Beautiful property, decentish wine. The fireworks are nothing to gre& it would've been great if the poop truck didn't start pumping out the port-a-john at 830 pm next to us! They could've at least waited til place closed.

Enjoying a bottle of Merlot and the cozy environment on a chilly Saturday evening. There's a fire in the fireplace and a great choice of music along with the gentle chatter of the fellow visitors. Don't drive past this beautiful spot. I will be returning during the season to see the vineyard being worked.

Ive come to Laurita a few times. Its a very nice property. However, parking is somewhat hard. very small parking lot for big space. Also, today I was at the bar trying to get just a glass of something and stood there almost 20 min with no acknowledgement. The staff seemed to serve others that had gotten there before me and finally I spoke up. Not a good way to welcome people and do business. And also be prepared for astronomical food prices. $13 for a sandwich! and $20 for a small platter of cheese!! absolutely stealing from their customers. I don’t care if the stuff had been imported from Norway! I could buy stuff at Whole Foods cheaper than that! This place is very overrated.

Such an amazing spot to go for some delicious wine and even better food! We are there every food truck event and are never disappointed. The lines do get long for the really good food trucks, but that is to be expected if everyone wants the one thing that only one truck is selling. If you have never been, plan a trip soon. It will be worth the time I guarantee it!

Laurita is such a beautiful location and the festivals are fantastic, but the wine in unfortunately mediocre.. Also, the deli that they have is expensive and there is nothing special about it. Deli meat and deli cheese with cheap crackers makes it nothing to be excited about.

My husband and I have been visiting Laurita Winery for years. The grounds are so beautiful ! The building is unique, rustic and charming. The staff is always cheerful, and helpful. Wonderful place to visit for the whole family! Tasty food selections, and the wine is amazing! Our favorites * Norton * Wind swept white* and ofcourse the Chocolate therapy!

This was a Girl's Weekend Getaway. It was lovely! The wine, the grounds, the people, all we're wonderful. My only complaint was there wasn't very many vendors. Next time, more vendors please.

Super disappointing. We were there this past Sunday. They ran out of food, had attitudes and were totally overwhelmed. Not sure if the two private parties had something to do with it but we were told to be quiet during the wine tasting and when we got to the food they had an attitude and were out of pretty much everything from soup to grilled chicken... I’ve heard wonderful things about this place but I don’t think I would ever recommend them. I will not be back.

The food truck festival at laurita is a don't miss event for our family. They have great sangria although it's a little pricey. The food truck event is outdoors and as such you can expect lots of flies and bees. There isn't a lot of shade either. It's still we'll worth the $5 pre addition. Make sure to bring cash for the food trucks.

The grounds are extremely cute! I came here because I heard about the chocolate wine. The wines were good, but I loved the sangria! The chocolate wine tasted like chocolate milk and alcohol put together so I wasn’t a fan. The lady at the tasting room wasn’t very friendly. I would recommend trying the sangria, but other than that the wine was just okay.

Nice winery to spend the afternoon at. Typical tasting menu. Personal fave were the medium sweet varieties. 15 minute narrated tractor ride, kids play area, and many speciality events.Would prefer if they had more table and umbrellas on the patio. Nice day out.

First time visiting today, and it was terrific. Inside area is relatively spacious. Also features dual bars should the need arise. Staff was friendly and happy to discuss the vineyard and their wines in detail. Wine selection was decent. We also did a tasting which allowed you to sample 6 wines from a possible dozen or so. Despite the frigid temperatures, there were some beautiful views of the vineyard, as the inside area sits atop a hill looking down at the farm below. Looking forward to returning when the weather is warmer and the grapes are in bloom!

Very large impressive building. You can have a sample of several wines. You can also buy a glass or bottle and sit at the many tables to enjoy with some appetizers. I heard they do weddings.

We were pleasantly surprised with this winter. I had heard mixed reviews and actually declined to go one weekend. When we finally went I don't know what the negativity was. I think it's so nice that it gets busy in special weekend events. In any event, I highly recommend this winery for a relaxing day, and of course some good wine.

Shared Easter Brunch there with family this Easter Sunday. No wait for seating and there wasn't a bad seat in the vaulted, sun filled room. The atmosphere was relaxed and family friendly, the food stations were well supplied with offerings of a variety of excellent foods from savory to sweet. The event was sold out but we never felt crowded nor rushed. Wait staff was responsive and friendly. It was a beautiful day so we spent a good deal of time outside taking pictures and just enjoying the well kept grounds. Everyone had a great time. Will definitely be visiting Laurita Winery again for future events.

