Our Salmon this evening was absolutely wonderful. It was grilled to absolute perfection, the fingerlings were cooked perfectly and every other ingredient including the sauce was exact. Our cauliflower appetizer was wonderful and the wine above average. Our favorite spot in Stowe when we come over the Mt. Thank you everyone, really!

I’ve been here a few times in smaller groups and had a fine experience, but during a girls weekend a large group of us enthusiastically went to put our names in/sit at the bar while we waited for a table and we were coldly refused entry or the option to put our names in by who I think was the manager who stepped in front of the hostess when we arrived. Even though the place is on the smaller side, it was less about the message and more about the delivery that not only felt judgemental but hurtful. We weren’t even permitted to have a glass at the bar, which had space. There was no drunkenness, no belligerent behavior or anything like that. After so looking forward to showing off this place to my friends who had come from all over the country, it really took the wind out of our sails. The selection is fine from what I remember but it’s unfortunate that this experience left us feeling quite soured and I will likely not be returning.

great wine bar with small but varied wine store

Delicious food & very friendly staff. The atmosphere inside was very charming and they had a beautiful gas fireplace... Perfect for a glass of wine

We just enjoyed an excellent meal at Cork on the first night of Restaurant Week. The guide showed the meal as $40 but it was only $30. Many first course options. The chick pea salad and roasted veggies were both great. The red curry scallops were very good. We had the chocolate tart and poached pear , both very tasty. Cork is a very cute, we'll run restaurant. We will definitely return.

We stopped in at the recommendation of a friend and couldn't be happier. The smoked salmon chowder is THE BEST chowder/soup I have ever had and the wine pairing was fantastic. The portions were a good size. The decor was cozy and chic, and you can choose between tables (both small and large enough to fit 6 people) and comfy couches for your wine and eats. There are a few cozy corners for quiet conversation too. Wish we lived in town to come back for dinner or wine and dessert more often!

We had an incredible experience at this restaurant. We were driving in and arriving late to Stowe, but we called ahead and the staff offered to keep the kitchen open late just for our party. The food was delicious and the wine on draft was wonderful! Not to mention, the wait staff was impeccable. Morgan gave us a full itinerary for our quick weekend trip, full of local tips and favorites. Ashley was super helpful and sweet. Don’t miss an opportunity to dine here!!

Stopped in for a small bite, had the arancini....oh my, so delicious! The restaurant is small and quaint, very airy feel to it. Loved the wine

3 stars cause there's nothing I dislike about the place but there's clearly nothing I like. We were two and end up with a bill of 130 bucks for : - a plate of cheese where there's barely enough cheese for two - a plate of spread which are absolutely tasteless. And by tasteless I mean anything buy in a supermarket will be more memorable. - the duck gnocchi where the duck was also very bland. And that you really have to explain to me how you can cook duck in a bland way ! - a very basic chocolate mousse. So all in all, not an experience I recommend. Again nothing is bad, but nothing is good nor deserve the hype and the price.

Very good. I will admit that the portions are small for the price however they all taste very good. We had a very good waitress as well and she really made the experience worthwhile.

Small cozy place with good crowds at dinner time. I was lucky to get the last seat at the bar and ordered two small dishes (what they called); Crisply pork belly and Sausages. Both of them were very tasty and delicious. Bartender looked young but very professional which made customers happy. I had great time.

This is a gem hidden in a side street in Stowe. The wine and food were awesome.

One of our best meals in Stowe!! Get the Butternut & Brussels - it seriously tastes like Christmas! Staff were very informative on the wines and it was overall such a nice experience.

Excellent food and cozy atmosphere . Ravioli and chocolate raspberry mouse were amazing. One of the places you must visit while in Stowe.

Mediterranean portions rather than huge dollops made this a delightful experience if you prefer cuisine accompanied by exquisite delectable wines served by knowledgeable staff. Loved it...

I can't tell what's better the staff, the town, or the food. Magnificent. This place was nothing short than amazing. This was our first stop and I don't see it getting better than this. Get the donuts, for sure.

Si j'habitais Stowe, j'y retournerais à chaque semaine!!!

Amazing family owned bar. Run by a group of sisters who are so friendly, hilarious and are just genuinely nice people. Gave us lots of tips for our stay in Stowe. Fabulous beer and cozy relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed while we were there due to it being 4pm on Christmas Eve, but I imagine the good would be great. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute gem. The food was what you would expect in a restaurant twice the price. Great atmosphere in a very modern and warm setting. A fantastic banquet of small plates. We tried everything except the mussels and it was the highlight of our trip. Must eat dishes were the scallops and chickpea salad. This chef is really something else and the service was great.

Scott Huntsman

great wine selection and cool staff

Melissa Hand

Absolutely delicious meal and better than Hen of the Woods. All the ingredients were so fresh and the staff was so thoughtful. The fall ravioli was divine, as was the salmon. Emily, the somm, must be some sort of kind of mind reader because she suggested the perfect wine. All around the best meal we’ve had while in Vermont. Looking forward to our next visit.

AMAZING! The wine is great and the food is even better. We had the arancini, burrata with prosciutto, mussels, and roasted duck. Everything was excellent. Definitely a cozy spot for dinner in Stowe. Would highly recommend checking it out! Especially the arancini... it was ridiculous!!!

Aria Levitas

I am someone who never usually leaves reviews but....this place is absolutely amazing. The food is so delicious! My sister and I had homeade meatballs, salad with fried chick peas ( a must!), roasted veggies and flat bread with pork, kale, apple, and marscopone. Then zeppole doughnuts for dessert with rasberry sauce. So yummy. Definitely eat here now!

I love natural wines and Cork has tons! The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me decide what to drink with my food. The cheese and meat plates were awesome and I love all of their other bigger dishes as well, especially the mussels! I will definitely be back here many times to come!
