REVIEWS OF Arrington Vineyards IN Tennessee

Jacquelyn Dempsey

Good wine and service. We did an inside tasting, then got some bottles to enjoy outside. They had a large covered deck with lots of seating and picnic tables throughout the property. They had some light snacks in a fridge but also encouraged people to bring their own food and picnic. The view was amazing. About 40 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Nicole Tremel

Had a wonderful tasting g experience. The atmosphere is fantastic. Wish there were more food options! But love that you can pack your own picnic

Deva

We travel to Nashville 5-6 times per year. We stop by Arrington on each trip. Sometimes both to and from. It's always worth the time to stop here. They have several tasting options. We don't like sweet wines so we stayed with the dry selections. Overall, we really enjoy most of the wines, and the staff at the tasting room is always fantastic. Arrington has fun events with jazz music, blue grass and food trucks. I strongly suggest spending some time here.

Bobby Gibson

Good wine. Bit pricey. Adult only food selection. Beautiful atmosphere

Aleck Holcomb

Beautiful countryside view with plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the day. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable with the various wines. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit/picnic. Cheers.

Elizabeth Comer

We enjoyed it, however, we decided to go during the winter and we FROZE! Seating was scarce under the patio and we waited quite a while for the tasting. We drove 3 hours to participate in this, so we stuck it out. (It was the weekend before New Years) The wine tasting was a lot of fun and the lady who served us was very knowledgeable about pairing. I personally bought some of the blackberry wine which pairs great with desserts!

Marianne

Great wine!

FIDEL VELEZ

This is the surprise in the trip beautiful rolling venue very crowded well-organized highly recommended for all activities that you can enjoy

Mary Tucker

I love going here when they have bluegrass at the barn. My favorite wine is Red fox Red. I also like their Firefly, and Stage White.

Renee Back

We went for Music at the Vines on a Sunday. Enjoyed the music at the jazz concert but the crowd at the bluegrass was more our style. They discourage smoking here but they sell cigars on site. We do not like the smell of smoke and no one at the bluegrass section was smoking cigars. There are several places to buy flights. If you buy in the lodge, it is half the price, but you have to wait your turn. If you buy at the old style building right at the front of the property, you can take it with you to whichever concert you want to attend and drink at your own pace. No food is served here so next time we will bring a cooler. Food is allowed but alcohol (for obvious reasons) is not. You may bring water, juice, or soda. It was nice to see families enjoying a picnic together.

Linda Busbee

Loved our day at the vinyard, beautiful scenery.

GINGER WILSON

Gorgeous setting. Beautiful house/winery

Anne Budzinski

Great people, delicious wine, beautiful place. Tasting was fun and relaxing. Tasting is not free but worth the price.

Incredible experience....My wife and And I, along with another couple who are close friends had the Premiere experience...We were fortunate enough to have Toni as a hostess....She is AWESOME!!! Highly recommend!

Seantay Walker

Happy 10 year anniversary Arrington... I'm enjoying myself and the wine... is great! Awesome picnic venue whether with friends or a date!

Adam Taylor

Went here for a work meeting and had a very nice experience. The grounds are beautiful and the few staff we encountered were very friendly and courteous. We didn't do anything other than use the Hillside Pavilion, but it was quite a pleasant time and I think that we will probably use it again in the future.

Kevin Back

Had a good time. Will be back in the the early fall.

Tracy Smith

I really enjoyed myself! The staff was excellent! Plan on going back in the fall!!

Meredith Gardner

Toni was amazing!!!! She was so knowledgeable and fun and made the experience the highlight of our weekend. My group and I recommend the premier package for the ultimate experience. You won’t regret it! Thanks Toni!!! We will be back!

Rachel Mathis

Beautiful spot for a date or a ladies day.

Jeff Fortunato

Very nice with lots of picnic tables and seating. Two bands playing (but the owners do not allow the bands to put out a tip jar - which sucks - I tipped them anyway!). I thought the tasting was expensive, and the pours were very small. AND, having actually lived and experienced wine country in the Napa Valley, the proprietors may want to consider this... If a customer purchases a tasting, the cost of the tasting is waived if the customer buys a bottle (or perhaps two bottles) of wine. If the goal of the tasting is to encourage customers to buy wine, then why not make the tasting free if they purchase a bottle? I saw an awful lot of people meandering around the property who were NOT drinking wine. Giving something back to the customer if they purchase after such a small, expensive tasting might change that. Food for thought.

Lauren Rosenthal

Really enjoyed my day here! Decided to load up family and friends and buy the premier experience for the group for my birthday. The wine was incredible (especially the raspberry one), the tour was interesting and informative, and our guide, Ana, was very nice. However, I have a few reasons for the three star rating. The first reason, and my biggest dissatisfaction, was that the “private tour and private wine loft (which we payed $50 a person for) was not private. Our tour and the “private” wine tasting and hors d’oeuvre pairing was shared with a very large bachelorette party. Ordinarily, I would have no problem sharing our experience with other individuals at the establishment, but for the price we paid I would have expected the “private” part of the tour and tasting to actually be private. The other problem I had was that the website stated we would be in a newly renovated wine loft, which did not seem renovated whatsoever and was miserably hot and stuffy. Again, if we had not payed so much for the “premier” experience I would not be complaining. But I expected better. All in all, a beautiful vineyard, kind staff, and delicious wine! I will still be returning for my next celebration or event!

