REVIEWS OF Jungle Adventures, A Real Florida Animal Park IN Florida

An undiscovered gem. Probably the best alligator farm in central Florida. Alligator feeding is awesome. The Jungle Cruise boat ride is safe for kids and peaceful, and it beats the one in Disneyland--this one's got real alligators. The nature walk over the swamp is also quite beautiful. Getting to hold a real live baby gator (his mouth is taped shut) and a real ball boa was awesome! And the best thing is the personal attention--no one's heard about this yet, so there are no crowds at all! A definite win.

Trisha Forman

We had such a great time here! Our guide 'L' was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot and enjoyed our experiences with the animals. I still can't believe I held a tarantula!! And Allison the alligator was so sweet. The gator feeding was a definite favorite thing to watch. Appreciated that they let you take pics, and not just force you to buy their souvenir pictures (which we bought anyway!!). Thank you!!

M Walker

Well worth the money and a great place to go and spend time with the family, loved the boat ride and being able to hold the alligator was a great experience!

Kim Gonzalez

The staff was great very friendly and informative during the class trip for cse

Susan and Tim Fetters

Staff was friendly, would have been nice if they had more to show or didn't space out the activities so far apart.

Jay Parsons

A hidden gem in plain sight! A place I have driven by for many years. Great place to see gators in their natural habitat.

Penny Hughes

Fun place . Gators are awesome. Fun for whole family Take the tour it was informative & fun .

Angela Faoro

Do NOT go! You will feel awful for giving them your money. The animals look miserable and cramped. There’s a crocodile that can’t even turn around in his bathroom sized exhibit. All of them are on concrete. Social species like a monkeys and wolfare all alone. You can feed them little bags of what looks like is dog food. Also, they give you 1 bag with food that allegedly feeds 5 different species of animals. Because they believe that Monkeys, Bears, birds, Deers, & turtles all eat the same thing? I’m no zoologist, but that doesn’t make sense. There’s way more options than this dump off the side of the road!

Portage Skates

I've been here at least three times already and the staff are excellent, they have a good variety of animals here and even though I'm not a fan of caged animals, they seem taken care of and the staff interact with the alligators and crocodiles well, and they share awesome info about them and do really good shows. I highly recommend coming and watching the feeding and taking the boat ride here.

David Whitesell

We visited as part of our cruise excursion. Very entertaining and educational. Just bear in mind is rather smelly die to the environment. Well worth the experience. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable.

Gwenn Ertoz

What a delight!! We had just finished 4 grueling days at Walt Disney World when we stumbled on to this jem. Tammy was an amazing guide, alligator feeder and animal handler. Dawn couldn't have been more patient answering all our questions and random thoughts. Ryan the manager was super kind with my 10 yrolds and shared a lot of additional information. So glad we took the detour here on our way to Cocoa Beach. 15 minutes out of our way, a lifetime of new memories. Thank you Jungle Adventures!!! More places need to take a page from your authenticism.

I chaperoned a school field trip today and was pleasantly surprised at all there was to see and do. At first glance you wouldn't expect it to be as large as it truly is. I remember visiting Jungle Adventure for the 1st time over 20 years ago and I remembered being underwhelmed. That was not the case today. The Jungle Adventure Crew was really knowledgeable and informative about all the animals. The enclosures were well kept and the gator feeding was really cool. There was plenty to see and do. We had the opportunity to ride on a pontoon. During our ride we came across several gators named Meatloaf, No ear, and Goliath, just to name a few. Goliath was probably the LARGEST gator I had ever seen. I'm glad I revisited Jungle Adventure.

K W

I love the old Florida feel that Jungle Adventures has. Staff is very friendly. I will be bringing my daughter and son with me next time that we are in the area.

Kayla Blackburn

The boat ride was pretty cool. Getting to you h and handle some of the animals was the best part. Well worth it.

Megan Lemons

The people here are so nice and knowledge. Morgan was a fantastic guide. You can tell they truly care about the animals and have a passion for their jobs. Theo the lavendar skunk will forever be in my heart, as will Meatloaf the cranky alligator.

Rick Saturday

Great place but needs an upgrade. Very informative.

