You can try a flight of mead (honey wine) made from local honey. They also make a delicious Moscow Mule from their ginger mead, and the owners, Bob and Susan, are incredibly friendly and love to explain how mead is made and the history behind it. It's also on the Crafts and Drafts Pass and the Red River Winery Trek so you can kill two birds with one stone and get stamps for each of those here.

Excellent service. We drove up from Minneapolis for a wedding and wanted some mead for the groom's dinner. Even though it was only 3:15, and they didn't open until 5, we called their number and they were nice enough to come down and open up for us. He was kind and patient as we sampled his mead before making our purchase. Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future.