Ryan Hicks

Beautiful and awesome winery. Stopped in here on my way back home from my trip to Nashville. Absolutely worth it and bought a couple bottles to take home with me. The grounds are clean and gorgeous not only from the decor but the scenery is beautiful. This is a great spot to take a date. I got one of their samplers and then bought 3 or 4 wines. My favorite was the Antebellum 2013. If you have time and you're into wine you most definitely should visit this place. Even the drive out to this place with the beautiful landscapes and rolling hills are fun to look at.

Jeremy Miller

Love Arrington Vineyards. Cool Ave to go with friends , family, or solo. They host cool live music events and other functions. They have a gift shop and a couple options for food. Very Relaxing.

Megan Brugge-Yardley

We went there this weekend for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. The view was amazing, the band was very nice and the wine was great. Their Blackberry wine is out of this world. It is sweet but not overly. Great for desserts. Also had one of their red wines and it was also very good.

Aaron Mobley

The service we received during our wine tasting was amazing!! The location is stunning. This is the best place to take a picnic in Tennessee!

Mike Roberts

Best wines in the southeast bar none. Also a great place to spent an afternoon with friends and family

Fallon McKeon

We are in Nashville for my sister's bachelorette party and she was dying to come to this place. We saw they were having a special Sunday party with food, music, and tons of samplings so we drove down. We signed up for a bar tasting at the barn and were met by Devin who was AMAZING. Like seriously, give that girl a huge pay raise. We're definitely putting this place on our Nashville Round Two list.

Les Dunaway

Good wine, nice people, bluegrass - it don't get much better than rhat

Tammy Ennor

Beautiful scenery, but poor service. Long waits and high priced.

Catina Newman

We had a girls trip to the vineyard today and Anna was our tour guide. She was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable!! We enjoyed our time at the vineyards and can't wait to go back.

Joel Hoover

Beautiful views, great wines and exceptional staff!

Deidra Rankin

Fun atmosphere with friendly staff. The deck can be closed off and heated for the cooler days.

Robert Tompkins

Enjoying Cousins Maine Lobster while listening to great music

Sara Kern

Disappointing experience for our anniversary. It was raining and there was only minimal indoor seating, most of which was already reserved. One staff member suggested we sit outside ... In the rain?! Several people sitting around a box as a table because there were no other options. We ended up standing and setting our wine/cheese on the hand rail as a table. Very disappointing, wouldn't recommend - especially on a rainy day.

Jordan Buser

Absolutely love Arrington vineyards, when the weather is nice you can't go wrong with a trip to Arrington. There's plenty of room and parking and the bathrooms are always clean. There's usually live music and it's a great atmosphere for kids. The wine is very good too with options for anyone's pallet. Bring some food, a few chairs and a blanket and you've got a nice Saturday/Sunday.

B&MC Curiel

I absolutely love this winery! I wish I could teleport myself from Miami to Arlington Vineyard at least once a week minimum lol. 10 stars!!!

Taylor Stanley

Great place to stop by! Tastings are no longer free, but the wine was very good! Would recommend for anyone going through the area. I just wish I would have had more time to spend there!

Boris Gonzalez

Nice people, wonderful location and knowledgeable employees in a stunning natural environment. Wine tasting made easy!!!!

Todd Willis

Great venue. Easy to get to off 840 and staff was very professional. We took our 3yr old and had no concerns for safety or cleanliness. Plenty of shaded spots, even for the hottest of days in summer, there was enough to keep you moving around while not getting overheated. Wine was unique and offered samplings of their most popular styles. Can’t wait to go back.

Katherine Lashley

We did a wine tasting for our wedding anniversary. It was wonderful and we were surprised with a small chocolate cake to celebrate. Wonderful wine and gorgeous views

Samantha Winchell

If you're visiting Nashville, I highly recommend taking the trip to Arrington Vineyards. The location is gorgeous and the wines are delicious. It would be a great spot for couples and for families alike. Make sure to buy a bottle and enjoy it on their deck or on the lawn!

Giuliano Scarsi

Beautiful place, perfect to pass a day with family and friends, enjoying wine and nature. The 4 stars is just because they use herbicide at the base of the vines.

Corey Tyler

It was quite unexpectedly busy. Stood in lines to get a tasting. Felt underdressed as the place was filled with dapper dans and fancy nancys. Wine was good. I bet they make a killing though (the winery).

Shawn Palmiter

Great place to go relax with friends. Good wine and live music on the weekends. Jazz by the main tasting lodge and Bluegrass in the barn.

Doug Joerger

Wine is good. But! No beer at all none nada nill nothing. Most Vinyards serve beer for those of us like in the millions that don't drink wine. They are missing out on alot of additional revenue.

