It was a really great time! Went with my nephew and niece. Overall polite staff.

Already answered this. It was at global wildlife and the tour was fun. Would have been better if we could understand the tour guide. Couldn't hear properly through the microphone at all.

Unsafe conditions. Times-Picayune reports animals are run over by wagon trains as guests watch in horror. Not a sanctuary; exploited animals taken from their family groups and herds paid for by entrance fees. There's a better way to learn about and enjoy animals without putting their welfare last on the list. Animals hurt from negligence; it's only a matter of time before people are, too.

Andrea Jewett

Loved it, informational interesting to see some zoo animals up close

James Majeski

Very clean organized fun. Feed animals while learning about them. Kids will love this place. The private tours cost more but I believe the wagon is just as much fun.

Great place to get close to animals and bring your kids

We took our family from out of town and had a great time. Lots of families with small children and teenagers. You need to buy a bucket of feed (comes with cups to use for feeding the animals). As soon as the animals hear the tram/train they come running. Mostly deer and emues then giraffes, buffalos/bison. The animals come right up to you. You'll ride the tram for quite a distance so try to save feed for the end of the ride animals. We didn't.
