Excellent tasteful variety of delicious wines- for whatever mood you are in, occasion you celebrating, or for nice glass with dinner at home. And if gifting a wine, you are sure to find an appropriate bottle here. Have never bought a bottle i don’t like at this gem. Bravo Empire State of wine!!

Amazing store - fabulous prices - tailored recommendations. This is the perfect wine store to get unique and outstanding recommendations for very low prices. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and I completely trust them to choose the perfect wine for whatever occasion I'm looking for. They never never try to upsell me (and conversely sometimes tell me, 'wait until the next vintage' or 'honestly this is the better bargain for the same value'). You won't get the standard brands/prices here-- you'll get something better (and if you don't know what you're looking for, just ask!). I can't recommend Empire State of Wine enough!

I went to a champagne tasting and it was phenomenal. The store owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. I didn't get to try a wine they ran out of and they opened it for me. The selection was plentiful. The owners were friendly French, Friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated how they went above and beyond. There were many happy customers!

Thank god I found this place with actual quality wines! I googled wines near me and another store on sixth and 21 showed up. I went in there but everything was so poor that I just decided to leave. Walked down the block to this wonderful shop with a wonderful array of wines. The French variety is especially diverse and excellent. So glad I made that choice! The (French) owners were so kind and helpful. Got a haute-medoc at a lovely price. Will come again whenever I’m in the area!

This is an immpresive store with an amazing selection. They have everything, from value wines to a nice collection of collectibles. But what really stood out for me was the service I received from LV and Eddie, which were very attentive and knew a lot about their products. If you are wine aficionado you should definetely visit. The selection they’ve is mind blowing and to have that easy access to such treasurers is beyond belief, Thank you for saving me a trip to Bolgheri (I’ve seen the prices there and they were ridiculous) Thank you for the next day delivery.
