My German Shepherd Zoey was spayed on October 31st. The staff was all very friendly and answered all questions. My Zoey was a rare complicated case. Her tissue did not want to hold the sutures. The Drs and all the staff went so far above and beyond to make sure she was ok. She is now feeling much better and on her way to healing up.

Country Critters is the only place we trust to take our boys (chihuahuas ). They are always nice, friendly and caring. One of our boys has trouble taking his yearly vaccinations. They have created a plan where he gets one of them with premeds every few weeks instead of all at once. I also take the boys there for their monthly nail clippings. Trust me when I say you will fall in love with the staff !!!

Took our ten year old cat here for what ended up being a really bad upper respiratory infection. They tested him for HIV/leukemia and ear mites. Gave him antibiotics via shot and a different type down in his ears once they cleaned them out. Also pit on medicine to help protect against ear mites since he has been staying outside more. They told us everything before they did anything at all and gave us the price of every thing before they ever started treatment. We were able to change and deny some stuff that was on the list before they began. The staff was great with us and our cat. Very informative, friendly, and just all around exactly what you want from your vet. The price was extremely cheaper then we thought it was going to be as well.

When Dr. Baker retired in Chesterfield, I really didn't think I would find someone that I liked as much as him. I have known him for 35 years. I was wrong. I really like Dr. Eddleman and his staff. I feel like they respect me as a breeder. That is major in my opinion. Their love for animals is obvious.

I was nervous about getting my cat declawed. I decided to take her here and I’m so glad I did. The staff here was so kind and eager to answer my questions. They even followed up to call and see how my cat was doing afterwards. The pricing was the best I could find as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring her back here. My cat seems to be recovering really well after her surgery which is such a relief! The people who work hear clearly care about the well being of the animals and seriously were so kind and accommodating! Thank you.

Thank you to your staff. I couldn't write anything at the time but your staff is so kind and I believe we found this place with Gods help. My dads dog was sick, and you helped we tried to make him comfortable and he actually started acting like a puppy again. (He is 13 years old, it was his time). My dad spent 10 of his last days with his best friend and my dad died unexpectedly. With the help of your staff a week later his best friend in the world joined him. He was in so much pain after my dad died. He couldn't hardly walk and your staff just made everything so calm and "easy." I cant tell you how much your kindness means to my family. Thank you. Everything from the first visit to our last was with good people. Thank you. You gave us time, and helped us grieve. You gave my dad his best friend for the last days of his life. I am so thankful for that. If your pet needs help these people will treat your pet like family. And they understand the pain, and can walk you through the crappy parts. We all have to go, they just made it easier.

Totally different experience than I have ever encountered. My girl went to the same vet for 13 years. When she became extremely ill my old vet clinic denied her service even through I explained it was an emergency. I found Country Critters. I called and was able to get right in. They checked up on her daily and asked if there was anything they could do for her. I am glad I was able to find them even though my days with her were numbered. I wish I knew about them sooner. I started taking my other dog there. Was shocked when the doctor came in sat right in the floor with her and made her feel so comfortable. Did more for her than the old vet ever did. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

We are so thankful for the team at Country Critters. Jessica and Dr. Eddleman were both kind and patient with us and our anxious Doberman we recently rescued. They are very knowledgeable, and they gave us time to consider our options and ask any further questions. We were also about to have our Doberman neutered at a different and cheaper clinic, but since we felt so secure here with Dr. Eddleman and his staff, we have decided to have the surgery done here at Country Critters. We trust that our fur-babies are in good hands.

Dr. Eddelman and Jessica were wonderful! My cat does NOT like the vet, but he was so kind and gentle that my little guy didn’t seem to mind! They really took good care of us. I am sad I will be relocating and unable to see them again. Thank you for giving us such a great experience!

Just want to thank all the staff that helped in the care of my bearded dragon!! They were so friendly and welcoming!! Our beardie was not doing so good and I thought for sure he wasn't going to be around much longer but thanks to all the help here he's made a complete turn around!! He has so much more energy and is even shedding again!! Just very thankful to have found a good place to take him when he's sick and it not cost my family an arm and leg!! So thankful!!
