Fun, but not as fun as when we were allowed to feed them. Kids love it!

Michael Heeszel

The Drive-thru part of the zoo was a bit underwhelming with a lot of that animals being hard to see. Enclosures for the animals were pretty small and most of them looked depressed. One even had a plastic shopping bag wrapped around it's horn. We watched 3 employees pass the pen without helping the animal. The "petting zoo" was more of a walk through and see animals in pens as opposed to being able to interact with them directly. They were working on some renovations while we were there. The contractors sped around the grounds with little to no regard for the paying customers. Our 18 month old enjoyed the experience so in the end it was worth the money, however, if it had just been my wife and I it would have been a bit of a let down.

This is the BEST ZOO I have ever been to : PRO : You can encounter and hold 3 animals with the VIP pass; you can go in a huge Bird house and feed the birds while they fly all over you! You can go in the cage with the SLOTHS and feed them...you can ride the bus and FEED Camels , Zebras and many more and you can touch them!!! On the live story you can pet them too. They have animals that no other zoo has! CONS : small

Always a great place to go with kids. Animals come right up to your vehicle and there are a large amount of animals to see.

Courtanie Toddy

This place was terrible. There were 0 exoctic animals. Literally just deer and birds. I wouldn’t even give this place one star really

Love this job

Rescue facility. We bought a Groupon coupon, have fun, we really enjoyed it!

Mister Giggledrops

Pretty interesting place. It would be nice if the petting zoo portion had a couple of animals to pet, other than miniature horses. But a good, unique experience.

Rhonda Hoffman

Great place

Dusty Renfrow

Great place to take kids and a great staff

Danielle Grunz

Fun and interesting place, worth the drive if you enjoy seeing animals in a "free" roaming condition.

Holly Wagner

Petting zoo was fun, 3 of my grandsons bottle feed the calves! We drove through the zoo during a storm it was so fun! Good thing we had an all wheel drive going through the water. Great place to visit!

Rusty Siler

What a great place! It is definitely worth the drive to see. My kids have not quite talking about this place. They loved it!

Ashley Davis

We have been to one other drive thru safari in Texas that was quite a bit larger than this one, but I have to say this one was hands down the best. The animals were amazing, and much more interactive we had a blast! The ostriches had us laughing so hard, good family memories. The staff was friendly. I would recommend.

Dustin McVay

This place is fun and educational

Awesome Experience!

Jason Chambers

Really cool drive through zoo plus an extra feeding and petting zoo

Tara H

The petting zoo was lacking. But the driving part was beautiful! $25 a person was way too expensive. Maybe $30 a car load. We won't go back but it was very nice.

Jenny Cash

Awesome family day!!! Highly recommend it!!!

Allen Blackburn

Great drive thru zoo. Animals are very well taken care.

Richard Welsh

Kids love it. The birds are a little scary though

Magdalena Rios

It wasn't a very big zoo but it was perfect for a quick stop so the kiddos could hop out and stretch their legs. Of coarse the kids loved it and I'm sure any kids 6-7yrs will. Best part was the walk-in bird keep.. great treat and surprise for those of you who have the opportunity!

Hayley Razafsky

My husband and I LOVED the zoo. We have been to plenty of zoos before, but never to one like this. We got to feed all kinds of animals using a variety of different foods. We got the VIP Plus package and have already highly recommended it to our friends and family. We LOVED getting to hold animals and bottle feed animals. Best of all was getting to play with Fisher, the Asian Fishing Kitten. The keepers were all very knowledgeable and clearly cared about the animals. The live show was awesome. The tour was great. We already have Promise Land Zoo on the itinerary for our next trip to Brandson! We have been asking our friends to join us - everyone we have talked to has loved our pics and can't wait go. Looking forward to seeing Lilu, Randal, Fisher, and all of our other new animal friends again soon!! Thank you Promise Land Zoo for helping make our honeymoon so memorable!

Drive through was not as exciting as expected. Only real encounter we had was with very friendly ostrich that didn’t want us to leave. Petting zoo didn’t have my animals either. Boys liked the Burt enclosure with birds. They get to feed birds with feeding sticks.

Kacie Matlock

Not bad but not great. The best part in my opinion was the parakeet room. Gentry safari in gentry arkansas is way better.

