they sell wine. automatic 4 stars. slightly pricey but hey.. you're in chelsea! hand it over.

Terrible customer service, selling spoiled wine. They forced me to settle for store credit (after trekking back to the store from Brooklyn), even though I would prefer to spend my money closer to home. I would not recommend this spot--buy your wine at one of the other MANY spots in NYC.

They sold me a bad Fisher for $168 and had two employees claim it was 'just fine' It ruined my dinner They don't even know what they're selling or where are the products if you ask for a specific item. AVOID TO SHOP IN HERE. -- they are crooks Manager has zero customer concern in my opinion. Dirty place, prices higher than other better stores in within 3 or 4 blocks with better staff and better knowledge about what they're selling. WORST COSTUMER EXPERIENCE EVER.
