Great area, beautiful views! The staff was knowledgeable but just barely friendly. Could use a little guidance on customer service. The white wine was good, but the red wine was immature, with a green earthy taste, not aged enough!

Great views but you are better off bringing your own wine and hanging out down the road. The staff was incredibly rude and clearly didn’t want us to be there. None of the wine was explained, everything was rushed and they kept mumbling comments to each other. We had a group of us that called to make sure the website information was accurate since it was a bit of a drive for us and the response was “our website sucks.” Do not recommend!!!

startling green lawns and grounds nestled in the canyon. Wines are good. Ample selection of food pairings for tasting wine. Plan on an intentional drive from Moab; it's not just up the road.

The wine is pretty decent. We tried six of them and bought two bottles to take home. The staff seemed a little stressed, but it was very busy and I can understand that. They were accommodating though, and we were able to taste three wines each for $1 per person. As a side note: we had a cellphone stolen out of our vehicle while we were inside buying a bottle of wine. The staff said that it was unusual, but just go into it knowing that this area may be being targeted for theft.

Worst winery experience we've ever had. If you enjoy being talked down to and treated rudely this place is for you. I would rather go to Applebee's than waste my time driving to this desolate place. Much better things to do and see in Moab. There's clearly a common theme with regard to customer service among other recent reviews for this place. Management claims they use these reviews to improve, but obviously that's not the case.

Worth the drive up from Moab. Tastings available, huge shop, solid selection of wine. Staff has always been friendly, considering I know very little about wine. Highly recommend Lily Rose White, and be sure to bring some home! Never really feels super crowded or like a tourist trap, likely because of it's location... Note: No cell service, and be sure to share the road on the way up, lots of cyclists!

Such a beautiful spot. We did not take in the wine tasting but purchased some from a very nice selection. Loved all the wine paraphernalia, souvenir items and accessories. We did purchase some crackers, cheese, meat and jalapeno jelly spread all available in the winery (and more) and had a wonderful evening meal at our hotel in Moab.

Disappointing experience. We were on vacation exploring the parks, got engaged while hiking and came to the winery to celebrate. The staff was abrasive and very hurried. I got the impression they wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. We had a tasting, which on their website says complimentary, and charged us a fee. When I mentioned the website info she rolled her eyes at me and still charged the fee. The wine was pretty good and prices are reasonable so I gave them 2 stars. Definitely wasn't the celebration we hoped for.

Delicious wine. I love a good Cabernet but every flavor I tried, I liked. I was very suprised that there wasn't one that I disliked. Must try these if you stop in Moab, you won't be disappointed. Wonderful service at the counter and was waited on by a younger man who was able to answer all questions. Now that I am back home, I want more!

Agreat meal and cant beat the beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Got there early and heck out the movies from Moab museum, its free.

I would only recommend this winery based on the great views and if you are eating at the restaurant nearby. The wine is subpar and the staff was super unfriendly. The two women working acted like they wanted us to leave and did not even do the minimum to promote the wine. The staff judged us the whole time and did nothing to make us feel welcomed during our tasting. This winery has potential to be a good spot based on its location but the staff need to learn basic customer service skills and wine tasting etiquette.

Love this winery.. have been here many times over the years and just love it. Award winning wines and a rustic atmosphere - views that you cant even imagine exist! Char in the winery is awesome and will walk you through the reds and the whites. Simply a must-stop for travelers that love wine!

Beautiful scenery but not worth the drive. The employees were very rude and the wine is not great.There is a patio with seating but you are not able to open a bottle or have a glass on the premises. They do offer a tasting for $1 but it is not a great experience. I do not recommend this place.

Now obviously this isn't France, or New Zealand, or California, so you have to adjust your expectations of the wine accordingly, but honestly some of the wines are pretty competitive and the area could not be more beautiful. We've stopped there a couple of times, and the staff have been pleasant and fun, and very helpful. We purchased a pretty nice sink made out of a wine barrel, and the staff helped us load it in back seat of my pickup. The have a nice selection of wine related items, a fair number of wines, and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely place. Had wine sampling at winery then dinner at adjacent Cowboy Grill overlooking Colorado River. Good food and good service. The Lodge looks like a great place to stay, too.

Small and clean little winery but the guy who served our wine tasting seemed short and not interest in providing much detail about the different wines. Seemed like the ladies, helping other customer, were much more friendly and more interested in explaining and providing the differences between the wines. However the Monument Red was excellent.