Laurita is a perfect makes weekend day trip on a warm summer or cool autumn day. The themed food trucks and firepits festivals with live music are amazing. Bring a blanket, chairs, and get their early to get a good spot! Open toed/backed shoes not recommended—there’s dirt!

Food Truck and Firepit events are great. Get there early before the lines for food get too long (lines start growing around 4pm). Always crowded, but typically lots if friendly people. Many come from far away. It's worth the trip!

Perfect Autumn evening with plenty of space to sit near many fire-pits and listen to the live band while drinking great wine. Its the perfect thing to do on a crisp fall evening.

This place is not all that... long lines, long waiting periods for food and to be served... it is cute but they do not have the man power to run this place properly... unless you go you on a day where they have the food trucks, be prepared to STARVE or be limited on what you can eat... if you’re a VEGETARIAN or a VEGAN, FORGET ABOUT IT!! There is pretty much NOTHING for you to EAT!!

I realize most people go when they are hosting a festival (which is often). I recommend going on a regular day shortly after they open. Very relaxing to sit with a drink and enjoy the sights. Also try out the short tour through the vineyard. Lots of interesting facts learned about the history

I went with a group to Laurita Winery for a festival. The wine was certainly the best part (4 stars). However, the outdoor portion of the event did not seem well organized. I waited 45 minutes for a pizza with a short line simply because they had no system of taking orders. In the time I was there, they made 3 incorrect pizzas, which were left sitting out. Food waste is a big pet peeve of mine. Then, the outdoor wine tasting was with a very inexperienced server (maybe friend or family member?). He could not answer questions about the wine, nor make suggestions, and poured a new wine into the same glass without rinsing. Maybe it was an off day, but there are many great wineries in the area so my standards are pretty high. For those searching for a great wine AND experience, I would suggest Valenzano or Tomasello.

Great winery. When I went they had food trucks, hand rolled cigar truck and a band playing. Great family place. They have a small playground for the kids to run. Also fire pits and picnic tables to sit around while you sip your wine. Definitely will be going back.

I feel like this place was very hyped up. First of all, the wine isn’t even great. We did the wine tasting and probably likes one wine and the sangria (although super sweet). I went for the food truck festival which was nice, a lot of options. There’s really not much to do besides try the wine (10-15min total). There’s a lot for kids to do which is nice for parents. Other than that there is a 15 tour but it’s not worth it either.

Came here for the wine tasting and food festival. Beautiful and calming atmosphere as well as great wines to choose from. For whites, I liked the chardonnay reserve. For dry reds, I loved the cabernet franc. And for the sweets, I loved the tailgate red. Cool place to check out if you're in the neighborhood!

I came here during the Oktoberfest festival. Tickets were 8$ a person so they were very reasonably priced. That also includes parking. Came here later during the evening and the wait was annoying to get in to park. Lots of people attend this event. Lots of food trucks and options for wine and sangria if you choose. Tried a couple of red wine options and they were pretty good. They were not the best I ever had but were pretty good. I loved he fire pits they had setup around. The night ended with some fireworks. I have not been here other then the festival, but I heard the land is beautiful. I plan to return again not during a big festival.

Every festival or event at Laurita is always so much fun and so well prepared. There's never unbearable long lines for food or the bathroom, lots of playground equipment and seating. Not to mention the wine is damn good and the grounds are well maintained. It's just a great winery.

My wife and I come here with our kids. The fact that they have an out door area for kids alone makes it amazing. But we like the wines, the atmosphere, the festivals, the people, and so much more. I've never had a bad time and so we decided to become VIP members and come now every few weeks. Great investment and nice place to relax. My kids love coming here as does my wife and our friends and family. Happy to have a place local like this.

Attended their Grape Stomping festival this afternoon (9/8/18). Unbelievable location with a very impressive building. $10 got you a great-looking glass and admission to the festival. They had a good selection of wines - $7 for tasting plus they sold their wines by the glass or bottle. If you have a free afternoon, it's worth the trip.

Laurita's surrounding vineyards are beautiful. If you are going there for the views or wine enjoy, however country dancing is very crowded. The winery has a larger room available but choose to use the smaller one. The instructor is very helpful for new dancers, but there is no where for the newbies to go except on the floor with the dancers, which creates a dangerous situation for tripping and landing on a concrete floor.

They charge $12 to get in. I thought that included free wine samples, but it was $12 to just get in. You have to pay for everything, even for a tiny sample. This isn’t worth it. There also isn’t much to do at all. Just a few food vendors and that’s it.
