We took the airboat ride through the swamp. It was raining but fun never the less. Then the gator show was very interesting and they let my grandson hold a gator. It was great!
Has such great views! I really enjoyed my time! The boat rides were definitely a fun time. Definitely worth going too! Beautiful park, lots of sights to see and yes! you can touch a baby alligator!
We visited on a Tuesday morning. There were a few people waiting in a line. First, you have to go inside the store to get tickets and pay the national park fee, and the staff give you a boarding ticket. It was approximately 30 minutes of boat ride, and first we go really slow to see some alligator holes and listen to the guide's instructions, and then the guide speeds up to drive around the everglades in a high speed. Every once in a while, you get splashed from the water, and it was very fun and refreshing. Our guide is named Angel, and he also told us the differences between alligators and crocodiles, Indian plants growing in the area, and the water in everglades. He was very informative and entertaining. Angel told us that winter is the best time to encounter many alligators, and summer is less likely to see them because of their mating season, but we were able to see two alligators on the way back to the departure place. One was floating in the water without moving, and the other was swimming slowly toward us. It was a very exciting moment to be able to see wild alligators so close. After the ride, we enjoyed the alligator show, and we saw other animals such as a scorpion and a giant toad. It was an enjoyable hour. I'd like to come back again in winter.
Very disappointed, we used their transportation services. took us all day and definitely not worthy
I had seen the Crocodile Park at Chennai, India, founded and cared by Romulus Whittaker, the great conservationist. So when my son proposed this place on our trip to Miami, I thought it will be just an addition. But what an exciting and unforgettable experience it turned out to be! The authorities require full praise for maintaining such a huge complex, reserved just for Alligators. Special guided tours are being arranged in which the well learned guides retake you through the river and marshland in a safe boats called Airboats and show you different types of alligators and crocodiles. Some may be sleeping and some may be active and ready to jump. You are seated safe in Airboats and the experienced guide take you through the river and explain and help you to spot the alligators in their natural habitat. We are warned about the strength of their jaws and whip of their tails! But you are confident that you are safe inside the boat . After the thrilling trip you have a beautiful lecture on the species by an expert who brings baby crocodile to explain. Of course, you are well behind the protected wire mesh , seated comfortably. The children, first afraid, gets familiar later. You have a store inside where you can buy memorabilia to preserve your visit to great place. We enjoyed the trip. Buy tickets on line to save money and time. It's about $19.99 per adult ($ 24.99 at the gate) and $14.99 For a child above 5 years). The park is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all days as per details. There is a restaurant which offers variety of food including related to Alligator too! A must place to visit with children to educate and familiarise them with Natures different type of species. Lot of people visit with their families. Join them !
Friendly ladies in the store and very helpful. The show was hilarious and exciting! The boat ride was more than I expected! This place is a must.
Nice guided tour very educational
Very fun air boat tour with opportunities for gator spotting. Friendly and knowledgeable guides. The show is definitely worth seeing
Great place for day trip with kids, you even get to hold an alligator for a small price. You also learn alot about the Everglades and alligators and crocodiles, and if your lucky like we were, you get to see alligators in the wild, and take a trip on the air boat, it's pretty neat.
Just love it. The fan boat ride is out of the world
Great air boat to see the wildlife in everglades national park. Great for all to learn about alligators. Downside is them asking for tips all the time. Real turn off.
I visited this park a couple of years ago and I enjoyed every little bit from the Airboat ride to the Gator show. During my trip, we only saw a baby alligator and some soft shell turtles on the actual tour. It is probably best to go earlier in the day to see more gators. Of course, we saw way more gators at the show. Basic Airboat Tour+Show has discounted tickets online. I think it is worth the price and am planning to do the tour group which is supposed to offer more.
The airboat ride was awesome!
Great tour through the everglades and a very cool show at the end
So lame. I see more wildlife at the park by my house. As far as the airboat ride goes, save your money. You could get more of a thrill sticking your head out the car widow down interstate 75.
An average tourist float plane tour of the Florida Everglades grass area. Limited wild life and cut the the short.
Very fun experience, great tour guides, very informative, and you can hold a gator!
Super fun boat ride though park. The guide will point out the wildlife. There's also a brief show, and you can pay to have your photo taken with an animal.
