Could not say more good things about this spot. Love the environment, it is very well designed for actually hanging out and enjoying both beer and wine, not just shopping. As a wine drinker myself I was very pleased with the tap and retail selections. My beer drinking manfriend was impressed with the draught and cold beer options. He says the retail selection features a lot of choices you will not find at grocery stores. The owner-operator hosted us for a private fundraiser event last night and it was a great space for 50 folks to hang out and raise $5k for ALS TDI. Bonus: The final four games were being shown so no one was left out from the event! I took home two bottles of wine and a mixed spiked Seltzer mix pack that I'm looking forward to enjoying soon.

Nice and clean. Very friendly staff and very knowledgable of their merchandise. I bought a 6 pack for like 2 dollars cheaper than msrp so the prices are great. Will go again.

For wine and beer tasting, Falls Village Wine and Beer is the place to go! It has a great atmosphere, several wines and beers by the glass, and also has a fine selection of wine and beer to purchase. The tasting room/shop has comfortable seating at sofas, as well as at the beautiful black walnut bar. All in all, this is the place to visit in Raleigh!

This is a nice little bottle shop. It has a good variety of packaged beer and a tasty selection of rotating local drafts. Plus, the owner, Jim, is a star. A small group of us periodically go in there. Jim has made a point to remember us and greet us individually. He even gives us recommendations based on what we've ordered in the past. Awesome little spot!

Small boutique wine and beer store. But even though it’s a boutique, the prices are great. They have a bar that offers some good wines. The bar also has some great beers. The owner is very friendly and knows his merchandise. He suggests great beverages.

I love this place, its comfortable... the owner runs it, hes had a great atmosphere everytime I've walked in. There is at least 16 beer on tap and a very well selected wine list on tap as well... Its not a liquor bar but it's a great place to sit down and unwind after a full day at work

I was declined service because I appear to be too young. After placing my beer order I was asked to show an identification. I pulled out my North Carolina issued driver's license. After scrutiny and being asked to recite my address that appears on my license (which I did), I was told that I do not look 30. I said "I can't tell if you're giving me a hard time or if you are just joking". I told him I have been in before and he himself has served me. He said I looked too young to be drinking beer. Very sad that I'm not welcome because of my appearance. I never post 1-star reviews but this was truly a 1-star experience.

Such a wonderful place! Jim and Bucky are so fantastic. They are super helpful and help me find exactly what I would like. I'm super difficult in beer types, but Bucky always tries to find exactly the kind of beer he thinks my picky taste would like. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