Heather Lewis

Tradition! We have to visit every year.

John Gallucci

Pretty cool, not the cleanest, or best maintained, they had 2 Bobcats in a small cage, all cement, so sad...the alligators were free though, that was pretty cool. Our tour guide was funny. I felt bad for the bobcats..

Sellena Ramsey

Amazing experience! Definitely a must do!

Michael Bender

Florida resident discount was not available, the cost of admission was a bit high. Nice tour, friendly tour guide, and well kept animal accommodations. The gator feeding was fun to watch.

Melissa Persico

Amazing hidden treasure. I could spend all day there. The best part is how much you learn. Incredible intimate educational experience. I recommend that if you have passed this wonderful hidden gem by just to go to an overly crowded over priced alternative please reconsider and give jungle adventures a try.

Samantha Phillips

Went as part of a field trip, took the boat ride, had animal show and tell (and pet!) with an alligator, an African boa and a skunk and saw the alligators get fed! Very educational for the kids, especially for them to get used to the park's natural sulphur spring that feeds the park!

M'Lisa Jarrett

Loved it! Visited at Thanksgiving with my family. It was the first time my husband got to see alligators and be in a swamp. We plan on making this a family tradition when we come down to visit! The staff are amazing and it is a great place to learn about all the animals native to Florida and some not so native.

Nelson Horning

Interesting!! Had fun feeding the baby gators, turtles, and peacocks!

Sarah

Best place ever! Awesome shows, friendly staff. Amazing animals!

Izzi Tetterton

If I could give less then a 1 star I would. Where do I start. So walking in you can already see that the conditions are mal, they have a tiny cage upfront where people who stop can look into. That cage is for their black bear. A cage so tiny and dirty for a large wild animal. Then you go inside and the shop is a run-down disaster. Dirty and smelly and the staff are completely unfriendly (and unqualified). The cages for these poor creatures are a travesty. They are put in cages too small, mixed with animals and exotic creatures not native to this country had easy access to creatures native (and not part of the “park”). Animals: cougars, lemurs, monkeys, deer, their black bear, alligators, crocodiles, and turtles are out in these tiny rusted cages that have little to no natural setting. The monkey brought me to tears as it was nearly 6” from my face separated between two panels about three inches apart. The animals had things like law chairs, hoses, pipes, and baby toys thrown into their cages. And it looked as if the pipes were for feeding, meaning the animals get little to no vet care and stay in those cages the majority of the time (or are for people feeding them, which can be hazardous to the health of the animals). The animals look sickly and sad, life drained from their eyes and their bodies. Two of the animals (a cougar and a hyena) looked injured or sick. The coats and shells and scales were disgusting and patched like they were sick. The staff had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. Defining words incorrectly and stating incorrect facts about both the animals and “lessons” of the day. My “lesson” was on shells and the word seminole was defined wrong and instead of teaching about shells and their usage the “instructer” talked about Harry Potter and why he thought the shells were cool in that way. Not educational at all, in fact I think I lost a few brain cells listening to them speak. The bridge and walkways (and boat) all look as if they are falling apart, which wouldn’t be good because it’s over a swamp. The fences (majority covered in plastic) where corroded and disgusting. The animals are put into concrete cages and thrown about like its nobodies business. The mixture of random stuff you find everywhere including horrifying hazards to humans (such as the bridges, ladders lying everywhere, broken wood panels, random buckets and pipes, broken fencing, improper fencing and barriers) are so terrifying I felt as if I was going to die. Swampy the worlds largest alligator is a mere cover up for the horrible conditions and the greedy, selfish people who run this place. It is unfit for animals and humans and should be shut down immediately. I have already contacted the humane society, wildlife control, animal control, and the Orange County Sheriff department to come and take a look and see for themselves. We came here on a whim because we were looking for a different park and stumbled upon this. I couldn’t even make it through the entire “park” before crying and running out. I have tons of pictures of the hazards and animal enclosures that I will be sharing. This is an absolute atrocity!

