Nice place to visit. Food was very pretty, but not very good. Bill for two, including one glass of wine was about $100. Not cheap, not very good. Eat somewhere else before the concert. If you like my review, click like.

Brew sta

Great venue for concerts. 5 star. Really not a bad Seat in the house. Seats against back wall are more comfortable with arms and better cushioned. Bathrooms are 2 small with limited stalls. 2 stars. Bar/snack lines are way too slow. 1 star on bar line.

Quentin Harris

This place is awesome! We did a tasting over the weekend and our server was this sweet, charming lady with a southern accent. She was knowledgeable about the wines and let us taste a few wines not on the tasting menu. I highly recommend getting the holiday spice wine. It tastes like the holidays, minus that that drunk aunt that always shows up to a family function!

Miranda Leiggi

A great, intimate venue to see a show.

Kim Carney

Good place to see a show with drinks

Chuck Kravil

Atmosphere was nice food was good. For the price we paid there should have been some type of bread or salad included in the meal. Service was uneven.

william Blazer

Charming atmosphere and friendly service. Food was delicious!

My friends and I have eaten at this restaurant at the New Hope Winery three times. The New Hope Winery is a great concert venue but avoid the restaurant at all costs. We decided to give the restaurant a third try when we read that they had hired a new Chef. The food was mediocre and the service was deplorable. The staff is poorly trained, unprofessional and outright rude. At the end of our dinner last night, when I asked our server why it took her 20 minutes to bring me a second cup of coffee and why she disappeared, our server had a tantrum. Not only was she unprofessional but she was insulting and disgusting. When I asked for her name to report her to the manager, she claimed that she was the restaurant owner. If is the restaurant owner, it will be out of business within weeks. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Extremely happy we decided to try the restaurant! As we passed by on our way to Peddler's Village, we noticed the winery had become a restaurant since we were last here several years ago. The winery/restaurant is set in a rustic, barn style atmosphere. There is a bar with seats and a dozen or so tables. They do have an event space, but this is just the restaurant up front. They also have a couple of outside tables in a shady patio area out front. They have a smaller menu, so we were hoping they have the recipes dialed in and they certainly do! We started with a cheese plate appetizer that was terrific with a nice assortment of cheeses, fruit, fresh baked bread and nuts. It was really enough for four as an appetizer. Or you could pair it with a bottle of wine and it is enough as a light meal for two. My wife had the turkey sandwich. It's real thick, carved turkey breast. The pickled slaw on a brioche roll was the perfect base. I had the short rib sandwich... delicious, tender chunks of beef. And as a pleasant change from most places, you get crisp, fresh, home-made chips, no greasy fries here. Both plates also had a few slices of tomato, some fresh greens and pickles. They had live music while we were there (Saturday afternoon). This is a regular thing according to the signs. Young guy with an acoustic guitar. He was good and I appreciated that we could hear him without overpowering our conversation. (Note to owner: it would be nice if the bill allowed a separate tip line for the entertainer...we had no cash to tip him directly, so I gave more on the check). The appetizers and sandwiches were $13-$19. There were several entrees that ran $20-$30, but we did not try those. Drinks and wine by the glass $12 and up. So, not an inexpensive place, but the flavors, food and entertainment were worth the price. In all, we felt they truly delivered value for the price.

Great food and service. Try their wine flights! The only thing we are not thrilled is the wine. But PA is not exactly renowned for its wine so we didn't have high expectations anyways.

Donna Clugston

Good food and atmosphere.

John Gamble

Incredible staff. Great food, wine and concert!

Jonathan Agresta

Food was great. Loved the crab cake sandwich and my wife really enjoyed the salmon salad. The wine tasting was only ok. Wines were a bit too sweet across the board, with only one red (which was decent). $12 for about 3oz of wine, compared to $5 for full tastings just about everywhere else in the area. All in all, would return for the food. Service was great too.

Mary Ellen Martelli

Excellent food and staff

We came here expecting a winery. What we found was outstanding atmosphere (cool building), freindly service, wonderful food, and great drinks! Would highly recommend it!

Michael Hill

Neat place. Menu isn't huge but food is very good. I like it better that way.

Robert Marini

Great venue. Small, intimate. Saw Eaglemania and had a great time.

Tim Thielke

Not really a winery. The tasting was tiny (four wines), they had no list or description, and I felt like I was an imposition while there. I haven't had the food, that might be good.