Guys on the boats they do great job. But ladies inside store are being punished for working here. Really bad customer service.
Great ride, lots of Gators and turtles and a lively pilot-guide made the day.
A boat tour is a bit too short, but entertaining. Alligator show is just great.
This was the gator park we took all our guests to while living in Miami, and now this is where we take our kids! Awesome captains and the shop staff are super nice. Gator show is a must see.
We saw some Gators chilling when we were on the airboat. Saw some interesting wildlife. Airboat was fun. The gator show with a live gator was pretty cool too. Normally I'd give this place 4 stars but my man Dan really made this a 5 star experience. Dan's a skipper, and he's the best damn skipper you could ask for. If I ever make it big I'm going hire Dan to narrate my life in real time.
This place was similar to other airboat tour/ gator places but the best part was kids under 6 are free and i have a 4, 3, and 1 year old. Also i had a coupon for buy one get one free if you arrive before 10am. So for my whole family of 5 was about $35. The other places would of been about $80-$100. There was a short show after and $3 for a pic with a baby alligator. Worth it! Cute gift shop but a bit pricey. i would definitely visit again.
They have daily tours out on airboats. They give earplugs and tell you when to put them in and take out. They have a set area to bring you out in. Seen a few gators, one was hurt from mating, one swam by next to boat. They educate you on the wildlife and things that endanger the ecosystem. They have live gators, crocodiles, snakes with someone giving a demonstration and photo opportunities. Great for the kids to learn and see wildlife. Plan on a day when it warm, gators like the sun for warmth and cold days stay in water. They have a snack area, bathrooms, gift shop, and low internet signal (T-Mobile).
Visit was very nice, very funny and educated stuff. One of few points you have to visit in Miami.
I really enjoyed the airboat ride and the show was really informative.
Went on the air boat ride through the Everglades. Had the best time ever.
Fun trip on an airboat, views of Gators and other wildlife and nature, fun and informative show.
wonderfully fun place to go!!! lots to see and do. I enjoyed the air boat ride and all the wild life that you can see. The staff make it fun, and might put you on the spot lol, my wife kissed the toad
The tour guides operating the air boats are friendly, knowledgeable and witty. Our guide did a fantastic job spotting animals for us.
Love it there but I didn't see any alligators, maybe next time!
Took a group of 6 Scouts here and they enjoyed the fan boat ride and the gator show. Our boat driver was very informative and pointed out the various wildlife and ecology. It was a bonus that we got to see two wild gators.
I got to see and kiss alligators.
Kenny the tour guide was brilliant and made a good experience great
Okay so this wasn't a long boat ride which was great because it was hot. The guide stopped to show you interesting things and there was a false gator that came up to the boat. The education show was fun and the guy was funny. We really enjoyed this quick little excursion.
We had a great time at Gator Park. The airboat ride was a lot of fun and very informative. Our guide Austin was very entertaining and a great driver. We did get to see several gators on the boat on a very hot morning in August. The show after the boat ride was also very good and the gator handler was quite amusing.
I really enjoyed the air boat tour today, as well as the Gator show. Staff was really friendly and we have learned quite a lot during the boat tour. I'd definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the nice experience.
one of the many spots where you can have your airboat tour, nice tour, we saw about 4 gators, one of which from very up close like 20 cm away. Great gator show afterwards
Loved it all around especially the air boat ride!! The tour guide was awesome as well. Will definitely recommend it.
Great adventure! The staff very knowledgeable!
Nice place to see some Gators up close.
Good boat ride, beautifully preserved nature, lot of parking place, picnic tables, Gators are kept in enclosed cages.
It was fun! Saw some gators and egrets.
Nice place when you visiting around. I’d not recommend to take kids on the boat ride as it’s get too windy and noisy so avoid small kids if possible. They let you take picture with baby alligator so that’s kinda nice. Guides are good at what they do. Overall good experience.
Nice ride on an airboat in the everglades with some nice views of gators, turtles and birds in the wild. No pythons though. Nice gator and snake demo/show after the ride.