Jessica Chittaphong

Blackberry wine. The flavor is absolutely the best. By far the best wine I’ve ever had!

Richard Payne

WENT TO THIS TO SAMPLE THE WINES ONLY EIGHT ALLOWED AT BAR .DID NOT WANT TO WAIT SO WE LEFT

Zach Sullivan

Great picnicking location! Bring some food, grab a few bottles of wine when you get there and enjoy the live music. Great place to hang out or have a small to medium party. Their wines are superb and the hill side view is amazing.

Philip LaRocca

An extremely relaxing and visually beautiful place to visit. Went to see jazz music and drink wine on a Saturday. Picnic tables, Brie cheese plates, etc. Overall and extremely pleasant and positive experience. Would highly recommend!

Amber Hurley

- 30 to 45 minute ride from downtown Nashville. Plan accordingly. - There is plenty of seating but much of it is uncovered. We went on a day that was in the high 80s and sunny. Dress appropriately. - We went on a Saturday afternoon. Wait for a tasting was 60 minutes, so we ended up getting a couple bottles, but you could not sample before buying a bottle. Something is wrong with the process here because the wait for a tasting should not be that long. - Grounds are pretty, but nothing extraordinary. - I placed an advance order for food through the food vendor on site. Even though they knew what time we were arriving, food was not prepared. Do not place an advance food order. You cannot cancel and no idea if it will be ready when you get there. You can buy snack type food without a reservation. Do this instead. - We had bus transportation with Barrels of Fun. - Wine was just ok for me. - Conclusion: This took too much time to get to from downtown for too little payoff. All 8 of us agreed we would not go again.

Kaveeta Parmar

Love this place. Quaint spot to grab a tasting or bottles of wine with friends and relax. We went in December and thankfully it wasn't super cold but they enclosed the patio and have a fire going. It would be nice if they had heaters all around the patio. I wish I brought games or a deck of cards so we could play as we drank our wine. Definitely bring your own food since they have limited snacks on site. Very pretty location and scenery.

Jonathan Delgado

One of my favorite wineries in Tennessee and for good reason! The grounds are amazing, the staff is friendly, and the wines are solid. Best bet is to bring a picnic basket and grab a bottle on site. If the tasting room is busy, grab a picnic flight and set up on the lawn.

Marilyn Moore

Wonderful place for wine tasting, great selection of wines

Kristi Sartin

Gorgeous, serene scenery and great wines. Will definitely plan more visits

Brian Moyer

I have been trying to get refunded for a reservation that we can’t attend. I have called 4 times they always just transfer me to another line which goes to VM Left 2 VM and never heard back from them and haven’t received a refund yet

Moris Mermelstein

Beautiful place, happy family, romantic, friendly environment. Great vibe.

Olivia Mackenzie

The bluegrass bands are always wonderful.Other than that, I was not impressed by the winery at all.The wine is over-priced and nothing exceptional. The winery itself is beautiful.I would not recommend. There are other affordable wineries with much more to offer in the area .

Anna Leverence

Wine is good but I go for the view. The special events in the barn with live music on the weekends are fun too. Great place to spend with friends or family.

Jack Trenor

It’s a beautiful drive to the Arrington Vineyards. It’s out in the Tennessee countryside, away from the noise and commotion of Nashville, on a narrow state highway, winding through densely forested hills. What do you do here? Uh… nothing. Well, almost nothing. There is no restaurant - most people bring a picnic lunch - no loud country band. It’s quiet… and green… and relaxing. Spread out like a big green quilt on the side of a hill, the vineyards stretch almost as far as the eye can see. Also on the hill are small groves of trees which shade picnic tables and folks sipping wine and talking to friends or taking leisurely naps on the cushy grass. I saw some friends tossing a Frisbee. At the top of the hill is the wine shop where sampling is done and bottles are sold. Miss Sherrie and I found a shaded picnic table at the top of the hill. A breeze made the hot sun more than bearable. We “people-watched” and admired the view. The hill is perfectly mowed and slopes rather steeply to the vineyards below. Before leaving, we sauntered down the hill and walked among the rows of grape vines. Each vine had many new clusters of grapes. We’ll return when the fruit ripens because we’d like to see a bit of the harvesting and wine making process. Most folks come to Nashville and rush from bar to bar and from restaurant to restaurant. If you’re here for more than two days, you’ll need some un-wind time. I think this is the place.

Annie Bryant

I came to Arrington on a Saturday around 1pm. We stayed for several hours and absolutely loved our time there. The wine is GREAT! The blackberry wine is delicious and very unique. We also tried several bottles of various white wines and I really liked each that we tried. The atmosphere and scenery are relaxing and beautiful! I would definitely recommend bringing a blanket to sit on and food for a picnic. They had a food truck on site, although the food wasn't anything to write home about. I will 100% come back for another visit!

Ellen Winter

The staff was very gracious and knowledgeable. The web site was easy to navigate and had great suggestions. Their setting is beautiful, we had a great afternoon!

Mellena Everett

Beautiful place! Love the countryside. Family-friendly. Bring your picnic and enjoy yourself. Great time even if you don't drink.

