This was our first time here for Italian food in Oklahoma City. The service and wait staff were excellent! However, the food tasted okay. My halibut was too bland and my husband’s Mediterrean Pasta was okay as well. My friend ordered chicken parmesan and he complained that the noodles were not seasoned and they were dried. The only thing we liked was their salads!

When people go out to eat, I guess one thing that they consider when they decide the place they want to eat is price vs food quality. So when they see the price of the food they are going to eat is quite high, then the food must be pretty good in order for them to keep eating there, right? Well I didn't eat the most pricey item on the menu so I wouldn't know how those dishes taste. I had the toasted ravioli. Not a bad price. It was a good flavor I guess. I ate all of it. Ravioli was maybe a little "too" toasted. It was toasted with a capital T for sure. Alright it was burnt, but not burnt black. I mean it's not that it was hard as a rock, but it was crunchy as hell. It was like eating rock candy if I'm being quite honest. I mean, I ate it all though, so I guess it was okay for the price. It wasn't great though. It was basically six toasted Ravioli in a salad plate with a cm of tomato sauce, garnished with julienne basil and parmigiano cheese. Speaking of the tomato sauce, it was really strained. Maybe a little "too" strained. They must have used a China cap and cheese cloth a bunch of times. Must be why there was no real flavor besides tomato. They strained it so good that they strained the flavor of the herbs out of it. So I guess you could say it was pretty much Campbell's soup. Except it was cold. Alright it wasn't cold-cold but it was below room temperature. It went well with the beer. Except the beer might have been a little warmer than that soup. I mean Tomato sauce. The beer was good. I had the Full Sail Amber. I have a really good alcohol tolerance though for sure. I know this because after I drank the beer it was like I was just drinking a non-alcoholic beer. No buzz. Not that I wanted one, because I was driving. It tasted good though.

A local Italian hot spot since 1985. This amazing small restaurant serves delicious handmade pastas with a huge selection of wines. The walls are populated with monthly art from local artists. This is a very comfortable hangout for food, friends and fun.

Flip's is a cool little wine bar on Western that has great food, and a great wine selection. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the wine, beer, and cocktails you can get here, but perhaps even more surprised by the food. Flip's has a classic look to it that is welcoming, and not too stuck up. I recommend coming here to talk with friends over a few drinks, and giving in to the food menu after a couple glasses of wine.

Mmmmmmm....Lasagna! I'm not kidding. Killer lasagna for a restaurant. Huge portion, mama's sauce rocks with garlic bread. Want a quick cheap meal? Stop in for a side of mama's sauce with garlic bread and a glass of red wine. Tasty!

I can’t say enough good things about Flip’s! This was our first time to try it and it did not disappoint. Our waitress, Kelsey, was the sweetest and was so attentive and helpful. Garlic Parmesan toast may have been the best I’ve ever had. Chicken Parmesan was delicious and the in-house made noodles were perfect. Tomato soup, cheese pizza, and finally the creme brûlée were amazing as well. Prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of food you get. The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. And if you’re looking for adult beverages they have a great full bar, wine list and a large selection of beers. We will definitely be returning often!

Worst Italian food I've ever had. Period. My pasta dish had next to no flavoring as well as my husbands dish and the garlic bread was very bad. Our server was nice, however. So that was redeeming. But overall the food was very overpriced for the quality it is. I encourage you to try someplace else.

This place is one of our favorite spots for date night! My husband and I usually eat dinner rather late so Flip's is perfect to eat a late meal and stay for a few drinks. The salmon dish is my favorite - it's really delicious!

Flips is one of the few Italian places I can eat in OKC that is authentic and consistent. Great service as well. There is only one place that I have tried in the world that has better Marsala sauce- go try it, and be delighted.

Flip's is one of our favorite places in town. Great Italian food and a nice place for drinks. It's a little on the pricey side, or else we'd be there every night. The staff is amazing. We love sitting at the bar and visiting with Shannon, one of the bartenders. So many great options on the menu, but I always order the chicken parm with alfredo sauce instead of marinara. I also love the toasted ravioli and Italian nachos. A lot of people don't know, but they sell their homemade pasta and sauce. I like using their pizza sauce when I make lasagna at home.

We had another delicious meal at Flips. It is the only restaurant I know in the area that serves amerone, a favorite wine varietal. I have been coming here since it opened. Having one of the owners sitting at the bar says they care after all these years. And good staff.

First time here. Ordered their nachos to go. The guy at the bar seemed nice so I left him a five on 15 dollar nachos. Get to my car and the dish looks like a 12 year old threw ingredients together. They were burnt and all stuck together. The saddest nachos I have ever had.

