Friendly knowledgeable staff, good selection for a small location, could probably rotate stock a little more often, but the important stuff is always fresh. They will measure and grind grains on site for you which is very convenient. Fair selection of hops and yeast as well. Good place to pick up that one thing you forgot or to grab stuff for a quick brew. Staff is willing to look over recipes and share knowledge which is awesome and very useful as they have extensive knowledge in homebrewing.

I travel 2 plus hours for everything from malt to bottles. Great selection of bulk malt syrup that I couldn't live without and everything needed for kegging. I found them because of the annual cider crush... I would be only half the home brewer I am without these folks!

Wish I could give two ratings. The owners of the store are great and deserve 5 stars, they know what they are doing and are incredibly helpful. The two younger lads that work for them are not so helpful or professional. The last few times I have been in one of the younger gentlemen there has been working, he tends to make several comments that come across as quite rude and arrogant, he has been very unhelpful with any questions, his only answer to any question seems to be about checking water. I understand how important water is in brewing, but sometimes it's not the water. My preference is to deal with the owners, however lately I have stopped going in, because I am tired of the service from the employees.
