Great place to spend an afternoon. My cousins and I went here last weekend and had a wonderful time. Great wines, you must meet Merlot (Puppy) adorable. All the wines were great. The wine not to miss is the Blood Orange!! We all have different taste from Dry to Super Sweet and all of us left with one or more of the Blood Orange, not to mention the two bottles we drank there. We will be back. Thank you for a great experience.

Chestnut Ridge Winery is situated on a hill about Spencer WV. It is a beautiful setting located right next to the forest. It is landscaped so beautiful with shrubs flowers and amazing walkways. There is several trails if you into a nice walk in the woods. The winery itself is a beautiful building and inside is set up with seating so you can set and enjoy some nice wine. The owners of the winery are such nice people and allow samples of there wines. They have a great variety of wine and are always coming up with something different. You won't be disappointed.
