It's yummy and the atmosphere is fun and casual. The tables are clean and the way they put water in a big serving jar so you can keep your water cup full is a great idea. My salad was the size of a McDonald's side salad and I paid $10 for it. The pizza was ok. Not something that stands out against other heavy weights in the area like Hideaway, but the flavor combos are interesting.

New menu. Did away with the vegan/foo foo menu and brought back a mix of the old menu and strong drinks. Not to mention the smoking on outside patio! Hidden happy hour gem again! Thank you!

Sigh. As much as Blu was one of my favorite places to eat and have a beverage, I might not ever come back. A few weeks ago, I ordered the hummus plate as an appetizer and the flat bread chicken pesto pizza and was hovering a toilet an hour and a half later until everything in my stomach was gone. I returned yesterday only to have a beverage with a friend. My friend ordered the sweet potato fries and I didn't touch the plate. When our server came by for the last time, we asked for our check and my friend mentioned she would like to have the appetizer on her ticket. The server brought our tickets back and said "I just went ahead and split the appetizers on both tickets." ????? For someone who manages their finances, I had an allotted amount of money to go out. I paid the ticket, left and then called to speak to a manager/supervisor. I told her the issue and she decided to stand up for her staff. Bad move. I will never return and Blu will not be receiving a good review to my friends and family.

Blu is one of those "we'll take care of you" establishments, where the staff will greet you the minute you walk in the door with a smile, seat you quickly and immediately bring you a drink. The food is top-notch (I recommend "The Man Burger" which isn't on the menu) and available late-night which is nice in a college town where most food services close surprisingly early. Also unique to this establishment is the design, which many of my out-of-town guests have mentioned as "something that could easily be in NYC." One of the managers also mentioned that their fresh fish is one of the best items on the menu. Since I don't eat anything that swims, I'll leave that judgment to another reviewer.

The food (and we came here for the food) is average at best. The salads were drenched in dressing, the salmon was overcooked and the brownie dessert was missing something (I'm not sure what, but it was not satisfying.

I went for brunch on a Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised. Blu is a very lovely place with great food, great staff and great drinks. Blu seems to be the place for a lovely date night. I had the chilaquiles when I visited but am exited to try other items on their menu.

Blu was fantastic! The waitstaff was courteous and professional. Very good price on mimosas. They also have a really cool Bloody Mary bar. We had brunch on a Saturday although I believe their website said they don't serve brunch on Saturdays. I had the pancake of the day which had apples and bacon cooked in. It was delicious! It came with a side of bacon. I could only eat about half of it. My family said their potatoes and grits were fantastic. My son said the All American breakfast was very good. Their bacon might be the best bacon I've eaten. It was lean and cooked to perfection. Everyone loved their food. No complaints!

I made a reservation here with a group of 10 people. The staff was friendly, but the service was really slow. It took a long time to get anything we ordered, and the waitress forgot some drink orders we made. The food was good. I can see it being a better experience if you just pop in with 1 or 2 friends for a quick drink and appetizer.

Good place for a drink and some food. Rather expensive and high class but the beer selection is pretty good. They often carry beers that you cannot get anywhere else in Norman. Service is good as well. Food is quality but portions run small.

The patio is perfect for those summer nights or most nights and is a great date atmosphere. My favorite is the seared Ahi Tuna and Calimari. Just an overall experience that will bring you back again and again.

Went as a group on a Friday evening. At first people were very helpful, the atmosphere is high-end, and I had high hopes that this would be a great experience! Then we were given a waitress who should not be a server. Her attitude was bland, and she seemed out-of-it. After the food was delivered, she never checked on our table. No one asked how we were enjoying our meal. No one got a refill on drinks. We waited ten minutes after finishing our meal before someone from our table had to get up and locate our waitress so we could get our checks. She did not wait for us to grab our cards, and instead walked away and did not come back for another five minutes. All this being said about the service, the food tasted very good! I'm sure the inspiration for the restaurant is to provide outstanding, satisfying, and healthy meals, and I have to say that I believe this has been achieved! The hummus was fresh and one of the best I've tasted! I would definitely recommend getting this. Their pizza was fabulous! The salmon was tender and cooked perfectly! The only thing the table was not very fond of was the mac & cheese appetizer. It wasn't creamy or cheesy enough, and had too many breadcrumbs. So overall I would give this restaurant a 3/5. If I hadn't been thirsty the last half of the meal I would have rated higher.

Casual brunch place. Exciting menu options and fun mimosas. Sadly, they don't write orders down and mine got mixed up. They remedied the situation and tried to do so quickly. Would try again as the vegetarian benedict was pretty good. Things needed some cleaning attention-floor, silverware, etc.

This place is amazing. I travel for work from Fort Collins, and I found this little gem that reminded me of home. Craft beer, delicious affordable food, and service that's so sweet it'll give you cavities. I forgot my server's name unfortunately (I deal with a lot of names and my memory isn't the greatest), but she was very memorable - you don't easily forget purple hair and a gorgeous smile. I had the Mediterranean pizza, a couple craft wheat beers, and a big smile when I left. Definitely going to be a go-to for me when I'm in the area.

I've eaten here once before and the first time had the pizza and the quesadillas, both of which are great. However, tonight I had the filet and it was $35. Not pleased with it at all, it felt more like a $13.95 steak. The patio is great as well, but avoid the steak for the price.

Bruch menu was so unappealing we almost left and the food was terrible. I got the steak and eggs. The steak was so over cooked it was like a piece of beef jerky. My eggs were soggy and had fruit mixed into them. My girlfriend got the all American. The ham was pretty much spoiled lunch meat and once again it was covered with soggy eggs. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST BRUNCH IN NORMAN.