Alan Gilbert

Love this place. Great member perks!

Taylor Shaw

Seems like a neat place, however the organization skills of the employees and their ability to manage customers and direct them is very poor. On a Wednesday mid day the wait was long even with 25 people in the whole facility.

Parisi Events

What a beautiful place! The staff was amazing and very knowledgable about each type of wine. Ana made the experience amazing and we'll be back again when we come back to visit family.

Christopher Grant

This place is awesome! Everyone was sooooooo nice and they don't charge for anything but wine. No parking fee or sitting fee. It was the absolute perfect day ! Please do not miss this place and BRING A PICNIC!

Mike The Mic Guy

Really great Vineyard! Definitely made the place look great!

Mark Davis

I went to Arrington Vineyards recently for the wine tasting and the music. The grounds are pretty and the wine is ok, a little pricey for what it is. I saw a band called the Brian Shind Jazz Trio. I was surprised that the band was far below professional level. Being in the Nashville area I expected to hear good music but I was disappointed. Why can’t Arrington Vineyards find good music in the Music City? What’s wrong with the Management?

Reba Pinner

Arrington is so beautiful. It is our favorite picnic place. The wine is wonderful and Arrington continues to add event spaces. Kix Brooks has something very special to offer Middle Tennessee.

Paula Roemer

It was a great premier wine tasting experience however, after the tasting we purchased a bottle of wine (Riesling) from the cooler and opened it on the patio and to our surprise it was warm. When we confronted the employee on duty she told us she could not replace the wine with a colder bottle even though the fridge clearly was not stocked correctly. She pointed out a cold bottle that we could buy in addition to our bottle but would not fix our problem. Very poor customer services after paying $50 for a wine pairing

Pam C

Beautiful Vinyard...a gem in Tennessee...we did the picnic tasting and all wines sampled were fantastic but Honeysuckle was the one that I chose to purchase 2 bottles of....the description was on point...I could literally taste all fruits none of the described fruits were muddled...

Kevin Mullins

The guy working the tasting needs to be trained on how to talk to customers, he was so rude my group decided to not spend no more money there or buy any bottles.

Casey Fisk

Don’t waste your time! We came here for my bachelorette party and took an hour cab ride here to be extremely disappointed. No fire pits as advertised. No live music as advertised. And very inconsiderate manager and staff. We had 7 in our party. Their policy is you can’t do a tasting together with a group of more than 6 even though there are 12 at the table. They don’t want parties together taking too long. Wouldn’t make an exception for one more, even on a Winter slow Sunday afternoon. Absolutely ridiculous! The manager did not care at all. She stated “it’s easier on our bartenders that way”. Wow, customer service is clearly not important here. Sadly disappointed!

Amber Bost

After surprising my sister with a trip to see her, it was only logical to visit the winery that she sends me wine from. Arrington has been a must see destination for myself since recieving bottles of their for Christmas. Arriving there, you come up w packed dirt road. If parking is full up close, you can park by the road and a shuttle runs up to the house free of charge. Once at the house, you can purchase a bottle, a flight (4 or 8 varieties), meats, cheeses, and gifts galore. The venue is gorgeous! A perfectly managed lawn for picnics, families, couples, and get togethers. The service we recieved during our wine flight and checkout was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and quick to offer suggests such as mixing their sparkling with the blackberry wine...... YUM! Overall, get out to this delightful place to indulge in your wines delight. They have something for everyone.

Andrea Odom

We traveled 4 hours on a Saturday just for this Vineyard! When we arrived, we put our name in with the hostess, and was taken to the cellar bar within ten minutes. We were to try the wines, buy a favorite, and then have a picnic on the grounds. The wine specialist informed us that we could only try 4 wines instead of 8 as advertised. She said they had to change it on weekends because they are so busy. We traveled all that way to try 4 wines. We were extremely disappointed!!! It isn’t even logical to only allow 4 wines to be tasted. What if the customer ended up not liking any of them? We tried the 4 at the very pricy $7 for each of us. We were not even poured an ounce, and the men were given heavier pours than the women. We ended up buying one bottle and sitting on the grounds, which was the best part. Sadly, we didn’t really care for any of the wi es we tasted, and nor did we care for the $40 bottle of wine we purchased. If we’d been permitted to try more, we may have found one we liked. Instead, we left with the impression the wine nor the customer services are that great. This was our second visit. Our first was two years ago, and we had a very different and very pleasant experience that time. The Vineyard wasn’t overcrowded and chaotic like is was this time.

Deana Benefield

Nothing can beat the scenery! A great escape. We did have to move around several times to get away from smokers. I recommend Arrington Vineyards be a non-smoking environment so that everyone can enjoy fresh air without having to breath obtrusive, toxic smells; or creating a smoking section far, far away.

Weston Hall

Such a cool place. Free parking, free music, and great atmosphere. Absolutely love it.

John Winningham

My wife and I had a very enjoyable time. We tasted great wine, saw an amazing winery. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be telling all our friends about our great experience. We even saw the great country singer Kixx Brooks.