The swamp boat tour was okay was hoping to see more wildlife and excitement but the instructor was very informative. The arena show was awesome the instructor was funny and entertaining got to see snakes, crocodiles and alligators with a little backstory and there's a chance to take a picture with a baby alligator for a small fee.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady who answered phone was rude and wouldn’t give her name, the “manager” names Elena was even more rude and hung up on us. While on vacation we were wanting to find a fun tour to take the kids on and accidentally booked the location that was too far away for us to drive to, so we called within 20 minutes of booking to cancel and not only would they not help us but were so very rude. I’d book through ANY other tour company in the sheer fact that no one has taught them how to treat customers. I can’t believe companies survive that treat people like this. Only way my review comes down is if someone who knows how to treat people contacts us
Fantastic day out, we hired a car to get here and it was well worth all the extras we ended up paying on that. We had an excellent tour guide who had a peculiar name, but was very informative and funny, he took us on the big air boat around the Everglades and introduced us to all the alligators. We then had a show which again was very funny and informative, I would definitely do this tour again if we came back to Miami. So cool.
What a wonderful adventure! Admission price was so reasonable!!
Had the most awesome time with my husband! It is fun and our guide was a comedic. We enjoyed it so much much. We made memories for sure!
Loved it. If I had more time I would have gone back again. Booked with miami tours in south beach and found the price was good. The staff at the park were knowledgeable and very helpful as well as funny. We have a brilliant day and would visit again when I'm next in Miami!
A fantastic air boat ride with very knowledgeable guides. We saw a lot of the animals living in Everglades. Only we are not fund of the gator shows which is why this is not a 5 star rating. We like to see the animals in their natural habitat not in shows. So we left without seeing that
It was a fun experience. My wife and I enjoyed the boat ride and I enjoyed asking the guide questions about the Everglades. Saw 8-10 alligators and other birds. The show after the airboat tour was informative/ very funny.
A great experience. Tour guides were very informative.
Did see a few live gators on the ride. Show was fun.
Staff was great. Good way to see the Everglades and wildlife. Up close and personal.
Awesome place, knowledgeable guides and fun fan boat ride. Great value for money, highly recommended!
Great tour and actually got to see lots of gators in their natural habitat. Highly recommend
Amazing spot. Was an awesome experience. You get to see alligators up close which is super cool. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Seemed like a place that actually cared for the animals and not just revenue.
Great tour guide. I've been on air boat rides before, but this was the first time I saw so many gators. Even a curious one that came up to our boat. See photos.
Easy to find, it was a nice short tour... the show was funny and very informative.
Love it. Rocked up, only had to wait a short time for the next boat. Excellent show. Highly recommended.
Knowledgeable and friendly tour guides. The gator show was also very cool. Inside the shop they are a little more transactional, but it was a busy day that we were there. Overall a big thumbs up.
Fun park saw gators, went on a Airboat ride and ate gator, frog legs and catfish. Very tasty
Nice place to take 30 min ride airboat and good alligator show. You will see aligators mostly in the winter.
It was a fun trip. Driver of the jet boat was informative about the everglades. Only one negative thing i found was that you had to pay an extra $3.00 per person on top of the tickets.
We loved it here. Tour through the Everglades was great. Our guide was really nice and he knew a lot. Saw lots of alligators that day. The show was really funny. Otter John did a great job! We would definitely come back and recommend this tour to anyone who's staying in the area!
Great tour guides, excellent informative & fun talk on local wildlife. Not a thrill ride, great for kids. Facilities are old but gift shop has great range. No other facilities or shops in walking distance.
Down to earth no frills gator Everglades experience for a good price. Bring your US National Parks pass to save $3 per person!
Awesome boat rides (air boats), huge gators, good fishing check it out even if you don't enter you are sure to love the sight.
A clean place and felt safe a would not be nervous if my wife was to go here alone. You can tell the property management company if they use one keeps its nice and kept up. There location was also good and easy to access from car, bike, or on foot. This will be a place we will be using and going to again, with it being safe and lighted up nicely at night time.
Great airboat ride!
Perfect - 1h Private Tour in English Speach through the Everglades -very informal
Great experience, the boat tour is a must do and everyone should try it once in Florida. We could see some alligators during the tour, that was amazing. When in Miami, you gotta go ride on everglades for sure
The ride was probably about 15-20 minutes. thought it was short. Wish it was longer. I mean paid 20$ not disappointed.
