I had purchased a bottle of wine for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend and did not find out until it was too late to get something else that their distributor did not have the bottle in stock. I expressed my frustration to the company through email and left a poor review. Today I received a hand written note and the bottle which has since been re-stocked, free of charge, as a "gesture of appreciation and an apology" for not being able to serve me in time. Awesome to see them not only right the wrong but do it with a personal touch. It is very much appreciated and I will shop their online store again in the future.
