Love this place! They are very informative about the history of the buildings and about wine as well! The property is beautiful and is perfect for showing up with friends and sitting out on the lawn with a bottle of their wine. Will definitely be back

This is what a Vineyard should look like. Several fields with old vines spread out over a lot of acreage. Many award winning wines most of which you can try in the tasting room. Go on the self-guided walking tour to see the vines, the grounds, and the production and bottling area. No food served so bring a snack if you want something to eat while tasting. Best winery & wines in Pennsylvania.

I was very disappointed in the Nissley Winery summer concert event on Saturday July 23, 2016. We paid $30.00 as a couple to get in for nothing. The band was definitely not Classic Rock, at least not as I know classic rock. The band took way to long of a break. Nissley had no free wine tasting ...normally you receive a wine glass when you go to an event like this. No wine glass. An to top it off I couldn't buy another bottle of wine after 9:00pm even though the event went on until 10:00 pm. (The wine isn't that great anyway, so I guess it saved me money) The other disappointing part, my husband does not drink wine and he couldn't even bring his own beer. I definitely know we will never go to Nissley's events ever again. My question is - "What did we pay $30.00 dollars for? To sit in your wet grass???????????? Moon Dancer has so great events coming up. Its cheaper to get in $10.00 per person), their wines better and cheaper and you can bring your own beer. Guess that's where we'll be.......

This is Nissley's 40th year of making wine and the group I play with nightwind has been playing their summer concerts consistently for 25 years so during that time we've gotten to know the family and truly it is a family business. Judy, Joyce and Jonas are a pleasure to work with and they take pride in their family business.

I wanted to express the need for better hospitality .. The security guard outside named earl was extremely rude to us.. He literally tried to cheat us out of money just to get in. . When all we wanted to do was buy some wine Since we came from out of town. I would never just make up a bad review for no reason but I would never recommend this spot just due to how rude we were treated

I've always had a great time at Nissley Vineyards, especially the Lawn Concerts! No matter the type of music, it's a blast to get up and dance the night away. The merlot is my favorite wine, but you really can't go wrong.. and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, it's strange but must be noted that the public restrooms at these events are heaven on earth. I recommend to everyone in the Lancaster area and I will certainly be back.

It’s a beautiful property and I like the character of the buildings. This was my second wine tasting event with friends and we enjoyed both times here. Last year at the March 2018 event it seemed a bit crowded but this year it was less crowded. The catered food is always delicious! The concord wine is one of my favorites and I plan to visit again. Staff is friendly and helpful. A fun and classy event. Thanks for all your hard work!

The grounds are just right for seasonal picnics. I recently had my first visit. And all I can say is Wow! What a Night! It was so gorgeous upon arrival, the sun was bright and blazing hot! But there are many large shady trees on the grounds and we took a spot right next to an Acorn Tree. Which was smart, because an hour later a severe thunderstorm rolled in backed with a tornado watch. This is the only occasion two women are allowed to sit out in the rain without being judged crazy.... with a wine bottle LOL! We looked like two wet cats

Very beautiful vineyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did the sampling and bought a few bottles of wine. The wine was tasty and the staff was able to explain the different types of wine we were trying. Definitely would visit again in the summer for their concert season.

I love the Naughty Marietta red. The Riesling called Rhapsody in Blue is actually in a blue bottle. Clever! Good wine as well. Their self-guided tour is also enjoyable.

Beautiful vineyards and I loved the stone buildings!! The wine tasting was a great event, I would recommend going. You get to tour where there make and store the wine. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly!! I love several different wines they make, fantasy, Concord, masquerade and naughty Marietta. The prices are reasonable and they have a store at the vineyards.

Nissley Vineyards has to be the best kept secret around! The Vineyard and winery are absolutely stunning. The wine is amazing-I love the dry wines (Rose Select and Merlot and Chamourcin are all my absolute favorites), but they have a ton of sweet wines to choose from too! In the summer, the Saturday concerts are the place to be. Nissley is the best!

I cannot personally speak about the sweet wines, but as far as their "dry" selection goes, there is none. They are terrible, after tastes are sweet, and at first sip, you're punched in the face with alcohol and... what I can only assume is arsenic. Just terrible, tastes so cheap.

Went tasting at the winery for the second time today. We love their wine and usually purchase it from the state liquor store. We did the hearthside tasting, $6 for 6 samples. The samples were very generous and the hearthside was lovely. Thank you Nissley for a special time.

Every time I go to Nissley Vineyards, I have an amazing time (especially at their concerts)! The staff is so friendly and helpful (especially in choosing the right wine), the property is absolutely beautiful, and the wine is fantastic. I love that they have such a broad range to suit so many different tastes, and I like the fact that I'm supporting a local family business that's been around for a long time. If you haven't been to one of their summer concerts, you absolutely have to go! It's a really great deal for a fun night -- the music is always top notch, the dance floors and string lighting give it such a great ambience, and the wine is amazing. The overall experience means you leave feeling like you had the perfect summer night. It's perfect for an intimate date or big group party (I've seen plenty of both there). Couldn't recommend this place enough -- wish I could give it 5+ stars!

Great local vineyard with cool events. My wife and I purchased customized bottles for our wedding and gave them to all of our guests. Was a great touch. I really like their Naughty Marietta wine and give it as gifts. Very cool to have a local connection.