Sara Coffer

Love it. Best part of my eureka springs visit

Very family friendly. Still thinking that they need bigger animals and not to many cages.

Hannah

Awesome! We went here with my 7 month old, he screamed with excitement, he was able to feed the animals too. All the animals are friendly and let you pet them. It was a lot of fun! Great place for kids! Lots of rescue animals too.

Dwayne Lindoerfer ii

Has a very diverse amount of animals! Fun for the whole family! Saw quite a number of every animal. We came around feeding time so most of the animals came up to the car. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves animals. Very big self guided tour. Has a few reptiles inside the gift shop, some birds that you can feed, some hissing cockroaches, and some guinea pigs you can pet. There are a few animals that you can feed and pet in the back like goats, rabbits, kangaroos, mini horses, pigs etc. Has a bathroom in the gift shop to wash your hands. Would definitely recommend coming here with your family.

Very nice and friendly

Can't say anything nice, grotesquely overpriced, more faith signs than types of animals, had a lot of variety of deer, not much else, couldn't walk though the petting zoo because dogs are not allowed, leave your dog in the car the sign says, they really care about animals, yeah right. Can't feed the animals. Couldn't see half of them. This is an absolute do not go and waste your money on. For what is available a good price would be $20 a car load, definitely not worth the $85 they charged us.

Excellent place to visit. Everyone is super friendly. We had so much seeing all the animals. We spent about 3 hours there. The kids loved the bird cage where all the birds swarm you to eat off the seed sticks. They have a young camel there that was super sweet. Highly recommend it if you are in Branson.

Doug Keeton

Yuriko Campos

The zoo had more deer than anything else. The cats cages were so small they looked so stressed out being in such a small space. Probably one of the saddest and most dirtiest zoos I've ever seen and overpriced too.

The drive thru part was pretty awesome !!

What a cool little place. You drive through and animals come up to your car where you can feed them dry kibble bits. It's basically only small deer and emus that roam wild. We were too afraid to try and feed the emus though! The other animals such as camels, bison, antelope, ostriches, peacocks and zebras are behind cage wire. Would have been five stars if there was more variety to what roamed free and could be fed up close.

Jason Ponder

Awesome place!

Shiela Kristof

Jamie Stewart

Very expensive and disappointing.

Kris Schobert

Lots of cool animals to see! And feeding the parakeets was so much fun!!!! Drive thru part gets you close up to the action!

Jim Church

No animals hardly at all to see

Krystal Porter

The animals looked tragic.

Rene Moncrief

Mainly deer in the drive through part. Scenery is very pretty though and staff is friendly

Darci Hoesley

We had such a great time! The drive thru is amazing, seeing all the animals out and about interacting with other animals is fabulous.

It’s the only zoo around, so there is nothing to compare to in the area. Over priced.

Andrew Heidelberg

Cool place

susie kinlock

The car ride safari was cool, but we felt bad for some of the big cats and animals in the petting zoo because their pens were small.

Kat Knock

Great for the kids! Just about the only thing for kids 3 and under to do close to Branson, MO.

Lori Hisel

I enjoyed it - especially liked the "petting zoo" area.

Kerdra Loesing

This zoo is awesome ! The only downside is the drivethru I was really excited for it looking at the pictures on the website but it is very misleading . you couldn't see anything ,you were so far from the animals the road wasnt in the best shape . The walking park is nice ! It is small but its non funding . just with general admission you are able to feed and pet the animals we had a blast ! The staff is nice and we got to see an alpaca giving birth !

Grace Archer

Great variety of animals, and a very hands on experience. We especially enjoyed the llamas and Emus coming right up to the car! Great for any family vacation

The kids really enjoyed the hands on learning experience during the shows, the "zoo" area is very small. My kids recommend the bus tour. You do not get out of the bus but the animals will poke their head through the windows. They thought that was really neat!

mo dc

Fun place to spend several hours. We were a tad disappointed in the drive thru part but was good overall. There wasn't as many animals in the drive thru part out the day we went. But it was a great place to go.

Annette Weston

Tim Cannon

Great place to see the animals in the open

Pamela East

Easy drive through zoo with easy to follow directions. Fun place to go, especially for anyone who is handicapped.

Whitney Berg-Brown

Fun family place.

