Love the staff here, always helpful and have helpful ideas for cocktail parties and wine selections. What's also nice is this place has an upscale feel to it inside. Pretty wood floors and lots of selections, they do tastings regularly and have craft beer growlers available

They're always very kind and considerate. They'll have conversations with you, they're very insightful on any and all liquor, and the prices are the best you'll find in middle Tennessee. They have a HUGE variety, and a vast amount of quality with their store and alcohol.

I love this place. They're currently doing tastings (not just wine) on the weekends for free. Their customer service is impeccable and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Prices are reasonable and their support for local, small businesses is a huge bonus.

I would not give them any stars if it were an option. I was mean and made a very young lady cry. She had very little customer service knowledge and and I was ugly and called her young and stupid. I’m very sorry. I was shocked at her response to the testing station still set up. She immediately told that was not supposed to be out and she’d put it away. I was shocked at the excuses and said Really. She responded to the reallys with I didn’t do it then I’d say really. She says Im putting away. Again and again I would just say Really. I Couldn’t believe there was no apology nor invitation to another testing. You know, is this REALLY how you plan to handle this situation. She only gave excuses. Never once did she say “sorry. When I was leaving I did say you’re Young and stupid. I am sorry you are not stupid. Her mother called after I had called and tried to apologize to the young lady. I realized I was mean and she really wasn’t taught. It was whoever hires and trains the staff that was stupid. That’s right I think whoever is putting adult child out there to deal with public without any customer service skills is an even bigger idiot. I regret being mean to the young lady and apologize again. Last thing I have been upset with the manager or owner who followed up the next day by attacking me and whining about having to get a replacement the night before . But worst of all, that moron never asked me a single question about why I said those things. Nothing but whining is all he did. That’s the clueless idiot that didn’t train his employees and teach how to deal with a me the public. There’s a lot of not nice people. Or not make excuses. In my opinion a priority rule of customer service is if ya can the customer is always right. At least try to feel that way. If you’re defensive and making excuses you need knowledge comes from training. Make your customer welcome and if then if they’re not nice tell them you’re calling the police and they should leave. Don’t cry sand go home. I’m sorry but your employee was Not provided the knowledge she for that. I was and can only imagine. One more time REALLY!!!! Your store will never need to be concerned that I will ever return. I respect your request and I think whoever is in charge is a moron. Don’t worry I won’t lie or slander but I am calling you out as an idiot. Nobody ever asked me what happened. Just knew I was mean and a very young lady cry. Really? Obviously I was very wrong and obviously I think the ones in charge are exceptional MORONS AND MAYBE REALLY THE IDIOTS.

This is a great liquor store with a quality selection and a friendly staff as well as reasonable prices on the fundamentals of your liquor cabinet.

Looks small from the front but the store is long towards the back and had a massive selection of wines, hard liquor, craft beers, and local brews. The store is well stocked, clean, and the sound system is quite decent as they're always playing music. You can get growlers here, rare import bottled liquors, lottery, and drinkware. There's classy boxed sets if you need to give the gift of a buzz too!

** Review Update - Since John has left I guess I have lost my status of a valued customer. I’m not the biggest spender of the year, but will buy items on a regular basis and used to be given the opportunity to buy some higher end products. But not since John left. I have retracted my business and my 5 star rating. I went in during “allocation” season and as I was talking to Brenda she turned and whispered to her daughter something and I was the only in the store and what seemed like something along the lines of not letting me know if any nicer bourbons have arrived. I gave them another chance after that since I do like the store and it’s convenient with a large selection in my community, but again was let down. I just can’t stick with a store that no longer values my business throughout the year and have found another one that will. I wish i didn’t have too, but oh well.
