I understand in our culture that customer service is pretty much non existent. The experience I had at this store validates my sentiments. The associates couldn’t even muster up an obligatory Hello, Hi, or how are you. The stalker acted as if I was in his way instead of offering to assist me. I even commented on the lack of customer service to the associate who checked me out, only to be given a disgruntled dirty look. They won’t get my money again.

I came here after working out to pick up a couple of bottles of wine since it was close by and had no issues finding them or with the service. I got home, made dinner and was ready to pop the Candor Merlot open and the cork literally broke halfway through. I had to push the cork through because it was so brittle that the opener was just grinding it down and the wine ended up with tiny pieces of cork. So disappointed. That bottle had to have been there for a long time. Back to Poncho's I go.

This is not an enormous store but is really well stocked. I can always find something new to try in the wine section. I am not as much a spirits drinker but Sam's spirits selection is also really good. The only downside is that the parking is a little limited but there is always a spot to park, you might have to walk a little though. This is only a problem if you buy in case quantity. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they have even special ordered for me!

I've visited 3x. The first time I got great service. They didn't carry any of the 3 things I needed though. The other 2x I may as well have been invisible. It was not busy. But none of the many employees, who walked right past me, said hello or offered to assist me. Didn't buy what I came for - even though I found it after wandering up and down the aisles. There is a large selection in a rather small space, so I was overwhelmed when I first walked in, but the store is very clean & well organized. Hardest part for me was deciding something new to try but there is plenty of variety. Prices are fair & location is good; proximity to N May, shopping, & misc. restaurants.

Very friendly staff. Decent selection for Oklahoma. But the beer prices, which I am usually concerned about, were not impressive. I am really in with craft beer. The prices here were $1-2 higher for each 6 pack than a few other places I have been to in town. A few 6 packs for fairly standard brands I have seen elsewhere for $6-7 were between $9-10 which is really too much. Also, no real sales on any craft beer, or those that really caught the eye. So the place has potential...but without competitive beer pricing I have no reason to list it as a go-to place.

Be sure to check the bottled on dates when buying beer here! I just bought a four pack of expensive beer and it was bottled on 5/26/15 (over a year ago!) and i didn't notice until I got home. The beer doesn't taste as it should due to being so old.