Joette Ducharme

Had a great time.lots of wild animals and our tour guide was so funny we laughed the whole time.I think his name was ryan or dave .lol

Allenigma

It was so huge there. It doesnt look like it from the outside but once you get inside its awesome.it has several types of animals with impressive shows. Very informative, with lots of photo ops.

Mindy Terry

Expensive and front desk lady wasnt very friendly

Daniel Perez

Great place in the middle of nowhere, with a super friendly staff

Darrin Hueper

Was able to get close to the animals. Workers were nice and new what they were talking about.

Jim Conley

Mom and Pop roadside attraction. Alligators, bears, panthers and other animals. Some interesting shows during the day. The boat ride around the park is nice. Small gift shop.

Rachel B

Jungle Adventures was a wonderful afternoon of seeing a wide variety of animals!! Would definitely go back!

Angel Rojas

Good timing, great experience

Richie Thompson

Had driven past this a hundred times and finally decided to take the family out. Staff was very friendly and the tours offered a lot to do. Lots of animals to see and feed. Would def recommend stopping here for something fun to do.

Chelsea Cassell

Its ok the alligator feeding is cool and very informative the boat ride is nice but you would expect more for the money

Lynn Hagenbuch

Very fun and educational. Biggest ride included in admission (the web site didn't expressly say that but it is). Many many alligators and it's fun to watch their feeding.

Tom Adamczyk

This was a great place to spend an afternoon, however I recommend spending all day to take in all the wonders of this jungle like place. You get to see and touch various creatures and go on a alligator filled swamp boat ride. The place shows its age but that is its charm. The tour guide was funny, interesting, informational and great with our 3 kids.

Derek Hendershot

Absolutely awesome place! Beautiful and spacious, the staff was awesome, and hysterical, leading the way to an awesome time. The live feeding of the alligators was incredible, and the interactive portion was great as well. The staff, I believe it was Ryan and Lauren, were informative, welcoming, and all around incredible! The park was beautiful and a great time for all, cannot recommend it enough. Will definitely return if I find myself in the area again soon!

Bailie Tinney

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our visit to the jungle!!!! The animals are wonderful, shows were so much fun!!!!! Tammy did all of our shows and was absolutely wonderful, a woman that does it all!!!! We're still definitely go back next time we are in town.

Karen Dawson

Great for kidz

BC Katz

Brandy Phelan

Fun place, informative tours & lots of animals. More than I expected from outside. Staff was fun & friendly, food available as well. Will be back!

Ana Garrant

Went with family and friends and we all really enjoyed it! I loved seeing all the animals and reptiles and the girl giving the tour and doing the shows was very informative, fun and had a GREAT personality (Morgan). We will go back for sure!

Holley Billett

Very friendly staff! My 2 year old enjoyed it. He loved seeing all the animals and the boat ride. We will be visiting again for sure and recommending this place to all our family and friends back home in Michigan. Thank you for the experience.

Anna Tumminello

Our tour guide was amazing and great sense of humor. Great place for kids of all ages. Not crowded at all. Very informative about all the animals. Would recommend this place to others.

Tauni Ditty

The park is great and we had an awesome tour guide!

Felix Cancel

Great outdoors experience, Love the Panthers

Kristen Holland

Definitely an amazing family adventure! Gator feeding, boat ride, and wildlife show! You can also buy a small bag of food for $11 to feed the bear, baby gators, ringtailed lemurs, and peacocks that walk right up to you!

Christel LaPlante

Amusing, great staff who were both informative and friendly. We loved all the shows, feeding and boat ride, and the lazy alagators. Worth the visit. Buy tickets online to save money, we did so in the store on the way in!

James Hunt-Dawson

We came across this place just googling for local sanctuary’s an upon our arrival we didn’t think much. But we were totally wrong from the outside it looks pretty run down but inside there’s plenty to see and all of the animals seem very well looked after. There’s a huge natural water area surrounding the sanctuary filled with large gators which can be viewed both on foot and from the boat tour. We were fascinated hearing the percentage of animals they had that at one point were somebody’s pet that they had saved or been donated.