So much fun...if want to visit bring sun block & camera that hold properly
Awesome place and tony was awesome
Had a good time at Gator Park. The people that are working here are totally crazy without any fear at all. It's almost weird that nobody had died here yet. We got to see some wildlife alligators with an air boat. That was a lot of fun. We also got the see and learn more on alligators and crocodiles as a part of a show. Great experience!
Our family made a booking error and since it was within 24 hours of the scheduling error, they would not refund our ticket prices. Multiple phone calls to try and explain the error and ask for a refund was met with no help at all by the less than helpful staff at Gator Park. When I requested the name and number of the person who could handle this, I was quickly dismissed and the phone call disconnected. This excursion looks amazing but we are not able to go and the way the issue was handled will result in our family never recommending this place! This could have been easily resolved with a click of a button to refund the ticket prices. I will gladly talk to someone to work this out. My contact name and number was left with the front desk. Would love to remove or update this review if it gets handled properly.
Did it with 5 friends, saw 2 or 3 gators while we were on the boat and it kinda felt like we were disturbing them, but nothing else. There are more animals in most parks in South Beach.. Also if you like animals don’t go there, the show is messed up. A turtle with a sign attached to him, a toad which the trainer obliged to kiss a visitor. If you have the American mentality where you think you’re superior to animals, that place is for you, otherwise don’t. Also funny to hear the trainer justify the fact people have to kill gators by « but they ate people » or say « they are healthier in this cage than in the jungle ». No animal deserves to be in a cage.
You won't be disappointed well worth it good prices!
Great place to see. Ticket was around $30 for adult for air boat ride. It was really hot during our trip, so if you visit it on hot day definitely grab some drinks.
Love this place and when you visit this place, say hi to Willie
The gator show was great. John was funny and smart
Interesting day we had. Wonderful for kids. Not an ordinary place. Tour guides, lectures about the wildlife in the Everglades swamps live show and contact with the animals...and the airboat tour showing aligators , tirtles....etc. I really think it was worth the money and time.
We had Dan for a tour guide. He was knowledgeable about the Everglades. We saw 3 large alligators and a few small ones. The wildlife show after the boat ride was excellent. Highly recommend. Gift shop had a good selection and reasonably priced.
Fun, Dan was a great guide and the show was really interesting and enjoyable.
Staff was friendly and informative. Unfortunately there was nothing exciting about this air boat ride and animal show afterwards. The air boat ride itself was kind of fun, simply due to the speed it reached at times. There is never a guarantee that wildlife will be seen on the ride, however we did see a couple of gators and some birds, including a blue heron. Food is available. Food was decent, and had some local favorites such as cat fish, frog legs, and gator. We did find the pricing on food to be quite high though. Overall, it was an ok morning, however we wouldn't return a second time.
I have not been on any of the other airboat tours so i have norhing to compare it to. I did feel the airboat ride and animal show were short but it didn't cost too much. We did see a few alligators and tge guide pointed out the birds. Overall enjoyable
Boat ride was fun. Driver was informative and we saw a few gators. Show after was also fun.
Really worth $25 . Nice experience where you can see the alligators close by and informative tour by the ranger. Recommend going in early in the morning to avoid the traffic. otherwise you may find difficult for parking.
great value for money. the presentation about alligators was really informative. Staff very friendly
Really good service and knowledge (with one exception) for a reasonable price. Damien (Cam if you don't like the tour) did our boat tour with a good mix of slow to see more with fast to enjoy the ride in more open areas. They have a set route where several alligators frequent certain areas so you're very likely to see at least a few. The wildlife show afterward concentrated on alligators and crocodiles and had good interaction as week as information. Thr one exception on knowledge was both Damien and the wildlife presenter talked about crocodiles being saltwater only (Nile crocodile and Australian freshwater crocodile dispute this.) Still, I would recommend this tour to anyone.
We went there with a group of friends during Xmass break. It was the last day of our trip to Miami and we wanted to see some alligators before we leave. It was a fun experience for first timers but I wouldn't go again. The boat ride was Okay. It was about 15 minutes. We saw a couple of gators resting under the sun (not in the water) during the boat ride. There was a 15-minute show by one of the staff featuring a couple of small alligators and crocodiles and giving us some info about them. At some point he brought in a big alligator and played around with it for a couple of minutes. That was pretty much it. The staff were very friendly and had a sense of humor. I would say it was a bit overpriced. 10 bucks would have been enough for the whole experience. Apparently tickets are cheaper online, 20 instead of 25 at the gate. I just realized that Miami zoo is the same price and you can see alligator and crocodiles as well as lots of other animals there.
