Wine is good but poor job on the person giving the wine tasting. Was busy doing other things while giving you a tasting. She could have cared less.

Fantastic visit initially, to which I was planning on buying a few shirts, a pint glass, and a couple bottles of wine for friends. I do not drink alcohol, so I asked questions about some of the wine; the first ladies I spoke with were friendly and understanding but the last lady I spoke with was off putting, like I was wasting her time or I should already know wine 101. The experience was poor enough for me to walk out and not purchase any souvenirs to bring back home for my firefighter friends. Very disappointing. Also, a bit overpriced - $30 for an empty copper vessel vs $40 with beer? A real shame - I looked forward to this as much as Mount Rushmore

I was really looking forward to visiting this winery. Interstate 90 has signs forever with old fire engines. Visited today and was unable to get waited on. Very disappointed. I don't understand all the advertising if you are not going to sell wine.

My boyfriend and i love the firehouse winery! We are rapid city locals and frequent it weekly. There's always new wines coming out and as a wine club member it's fun to try the new wines that are released to us first! William is great at explaining the different wines and providing a fun tasting experience. A local gem for wine lovers!

Had a great evening with friends tasting wines. I thought the samples would be a bit larger for the price, but the knowledgeable server made up for that. Learned a bunch. We were able to get in our sampling while waiting for a table next door at the Firehouse Brewery.

Website does not specify the type of music played by guest performers. No information if beverages other than wine is served for non wine drinkers (their wines are mediocre). No information if any food can be ordered to go along with drinking alcohol. Convenient location and we have enjoyed a couple performers, but the bother of always having to research the performer is annoying so we do not bother any more. Guess they have enough customers that they do not need to encourage more with good advertising. Had heard from locals the Firehouse next door is not what is used to be. If this have same management, it makes sense.

I went on vacation to Mr Rushmore from New Jersey and my family and I stopped here. It was fantastic. The atmosphere. The service. And especially, the wine. We walked out with 5 bottles. The wine tasting was incredibly priced and I recommend doing that. Definitely a must visit.

What a great place. Has historic interest plus an entire variety of things to do while you are there. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their products. Both wine and beer I thought were Superior. Food and service were both outstanding. Could not have enjoyed dinner more. Would highly suggest stopping here.

Stopped in for a wine tasting and was greeted by a friendly face-Stephanie I believe was her name. She was quick to pour us a few samples of wine we wanted to try, and my husband and I ended up getting a carafe to share and it was plenty for us and at a good price too! Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the wines and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some good wine in rapid city.