Allison Christian

Very family friendly place we loved every minute of it ... But would really love to see some highschool volunteers get some volunteer hours there to help weed and maintain it also some bigger cages for some of the animals I would volunteer my time to this place so more people and family's could enjoy like we did

Hannah Schlagel

We loved our visit! Definitely worth the money if you have the time to stop and spend a few hours there. The tour guide was really knowledgeable and friendly.

V&C M

Holding animals native to Florida.. feeding the animals.. watching the gators be fed.. and a boat ride.. pretty cool place to go

Frank Basile

Has to be one of the most interesting places ,to learn about wild life

Annette Holt

I recommend this place for an authentic Florida gator experience. Reptile Ryan was extremely entertaining. He had a lot of amazing stories and he was funny as well as knowledgeable. You could tell that he loves the animals and his job. Plus, we got to hold a small alligator! The whole staff was really nice and very accommodating. And the group rate was a great deal.

MARCIA BREEN

We didn't see any animals simple as that a lot of alligators the boat tour we went on wasn't that interesting with this is our second time first time was good this time was not

Michelle Gallo

Super fun for the money what a great place for kids

Trey Lake

Great place to see Old Florida ! L our guide was awesome!

Jack Hogan

If in Florida you go there. Great time

Daniel Marsh

This is a WONDERFUL roadside attraction! We stopped on our last day in Florida and we are so happy we did. The staff did an awesome job giving us a tour, a boat ride and an animal encounter. You can tell that even though the facility is aged the animals are very well-kept. I would recommend this to anyone.

Brad B.

Good staff, pretty well maintained given the climate so no real judgement there. As it isn't a state funded facility, I understood that there may be a little bit in need of a revamp. Only thing negative I can say is that the bear may not belong. Along with similar reviews, the bear seems very depressed, unhappy, etc... May need to be transferred to an appropriate facility or different enclosure. Its current habitat looks like an old monkey enclosure, so the space is limited. Still, wonderful time going!

Jessica Burrows

Great experience. Lots of animals. Cougars Florida Panthers. Black bears. Alligators. Birds of all kinds. Wolves. Deer. Monkeys.

Gene Grant

The people and the tour guides were excellent and super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the animals and park.

Pete Barbuto

This place was really cool. Lots of big alligators and other animals. The staff was great although I think they got sick of my jokes which is understandable. There is a strong smell of sulfur but I dont think they can do anything about that. Some of the animals clearly need better care. The coyote obviously has anxiety issues from being locked in a small cage by itself and the bear looked depressed. The big cats are out of shape and also look in poor health. I know the gators are the main attraction, but if they're going to have these other animals they should take better care of them.

Mike Thiel

This was a great opportunity to view alligators up close.

Shannon Oswald

The kids had a blast looking at all the animals.

Linda Botta

Everyone in our group, ages 3 to 73, enjoyed this "Old Florida" attraction. Our guide was very well-informed. We held a 3 foot gator and a python and petted a tarantula. The animals here are rescue animals. The boat ride was relaxing. No regrets for going but it's a one-visit kind of place.

Zachary Coffin

They care for these exotic pets that needed a new home. Also alligator feeding and the boat ride were fun. Feeding the turtles was my favorite.

Bayan Alfaifi

Is not worth the visit , and it is expensive for nothing , it was a bad experience, I think the animals in there are dying !!!!!!!!! And the place is very dirty

Joanna Pier

Worth the money. Interesting place.

Anne Eidelman

Great for adults and children. Very educational, fun ,Great place

Kathleen Geib

A very depressing place to visit! Very run down and I prayed every moment on the boat tour that we wouldn't be dumped in the lagoon. Boat was in such disrepair that I can not believe it passed inspection. This experience was tacked on to a fan boat experience on a shore excursion on Royal Caribbean. Lasted way too long while what we wanted was the air boat ride which was done in 1/2 hour