The staff were very nice and informative! It was afforable; ages1-5 ride free, and the show is included in the price you pay to ride the airboat. My 4yr old son really enjoyed it! He asked to go on the air boat twice. He took a picture with the alligator. The show didn't hold his attention but the show wasn't very long so no harm. If you are looking to get away from the city and are not looking for frills, I say go. The weather is very nice right now.
The waterboat ride was the best part. It was good to see the alligators close up, even though there weren't many. From the boat, it's possible to see that the everglades are massive. The 'show' was cheesy and I'm not sure why the alligators were just turning away - I think they were cold. We weren't told how much time we had as free time before getting back on our bus - turns out it was 25 minutes. Overall, I'm glad I went. Our boat guide was good, but I'm unimpressed with the idea that tips make up staff pay, hence the three stars
This was entertaining. I feel the price of food was not good for the quality of it. The boat ride was fun
Amazing! And that's an understatement!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, that is more than fun. They have air boat tours, gift shops, food, gator shows, a little of everything! The gift shop is packed with many different items, the staff will help in anyways possible and the food it to die for
Really amazing! After the airboat tour along the river, they have a informational show with a zookeeper who looks over the gators they have in captivity. Both the boat and the show were absolutely awesome!!!!! Learned so much and had a lot of fun:) 10/10
Summary: horrible customer service, poor quality of boats, bad location (no wildlife in that spot), overpriced. Details: My friend and I purchased a private tour which was really expensive ($305), for this amount we were promised an air boat ride 20 miles (wasn't even close to this mileage) into Everglades for 1 hour with the maximum speed of 25 mph. The boat turned out to be really old with a week motor. The maximum speed it was driving was 7-8 mph which felt really slow compare to all similar boats that were there. On one pass our boat had to pull over in order to give the right of way to 3 other private tour boats that were going much faster on exactly the same track. When we asked the guide why did they go with higher speed compare to us, he answered that with the motor he has we couldn't go faster and the other boats have better motors. The tour was very boring. There's nothing to see in that particular spot of Everglades, I've never seen it being that empty. You can hardly see even birds there. After the tour I went to the Manager who wasn't even talking to me, was chewing a toothpick instead and looked very sarcastic. Russian lady joined him right away, stated that she was the owner, she was very rude and disrespectful, didn't try to at least apologize and didn't let me talk, I haven't seen such a ridiculous customer service before, she got personal and that felt really insulting. I didn't mean to ask for a full refund but I was expecting to get at least some compensation. This is not fair when other people on that 3 boats paid the same money and had fun and we couldn't wait for the tour to be over that's how boring it was.. Won't recommend to anyone. Not worth the money spent.
Very educational. Lots of interesting things to see if you go during the right season but even during off season, the gators are quite an amazing view. The gator show is also quite fun, make sure you stay for it.
I expected to see more alligators and some more action. The ride on the boat was not really interesting! But the show explanation after the ride was!
It's was a lovely experience and great prices. The staff was amazing. They have a show you can watch and is really fun to watch and educative. The tour is an unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend it!
Absolutely hands down my favorite place for an airboat ride. A great wildlife show follows.
Better than I expected. Great spot for an airboat ride, seeing some alligators and getting a great show. Priced well below what they give you which is why we were blown away at what we did. Will be back with the kids next year.
Fun tour and amazing food! Don't forget to try the fried gator tail
Nice customer service.
Amazing and affordable tours. Nice staff. Only 4 stars as they do make you feel like a bank account they want to constantly withdraw from e.g. reminding you to tip for everything or charging for a photo with a gator
It was a great activity! The ticket included three stations. It started with the boat ride. The ride was nice and perfect in timing (not too long, not too short). Our guide was great and the tour was very educational, as well as the show afterwards. Pricing was very reasonable. Great experience and highly recommended.
Staff was friendly and prices were good. Gator sandwich was delicious.