Gizelle Villalvazo

We went to the Eagle rock location and I definitely recommend it. It was an amazing experience. We had so much fun. Both my 8 and 2 year old had a blast feeding the deer, emus, buffalo and more! Buy plenty of food to take in the car to feed them! We even went around 2 times!

Jacinda Purtle

Loved it, had a great time. The animals were well taken care of, the emu and deer came right up to us!!! Wonderful memories

Nathan and Renee DODSON

Awesome place

Bonnie Mayol

It is expensive but for a good cause, to maintain animals upkeep and land. They charge per person instead of per vehicle. I like how you can drive around area and most animals roam free and will approach your car like the deer and ostrich. You can also pay more and get all terrain vehicle tour

We had so much at the park office exhibits. The drive thru park was wonderful.

This place is nice but very limited on animals in the petting zoo.

This was so much fun!!!

Took my teenage girls here. They fell in LOVE with the kangaroos. Love what they are doing with the animals here. So much Fun.

Gypsy 18

My 9 yr old son and I had a blast! It was pouring down rain, but we still had fun. A lot of beautiful landscape and animals. We really enjoyed feeding the kangaroos! We will definitely be back :)

Wes Viddaurri

This was very well worth the money and a great family experience. You can tell that the animals are happy and well taken care of. Drive thru at your own pace, relax, and enjoy the experience. All the staff were very friendly.

Kristine Colin

Great place

Kelly Rayburn

So many animals, shows, allowed to pet animals, cheap food to feed animals.

Kayla Crites

Brittany Pogue

Rip off and false advertisment. And its supposed to be a Christian company? Its just a bunch of deer and antelope. And the petting zoo was a joke. All we could pet was miniature ponies and that was with a fence between us. I will not be back. Major waste of and time.

L and S T

Jamie Jowers

This place has changed so much it was truly a disappointment all you see are different deer/antelope breeds 1 camel 1 ostrich and a few buffalo for 2 adults and 2 kids age 13 and 4 I would not spend the 75.00 again

This is a drive through zoo. It was pretty reasonably priced and the had a bunch of mammals and birds. The kids loved getting so close to the emu and deer. They gave out food to feed the pigs and stuff but none of the animals seemed interested. They also had a bunch of rabbits and stuff for the kids to pet. It’s a good one time visit probably.

Bethany Andrew

Not what we would have hoped for. Animals were pretty basic.

Carrie Nicole

The kids loved this drive through zoo. It also had a nice petting zoo for all ages with a nice variety of animals to interact with. The only complaint is that there could be more exotic animals to see on the drive through. Other than that it's a must see if down that way.

Caitlin Meadors

This zoo was small, but very fun. It is packed with multiple animals who seem to be cared for well. The animal interaction shows were great and we were able to be hands on with some animals. The sloth experience was definitely worth the extra money, just make sure you state you want to hold it before the experience begins.

Time wise be prepared to spend around 2 hours if you REALLY enjoy hanging out with animals like my family does. If you're going to be within a 50 mile radius of Promised Land Zoo in either Eagle Rock or Branson, MO is a must see! My family has been going to the Eagle Rock location for nearly 10 years. It's not ever super crowded & is just a relaxing, good time. Bring your camera or cell, some drinks & an umbrella in case of super hot sun or rain. First you go inside & get some cups with animal food for about $5 a cup. These are 32oz cups I believe. Then wander around by foot in the petting zoo type area to visit cute goats, ponies, pot bellied pigs, kotis, porcupines, exotic cats & fox, prairie dogs & more! Be sure to say hi to the white cockatoo bird with the yellow crown. It is so fun to talk to & it even laughs like a person

We pulled in and stopped at the office/ stop sign for 30 min and no one ever came!!! No prices posted anywhere. I got online and figured out it was about 20$ per person.... to sit in a car... and drive by the animals... in their cages. Extra for the interactive stuff. And the feeding baby animals thing- donkies/Shetland ponies. I'm sad it wasn't awesome like I thought. I'm glad I didn't waste the money, just time. Instead I went to the fish hatchery. For free. And it was really cool.

Angela Jackson

Amazing aninals

Chris Pyle

Got to see and pet all kinds of animals up closer than I have ever been before. My wife and I really loved the property, amount of animals and overall atmosphere of this place. I will definitely be back again next time I visit the Eureka!
