Lots of people don't realize this winery is in Fargo's city limits -- or even realize it exists -- but everyone should go! The wine is great. When you think North Dakota you probably don't think of wine, but you will after you go to Bear Creek. The winery is beautiful. It's a huge portion of land with a lake feature, outdoor seating, rustic decor, and the owner's private golf course in the distance. Did I mention the wine is great? They try to use grape varieties that do well in the cold ND climate, so you'll get lots of Frontenacs and not so many Moscatos. But what they have is local, and tasty as all get out.