Went into Flip's for the first time to enjoy a nice Italian meal. We arived at 7:30 and noticed that it was not very busy the waitress took are drink order, over 20 minutes later we finally get are 2 glasses of wine. 15 minutes later the waitress never did come to the table to take are order.we walked out and went a few miles away to vito's Italian restaurant. We had a 5* experience Love that place.

Manager on duty this evening was a (bleeping) J-E-R-K. Our party was large and I did not yet have my credit card back from the waiter....even though it had been ten minutes....and it was quite clear that I was being excused because he needed the table. I am disabled and cannot stand easily for more than a minute or two. Ten more minutes of standing and I finally had my credit card back. So if you're looking for a place run by an angry, bitter old man, this is your place. As for the food.....meh.

I really want to give this place zero stars. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Horrible part was the service. Talk about rude and stuck up. Acted as if we were an inconvenience to her and just wasting her time. The manager was even worse. As if we were beneath her or something because we complained. Both had that how dare you speak to me I am so much better than you attitude. The disgusting part was the food. Pasta was very overcooked and mushy. The outside was somewhat hot and the center cold which tells me that it was microwaved. And they call this homemade?? Just disgusting. From the appetizer to the entrees to the dessert it was just the worst. We will never be giving this place our business again. Go somewhere else where your business and money will be appreciated. Because these people don't appreciate either.

I really wanted this to be good. Ordered the gnocchi with pesto sauce it was a really small portion for dinner and around 20.00. I thought maybe they gave the appetizer portion by mistake. What's wierd is it was served on top of raw spinach. Most of our pasta entrees were, very strange. Why not saute the spinach at least. I sent mine back and got the Alfredo, again nothing extraordinary about it either, just a beige blob on my plate. Sprinkle some fresh parsley or basil on it. It would take so little effort to fix it.

Desserts are absolutely delicious. If you come here, make sure to get the gooey chocolate pudding. So rich, but just thicker than a pudding. The Nutella cheesecake isn't really a cheesecake, but nevertheless still fairly good.

The food was really good and everyone was nice; however, my pizza had to be redone, which took awhile, & I wasn’t able to eat with my family. Mistakes happen, but they didnt offer a free dessert or offer to comp anything. They gave us the original pizza to take home (that came out incorrectly) but the added time delay was worth maybe a free dessert or comped pizza.

First time there for lunch. Meaty Calazone big enough to share, got side Caesar ($5 for half a salad is a little high), seemed to be premade, was a bit too soggy for my liking. Overall spent $15 on half calazone, half Caesar, and a slice of Italian Creme split 4 ways. Will come back to try something different next time.

We had a very good meal. I have to note though that their homemade spaghetti are a bit thick, more like buccatini size. I had carbonara which was good and everybody else liked their meal as well. If you have room, their desserts are tasty too. Even though I didn't think their tiramisu or creme brulee were classic, they were still good in their own way.

My boyfriend and I go to Flips often and LOVE it! They make all their pasta from scratch in house and have some of the best tortellini and Chicken Parmesan i've had anywhere! The patio is awesome on a warm day and they have an awesome wine and beer list. The atmosphere is great for an intimate date night but accommodates a large group as well!

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Oklahoma City. The service is always great here, even during peak hours. The food tastes great and they serve it in large portions. I got the chicken parmesan and it was probably enough for two people. There is also a bar with a wide variety of beverages. The restaurant itself is a bit on the small side, so the tables can be camped close together, but it doesn't ruin the experience at all. This is definitely a place that I would recommend for a dinner outing!

Server was good, reason for the star. I ordered the Lobster stuffed ravioli that came with a soup and salad. The soup (tomato basil) was good but I believe it was just spaghetti sauce . I shared the soup with my daughter and we put her's on a plate! You can only have soup if you get the house salad not the ceasar salad. No idea why that is since they are the same just different dressing and one had croutons. Even the lettuce used for each was the same. To top it all off the pricing is ridiculous on the lobster ravioli. The menu said lobster stuffed ravioli topped with additional lobster. Seriously there were 4 medium sized ravioli and a bunch of sauce for $24.99. Some one explain to me where $6 per ravioli is a fair price. Ground up lobster paste in a ravioli is not that expensive. I sent that meal back as I was not about to get ripped off like that. My wife ordered manicotti which was more like a manicotti lasagna but it was good. I shared her meal instead of ordering something else. Oh and dont think you are coming here for lasagna unless you like mushrooms and olives mixed all in it. That's how its made.