Kyra

The staff were very nice and they have a good selection of wine. However we felt that more factual information could have been provided around the wines, versus more opinion based statements that we received. The wine varieties were delicious and we appreciated the beautiful holiday lights that were strung.

Dan Pierret

Unsure of how things worked there, but staff was super helpful and friendly! Great wine, live music and beautiful vistas! Loved it!

Sophie 332017

Nice place great food-from ohio

Shawn Jones

This is a great venue for a picnic and spending time with friends and family. Beautiful scenic views. Great music. The wine is not my style or to my taste (basically one step above store brand grape juice). Second, the signage instructing visitors where to go is poor at best.

Jennifer Wright

Came in with a friend whose mother is handicapped. She is a heart patient and can’t walk long distances. They REFUSED to serve her a picnic flight in the main building at the top of the hill. The manager (Journey) explained it was because they were not “set up” to do that in the main building. They wanted her 89 year old mother to walk back outside, get in a golf cart and ride in the cold down to another building. SERIOUSLY? Give her 4 plastic cups and some wine. I am shocked they would not accommodate her. This is not how you care for customers let alone the elderly and handicapped. Since the manager has the use of her heart and legs it makes perfect sense that she wouldn’t want to be inconvenienced and walk six feet to pour four 2oz glasses of wine. We are two loyal customers and my friend was bringing in an elderly woman who was getting out of the house for the first time in a long time. This is clearly an opportunity to train your staff in the art of empathy and compassion. This manager clearly needs it. The rest of your staff is amazing as usual! I am happy to amend the review based on how this is handled from here!

Austin White

Beautiful location. Wine was pretty good but a little expensive for my liking. Overall we had a great visit.

Sarah Key

We have been here several times and have enjoyed it every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have never been disappointed.

Kim Nelsonwhite

Tasting samples were insufficient in amount, wouldn't purchase wine..wasnt to my liking. One plus the scenery was fabulous.

Mike Waldrop

Beautiful location. Listening to jazz, sitting on the lawn, great way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Courtney Jones

We went Sunday for a bachelorette day trip. We had an amazing time the views were beautiful. We decided to walk down to the barn because blue grass live music was that way and we were so thankful we did. The atmosphere was so laid back as people sat and listened to the great music at different picnic tables. We had a picnic prepared and the girl on the golf cart helped us so much by carrying our cooler and gifts so we did not have to make that walk back to the car. Great wine, great service, and awesome music. We will be back!

Julia Carillo

Good atmosphere great tasting wine

Shannon Johnson

A friend and I visited this past weekend and it was beyond everything I expected. We went around 5pm. It was crowded, but there were no issues with parking and there wasn't a line to pick your wines and carry them to your picnic spot. The wine selections were great (Symphony and Blackberry were my favorites to try), the staff was friendly and all smiles, and the band kept us dancing for a long time. Such a gorgeous place to visit on a lovely Saturday afternoon. The scenery was breathtaking. I will definitely be back to visit.

Jeff Miller

A really great local vineyard offering some unique wines (Antebellum red and white aged in Jack Daniels) barrels. Did not do the tour but the wine tasting at the bar is pretty incredible. A small selection of Kix Brooks awards on display. They have a very good wine club with no membership fees. TIP - a fair amount of California grapes are brought in to supplement the locally grown grapes.

Sheyla Zito

Perfect place to enjoy the sunset in great company. Options for picnic or sit at the porch. Delicious BlackBerry wine!

F C

Had a beautiful day here with the hubby! Ladies were super nice and helpful. We had picinic flights out on the heated deck, which was ample. We went pretty much at opening time and stayed a while- the crowd flux was resonable and never felt stuffy. The wine was good and we definitely got bottles to go. There are cheese, meats, and crackers available for sale, but otherwise bring your own food- they encourage it! Had a great picnic area by the vineyard and even a wooden swing. Really cute place to chill with girlfriends or the one you love! Will definitely be returning here again!

Caroline Muirhead

Great day kids running swinging having fun Nice family time bring your chairs blanket don't forget your food go and buy some wine if you like if not bring your water and soda get a spot enjoy the band

Kevin Kooyenga

Great help with picking holiday wine gifts

Steve Edwards

6 star. The biggest winery venue space we have ever been to. Beautiful , beautiful !!!!!! Great wine , great staff , great place . A must stop.

Jason Maynard

Fabulous place for a picnic with friends. Let the kids run around. No outside alcohol or pets. Buy some wine there.

Joshua Hearn

Absolutely wonderful place in Williamson County/metro Nashville. Excellent wines. Wine tasting available. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes wine. Property is available for picnics and offers beautiful scenery. Go there!

Jodi Strock

Hands down the best place our friend groups ever go! The vistas, live music, great wine, large tables and ability to stay for hours and talk is why we go back nearly every month.

Mike Kneeland

Wine quality: 5 Ambiance and live music: 5 Line queues: 1 Signage: 1 Logistics for individual bottle purchases: 1 This venue can be quite fun on any days but Sat and Sun. Their lack of a formal efficient queuing process or any formal signage for wine purchases, tastings, and sample trays makes me strongly consider never returning on a weekend. Two registers for 150 people in line? Make it a Little Black Box night instead!