I do love reptiles! So I really loved this place! It’s a short 35 to 40 minutes trip in this airboat, (which is not dangerous at all)! But it’s a really good one! You can see lots of alligators and the best part, is the end where they prepare this show for you! With some cool animals. Thumbs up for you guys!
If you like loud airboats, then go here. If you like to see wildlife that look & act like they are in a zoo, then go here. If you want to actually see wildlife in their natural habitat, well, you won't see that while riding on an unmuffled V8 powered air boat. We did enjoy the ride, but spotting the gators on the banks just seemed... staged...
Wonderful airboat ride and gator show. They also have very good vegetarian burgers !
Gator Park is amazing. First and foremost, there is zero phone service here so if you have to take a ride share there, you will have trouble requesting a ride back. It happened to us but the staff were incredibly helpful and kind and made sure we could make it back to our hotel! Second, the airboat tour was so much fun! Our guide was basically a gator himself and was filled with so much helpful and fun information. We saw multiple gators, tiny baby gators, and multitudes of fish. Going out on the river of grass was a beautiful, surreal experience and I highly recommend it! Third, the wildlife show! Our educator was brilliant and had clearly dedicated his life to wildlife preservation. He gave a funny and interesting show, it was definitely so much better than I had expected! Overall, highly recommend their tour + show!
What an adventure,, we had a fantastic day and saw loads of crocodiles the tour guide was very entertaining and gave us all the history of the area and told us all about the crocodiles and other creatures in the area.. it was 1 of the highlights of my holiday. I would go again. You get to see a show and hold a baby crocodile afterwards .. well worth a visit.. good value too
The best tour in the Everglades...my 4th visit brought my family. Even got mom to hold a gator. The service is awesome the the tour guides love to share the knowledge of the animals and everglades. It's a must visit when in Miami
What a wonderful adventure! Gator park was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable on ALL things related to the Everglades. We will definitely go again! Thank YOU Gator Park!
A lots of fun
Nice place, but I couldn’t see a wild animal
Pleasantly surprised. Pricing was very reasonable. The boat ride was enjoyable and educational which is cool. The park was pretty good as well. Plenty of alligators to see and a fun show to watch. We definitely enjoyed our visit. A few minor things that were not great. The bathroom did not have soap and the air dryer was broken. The show host was great but a little irritable at people that took selfies, not us but some one else. I felt bad for them, instead of politely mentioning that they make their money this way Overall it was a great taking experience. Could just use a little cleanup in the bathrooms and kindness at the show.
Great Park and very interesting guides.
What an amazing experience. Gator park delivered what was promised and it was a beautiful tour of the Everglades
Wonderful wildlife experience. Entry fee covers Air boat tour and a show. Air boat tour takes into the park to see Alligators, Birds and other species. Buying park tickets online would save approx $5 per ticket as compare to the ticket purchase at the park.
It was a very different experience. We had never been on a speedboat before nor had we seen the Everglades and it's wildlife. We had a very informative pilot/tourguide. We managed to see an alligator and some other wildlife. Plus it was a great ride gliding through the tall grass.
Awesome stuff. Really fun time. Me and my girlfriend saw some cool stuff. Would recommend to others.
So much fun. You get so much for what you pay for. Super educational and I'm happy they save baby alligators from being eaten!
These guys do it right!! Super nice!! Safe and knowledgeable!!! Tons of Fish and Gators. Price is Right!! Be sure to tip. But not beat into you.
Pretty neat. Took about a 30 min airboat ride through the Everglades. There was also a 30 min. Show with the alligators that was neat. We went with an excursion tour with Norwegian cruise line so it was a little crowded. Staff at the park were friendly and knowledgeable. We saw plenty of Gators on our visit
Perfect tour for young families. We had a 3, 4 and 9 year old. The boat ride was fun, we got so close to animals (including alligators!) And we loved the informational show as well. Short and sweet!
Lots of fun and a very enjoyable experience, the animal show was very informative also.
This place is so fun. The air boat ride was really cool. Especially when you get to see a Gator up close and personal.
I paid $20 per ticket for me and my husband, and it was so worth it! We hoped onto a airboat ride for 30 to 40 minutes and saw a lot of alligators, a few were right next to me I could touch them! After the boat ride, we went to the alligator show, where the presenter showed us his owl, a baby alligator and baby crocodile and explained their differences, and a large female alligator. During the show, he randomly selected my husband's phone and took a close-up video of the large alligator with it, went inside its mouth and above it. Great video! After the show, we paid an extra $3 per person to hold a baby alligator. As a souvenir, we got alligator teeth (they shed their teeth often). Very happy with this tour!