Justin Archer

Amazing place with way more animals and things to do then I expected. I went last Sunday, june 9th, and there wasnt many people there. It was nice to be at a place ao nice and it not be so crowded. The tour guide we had was a super awesome lady with a great sense of humor and was very down to earth. I think her name was lillian or something, i have terrible memory. She said she only worked there 6 months but she was so well aquainted with everything it seems like she has been there for years. Definitly give her a promotion lol. Anyways, they feed gators here, let you hold snakes and baby gators. They have an awesome wolf enclosure, and the gators here have an entire swamp all to themselves, unlike the cramped gators at gatorland. This place is a wildlife refuge, not a zoo. Meaning this animals are displaced and have nowhere else to go so your businss here helps alot. My only gripes I could really have, are that the coyote and jungle cat could usually enclosures 2-3 times the size of what they have. And the bear and panthers NEED twice the room they have now. None of the bigger predators even moved at all while i was there, in the 5 hours i was there i never saw the bear come out of his little cave. Why should he? He has no grass or shade, and just a sitting pool of warm water. As you can see from the start of my review, i like this place, the people, and what there doing. Just this place needs to gather the funds, start a Go Fund Me, if you need too, but just increase the size of the predators cages. The jungle cat is the saddest one, he just sits there hissing in a corner. Geez i sound sad now, its a nice place to go honeslty. Just its hard to enjoy the beauty and wonder of animals when your thinking of the wellbeing of others. Great place with a few things to be fixed

Health Travelers

Real Florida Experiences! Jungle boat rides, animal interactions, lots of alligators.

Helen Markward

First and foremost this place is not a zoo, it isn't fancy, it isn't meant to be beautiful. This is a rehab facility that is mentioned for the comforter of the animals. All of the guides were very knowledgeable and truly had the best interest of the animals at heart. This place is a great way to spend a few hours and see true Florida wildlife.

Minnie Mousey

It was fun and casual got there not long after it opened, all the animals are really cool the staff was really funny and witty informative. As well as there visiting peacock and rooster. It was good time to stroll around the park

Kristin Rosecrants

Wonderful staff and the whole family had a blast. Very affordable and something for everyone! Animals are loved and well cared for. Lots of memories made!

Elle Bee

My kids & i LOVED IT. LORIANNE is the best & it was JOSHs 1st day.. i would have never known. What a day well spent

Virginia Law

I was just passing through town and saw the big alligator decided to turn around and check it out I really love the alligator. Walked around for a little bit it's a really cute place to go. Only wish I had more time to stay like I said I was just passing through and ran across the alligator :-)

Rachelle Olmos

Save your money. Skip Disney and go to Jungle Adventure instead! Seriously we had waaaay more fun here than at Disney world! The guides were super fun, friendly, and entertaining. All the animals were active and interacting with us. And the gator feeding is INCREDIBLE!! Seriously loved this place!!

Walter Cornelius

This place is pretty run down and needs renovation. I guess the only way that will happen is if more people visit so they will have the money. I see real potential there, I hope they can turn it around for the sake of the animals.

Nicole Foss

A great place to see gators in their natural habitat. The workers really do seem to love the animals. Well worth the drive from our rental near Cocoa Beach. They take in many other animals that people can no longer care for. So much to wander around and see and animals to feed. Hold a baby alligator and a snake. Our guide for the boat ride, live animal holding and Native American talk was awesome! You eventually do get used to the natural sulfur smell. :)

Mike H

What a pleasant experience. The park was created by the Brooks family some 50 years ago. (they no longer own Jungle Adventures but have an alligator farm nearby). It is not fancy, glitzy or "make believe" like many of our central Florida attractions. You walk on old concrete sidewalks, new and old wood walk ways, some dirt paths. There are different smells from animals, many flowers and trees and creeks. It is wonderful. The workers are terrific. Our tour host/guide was a young lady named Kim. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and is very brave around the alligators. She had a lot to do with the fun that we had. There were also other staff members we observed who were constantly working around the park. My friend and I were heading back to Orlando from the beaches. On a whim we stopped at Jungle Adventure. What a great decision.

Carolyn Cassetty

I have mixed emotions about this place. Some of the animals are in rather sordid surroundings. One of the monkeys looked particularly sad. When I saw the bear he looked well fed and his cage is very large with a pool and some toys. I was able to hold the little alligator with his mouth taped shut. By doing this it helps more people to care about these animals and perhaps be motivated to get more involved in their protection. They take the tape off before he/she is returned to his/her cage. It's not like it hurts him/her. As others have noted, it's the guides that really make the experience. Ours was enthusiastic, funny, knowledgeable, loves the animals, and is braver than I'll ever be. She climbed in with the alligators to feed them. Overall, I would recommend the park.