Arie House

Excellent atmosphere with a wonderful collection of wines for sale. I recommend their cigar nights with free live music! Perfect date spot for any time of the day!

Ami Bess

Visiting from Colorado and avid wine tasters. This is not Napa, Sonoma, Paso Robles, or Suisun Valley. It has the potential but falls way short. You can’t taste any wine club wines or buy wine club bottles. Make sure you only want to taste a glass of wine, as you will only get one flight of four 2oz samples. This makes it hard to add to your wine collection. The atmosphere however is one of the best places I have been. Great family picnic area just not wine tasting friendly. If you are looking for a super cool place to picnic this is it! If you are looking for wine tasting this isn’t it!

Veronica Leyva

This is" the place" to go and have a great time with your family or friends, great music, great wine with a friendly inviroment!

bert blackman

Look.. I HATE to say this, but Arrington needs to put up some signs or train its people. We went there, having pre-ordered a steak picnic lunch. 3 different people told us to go to 3 different buildings to get our lunch. We walked all over. People need to be trained. ONE person who knew where the picnics were, could have saved us much frustration. THEN: to purchase a wine flight, everyone at the winery is funneled into a building with ONE guy selling flights and 2 girls pouring them. The line was out the door. It is inaccessible, to say the least. Why not put this in a larger area where the flow of the line would increase. Our experience was so bad, my wife sat and cried. Then, the picnic was raw steak, and just the worst. We spent a couple hundred dollars for a terrible experience. Sadly, the wines were pretty good, but getting to them is a nightmare. We won't be back. If you look at my other posts, I don't complain much. A. Vineyards needs to hire someone to organize the place. Sticking wine flight sales in that little room with one door is insane. I stood in line 30 minutes to buy a flight of wine... at a WINERY... Did they NOT KNOW that people would want to buy wine? But, one guy stands there and sells flights.. ONE GUY.. in a little room.... Who designed this?

Scott Woodmore

Love going here to see live bands. And, drink me sum yummy wine!

Carijane Williams

Visited on the 15th. Love this place, so beautiful and serene.

Rilee Gould

The views were amazing relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed every wine we tried with the sample. Loved the picnic tasting option to take the tasting outside.

David Siler

Great winr. Good service. Beautiful grounds.

GiGi

This is a nice spot to relax, cuddle or have a small social gathering. A very friendly family environment with Bluegrass music on the otherside or sit in the Jazz side. Parking is free & they have golf carts that will take you up that steep hill. I always where comfortable shoes. They have picnic tables or you can bring lawn chairs or a picnic blanket. There are food trucks every Friday but they also have Simply Living where you can order great finger food. There's sections where you can sit at tables but you must get there early. People get married here or have private parties. Go visit their website for further details. You can bring your own food but please bring bug spray, hand sanitizer, napkins or whatever you need because you are outside. The only thing that upseted me is when we went to purchase our wine the ladies at the door looked at me like who are you & why. This have happened to us twice. We joined the wine club but after the last two deer in the headlights look we are unsubscribing.

Keaton Mathis

Most rude winery I have ever visited. Diffinatly won't be back!!

John Cotney

First time to a vineyard. I am more of a mixed drink kinda guy but had a nice time. Great setup to bring the family or a date. Grounds are really well done and relaxing. They seamed a little overwhelmed today with alot of people but I got the feeling that was not the norm. Reccomend to check out for an afternoon.

Dave Bloedorn

Beautiful location, really good wines

Their offerings are not unlike that of MD20/20 that's had a few cigarettes put out into it and left in the sun. If you were ever wondering what its like to get drunk in prison, this might be the place for you.

Travis Zander

Excellent staff and beautiful scenery.

We absolutely loved this vineyard! At first we were surprised by the number of visitors to this winery. I thought that maybe they were having a special event because there were so many people and parking attendants were everywhere! But no, this is a regular occurance. The winery itself is at the top of hill and for those of us who are not used to the heat of a Tennessee summer, the idea of walking up that hill was daunting! But... free shuttle carts to the rescue! The wait for the wine tasting was an hour and a half, but they offered "picnic wine tasting" for $14 which includes 4 generous samples of wine and some refreshments. Alas, the line to purchase the picnic sample was fairly long too, so we opted to choose a wine and purchase the bottle. That took all of 2 minutes to do! The sparkling wine we chose, "Bubbles" was delicious! Once we were all set with our wine and glasses, we headed over to the grassy area and grapevines. This really was special. You can walk all around this vineyard, anywhere, anytime they're open. I've never seen anything like it. We walked far enough away from other people and found a completely secluded spot with amazing views! Even if you choose to picnic with everyone else, you don't feel crowded because the area is so vast. Arrington Vineyards is co-owned by Kix Brooks (Brooks and Dunn) and it feels like a country star just invited hundreds of his friends to his vineyards for a little wine and music. Live music in the afternoons (jazz by the main winery and bluegrass at the barn). The barn itself is special too. Wine tasting is also available there, but a line was formed here as well. We loved both areas and honestly if I lived in the area, I would come here every weekend! I cannot recommend this enough! It was very cool.

