Elfs Farm Winery & Cider is so much more. They strive to use all local goods. Came here for Father's Day Brunch (which they serve every Sunday). The service, the food, the beverages, and the ambiance are all amazing!!!! I love this family business. How welcoming this experience has been. Thank you Thank you Thank you!! The owner is wonderful, and the food is delicious. It's rare to find an owner as particular about his food and wine and it makes a world of difference. From triple filtering the water for wine to using grass-fed beef for the burgers, the details make the experience incredible. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

We had a great experience here! Food was delicious and the wines were exquisite, but the best thing was that the owner came over to see how we were doing, recommended wine for us to try, and gave us samples (all of which we liked). After our meal he talked to us about our vacation, recommended places to visit, and told us a bit about himself and his life story. It was an incredibly pleasant experience and we are very thankful to the owner for making our vacation better!

Had one of the best meals I have had in the Plattsburgh area. They have a new menu that looks great. The owners are friendly and engaging. The cider is great and also had a very nice craft beer selection on tap. This will be a regular stop going forward.

Absolutely loved the cider & wine tasting here! The Mac cider was my favorite of the beverages I sampled, and the Waffle & Chicken (with real maple, of course!) was delicious. I wish I had been staying in the area for longer so I could have taken home a growler of their cider too :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit both due to the excellent ciders (maple is a must) and the fantastic atmosphere. The owner was knowledgeable, welcoming and a pleasure to interact with. Definitely recommend visiting it. Please contact us if you ever guess how many pennies the floor is made out of :)

I should of bought more maple cider and four orders of the chicken wings to go so darn good; A must visit if you’re in the area or not set the gps and stop by. We canned our own cider it was a great experience. Tasted wine and cider, best fries with gravy and cheese curds omg needed a takeaway bowl. It’s a must...... there is live music and the friendliest people ever, the chef is a very nice man that clearly knows how to COOK I mean Really Cook best fries and wings that complemented the wine tasting, the bartender; the best sampling ever it was like having a full glass of wine or cider he was so generous with the tasters; you had 4 choices.....I shared a 6 pack of cider with my sister to carry home but I should of taken my own don’t make that mistake too please.

Came here on a summer day and had a flight of ciders. They were very good. The guy serving was entertaining and knowledgeable. Definitely a stop on a wine/beer tasting tour.

We had the best time here. We’re staying in North Hudson but researched the wineries closest to us, especially on the ADK wine trail and settled on Elf because we loved the whimsical blurb that was written about the winery (don’t threaten me with a magical elf) and we loved that they had an outdoor space and longer hours. We got rained out and sat at the bar, but couldn’t have had a better time. You can’t go wrong with a thing on the menu and Sean was the perfect host- a wealth of knowledge and gem to pass the time with. We were enamored by the wines and the company and can’t wait to come back.

Stumbled upon Elfs on a hungry afternoon drive from Montreal to Lake Placid. The roadside sign drew us in and I'm so glad it did! Tom was a welcoming + entertaining host -- he had to step away from our conversation a few times to chase birds away from his grapes outside in the vineyard! The cider was great and the food even better. The maple burger + corn fritters are a must and I hope to find out how future iterations of the bean soup come along! Took a bottle of wine for the road + can only hope that we'll have the opportunity to return!

Terrible wine. We did a taster tried 4 wines and 4 ciders. Aside one cider, the Mac, the rest were awful. Cool place, nice view and friendly staff but not a great product.

This was our lunch destination on our 22nd wedding anniversary. What a great choice. Tried most if the ciders and wines, all were amazing. I can see why they won so many awards. Ordered a sampler plate and a burger, both were really tasty. Sean, the owner/brewmaster/vintner took great care of us and made the visit personal and perfect. Looking forward to our next visit.
