Has a great selection of wines, beers, cheeses. Lots of local places have a great selection. What makes Arrowine so good is the staff. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They know their stock very well and are really helpful at making a selection. They are happy to share their knowledge whether you want to send $15 or $50 on a bottle of wine.

The best part about this place is Nat the beer/wine guy. Super helpful and always has new and interesting stuff. The whole staff is very friendly and always goes above and beyond. Parking can be a pain and sometimes things are a little pricey, but that's Arlington.

Beer selection is not huge but it's the most unique in Arlington and not over priced (looking at you west over market). Staff is fantastically knowledgeable and friendly, meats and cheese's are delicious, I'm not qualified to comment on the wine selection but it looks great.

The best wine and cheese shop in the area. I generally come here for the cheese. I walk right to the back of the store and start looking for a new cheese to try. They have so many options. I am able to get specialty cheeses from around the world here. I come out of my way to this store to get some of my favorite Swiss cheeses. After I get my cheese than I go look for the right wine to serve with it. There is a wide selection of wines here. The staff is great with making recommendations. There is also a great selection of olives next to the cheeses which is also another main reason I come here. The olives are fresh and there is a wide variety of different olive types. I love this place as it has everything a person needs for a nice party or for specialty ingredients.

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I don't have the budget for $30 bottles of wine, but they do have a range of prices. Everything is well curated, so it takes the guess work out of making a selection.

Great selection, customer service is usually spot on, can be a little pricey. Was in recently to get a little tray put together and was denied because they wanted 24 hours notice. I understand why they have such a policy but I was the only customer in the shop, needless to say I was slightly baffled when I left empty handed. Hopefully this isn't the direction the service is headed.

While I’m sure the wine and cheeses are fantastic, their beer selection is exceptional, and I’d go so far as to call it “Premier Beer”. They sell cans and bottles of just about every local brewery in the area (when will Aslin distribute?), as well as some of the heavy hitters in VA such as Commonwealth, Vasen, and Hardywood; you can’t find this stuff at Total Wine. If you’re looking for top notch regional beer, Arrowine has it.

The best cheeses and wines in the area. The guys maning the cheese section are very helpful and knowledgeable about different types of cheese and you get to taste to see which one you want. There are also crackers and other condiments that accompany the cheese and wine. They do wine tasting events every now and then which is nice. And to top it all off they have some exquisite ice cream from a mom and pop shop that are really tasty and come in all sorts of Novel flavors. I didn't give it a five star review because it tends to be pretty pricey.

I would actually rate this place a 4.5. They have a great wine selection and a knowledgable staff from whom I have received some very solid recommendations. If you can explain to them the types of thing that you like in a wine they will offer you some great suggestions for things to try. For me that's one of the best parts of this place. They also have a great cheese selection.

The Arrowine folks are a fantastic resource for wine and cheese. We regularly attend the weekly wine tastings (Fri eve and Sat afternoons). They are the type of aficionados that can describes the nuances in the cheese, meats and wine that leave me looking like a deer in headlights because the subtleties are a bit over my head. I've been to Arrowine many times, but after my experience yesterday I felt the need to leave a review. As you'd expect, this store has a great selection of wine and a decent selection of beer, but what I love most is their array of excellent cheeses. Yesterday my friend and I were on a mission to make the best grilled sandwich ever, so we decided to head to Arrowine to get the good stuff. Now, as much as I love cheese, I still am somewhat of a novice when it comes to selecting it myself. We walked up to the cheese counter and asked the guy what 2 cheeses he suggested combining to make the "most epic grilled cheese sandwich ever made." His face lit up, he thought about it for a moment, asked us a few questions about our cheese preferences, then went to work picking some out. He sliced off a couple samples for us to try, and we were sold. We asked for a bread pairing as well (Arrowine sells incredible fresh baked bread), and of course, a wine pairing. We received an excellent white wine recommendation to go with our grilled cheese sandwiches (to really class it up). If you are looking for wine, beer, and cheese, I'm sure there are many stores around here that can give you just that. But if you want great wine, beer, and cheese AND excellent customer service, go to Arrowine. Yeah, sometimes you may have to wait to be helped on the weekends at the cheese counter, but it's worth it (and you get to sample what you are interested in buying). And in case you were wondering, our grilled cheese sandwiches turned out to be the best I've ever made.

Up front: I go here for beer and Jenni's ice cream. Nick the Beermonger is the man in Arlington's beer scene. He will bring in amazing selections from around the world at reasonable prices. Buy a 6 pack? 10% off! All. The. Time. I also have a sick obsession with Jenni's Ice Cream from Columbus, Oh and this is the only place I know around me that sells it. If I was more of wine drinker, I'd be here for that as well. Knowledgeable staff will be eager to help with wine, beer or cheese choices. Friendly, neighborhood store that deserves your business!
