We had a great time both at the petting zoo and on the safari. You can drive your own vehicle through the safari, but we found that the bus ride was much more informational. The entire staff there was very personable and friendly. I look forward to visiting again.

really enjoyed our child’s 3 year old birthday outing at the safari Park. large area to eat and very clean. There is a cute little playground next to the petting zoo, which also includes an extra eating or sitting area. It’s was clean too. Everyone was nice. Everything was clean, including restrooms. If you haven’t been or if you been here in your personal vehicle I strongly suggest taking the tour. Lots of interesting information, less stress, and you get to make wonderful memories with your family and friends. Well I have said enough, so go on over and visit, make sure you say Hello when you go in the gift shop. You will see why when you get there. Loved!!!

Great place! I suggest you take your own vehicle through because some of the animals cant reach the windows on the tour bus. Watch out for the camels, they will take your cup, I mean actually pull your cup out of your hands. Great place

Really fun drive-thru safari. You can drive your own vehicle or take the bus tour. I recommend the bus tour because you get to interact with a lot more animals at one time. The staff is very friendly and professional. Go check it out!

This was our first visit. We went here and Poverty Point Mounds. The tour bus was fun and informative. An additional bag of feed is $10, but we'll worth it. Had a blast feeding the animals. We got there at 12:15 and the next tour was at 1:00. The gift shop has enough items and restrooms.

Wide open wildlife viewing in the raw. You actually get to drive your vehicle right thru the park. Camels, Buffalo Pacas and others can be hand fed right from your car. The Safari is very large. Nice outing for my family. Nice people running the place.

I visited this park with a high school field trip. I was worried my students would think it was lame but they absolutely loved it. The camels scared a few of our students by sticking their heads all the way into the trailer and stealing a feed cup but it made for a good story.

Amazing experience, we did the tour, 4 kids ages 14, 8, 6, and 4 had the time of their lives. Us parents did as well. A large bag of food for feeding the animals is $10, but I couldn't imagine going on the Safari without it, definitely worth it. One bag was enough for our family of 6.

We went through it twice as they allow you to go as many times as you want. I was nervous at first but then you find yourself somewhere on the animals page and the second loop was much easier. The animals seem well taken care of and I spoke to the grounds keeper and he expressed his love for the animals like they are his babies.

I absolutely loved this place! They had so many animals, it's a free range park, and they have a bus you can ride on, so you don't mess up your car! It is so much fun for people of all ages (I'm 27 and had a blast). The animals come right up and you get to see camels, bison, zebras, etc. You can also feed them and pet them! What a fun experience! Definitely worth pulling over for!

Took my 6 yr old grandson. He had fun. The bison is HUGE!! There aren't that many different kinds of animals. They have some cool birds inside. Its a little pricey for the experience. Three adults, 1 child and a bag of food was $65. But it was fun. Saw a ball of water mocassions in one of the creeks.

They weren't chincy with the amount of feed you get to give the animals. The bathrooms are clean and decorated with bamboo walls. It's a very unique activity. The gift shop has reasonable prices. The petting area and indoor animals are also a pleasure to visit.

This park was a really fun afternoon date place, but is also fun for the whole family! It isn't very expensive at all and the animals were all friendly. It's a great way to get some pictures of the animals because they get so close up to your car. We took our own car and were able to go at our own pace. We are from MS so it was about a 45 minute drive from vicksburg, not a whole lot of animals, but the staff was friendly and we'd definitely recommend it to others.

Have been here twice. My kids love the ride around the park because we let them sit in the front. The animals come right up to you but don't hit your car or anything. The camel's are a little greedy and will take the cup and food right out of your hands. The staff is extra friendly and are great with kids! They have space for parties and offer bus tours at current times. It's a fun time and cost about the same as going to the movies as a family.

We happened upon this place while staying at Chemin-A-Haut state park and looking for places nearby. It was so much fun! I've been to Global Wildlife in Robert, LA many times and this place was way better! I love the windowless bus idea. All the animals seemed well taken care of and living their best life! The petting zoo was a big hit with the kids. The staff were super friendly and offered us extra feed. We got to have a picnic lunch on the grounds as well. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area!

We came all the way from knoxville, tn. Yes it was raining lightly but the park was closed. We called before we drove and it was just an answering machine that said there we your rides at 1pm and 3. Really wish their answering machine had a message that said it was closed due to weather. Otherwise we wouldn't have drove an hour out of the way to take our 4 and 2 yr old.

Awesome experience! Animals come right up to your window. You will need a carwash after. You can drive it as many times as you want the day you pay. Worth the money! Kids really loved it.

This is a hidden gem in Northeast Louisiana . the only thing that is bad about these animals coming up to your vehicle is slobber and possibly scratch or dent your vehicle after all these are water buffalo or bison zebra all kind of animals coming up to your vehicle windows . The thing is you don't have to stop and let them come to your car but they can block the roadwway

So much fun. This is a hidden gem that you must visit. I have been to a few of these type locations, and I will say that this is a very well organized and clean place. Very family friendly. We drove our own SUV through the park and loved every minute. Make this stop and you will not regret it. I hate I did not visit this sooner.

Amazing nature and animals! The park is so big and bus tour is wonderful!! Staff is friendly and nice. The animals such as Kangaroos, Ostrichs, Emu, Water Buffalos, Deers, Zibra and baby zibras, turtles, and in petting zoo (goats, cow etc) are my daughter's favourite. We also visited Atlanata pine mountain park which is good but this park is close to my hometown and filled with all animals what our babies want to see! The best thing toddlers can pet and feed them! Price is reasonable too! Driver who drives a big trolly tractor is nice so the guide is!!! Overall wonderful experience. Map works so no direction issues, 52 miles from Monroe so can come back by afternoon!! I highly recommend this park!!

Small variety of animals. Don’t suggest taking your personal vehicle. A donkey kicked ours and dented the door. If you absolutely must visit, take the bus tour and leave your personal vehicle in the parking lot.

We go to the Safari every Fall. All of the people are so kind and accommodating! It's great fun for everyone and we love the animals. PSA: Take the Delhi Exit off I-20, that's the easiest, simplest way to get there.

We took about 20 teenagers as a youth trip from our church. We were very happy with the experience. I was surprised at the number and different kinds of animals on the tour. We all were in their tour bus which I highly recommend. Most of the animals came to the bus and let us put our hands on them and get an amazing experience. The guide was very informative to the animal back ground and how to act with each new animal. Petting zoo was an added bonus and all the kids enjoyed it from start to finish. Come on.....You can't beat it for the money....
