If you’re in or around the Hershey, PA area, Crosswinds Winery at Hershey is a great place to stop and sample an assortment of delicious wines...and even take a few bottles home! I’m partial to the fruity wines and the Raspberry is my new favorite! The Cherry is delicious as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and more than happy to assist with your wine tasting journey. The atmosphere is friendly from the guests right down to the staff. You won’t be disappointed!!

We had a group of 5 women, on a Sunday afternoon. It was our first stop and our first impression was how cute the gift shop was. We decided to do the wine tasting. We were the only ones in the place, so we honestly were expecting a fun experience and individual service. The associate literally had no personality. Didn’t describe the wines, wasn’t fun, didn’t attempt to engage us, didn’t smile. So, we left immediately after the tasting. Two women in our party bought a bottle of wine, but I had no interest nor do I plan on returning. We went up the road to a vineyard and what a different atmosphere!

I think I interupted a smoke break. The woman who helped me reeked of smoke making it an easy decision to leave. Didnt even think about a tasting.

Staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Such a disappointment. The wine was very good, but the staff’s attitude prevented us from wanting to purchase any bottles or any further glasses/tastings. Unfortunately, we will not be visiting this winery any more in the future.

Great wines...sweet and dry! Yes, there are wineries in PA that not only have wines that appeal to the sweet wine drinkers, but really good dry wines too (both red and white). Plus it’s a nice little spot away from everything chaotic. My husband and I have been fans of this winery for over 3 years, when we just happened to find it while on the way to Hershey. I highly recommend this winery

Most of the positive posts are from the owner's friends and "regulars". The negative remarks are true, especially the smoke breaks, and being rude & unfriendly. Wines are overpriced, some are award winning, yes, however lots of wine wins awards, including $7.99 bottles in Giant that taste better & offer more of a variety. Former employee and had to beg & file a complaint in order to receive a very small paycheck. I would recommend going to one of the many other wineries in the area where they do not feel their better than everyone else & are sneaky.