Maria Kennedy

No longer have regular tastings..

Called and asked what time wine tasting ends and lady says “Are you kidding me, 4pm. I asked if I said anything to upset her and she yells at me and hangs up.” Never been there, but don’t plan on it ......

My favorite winery is now a restaurant. I was glad to see they still make wine. I hope that doesn’t change. It’s the only place I buy the best sweet wine(Concord). We did take out since I wasn’t feeling well(back pain). The food was delicious. I hoping to return soon and try something else from the menu.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible service. Had family in town and made a reservation bc peddlers village was having an event. Call ahead to ask what the children's menu was. We were sat and our service issues started then. Waited over an hour to get two kids meals and two soups, then another 20 mins to get 4 sandwiches. A true disgrace. Three other tables in the place. Absolutely, no reason for it. When I questioned the service they were completely unapologetic! Will never visit this establishment again. My advice is two RUN far and fast from this place. Also, this is the first review I have ever written I just felt like I needed to because it was that terrible.

Meh venue...dave wakeling is great but your sound guys need to retire! They could manage to make Dave Matthews sound bad!

We've driven past this place many times over the years and recently noticed they were serving food. We stopped in for a cocktail on our way back from Jersey and loved the interior atmosphere! We didn't eat but intend on heading back sometime soon. Also, they have music in an exterior barn so we are hoping to attend an event. The owner was incredibly nice and we had a nice short visit. Definitely worth stopping in again!

Christopher Mosio

Good food, good wine.

Christoher Lake

Outstanding. The chardonnay was to die for. The food is out of this world.

Lawrence Greenberg

This is a wonderful concert venue and good beer. I don't know much about the wine but I'm sure it's just fine.

Nick Venezia

It was ok. Not very well run, they kinda of wing it with the bartending. Food average to slightly above average.

Had been to the winery a few years ago before it became a full service restaurant. We were actually on our way to Peddlers Village for dinner but decided swing on in to the Pour House as it was closer and we were starving. First, there was no music on this Saturday so it was nice and quiet. We opted to sit at the bar and were quickly greeted by Tess. Tess was a delight. We were looking for a crisp white wine. She provided us with various samples before we committed to something. We agreed on a bottle of pinot gris. Tess explained the specials of the evening. We opted for a date and blue cheese appetizer. For entrees I ordered the mixed grill which was a combination of pork, duck and beef. The appetizer was an amazing combination of sweet and salty and crispness of the wine was a great compliment to blue cheese. The mixed grill was meltingly tender and moist, all cooked perfectly. My dining companion ordered the grilled salmon which I am not fan of but he raved about it. We were blown away by how delicious everything was and plentiful as well. Since we were at the bar we chatted with Tess throughout the evening as well a charming young barback from Switzerland. I apologize but her name escapes me right now. She shared pictures with us of her artwork which was amazing. In any event, the tab for a bottle of wine an appetizer and two entrees was only $77 with tax. We thought this was incredibly reasonable given the amount and quality of the food. We don't get to the area all that often but when we do we will be sure to stop at The Pour House!

I took a date to the winery and had a great time. We had the privilege of being served 5 wines by the owner himself. The holiday spice was amazing!

If I could this place zero stars I would. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was being assaulted, that’s how terrible and loud the live music was. I mean I guess it’s kinda my fault for going in anyway cause as I was pulling up I saw a girl walk in wearing camouflage leggings. This small detail instantly told me this was not my kinda place but hey I figured I’d give it a shot anyway. Worst decision I’ve made in like 6 years.

Jose Reyes

Not the best First and Last impression. Could not handle a crowd of ten for a small impromptu show. Waited 25 minutes for a bottle of wine.... At a winery!!.. ha!

Linda Vuono

The venue is the perfect size for attending a live performance.

Went specifically for the Don McLean concert on 12/9/17. Parking was well organized, easy & free. The upstairs bar area was clearly understaffed. The event area and concert itself were both great. I will go back.

Wine was good and the people were super nice, but extremely awkward.

Kristine Selvage

The rustic barn has alot of character. It's just beautiful. The customer service was great. We did some wine tasting. She poured the wine, told us a bit of info and walked away. It was nice to taste and discuss if we liked it with no pressure. There were some really great items in the shop. It was the best experience!

Man Cave Studios

Great for concerts and very spacious!

