It is a pleasure to eat here. Their soups are the best! And though I always forget their avocado sandwich is spicy, I love it.

Becky Curran Kekula

A cozy spot with healthy options and a variety of wines. I've tried the avocado sandwich and the yogi bowl, with lettuce instead of rice. Plan to visit before or after a show!

Jeffrey Kolton

The prices are a bit high but it's a really good place.

Robin Pestarino

I had the Bibb salad with chicken. Delicious. Only thing negative was the leaves were very large and had to cut them many times to have acceptable bite size portions. Not a major complaint but being completely honest. The service, taste, freshness, amount, price, quality - all excellent. I'd go again and recommend it.

Great food, good drinks, bottomless coffee. But the only bathroom is shared with the theater, so you might have to hold it in...

A little pricey, but the sandwiches (particularly the buttermilk chicken and the roast beef) are very good.

Delicious food. Great prices for the area.

Charles Soule

Excellent casual place to grab a light dinner before or after Lincoln Center events. Food is fantastic, the service is quick and friendly, the wine and drinks list top notch and reasonably priced. Oh, and really great food. Did I say how much I liked the food? Check it out.

Eric Swanson

Absolutely wonderful menu and really courteous service. Elegant atmosphere but not stuffy

Jessica Boyer

Never actually got to go in because they advertise themselves as open until 11 PM but they put out a sign saying closed before 10 PM "because the kitchen closes early". An odd decision for a wine bar who could simply say, no more food.

Jacqueline Johnston

Had a really, really great chai there! Could use more vegan food options, like more than a banana... Atmosphere was good but not amazingly fabulous, could use more connection to city, it's hard to tell it's there from the outside.

Vivian Wang

Lorraine Helvick

The food is pretty good and so is coffee. Despite what is says on their menu though I would not trust them for people with food allergies. We specifically gave instructions about my son's allergies. Still they brought all the items on one plate including items he can't have. When we said that this would not be ok, they 'solved' the issue by removing the 'wrong' items? Really? Allergies are something different then not caring for the taste of something. Staff may need some training before someone gets hurt.

this place is great for a quick bite before a movie or just a late Sunday afternoon brunch. my favorite sandwich is the camembert and apricot jam on baguette, also the radish and dandelion salad is a perfect compliment to the sandwich. if your in the mood for something sweet the lemon tart is a must. but to be honest everything i've had here is delicious. the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Excellent food and drinks. Wonderful ambiance. Amazing location. BUT without good service, none of that matters. Sadly, our server seemed a little too eager to flip tables. She was frequently “checking” on us, but the subtext was a little too obvious: “order more food? Spend more money? If not then let’s hurry up and get out!” I get it, you need to make money, but it impacted our experience negatively. She didn’t seem too knowledgeable regarding the menu either, but that’s easily forgivable. Here’s the worst, and the reason I sadly won’t be coming back here. At the end of the meal, my friend had paid the majority of the bill, and I had paid the rest (10$). Our server came over and made it clear to me that “I should tip on the total bill, not the 10$.” I don’t want to hear that, because 1) it means you’re more preoccupied with your tip than with my dining experience and 2) you’re presuming the worst: that I won’t remember to tip the full amount. Of course I will be tipping on the total amount. I left 20%. After we paid my friends and I sat and chatted. Dining room was mostly empty. But I guess service stops after the bill. No more water refills, no bye & thank you. The message is clear and a bit too conspicuous: give us your money.

A comfortable nook in Lincoln Center, a bit tricky to spot for first-time customers. Nice for tea, coffee, light bites. Have not gone in evening.

Mike L

Sorry it was just kind of unremarkable, not sure why I have heard such great reviews. Came in after a movie next door, and we felt as if they were doing us a favor to seat us. Unremarkable in suggesting us a wine or allowing us to try a sip. We did try dessert, I am sure it is store bought frozen. I will give it another try to see what the big deal is..............

Zuppe meravigliose!!!!!

Mason Hennings

My girlfriend and I made the mistake of coming here when we were looking for food near Columbus Circle. The potato salad tasted like floor cleaner, the tuna quality was on par with 99¢ canned tuna, and the chicken sandwich was just gross. Spare yourself the pretentious atmosphere and head south closer to Times square for better cuisine.

Andrej Tóth

great to chill

This is a hidden gem.

The food here is fresh and delicious. The well appointed cafe is in the lobby of the movie theater. It is very convenient as well since it is located at Lincoln Center.

Spencer Badesch

Great place to grab a quick bite before or after a performance, but really slow service

Dania Martinez

Love the atmosphere. Great selection of breakfast and lunch options. They also have vegan options

Elizabeth Sun

The food is always fresh and satisfying. The cranberry Turkey sandwich has always been my favorite, and they offer a deliciou selection of pastries. Also a great wine selection should you dine in the evenings. A neighborhood favorite.

Alexandria Rick

This place is really convenient next to many of the performance areas and really reasonably priced. For three people, two drinks total, an appetizer, and two desserts with coffee all around, it was less than $100. Great tasting food, nice wine, and really good coffee. I'd recommend the bread pudding.

Bruce Posner

Excellent food in a festive atmosphere near Lincoln Center. Prices are lower then average and value is higher.

Rodney Brazil

Delicious food and fast, non-rushed service. The perfect nibble before seeing Laura Benanti in My Fair Lady.

Casual and yet classy Cafe next to the Lincoln Center. Offers some of the best coffee and ambiance.

Jose Rivero

Michael Gibbons

Nice food before a movie.

Gerald A. Reisner

Joan Amron

Creative, informal food in a small, attractive setting. Perfect for a post-concert supper. The artsy Julliard group as well as the more stodgy concert goers are equally welcomed. Very helpful waiter to guide you through some of the more esoteric food and wines.

jill cohen

oh so good

Ryan Narain

Rudest service I've ever had from start to finish. Threw our food on the table. Served us appetizers after our entree's. cleared our table right in front of us while we were still putting on our jackets (with half the restaurant empty). never refilled the water. On top of that the appetizers were horrendous. The "soup of the day" tasted like watered down canned tomato. The mushroom and parm bruschetta tasted like raw blended mushrooms thrown on a piece of bread. Worst experience at any restaurant I've ever been to. A million better options than this place in NYC.

Philip Koch

Delicious prosciutto sandwiches. The noise during lunch time is deafening! Very convenient location. Right across the street from Alice Tully Hall

Quick drink with a friend. The brussel sprouts weren't that great, but the atmosphere made up for it.

Christina Moulavassilis

I Always keep coming back.

Needed a meal between movies at the Film Society of Lincoln Center, and this really delivered. The Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich was a great recommendation by our waiter! A good amount of food too for the amount you pay, which is a rare find.
