Very friendly and knowledgable staff, not a big winery but definitely a peaceful spot. We love bringing our blankets, lunch and grabbing a bottle or two and sitting outside. They also offer cheese trays which are actually pretty yummy!

This was a fabulous little vineyard. I received a warm welcome, tasted some wine, enjoyed everything I tried, and walked away with a nice bottle of their reserve. It's a beautiful location and, though I didn't do any picnicking, I am certain that it would be a great place to do so. Mind you, I'm commenting on a trip I took here in August 2008 but I'm sure not much has changed. I'd look forward to returning when I'm back in the area.

Wonderful winery - the oak barrel chardonnay is definitely one of the best that I've tasted. Janice was very knowledgeable and even gave use a little tour of the small winery and talked in depth and passion about the winery. Overall - very impressed! I think we had a better time at this small vineyard compared to the fancy vineyards we've visited in Napa!

Michael Nuckols

Awesome service and they let us bring the pup in with us for the tasting. Great wines to boot!!

krystal willis

Great little vineyard and inexpensive tasting!

We make this place a yearly ride on the motorcycle from Berlin, MD. Exceptionally good wines. The steel fermented Chardonnay is a must buy. Get a bottle of the Rose to sip at one of the many tables. Light fare available but we stop at Bojangles for chicken to eat with the

Great wines. Very friendly staff.

My husband & I(& our 16yr old Chihuahua) stopped by here on our way home to NYC. What a pleasant surprise! The wines were wonderful. We usually do Sonoma/napa trips for wine tasting but this place was just as good as many wineries we visited in California. Definitely a must for people who enjoy good wine!!

We had a nice visit! The wine tasting was very thorough and they were all good! It is the only winery on the eastern shore so if you are there visit Chatham Vineyard!

Sheila Casey

Great wine. Knowledge staff.

Wines on dry side and something outside of the blends claimed . Maybe it is me after just returning from Lake Erie region of concords, Niagara s, and catawba. Our server pompous, (don't know why), and should have just read the card on each wine bottle when explaining their product. Left a tip, bought a bottle of oak aged chardonnay, and probably won't be back.

Very nice vineyards with nice person! Don't miss the cheese platter!!!

Really interesting vinyard. Delicious wine and lovely people. The nice thing about a smaller vinyard like this is you get a much more intimate tour. And walked away with lovely wine too.

Came up here from Virginia Beach with my wife. I thought the place looked really nice and the people there were friendly. The wife loved the wine and ended up buying a few bottles to take home. A little bit of a drive for us but definitely worth the trip.

Andrew Raker

The lady who served us was very friendly and on top of that the wine was very good! The tasting is only $6 and well worth the money. If you feel like hanging around afterwards for a glass of your favorite wine, get the cheese platter with the Chatham bread as well - you won't regret it!

Great experience this weekend. Everyone working here is very friendly and attentive. I forgot my water bowl for my dog at home and they provided one for me! The steel fermented Chardonnay was my favorite !

I don’t drink wine, and we are from out of state, but we visited the vineyard yesterday and had a very enjoyable visit. I talked to Jon at length and his friendliness and knowledge were very evident. I would recommend stopping at the vineyard if your in the area.

We discovered through AirBnB that the winery is now renting out a farmhouse on their property. In a last minute decision, we decided to treat ourselves for the Labor Day weekend and take a little staycation. It was two couples and a toddler in our party and upon arrival we were treated to a complimentary tasting, which was just what the doctor ordered after holiday traffic!! John, the owner, greeted us and shared the history of the home and made us feel very welcome. The home itself is decorated beautifully and very much in line with the time it was built. The property was serene and gorgeous!! With views of the fields, a private path down to a dock (with use of kayaks if you’d like) and rocking chairs for porch sitting...we all felt like we had escaped to another time. The house had everything you could possibly need, the beds were very comfortable and they even had an old antique tub for those of you who like to take a sip to relax!! Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from it all!!

Julia Jolly

Great tasting, beautiful area. Worth the side trip.

Mohammad Abolhassani

We enjoyed every single wine that we tasted. Each one has its own distinct and wonderful taste! We were not disappointed at all !

Jimmy

Shocked. I had a flight of their wines after the sommelier recommended it at Woodberry Kitchen in Baltimore. I was really skeptical as I haven't found any local wines I really like . Well damn, these wines are on par with Napa Valley which I visited a few years ago. Actually , it surpassed many of the Napa Valley wineries we visited . Still shocked.

Found this place on our way to Virginia Beach and detoured off the road to check it out. Love it!

This is a great vineyard to visit, we were staying at the KOA just south and decided to visit and ended up doing the tasting ($6) and then enjoyed a glass while watching deer on an absolutely gorgeous piece of property. This vineyard uses only estate grapes and the attention to detail was great in the description of the wines produced. Only purchased one bottle (our mistake), it was the Vintners blend and as they suggested it was perfect with a steak. Thank you for a great afternoon and bottle of wine. We will be coming back (case
