Not the cleanest or cheapest place by any means. If they didn't sell items in sealed containers nobody would ever go here. Very unfriendly people. I approached the counter with a bottle of Kettle One and said hello sir and he just looked at me and rang it up. Said nice talkin to ya and left. Will not be back.

You can find almost anything here. Only place that sells Flor de caña which is a Nicaraguan Rum made out of sugar cane. The 12 year or 18 year are the best and they have them! Everyone's very helpful helping find what you need.

This is just like any other liquor store. Prices are not any better than any where else. It is a large liquor store and the have a large selection. They accept cash and credit, no checks or debit cards.

Does have free parking and handicap parking and entrance. They sale wine, beer and all liquors of every type. They are open 7 days a week. They also sale snacks and candies. They also sale party needs for all occasions. Located right off of Rt. 11 south in Martinsburg, Wv.

I usually come here and spend hundreds to restock my home bar and because this fact, I suppose, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Tonight was different. My boyfriend and I had a bad day so we decided we just wanted to end the day with Mango habanero whiskey, his favorite. Well, the gentleman at the door asked us to hurry because they closed in a few minutes. (If I knew this we would’ve went elsewhere because I hate inconveniencing anyone) We went straight to that shelf but they were sold out so immediately we thought rum instead. As 3 employees remind us to hurry we head to the counter after being in the store less than a minute. The cashier rushed us through as another employee said “Time to go, time to blow my brains out!” Finally, a woman held the door and remarked, “Time to lock the door, I ain’t afraid to tell someone no!” 5 minutes before their actual closing time. I’ve never felt more disrespected in an establishment in my life but still managed to thank the staff that treated us as if we weren’t there to spend money. Penn is definitely losing my business and should probably train their employees the meaning of customer service because I’ve been in it my whole life and it’s bad business to treat loyal customers so unprofessionally.

Great selection of alcohol, just about everything for any price range. Workers are friendly and helpful. The addition of a mini Smoker Friendly is THE BEST! Many more varieties of cigarettes available now, + wraps, cigars, and other smoking ecoutremant... Very cool. I've yet to check out the Growler station as I generally don't drink beer, but I have to admit that it has peaqued my interest...

I like this liquor store. They carry Flying Dog's Double Dog, and they have a growing selection of craft beers, though that's not their specialty. It's something at least. One time I came in and no Double Dog was present. One of the clerks said she could hold however much I wanted when it was delivered and that she'd call when it was in. Pretty excellent customer service if you ask me. :)

Huge liquor–beer–wine shop with a room dedicated to wines that are delicious, well-made, affordable and enticing. A lot of sparkling wines (Cava, Champagne, prosecco, etc), little-known countries (Hungary, Bulgaria), dessert wines and even some amazing, organic, local WV mead. Yes, please.

Best staff in this area. Great selection and let me tell ya if they dont have it they will get it for ya. They recently changed ownership without missing a beat. They also added in growlers and craft beers. I'm not much of a wine drinker but they have a huge selection. Now they've added in a headshop of sorts, not a bad selection but not a great selection either. Terrific prices though!

Friendly, efficient employees man the cash registers and stock the shelves at Penn Liquors. The store has a good selection of sizes and varieties of hard liquor and you might find a beer you hadn't tried yet. The wine selection is slightly less diverse, but good enough to make Penn Liquors a smart spot for one-stop shopping.
