On the water in Burlington where the Ferry comes in from NY. Half convenience store and half deli. You can order your food choice, mainly sandwiches and fried sides or pickup the pre prepared food. Make it to go or enjoy either indoor sitting or outdoor patio seating. Also serving ice cream from their window.

YOU MUST GET THE MAPLE CREEMEE. I don't even know what a creemee is but IT IS SOOOO GOOD. Please don't swirl it with anything. Or put anything on top of it. Or alter it in any way. It is perfect as it is.

Pretty nice sandwich shop with a great selection of items to choose from. I went with the fish tacos and enjoyed them quite a bit. The other two people in my party seemed pleased with their lunches as well (turkey club wrap and a reuben).

Sort of a tourist-trap eatery/liquor store/creemee stand. The food is quite good, but oh, do you pay for it! The staff is friendly and helpful and there's good energy to the place. I paid $50 for a Reuben, a Chicken Wrap, a quart of fries and two craft beers.

I was going to buy a 60$ bourbon bottle and I witnessed a family with a young child being told by the skinny girl manager that they had to pay for a bottle that the kid ( about 2-3 years old) knocked off the shelf by accident. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I'm a manager and I wouldn't keep someone so rude in my team. I was gonna buy some liquor from them but I decided to buy from another location close to it.

This place is amazing. Great restaurant. The lobster bisque had huge chunks of lobster in it. The Reuben I ordered was definitely the first or second best Reuben I've ever had. And the maple ice cream was an amazing way to finish. Nice people with great service, a great view, and great location. Anyone going to the area needs to try this place.

This is a convenient place near the waterfront and cycle path in Burlington. The strengths were: no queues, and the mart that sold basics and wine. The negatives were a general air of disinterest from the staff preparing breakfast, average food (not bad, just not special) and prices that seemed higher than I would have liked. I would go here only if the popular place across the road had a line out the door.

Awesome views at the counter service style bar and grill. It is dog friendly, but only the 4 blue tables at the front (College Street) side. The back patio does not allow dogs. Great black bean burger, grilled chicken wraps and yummy creemee ice creams! They sell six packs and deli style snacks, coffee inside.

Based upon online reviews only, we drove down to the waterfront to get some sandwiches and chowder tonight. Excellent! Soft bread, fresh ingredients, shaved lean beef on the steak and cheese sandwich. We think the chowder was seasoned with tarragon. Or, if not, it was really delicious anyway. Great views out over the Lake, a full liquor store and nice outdoor seating. Definitely planning a return trip.

Visiting from out of town shopping. Just stopped in here to look at the liquor selection. Shortly after walking into store was immediately asked If a bottle of liquor my girlfriend had in her shopping bag purchased previously on church street came from that store. Made us feel uncomfortable as if we had done something wrong. Bad experience. Paranoid employees need to be careful before confronting people insinuating that we did something wrong

The food here is excellent. It is like a mix of a gas station and a restaurant, but the location has a perfect view of Lake Champlain and is out in the middle of everything, so it is a great meetup spot. They also serve ice cream. Would recommend!

I have been to Burlington Bay many time before and have always really enjoyed their ice cream. However, I went for the first time today and the ice cream they are using tastes like it has gone bad. I had multiple people try it and everyone said that it tasted sour and was inedible. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because i have had good experiences there before.

One the "beaten" path between Church Street and the lakefront next to Echo. A local fave known for grilled burgers & hot dogs (and plenty of healthier choices) as well as beer & liquor. Cozy, but the view wins! Seating is ample except on the most touristy times; and, yes, the IS parking!

I would say that this place is a hidden gem. The food is truly decent and a great value. The shopping area has a good selection of food, beer and liquor. And the seating area, though not fancy, has some of the best views in the city. It's a good spot for tourists to take a break and get an affordable bite to eat, and has the advantage of being someplace that you can sit for a long time without feeling pressured to move on.

Went & had ice cream with some friends while I was in town to visit, it was busy but they kept up the pace and were friendly. I ordered a maple creemee with rainbow sprinkles and was given a vanilla, everything else was correct. Clean bathrooms, nice place.

Free parking and Wifi with indoor and outdoor seating with great views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Great sandwiches, hot entrees, salads made to order plus made ahead/to go items. You can order regular hot and cold beverages but also beer and wine to go with your meal. My husband is a maple creemee hunter and pronounced the one he ate as exceptional- smooth and brightly maple. There is also a VT liquor licensed shop with great selection.

Good food and a great place to sit and watch the lake. It is an "order at desk and we bring to you" place. Usually plenty of seating for all but the nicest days. Can get hot/sunny on the desk so bring sunglasses. Not much going on here during the winter months. Their biggest plus: awesome creamies (soft serve ice cream) during the summer.

Real nice place to hit up while you are on your way to the waterfront in Lake Champlain. A family friendly and affordable eatery in a great location over looking the lake. A varied menu with enough choices for everyone. I highly recommend going here if you are budget minded and want some good eats as well. Good stop for a clean washroom and a cold drink, creamee or sandwich from the waterfront. I like their pastrami sandwich. It's also convenient for sunscreen and other items.

Just had the worst experience ever. After our three-year-old daughter knocked off a bottle by accident from the shelf (she was in my arms) , the young “manager “ was extremely rude to us, all employees were for a fact. She looked very angry and annoyed and then scanned the broken bottle, put it in a bag and just stared at us. After a while, she asked us to pay the bottle, we obviously refused to comply because of her attitude and we left. Shame ,we were going to buy 4 bottles of whiskey. Do not go there.

We live right in downtown Burlington, and I can tell you, without a doubt, that there are tons of ahhhmazing places to grab a bite. Unfortunately, this is NOT one of them, unless paying over $8 (However, ONLY 13 cents less than their B.E.L.T. ...with 2 eggs!), for a flat, sad, 1 tomato sliced, BLT...is something that appeals to you. We typically go here for creemies, but at this point will probably take our business elsewhere.

This market has sensational burgers and fries. I stopped here to get out of the rain and grab a late lunch. Service was excellent. Food was fresh and hot - and yummy. The market environment allows you to buy bottles of wine, sundries, food, ice cream, and other carry out items as well as a meal. They have a full menu. Not in the mood for coffee right now but it sure smells delicious. Plenty of seating, good clean bathrooms, and nobody hurries you out of the building. That makes it a friendly, hospitable place, that allows you time to regroup. Stop by when you get a chance.