The overall experience was just o.k. The adventure was overpriced to just to see a total of two alligators(living in the wild). The best part was the airboat ride. The animal trainers and airboat operators were fine. The cashiers lack etiquette and customer r service skills
Airboat ride was really fun, just wish it was longer.
Really loved it. This is the most one can get close to the gators in their natural habitat. Boat driver was very good and friendly. Highly recommend it.
The airboat tour was a little bit short, but the driver was very friendly and funny. He drove fast but safe. After the boat tour there is an wild animal show, the employee was very very funny and friendly and really knows a lot about the animals and the Everglades. If the boat tour would be a little bit longer this would be a 5 star. But for the ~25$ it’s okay.
Weston was a great guide. Private airboat tour was well worth the extra money. Saw lots of gators and birds. Beautiful Everglades. Jack's show was fun and informative.
Enjoyable hour long experience. 20 min boat ride very informative. 20 min show was a fun experience. $3 to hold a gator.
Visited for a few hours after cruise. Very close and convenient to Miami though I have been to another part of the swamp that besides from the Air Boat ride you also get a swamp buggy tour so I enjoyed that one more. This one we did see about 5 wild gators which was cool!
Lovely place for airboat ride and alligator shows, well worth the money!
Drove for 1 hour, Came to a park with kids, price tag for three of us came to $83. Before leaving home checked online and price there was $33 cheaper. (20+15+15) Was told that price on the internet is different from the price at the location!!!??? Super strange, so I asked if I can just buy inline now and get the $33 saving? No you cant was the answer since it will take an hour for processing and in one hour you will be late for the last boat, was the answer. Well did not like the way it was presented to me at all, went 1 minute down the road, got the good price and good service from the competitor. Gator Park! NOT COOL!!!!
The best experience was when the airboat gained its full speed. Awesome!!
Best to visit during the winter for best results
Been here 4x now taking different family members, always return. Quick and efficient for a decent price. Always will return.
Very interesting and informative. Great group of people who work there.
Went for the group tour. The guides were super friendly and knowledgeable, I recommend!!
Really enjoyed the airboat ride and wildlife show. Definitely worth the money! Kids will never forget.
Awesome service! Awesome place! Went to Florida specifically for gators, and boy, did we see some gators! Very informative, very good experience.
Great tour guides as well as a nice educational show after. Gators were out as it was sunny. I would recommend going before summer because mosquitos in the Everglades are out everywhere in force. The airboat ride was awesome as well .
Loved the thrilling air boat ride and the talk was informative!
Experience of a life time. Love it
The show was interesting. Boat tour was kind of okay. Nice to have experienced once. Ours was the last tour of the day, so we got some amazing photos.
Unlike other unfavorable reviews, we had great service, courteous cashiers, informative guides, and very accommodating personnel in all areas. The airboat ride lasted 35 minutes as the operator stopped often to view birds and gators, explaining about each. We got there just before 10am and were out on the water by 10:15am. There was a shaded area to wait, out of the sun. Austin easily fielded questions and never mishandled the airboat. After the interesting gator show, we only had $3 cash for the picture taking opportunity. However, the handler generously let both of my grandkids hold the little gator, and mom too, when the 4 year old couldn't muster enough courage!! Well worth our time.
Overall good experience. The airboat ride was fun and we saw plenty of wildlife. Would recommend to anyone If they have 2 hours to kill.
It is so nice place. Nothing much changed in last 25 years but it is still nice. If you haven't been yet, you should go, if you are visiting Miami and you like adrenaline. If you do, you will enjoy it.
Awesome boat ride, fun for kids and adults. Can be loud, but they give ear plugs and covers for small kids. Great commentary on the boat. Very education. Really fun show at the end as well. Awesome staff!!
Welcoming, very clear and concise as well as informative and polite for the public. Definitely coming back for my Army buddies to hold a gator. Appreciate the work environment and sense of humor -! even tourists don't appreciate the effort y'all put into all day. Made my family laugh ! A-Plus
