Horrible. No one answers the phone. Took my money and won't even cancel my order. I was supposed to pick up at 7 pm. The order wasn't ready until 8pm. I had already come home. We called and they hung up the phone 3 times!! I thought I'd never say this, but no more Walmart.

Very clean and tons of variety. I honestly always feel safe when it's late and dark (usually around 11 when I go but mostly after 10). I have never had problems there with employees or rude customers. They do close at 12 a.m.

We did have an issue with a lack of product (chair) on the shelf but such things happen and I'm okay with it.

Many items could not be found: reduced salt kettle cooked potato chips (Great Value), low salt Fritos, no added sugar cinnamon applesauce, whole wheat sliders (buns), very limited Tastycake selection, Entemann's bakery products. 2% American cheese is only available in singles unless you pay extra and get the "deluxe". Singles have a different taste because of the plastic wrap!

My father had knee surgery a few days ago, and is therefore unable to walk. He has crutches, but when grocery shopping, it just isn't feasible. The electric scooters/carts were all taken up, and so my father was forced to go a few feet at a time on the crutches. Not a SINGLE employee asked if he was okay, or offered any help. Several bystanders asked if he was okay, and wished us luck, and one gentleman let us check out before him, so we could get out of there sooner. As we left, a woman, who then got up later, and was playing/chasing a toddler, was sitting in one with said toddler in her lap, just sitting at the exit/entrance. We'd had to stop again so my father could take a moment in order to continue out to the parking lot. There needs to be something actually done about 1. the shortage of these carts, and 2. people using them due to laziness, leaving non available for those who actually NEED them.

Went specifically to buy bone-in chicken thighs & there weren't any. Otherwise, a good grocery/pharmacy/gardening/etc store.

Disaster! Waited 45 minutes just to get in a spot for grocery pick up. 70 minutes after arrival they finally began to load the order. 107 degrees outside like the previous reviewer said. Can't even get anyone in the store to answer the phone. Called six times in a row. someone picked up once and just hung up. Zero organization zero accountability terrible leadership. What a joke. I went in and asked to speak to the store manager to find out that he had left for the day. An assistant manager explained that they were overloaded with orders diverted from a neighboring store and he had been trying to help over there all day. The fact that the store manager left knowing that that department was under water without helping them resolve the issue is disgraceful.

Their pickup service is rude and takes entirely too long. Postmate deliveries take last priority and I was completely skipped over. I tried to explain to the Walmart employee that the postmate app says there is no need to call the number posted but a Walmart employee will check with you shortly. But I watched another car pull in after me and taken care of. The Walmart employee rudely tells me they called the number?? And continues to tell me that's it's up to the customer whether or not they tip. Mean while I'm not paying attention and the Walmart employee takes the order out of my car! Why? Because you don't like what I've said? But never tells me she's doing so. My experience as a Postmate delivery driver and Walmart's pick up service is it's annoying and almost always frustrating.

Not a big fan of this company or the way they treat their employees, but I love their easy-going parking policy. Spent a few nights in the parking lot, did my business first thing in the morning and headed out. Never got hassled by the management or the cops. Note: always smart to get there late and leave as early as possible.

I go to Walmart for everything in one place. However this Walmart and every super Walmart makes me and my wife have headaches and drains us. Even if we only stay 10min. Don't know what causes it. The super Walmart off of I44 seams to be the only one that doesn't effect us badly.

I came in toward the end of the open hours for the AUTO CENTER yesterday and needed to get my battery checked and sure enough it was dead. Will, the auto manager, was very patient and kind and i appreciated their teamwork to get me out as quickly as possible.

Quick grocery trip. Ran in for some stuff for dinner. Went through self check. I was able to find everything I needed, and really had no interaction with the staff. It was after 7 at night so it was not packed.

I would like to rate it less. I cannot remember the last time I had a good experience with this worthless store. Many of the items ring up to the wrong price even though I can show them we're on their website they show the price that the item displays on the Shelf as well. And everyone there has a terrible attitude I can only imagine because they get treated so well when they work there. I've never once walked into that store and walked out happy and I've lived near or around that store for half of my life and I'm 44 years old now.

I hate going to Wal-Mart. This place is like walking through hell. Too many customers and too many employee's standing around not doing a thing. It would be nice to get paid to listen to music and talk with your friends.

Wow! This is a super nice and premium store with hugh wide aisles. The staff were very friendly. I was was here at 9.45pm on a Friday night and there was not a single stocker in sight to block the aisles. This store had a huge selection of every kind of food and clothing items you could think of. Thank you also for being so very clean.

Friendly lady worker. However they couldn't find the item we were looking for when online clearly showed the item in stock and available. Actually asked the manager if he knew where they were and he couldn't tell me, which is unacceptable. You should know the store from the front to the back! Lowe's here I come!

The grey hair pharmacist lady is very racist. She kept denying my mother her prescription refill because of her name. She kept saying that it was her professional opinion to not fill my mother’s medication. My mother has cancer and this medication was for her medical needs. The pharmacist did not even show remorse and said for me to have Sams Club try and fill it because she was not filling it at all. Also the Pharmacy had the Pharmacy Assistant lie about having the medication in stock. I overheard them talking about us before she came over to tell us she wasn’t filling anything. I took the prescription to a different Walmart Pharmacy where there wasn’t any problems filling it and was treated great. I do not recommend this Walmart or the Walmart Pharmacy at all.

Just like the rest. Item sought - no where to be found. Associate to help - apparently with the item sought. In a store that size, one shouldn’t have to interrupt a transaction at the “fine jewelry” department for a two-second answer. Where are the workers?

They had the worst selection of sweatpants I've ever seen, they were out of stock on half of the items that I went there for, the store was dirty and unorganized, and the 2 employees that I managed to interact with were rude. How's THAT for honesty?

The bathrooms were disgusting. There were only three lines open of the available 20. The cashiers were all very slow doing their job. Lines were long. Generally, quite a horrible experience. Reminds me why I don't go there very often. I will probably opt for Target next time.

Decent selection of products. Horrible customer service. One cashier in particular by the name of Roman (in the garden area) was incredibly rude. He barely spoke a word to us or looked at us. He acted as though he was annoyed by our presence even though we stood there watching him wipe down his keypad for about 2 minutes before he even acknowledged that we were there. If I don't have to, I won't be back.

I have been sitting in my car, in the 107 degree heat for more than thirty minutes, waiting for a Walmart Grocery order that was promised to be ready over an hour ago. Would have left if the app would let me cancel my order, but it won’t. Don’t waste your time with this service; would have been faster to grow my own grain and bake my own bread.

I know people get in the "feels" about Walmart, but I appreciate the convenience. The employees here are always helpful and the store is always clean. The restrooms can get a little gross at times, but show me a place with their volume of customers that doesn't, right?
