Had a great time wine tasting here! Beautiful bar area, nice staff and great wine! Wine club members get a free tasting each month. The Daily, with 3 stills and 2 sparkling, is $12, so a great deal. Easy to spend a quick hour or stay longer! Tasting room open till 7pm on Saturday!!

Took my Mom, and had a nice time enjoying the wine selection. We had the "daily special" tasting. It was, of course, great wine, but what makes a place is the personal service. Both ladies working that day were helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, in NM we expect a little conversation, and they were happy to chat. Sat inside because it was too hot for Mom, but will be going back to the patio!!! Cute but small selection of wine themed gifts. Easy access from I-25. Snacks (chocolate,gourmet popcorn) but no food.

This is for folks who like sparkling wine. I do not care for the sparkling wines, although they do have some dry wines as well. They have a nice place that's easy to reach and the folks are friendly there. I would give more stars if I were a fan of bubbly.

Very nice place to come enjoy a glass of champagne or wine. Demi is super helpful if you want to try something new. Their shop has a lot of nice items if you want to send a New Mexico care package to someone also.

our son and daughter in law had turned us onto gruet. we had to visit the winery on our own. we just loved the sparkling wines that they have to offer. the quality is well worth the price. really nice customer service as well.

Lovely wines and even lovelier company. The place is beautiful and the wines are delicious but the best part of our visit was our sweet and wonderful bartenders Laura and Kendra. Best winery in New Mexico by far! Can't wait to go back

Very disappointed in our wine tasting. We've been to many tastings in a lot of places, and one at Gruet before. We were pretty much ignored by our host. We were considering buying a case. They lost the sale.

Previously I had only had tried the Gruet Brut from the store, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the tasting room to try their other wines. It was $11 for 5 wines, all of which were interesting in the own way. I particularly liked the Sauvage, a dry sparkling wine.

We were mostly ignored even though we were the only ones that were having a tasting. Be forewarned, they are under construction till the end of September. Which means you have to use the port o' potty and get stuck in the cold storage facility. The only reason it grey more than one star was because I enjoyed the wines.

Hands down, the best winery in the Land of Enchantment. We were not looking to try any of the sparkling wines--but we're so glad we did. The Blanc de Blanc, the Blanc de Noirs, the Sauvage are all ridiculously good. We can't wait to crack a bottle open with some real stinky cheeses. The sparkling wines always make us feel like we're at a party or a celebration. Gruet winery has some special non-sparkling wines, too. Try the Cabernet Sauvignon, the Red Blend and the Grenache. These are all very good reds (the secret is the grapes are grown out of state). Prices are reasonable and the pourers are very engaging. Enjoy!

The tasting room manager (Regina) is one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever spoken with. She should not (and never again) be a manager. It’s because of her that I will NEVER give them my business again. I have also canceled my wine club membership.

We've been members of the Gruet wine club for years, and it's the best wine deal in the state! It costs nothing to join, but it pays off big over the course of the membership. Discounts on bottles, glasses, gifts, invites to special member-only events and the companionship of a great group of people who are members of the club and regulars at Gruet. The service is always amazing! Kendra and Demi and Matt and Cliff and the rest of the crew are just so attentive and friendly, it's one of our favorite places to spend an afternoon. I highly recommend Gruet Winery, as they have an excellent product and a beautiful Winery to visit. They have an amazing variety of still and sparkling wines. They are some of the finest in the state and there's a handcrafted Heritage behind each and every bottle. Cheers!!

Very nice and charming inside, noisy freeway outside. All the wines were perfectly near and clean. We ended up picking their Merlot and their more aged Pinot, but they were really all pretty nice

Good variety, nice for a drink after work. Their parking lot is small so only good for a small crowd, which can be good or bad if they are busy or having an event. The custom drinks are very good though!

Gruet is the best local winery in New Mexico! The atmosphere at the tasting rooms is amazing and the staff is always extremely friendly, attentive, and personable. The wine club is one of the best things about Gruet especially if you enjoy great still and sparkling wines. My favorite sparkling is the Cuvee Danielle Grand Rose 2012, if you can find it! The Reserve Red Blend is an amazing still! Must visit this amazing New Mexico winery and definitely join the wine club even you are not a local because they ship!

Fraud..The events planner Regina fraudulently placed a charge for $2200 on our credit card even after we made it clear that we did not agree with the charges. We asked to have someone call us to discuss and resolve the situation but they charged the card regardless. Regina is a fraud and does not tell the truth. It would be best to research other wineries who are honest and provide better service. We have sent everything to our attorney to resolve.

2 years after the first review, this vineyard has turned things around for the better. The customer service was excellent. They were very attentive. Quite knowledgable about the wine and prices were very reasonable. I really enjoyed looking at the display of machines along with descriptions of their use when you first walk in. If you enjoy wine I recomend giving this place a visit.

Walked in and found our way to tasting room Had to go thru a room and was not greeted until we found the bar. I wish I had a chance to talk to my hostess more but she was very busy doing something on the computer even after signing up for the club. I had the reserve sparkling tasting and I did find the wines very good. Hopefully next visit will be more fun.