Louis marcoccio

I walked through the place in ten minutes cost two adults $50 seen african cats in small cages bears were sleeping inside no way to see them and a bunch of aligators which i can see anywhere in Florida i wasn't impressed definitely over priced though

Stacey Malenfant

Awesome place for the whole family!! Took kids ages 3-12 and they all learned stuff and had fun! Got to see and hand feed many animals! The staff there really loves animals and it shows!

James jayers21

My daughter loved this place. Loved watching the alligator feeding. She loved feeding all the other animals too.

Jeff Davis

good place to fish quiet clean beautifull.. great outdoor place.. wild life present

Herman Echeverria

Great place to experience the real Florida wild life. And very friendly and knowledgeable guides. They also have a great conection with animals and looks that they take good care of them .

Cleo F.

This place was great! On the outside, it looks a little depressing and worn down, so we were wary at first. That being said, the second you walk into the park you get to see over 250 alligators and a lot of other animals in good care! In two hours, we saw a show where alligators got fed (they jumped for food), we got to take a 10-minute boat ride (free, included with admission) through the lagoon filled with alligators! We also went to another show where they brought out a ball python, a baby alligator, and a skunk and you got to hold or pet them so it was very entertaining and interactive! We liked that while the show was going on we learned a little bit about protecting ecosystems and animals. We also bought animal food for $10 and we could feed turtles, deer, monkeys, and the bear. All in all, the expectations for the place were low but we were really blown away!

logano

Uniquely intimate experice with the animals. Very cool to see the animals that are more normalized to people.

Amilcar Taveras

Nice Family Place for 4 hours tour

Dwight West

Actually 31/2 stars good 2 to 3 hours.

Joie Pikachu

Fun tourist trap! We take all our out of town guests here! A bit expensive - wish they still did the Groupons!

Pat Miller

Has been Tim and I visited this adventure while we were in Florida. The guides were absolutely amazing and we had a blast

Joseph Hays

Awesome experience. If you pay attention you can learn something here. Super cool swampy walkways that showcase many different species of animals. Look for Goliath, he wont be hard to spot.

Kenny Correll

Awesome place to see lots of gators

April Esler

It was AWESOME! My family and I enjoyed this so much! Will definitely come back with more people!

Ryan Finney

Staff was wonderful and knowledgable about everything. Gave us deals and were so nice. Lots of animals and interaction with them. We will return for sure. Great place.

kris042971

It could use some sprucing up.. BUT our guide was great and we totally enjoyed everything!

MIchael Kelly

If you want a great way to experience nature, specifically gators, do yourself a favor and check this place out! Reptile Ryan was funny and informative, more than happy to answer any questions and show you around. I would suggest this to anyone who wants to experience gators in Florida! Admission is all inclusive and you even get to hold a baby gator if you want to!

Jane Lee

It is very different great for the money

Brandi Smiley

Talk about 5 stars

Itz. Kiyla

The peolpe there are so nice and the animals are so cute

Clinton Smith

The best roadside animal park I have every been. We found it by accident and it was the highlight of are trip without breaking the bank.

Jay

I did an excursion there from my cruise a few weeks ago and I have to say it was amazing Ryan was our guide and he was so knowledgeable entertaining and energetic it made it fun to learn. It’s rare that you find someone who has as much passion about something and it shows through his work. The whole staff was great and the pulled pork sandwiches were delicious I would highly recommend this place to anyone !!!!!!!!

Andrea Smith

Wasn't crowded. Employees very nice and pleasant.

Thomas Tetterton

Interesting place but not sure if the spaces given to some of the animals are large enough for their living habitat. 25 usd to get in for an adult. Tour guide can explain well. boat tour through the swamp inclusive at specific times. If you want to see an alligator that is the place. Could use some construction upgrades.

