. Able to interact more directly with the animals than most zoos.
Great place for kids! The people working there are very friendly and kind
Nice place to bring the family.
This place surprised me in a good way. Me and my family had a great time.
Animals were so gentle,. We can see they are well cared for and love humans and Food! We spent almost 3 hours with them and can't wait to go back!
We had a blast...admission was very affordable!
The animals are not well kept. Supervision of humans with animals was not maintained.
We had so much fun. The staff is super sweet, it was awesome experience. we definitely will go back.

Family owned great place and extremely clean.
Was great. Rookie was a little scary and the Tom Turkey but everything was awesome. Would recommend. Granddaughter loved it.
This was a small zoo, but perfect for the animals! My daughter just loved holding the baby kangaroo. It was a very nice visit. Your visit helps keep the animals under good care.
Absolutely an adorable little zoo ....
It was really cool! Animals and staff were Great!!!
It's a fun little place. Could do without the porta potty bathroom. It's small but it's a $10 zoo.

Staff member was humble and helpful but the zoo was Very Very Very small. Need to pay attention towards cleanliness and hygiene of the zoo.

Fun for all ages! Watch out for the wandering Emu, he will try to sneak up and steal your animal food that you buy to feed the animals!
