Nestled just under the Blue Ridge Foothills this is a must-visit place for all Greenvillians and visitors! The owners are incredibly friendly and each wine is a delight to try and learn about. A perfect place to spend with friends old and new while sipping on some antioxidants. Interesting and informative too!

I can not say enough about how wonderful the selection of wines are the owners are so friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for a glass or two and a restock of some of our favorites if you're in the area and you don't stop by you're missing out on one of the best winery's we have been to.

Charming, quiet, semi-rustic upstate pace. Carriage House b&b can be booked on airb&b. We will be back!

My wife and I came here for the AirBnB and we were quite impressed. Cheaper than a hotel and way nicer. The on-site winery was a bonus! We didn't expect much, after all who thinks of South Carolina for wine? Anyway, we did some wine tastings in Napa Valley the previous year, including at Castello di Amorosa ($$$$). I'm aware that price does not always indicate quality or taste. Deb and Tony are a retired couple who run this small and quaint winery. They do wine tastings on the weekend (closed Sunday I believe)for a very reasonable price. The wine itself is excellent. I had many wines in Napa Valley that I'd rate at approximately the same level, and none of them were under $60. The wines here are $20 or less as of July 2019. If you are interested in the carriage house AirBnB, book sooner rather than later, they fill up fast.

The people that own this winery are amazing and so nice! They have great prices, the wine tasting is super cheap! I’ve been to a lot of wine tastings and Wellborn definitely has the best tasting wine :) I highly recommend trying the blueberry ones!

What a pleasant surprise. A winery within 5 miles of my home and all ten of the wines I tried I liked!!! Several wines have received awards and this young winery is on its way. Tony and Deb made the experience a plus with their hospitality and we look forward to returning soon. Currently open Friday and Saturday 1-7pm or by appointment. They also have an air b and b and can do events. Cheers!!!

What an amazing winery and addition to the South Carolina wine trail. A beautiful winery on a peaceful, secluded property. A definite plus was the dog-friendly areas that included plenty of room to relax with your canine family members. Also available was a beautiful, modern, detached airbnb carriage house for your stay. We highly recommend the Woodsy White and the Rustic Red.
