Drove here from St George as their website said they were open today (Sunday) at 3:00. Pulled it up again while sitting in the parking lot and it said Open closes at 7:00. Sign on the door said open Monday -Saturday.

We just finished a tasting here and it was delicious! Stephen was knowledgeable and very passionate. The wine was delicious. The dessert port was so smooth and not too sweet. They have some really great product ideas coming soon and we will definitely be back! We also had a taste of the orange, lemon and lavender infused vodka and it was to die for!

Went in looking for a bottle of wine and seen they had tastings. The wine tastings were pricey $20 for 4(1oz) pours and does not count twoards a purchase. The place was setting up for some cooking event and our server was late in getting off. Needless to say we didn't learn much about their wine. We did buy a bottle of Alicante. 2 tastings and a bottle $97 about $47 to much. Oh I had to sneak around back to get the bottle and go out the side door because of some Utah laws.

I came in with a big group of friends this weekend and Chelsee helped us out! We had a wonderful time sampling the most delicious wines. Such a fun experience- I would recommend this winery to anyone in the area looking for excellent service and beautiful wines. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Was there with family and friends on July 4th, 2019 and had a $10 glass of wine, an $8 glass of wine and 2 wine tastings - total bill came to over $80 with the minimum tip of 15%. Could not apply tasting’s charge to buying bottles of wine. The cost for this compared to other wineries was EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH, with no flexibility. We felt like the person waiting on us pushed the tasting selection on us and did not advise the other options. They are not an Opus 1 facility. Just left the Shakespeare festival and wanted to get back to our rented condo to prepare for the fireworks. I also feel the owners only had one person working when a busy time. We had been there several times during our 7 week stay in Cedar City but will not be returning. They are just too pricy and not flexible with their customers. Need to be honest here - their wine is better than average. Price and service - below average.

I like this place because it is unique for Cedar City, Utah. I commend them for taking a chance to do something different. Our wine steward was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I only liked 2 out of 4 wines that I tasted. Also there was no place to dump your tasted wine. Some crackers or bread to cleanse the palate would have been nice. It was a bit pricey too. $20 to taste 4 one ounce pours. A discount on wine purchases would be a nice touch.

Just get the wine by glass. $47 for 9oz of wine tasting, or 2 - 5oz glasses for $10.

"Aspirational" tasting prices. The wine was good, I particularly liked the Petit Syrah. But $20 for tasting four reds is out of line. And then to add insult to injury, the tasting fee is not waived upon purchase of a bottle. I've only seen that kind of treatment in the poshest wine regions. It is out of whack in Cedar City.

Make sure you stop here while you are in Cedar City. Amazing place to stop before or after the shows at Southern Utah University and Utah Shakespeare festival. All wines are delicious and their new location is designed well...in center of town. Staff is knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Utah liquor laws can be a little difficult to navigate, so beware if you are taking some wine to go. Good to see they have added beer and spirits to their arsenal. Food too!!! Alwasy a must stop when in Cedar City and proud to introduce new people here.

BEAUTIFUL little place really close to the Shakespeare Festival and reasonable prices. I loved the decor and the wood work, you can tell someone put a lot of time and passion into fixing this place up. Great place to stop and have a delicious glass of wine before the shows. I purchased 2 bottles to add to my collection. Absolutely delicious wine. Definitely a must see if you’re visiting Cedar City. The service is amazing as well. JAIDEN our server was very knowledgeable and political with his presentation of the wine. I will definitely go here every year. MUST GO!

Since moving to this town I've always searched for a nice relaxing place for a beverage and found IG Winery to be the best options. Some very excellent wines, beautiful tasting room, with excellent staff every time I come to buy a bottle of wine or enjoying a glass on site. I would highly reccomend the Seduction Red Blend they have. As a cab fan for myself it offers a nice break while still holding many excellent qualities. And if I ever move, I deffinitly plan on buying as many bottles as i can!

Amazing place! The ambience was perfect, the wine was very tasteful and the service amazing. Holly was very informative on all the process and caring of the wine to maintain its flavor. Best place to have wine. I'm not a big wine drinker because wine has never tasted that good to me, but after today.....im a wine drinker. Wine taste good here because they take care of it. Big difference. They care about wine here. Holly was amazing. Thank you from Bucci and Lola. Pricing was perfect for the experience. The wine is worth the price because of the care that is involved to deliver the rich taste. I've bought cheaper wine and that is what I got. Cheaper wine. We will be back.

I went to the IG winery today for their wine tasting in a large group. Chelsee was absolutely wonderful and friendly and was very knowledgeable about the wine. It was so fun and very interesting to learn about the wine. This is a gem in Cedar City and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

I am a little upset I waited so long to come in! The service, atmosphere & wine were very nice. I ordered the IG reserve flight to start. My favorite from the tasting was the 3 Patriarchs, but I opted to order a glass of it rather than take a bottle home as it is definitely top shelf for Cedar city wine($$$). What a cozy spot to talk and relax in a small town with few bars ( The fireplace was a perfect touch, especially in February). I will be returning soon.

Attended the Vineyard tour this past Sunday in St. George. I know that it will only get better with time but we were very disappointed with the fact that there was no wine or beer tasting which we were notified about a couple of days prior to the tour. We had already booked our room for a couple of days and were driving in from Pahrump, NV., we decided to go ahead and keep our reservation. We understand that sometimes things happen but to not get the permit for an event like this was unacceptable. The people at the vineyard were fantastic and we enjoyed the beautiful lunch that was served. Here are a couple of suggestions; apply for the permit earlier, have a van for people from a lower location so that they don't have to drive their vehicle (6-8 miles) on a gravel dusty road. We have been coming to Cedar City these last four years for the Shakespeare Festival and are very pleased with this little gem of a winery right in downtown! Tony is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready with a smile, a story, good wine advice, and a decent pour! Don't miss a chance to step in for a tasting and charcuterie board!

My review is from a wine and pottery at The Tilted Kiln which I give 4 stars(the pottery part) 1st of all I don’t think it is legal for them to serve and sell wine and bottles of wine without a license even if it is a private event. Serve maybe, sell no. This salesman reminded me of a Danny Bonaduce type of used car salesman , but pushing wine. Why buy wine with imported grapes from Cali /Oregon/Washington . Just buy a Cali wine. IG winery is in Cedar City !! Cedar City wine!!

We went to IG after an amazing dinner at Centro across the street. We have enjoyed a glass or two before at IG and our group was looking forward to sharing a bottle of wine and enjoying our evening. After arriving to an empty bar at 9pm on a Saturday with 3 patrons and a hostess that has 2 bottles of wine on her entire bar area, we asked for a wine list. We were then told that they no longer serve bottles because of the clientele that they have been receiving. Meaning that, you could spend $20-$30 on a bottle of wine and get a few people intoxicated cheaply. So they now only sell by the glass or bottles to go. $12-$15 for a meager pour of wine from a $22 bottle. What once had promise and taste is now a pathetic attempt at class. Thank you for being what could have been a classy place to enjoy wine and company to a posh, snobbish establishment. If you choose to come to Cedar, bring your own wine and as this establishment wants...enjoy it somewhere else!