Mary Mac

Loved it! The staff are friendly and able to answer any questions we came up with about the animals. The tour was fun, feeding the animals that could be fed was interesting. We were able to hold a baby gator, pet a yellow ratsnake, and a not-quite-albino skunk. We stopped by because it looked interesting and were thrilled with our experience. Highly recommend, you'll need a minimum of 2 hours for the tours and a bit of a wander. I think we stayed closer to 3 or 4 hours.

Bryan Reasoner

Fun and casual. We got to learn several things and see several species up close and kids got to hold some of them.

Rick Workman

It was good extremely busy and hard to navigate but had some interesting things to see

Kaylene DeSoto

Horrible customer service. Rude staff. Animals don't look safe in pens. I feel sorry for the poor animals kept in nasty water.

Adam Shaw

Had my first visit here today , was a great place to stop in and see some wildlife . The ppl there were great and super nice .

Kandy mnms

They have the coolest gators here! Great field trip!

Jimmy Bresnahan

It was awesome. Ryan and Tammy were awesome. Very educational. The animals there were fantastic. It is a great place to take the family. You even get to alligators fed and hold a baby alligator.

Angelee J

It was fun watching the gators feed. They have a small collection of rescued animals. The staff was quite committed to taking care of them. The location of a little out of the way. Glad to visit and see the animals.

keith n

Need to give this place a face lift. Last time I was out to it was 13yrs ago.

deaconz

How is it that these people can cage the endangered Florida panther in such confined quarters? The cats are pacing back and forth and are in distress. I left feeling concerned for the animals. This place should be against the law if there was any humanity in regulations that govern this state.

Stephenie Shepherd

Lovely place. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Animals are in good health. Take the family and enjoy the day.

NataLu World

We had a great time here. It is not all new and shiny but is was entertaining, informative, and fun! The staff were great too!

Jay & Joy cakes and more cakes_by_lsanchez

Nooo.. everything smelled like dead, and the ladies that do the school shows, don't know how to refer to special kids.

Jess Nichols

I am standing in the park after spending 3 amazing hours absorbing all the sights and smells of Jungle Adventures. The staff and animals were fantastic! Great for all ages. An experience worth traveling for!

Dena Altavilla

This is a very authentic experience. It is a small mom & pop, privately owned place and the staff work hard to provide a great program. We were there for about 5+ hours. While the place needs a little TLC to make the enclosures more natural, the educational programs they offer are outstanding. You can tell the staff LOVE their jobs. Many of their animals are rescues who have no place to go. Tammy & Cap't. Morgan are amazing. My son was so excited to hold an alligator, snakes and see other animals up close and personal. I hope this place makes it. Only suggestion - time for a new pontoon boat. The swamp tour was excellent but I thought the boat was going to break apart.

John Lam

Old and broken down. If you need something to do for an hour, do it.

adventures with blue man

Nice place to stop and bring the family You can feed the animals you can go on a boat ride some Shows and lots of great people. This place is definitely one of Orlando's Great attractions

Lauren Lulich

Don't pass it by! Wonderful way to spend several hours at a really great admission fee. Beautiful place and great guides to give you the story about the place. Tons of information about all the animals that they have.

Adam Nolte

Great way to spend an afternoon, Ryan , our guide was fantastic, plenty of corny jokes and a lot of interesting facts. I didn't think I would enjoy my time there , but I certainly did.

Windy Holmes

We loved everything about it. Our tour girl. we call gator girl she was amazing she definitely knew her stuff. She knew the Gators names and they would come thank you

Lols Jennings

Amazing place to go! Very old fashioned florida feel and not crazy crowded or just touristy feeling like the other "theme parks" in Orlando and other areas. Also can be found cheaply on groupon. It can make for a nice day trip and is close to the beaches. Check my full video review on youtube were I go into full video detail about this great spot! Search for "mrbucketlist" and jungle adventures

Was a great activity with are family seeing the animals. The tour guides were very knowledgable, and we learned a lot stopping here. Highly recommend this location.

Ron Morin

We come here often. The place could use some updating but overall always a fun stop!!