Andru Lugo

The concert was fantastic! The venue is ok. The seating area is decent. The bar is overpriced and under served. I'd give the place 3.5 stars, but Google doesn't let me, and 3 stars only might be a tad bit harsh. I hope they get better!

Chris Olsen

He liked it so much we got married there.

Joseph Beissel

Excellent 5 stars

Juliano DeCarvalho

Beware, this place no longer offers wine tastings. It's transitioning into a restaurant instead

Andrea Hamilton

So disappointed ! Trekked 1 1/2 hours with fond memories of wine tastings, buying multiple bottles of wine to last the year and browsing through their boutique only to realize that it is no longer a winery, but a restaurant. Why ruin a good thing? Bought two bottles of over priced wine and left. So disappointed!

Tim Beystrum

Some really great cover bands provide a super entertainment value!

So disappointed it's a restaurant nowadays

Linda Lakind

Extremely disappointed. Found out when I got home that we were over charged. I asked the waiter before ordering the scallops how much it costs and was told 16$. They charged $25. They also overcharged, while small, still wrong 50 cents on a beer. When they came out with a wrong meal - the waiter giggled and said ooops. We had to wait until his food was cooked - came after the rest of us ate so not to have all cold food. No compensation for the late meal or an offer for a dessert for their mistake. Very disappointed in service. The food was very tasty. But given the rest of the experience we won’t be back.

Excellent, bouncer was to extreme thought he was guarding Mr.Trump Great seating, sound customer service. Plus experience

What a shame. Was my favorite winery. I'm sure the wine tastes the same but we didn't stay long enough to even try. Inside was gutted to be a lunch/dinner thing. We were there for wine tasting and to get a few items for our bar area. All the wine racks etc were gone. Wine bottles were all behind the counter. Must have changed management. I'm so disappointed. Can no longer do traditional wine tasting.

Lots of tasty wine. The Almond is my favorite.

Not the winery that I remember from several years ago. Guess they changed ownership. It's more about dining than it is about the wine. Only a 1/3 of the selection from previous years. You are no longer able to serve yourself. And the wine is so over priced. $50 for 3 small bottles of wine! I might as well go to the wine and spirit and shop! A better selection and lower prices! ! Probably not returning to the New Hope Winery. :-(

David Ziemba

Small intimate feel to concert hall. You feel like the artist is part of the crowd all having a good time together. Friendly audience and polite. A nicer selection from the snack bar would have bumped them up one more star. A larger and better laid out bathroom would have improved the experience also. The artist gave it her all on stage and the crowd responded in kind in a show of mutual support. I would be willing to see another show there but I will be sure to eat before the concert. I brought my daughter and we both had a good time.

Alice Seidel

New Hope Winery is completely new! Now you can sit down for wine tasting at the bar or in a separate dining area. The racks of wine are gone but you can still buy all the wine you want at the register. Great place for light fare and atmosphere!

Every time we take a ride to Peddler's Village which is right down the road we always stop here to restock on our wine we love this place can you continue going there as long as we can best wine around best service and courtesy prices of very very reasonable strongly recommend it is it here once you come here you'll never stop

Went to see Tempest at this venue. A bit annoyed at the bag search, though it is understandable. Good music, decent prices on the tickets, though the surcharges from the e-ticket provider were about 20%. The box office was able to accommodate the fact we might be arriving separately.

suraj bajaj

Bill McNelis

great place to see a band. small and intimate

A Chipoletti

Had dinner here on 9/8/18. Unfortunately, their wine flights were not available (we got there after 4:00)... Live music when we arrived, but it was their last song. :-( Very limited "pub fare" menu with four specials. Food was OK but somewhat expensive. For some reason, I expected more... I probably will not return.

Ingrid Rementer

Great food. Fun venue.

Michael Leon

Alejandro Galvan gonzalez

Karl Romberger

Great for a show. But DON'T eat here! Don't do it. The quality does not justify the price. For example $12 for flatbread pizza that makes frozen pizza a rave; sauce on the pizza and mozzarella sticks is highly sweetened pap. Some places can get away with high price and small portion because the quality is exceptional. Not this place. Oh, and so slow. The inexcusable wait simply aggravates the culinary crimes committed at this place. And service was just abysmal. What a shame, too, because it has such great potential. Go to a show, absolutely. Just eat somewhere else first.