Great place to enjoy a nice afternoon outside. The wine is amazing and the view is beautiful.

My husband and I really like Arrington Vineyards and have visited many times...however, today's visit was disappointing. It was our wedding anniversary and we were excited to experience a romantic, snowy date at the lodge. Unfortunately, the only table by the outdoor fireplace was reserved (yet no one ever sat there) and the patio was inadequately heated. They had movable heaters but they were insufficient at providing warmth. The customer service of the checkout team was inattentive and it seemed like they didn't want to be there. Granted, it is their slow season and it was a cold day, but we felt it was a below par experience compared to past history.

Such a beautiful. Good for all sized groups. Definitely bring your own food since they have limited snacks on site. We will be back again!

Cute spot. We did the inside wine tasting with Mary-Hunter and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Families were there with picnic baskets. So cute! We'll be back.

I had a great time here. It’s an absolutely beautiful area and I loved being able to listen to the music while walking the grounds and hanging out. They have carts that help bring people up the hill from where you park, which my party took advantage of. We did tastings and then bought 2 bottles. I did think it was a little overpriced, but the raspberry dessert wine was my favorite! This winery is not dog friendly!

I had to park at the bottom of the hill by the entrance and push a stroller all the way up the hill in the down-pouring rain and was treated like a piece of trash by your employees because I had a baby. My husband is working here in Tennessee and I drove here to do some fun things while he was working and I was visiting your vineyard because I had hoped to buy a few boxes to replenish my cellar. No other single person was at the bar when I was there and I was still treated very poorly. I was given some rickety cardboard pop-up flimsy tray and told to go outside and all of your employees watched and stared at me while I tried to hold the tray, open the door, and push my stroller outside. I seriously could have just cried. I told them that I would have a hard time getting boxes down to my car at the bottom of the hill when in reality I have no problem pulling my car up to the front door and loading the back of my SUV with boxes...... Unfortunately your employees are the reason I did not make a bigger purchase today. I bought four bottles so that my trip and efforts weren’t a complete joke and a waste of my time.

We found the most beautiful vineyard in the hills just outside of Nashville. This gorgeous vineyard was Founded by Kix Brooks from Brooks & Dunn. We took a uber from downtown Nashville to the Arrington vineyard. I highly recommend the Premier wine tasting experience well worth 90 mins. Stay for a while and enjoy the beautiful scenery. #travelendlessbeauty

Matthew Heinz

Had a great time and enjoyed their selection!

Conchi Hinton

Unfortunately, the "clerks" selling the wines were not very knowledgeable about their wines. I had some basic questions about the wines we were tasting and she was not able to answer any of them. We went to our friend, Goggle, and got them answered. As far as the setting, the location is beautiful and the entertainment was nice.

Holly Hargrove

Very neat place. We enjoyed it

Joe Rich

Wonderful atmosphere, wine tasting great, but reduce prices get more tasting

Terry Tewell

Great place for wine and friends. Live music on Saturdays.

Brian Koch

As a dry wine drinker...these are phenomenal. I liked the Russell 2014..wife liked the cab 2015. If you have children you can taste outside just cant have them inside at the bar. Plan accordingly.

Ashley Sanchez

We love Arrington. We did a Premier Experience tasting today with Toni. She was knowledgeable and fun! We look forward to doing another Premier Experience tasting in the future.

Robert Liebig

It was a very nice winery. Good wines. Went home to PA. Was on the Arrington vineyard web site and ordered a $100 gift card for my daughters birthday, who lives in Tennessee. I tried to order with my credit card several times. I know my card is good because I had several orders, at other places, go through just fine. Mean while, I sent my daughter a Birthday card with money. Several days later, I checked my credit card balance and there was a $100 charge. I had no idea what it was for. I received no notification from Arrington that they had charged my card. As of this day, I still haven't. The vineyard is nice. Do not order off of their website!!!

Tayler Koenig

Such a beautiful winery! We decided to do the VIP experience so we received a fun tasting above the original barn & an informative tour of the grounds. I would definitely recommend it!

Daniel Nolensville Photographers

Love visiting for the views, and some great wines, however, there are always management and employee issues here. It's like they are waiting for a VIP, then they will perform, but if you are a regular person, who cares! My children are SUPER well behaved, but they always watch us like we don't belong there, or pick on the kids for doing, well, nothing wrong! And maybe they don't really care because they make money by the boatload! Really is a gorgeous, amazing place though! Well worth the visit, just be prepared for some prickly service!

Brenda Russell

We had a wonderful time on two occasions! We brought picnic baskets with our church group of friends and children and sat at a few picnic tables. Beautiful scenery! The jazz ensemble was very good and nice to hear as we are and drank! There was a two hour wait on taste testing. We bought wine without taste testing to enjoy their wine. We have had fun doing something different and outdoors.

Very grapeful

Charlie Smith

Love the land.

Tiffany Simms

They have some really great sweet wines. Kima was wonderful and was able to show us around the facility today. We had a great time!