Went after finding this place on Groupon. I was really hopeful but I left feeling very bad for some of the animals. The gators have a lush swamp and a lot of places to roam. A lot of the animal pens looked like they are one hurricane left from completely falling apart. Some of the animals did not have a lot to keep them entertained/enriched. We went after it rained and that place is definitely in the swamp and has high flood potential. One of the pens was flooded and the animal was standing in water. This place still needs visitors because it’s what keeps the care going for the animals. I truly hope they are getting enough income to continue fixing the pens and keeping the animals happy and healthy.

Amazing experience!!! I never thought that I would be able to hold all this wild animals!! It is amazing to learn a little more about the animals, it is a must!

Phillip Santarelli

Park is small but most animals are rescues that people where going to euthanize. Guided tours are awesome. Tammy was funny and informative. You can feed most threw tubes. Peanuts in she'll good for beers, birds, monkeys, deer. $3 a bag of like 10. Buy online and save $4 a ticket

Pat Stewart

Great hard working staff! Very unusual like being in natural Florida before it grew into a population center. If you want to see gators and other native Florida animals this is the place!

KittyKatt

This place is a must stop. It doesnt look like it's going to be much from the outside but once you are in there OMG this place is hige.

robert lambertson

Small park that is a bit overpriced, has a nice boat ride but you see everything in 2 hours. Staff is nice but facility's are spare. Mostly a cruise ship destination and not real busy any other time. The Indian village was lame.

I'd like to start by saying the staff at Jungle Adventure was outstanding. They were funny, informative, and extremely helpful. They explained that the majority of animals have come to them from injuries, finds, or unwanted pets. This is truly a wonderful thing. But, I was very disappointed that upon entering we didn't receive anything with the layout of the park or it's content. There was no information posted about presentation times or attractions. I know the cost of maintaining the animals must be tremendous however, money also has to be spent on the facilities. Several areas were in need of immediate attention. Thank you for your care of these unwanted animals.

phil demers

I think it's pretty cool been there a long time we would always stop by there and back in the time just see the black bears

Jon Brakebill

Our tour guide, Ryan, was wonderful! Jungle Adventures was a great afternoon and the kids LOVED feeding the animals!

My wife and I went on a 7 day cruise and Florida was one of the ports. This was one of the greatest parts of the whole cruise. The two girls working were great. One was Morgan and I am not sure of the other one’s name. There are tons of alligators and other animals like turtles, bears, big cats, and more. We got to hold an alligator and I volunteered as part of a wild life show and had two spiders and a scorpion put in my hands and on my shoulders. This place provides safe haven for many unwanted animals. Great place to visit and support. Well worth a visit for anybody. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

Barbara Casher

Don't be turned off by the cheesy alligator entrance. We loved the wildlife. It was really fun and our guide was really good.

Stan Barry

Love it. It's real Florida. The staff are all awesome. Very educational.

Was an awesome way to spend are Christmas Day. There are 10 of us from age 74 to 14 and everyone enjoyed it so it is great for all ages. Would definitely go back again to take others so they can enjoy. Staff was absolutely great and Reptile Ryan made it so much fun. Will be recommending to everyone. Thank you to staff at Jungle Adventures for making my Christmas awesome.

Jason Heller

A little pricey, $25 per person but it is for a good cause. Tons of Gators!

Kristopher Scoggin

Didn’t even go in. I saw the bear out front going crazy from being in a caged in enclosure that was definitely not big enough for it. The bear had fur loss from being on concrete and was pacing back and forth, probably agitated and losing its mind. Don’t give your money to these people, if that bear is any indication of how they treat these animals then I don’t want to give these people any of my money. Edit: some reviews say the animals here are rescued. If I’d be able to get in contact with this company to confirm that, I’d be happy to change my review. Granted, I didn’t want to spend my money and take the chance on hurting these animals.

Hannah Gochnour

My husband and I came on our honeymoon and we had a great time!! Definitely buy the 10 dollar food bag for all the animals! Our tour guide Morgan was super fun and informative! The lady working the counter on Sunday when we went was so sweet and helped us with all our questions! It does smell (newsflash it's a zoo) and it is super hot (as all zoos are) but you can really tell they love the animals and try very hard to keep them happy and healthy. All the workers are very nice and they know the animals by name and their stories behind some of their rescues! This is a must do if you're around!