John Whiteknight

I wish I could give more stars. Great place. Great place to bring a picnic and listen to some live music. They had two bands... Great afternoon. Also GREAT for families.

Ryan Millner

This was one of the destinations during my honeymoon in Nashville. It was our first and only time here, so we didn't know what to expect. The scenery was beautiful, and the wine was fantastic. My wife and I had a great time enjoying our glasses of wine out in a couple of swings on the property while we watched the sunset. If you are in the Nashville area and you're looking for a nice, romantic place to visit, this is a great place to start.

Eric McElroy

Quiet, romantic vineyard that can get lively on the weekends. String lights, fire pits, picnic tables across the rolling vineyard hills, live music and food trucks are all apart of what makes Arrington a great experience. Not to mention their wine is very good and they have a friendly staff as well

William Morris

Great atmosphere. Good wines and views. You can spend a lot of money if you aren't careful.

Megan Bush

Great WINE!! And I thought all TN wine was cr@p. They have several excellent selections, very few of which are the normal TN sweet wine. Love the atmosphere, although it can get way too crowded when the weather is nice. The best is to come during the week when its cool and sit by the fire. Great place for birthdays and other events, we even had our engagement shots taken here - its just so beautiful! You may even see Kix Brooks hanging around.

Annette Swift

My daughter and I had a very nice time there today. Lots of live music , great wine tasting and very friendly people. The wine was surprisingly good! A few small food venues and a small place to buy snacks and souvenirs. Don’t miss this place.

Bill Walker

Very family friendly location! (Kids loved it) Fantastic views from hilltop. Only one suggestion - needs outdoor music playing in background. Other than that awesome place.

Renea Mahaffey

Awesome time with our host, Anna. She was extremely knowledgeable and fielded all our questions with a smile! The private tour and private tasting was amazing! Highly recommend this option! Well worth the $50 per person fee. My favorite is Sparkle. My husband loved Antebellum!

Currie Carbonel

Beautiful place nice wine

Kevin Belden

Beautiful place. My daughter got proposed to there and we surprised the couple in the "loft". Very quaint and well executed. They even distracted the couple for the wayward parents. Not a place to pass up. Oh she said yes

Jeff Lester

Incredible views and excellent wines. Staff is wonderful.

clang theo

Almost this magical place tucked away in the beautiful Tennessee countryside. Excellent wine (the blackberry dessert wine is incredible) and friendly people). Go upstairs for the tasting.

L D

Great atmosphere! Plenty of room outside for kids to run and play. Kids seem welcome, especially outtside. The vines are beautiful. Food truck Friday, Dough Box, was delicious. Also on-site food looked good, pricey. The Italian cream cake was fabulous! Great selection of wines from dry to sweet.

Alicia Langdon

One of my absolute favorite places to visit when I go home. Beautiful, peaceful, friendly, and amazing wine.

Jill M

Beautiful place, friendly service, good wine. We bought a bottle of the firefly rose and drank it at one of the picnic tables scattered around the yard. Love it!

Kasey Monda

We were traveling from Ohio for my best friend's bachelorette party. Her sister had arranged transportation for us to the winery, which they stressed this was not a reservation it was just strictly a ride. When we arrived the place was beautiful, but when we went in for a tasting they told us we had to check in with the hostess. When checking with them she said it would be over an hour wait when we only had an hour to be at the winery. So, instead of being able to taste a couple wines quickly just to see what bottles we wanted to buy we bought them anyway. The entire time we were there the two spots that were available at the bar were open the entire time, so we actually could have had just a couple people from our group try a couple wines quickly before purchasing. The worst part of our experience though was that the bride's sister arranged food with the winery in advanced and knew our time of arrival. When we arrived they told her that it would be an hour until the food would be ready. Because of the transportation we paid for through the winery we only had an hour at the winery. She tried to cancel the food and they told her that they do not take refunds. We ended up receiving the food right when we were about to load back up onto the bus. So, instead of receiving the food when we arrived like we were supposed to we had to take food back with us on the bus ride all the way back to the city, which is like a 45 minute drive so by the time we got back to our hotel to eat it was obviously cold. It's sad because the winery had pretty good wine and beautiful scenery, but I would never go back and never recommend someone to go there. They really ruined our winery experience for the weekend when we paid in advance for a great Nashville winery experience for the bride.

Independent

Beautiful property - worth visiting! The wine tasting was enjoyable and Sarah was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a very nice afternoon here.

Garrett Burgoon

Beautiful place to sit out and drink 1 or 5 bottles. Friendly staff and the wine was pretty well priced. Will come again (probably next week).

Mary

Good wine, great venue very poorly staffed. Visited Labor Day weekend when they should have been expecting the crowd. They needed twice the staff.

Candice Taylor

A great place to be with friends!

Laurens' Land

My wife and I stopped by and we enjoyed it. If you are expecting to get blown off your feet go to an amusment part. If you want wine that isn't overly priced ($16.99 cheapest bottle) and you want a great view then stop by. They also do give free wine tasting. Only rated 4 stars just because it would be nice to have a tour or some explaining on how its made.
