This orchard is owned by the Fabrizio family and they are the most welcoming people you can find. We cut down our Christmas tree today there and partook of the free cider donut and hot apple cider. This is our 4th Christmas getting our tree at Windy Ridge. Such a great place!

I live locally so it's at least a bi-weekly stop for me. Great apples, great fall finds like squash, pumpkins and mums. They have animal, a playground, and a tractor ride for kids, and a cafe and wine for the adults! Oh yeah, warm Apple cider donuts.

This place is AMAZING! I have been coming up here almost every year. They have food you can not believe. The sandwiches are so good and their apple cider slush, you need to try. Amazing. Great place to bring your kids, there's animals you can pet and feed, there's apple picking, blueberry picking, which you get buckets of blueberries cheap. The also grow pears. They make their own wines. Great views. Great place to bring the family for a day of fun.

Took us an hour to get here but worth the wait. Fair prices, good apples, clean orchard and friendly staff. Did not try the cafe but over heard others saying how good sandwichs were. Kids had fun on play ground, animal zoo and the tractor ride was well worth couple dollars as the kids got tour of orchard. Kettle korn was awesome, and store had some yummy treats. Planning go back soon try breakfast. The views were breath taking with fall colors. Hoping try walking trail next trip. Just not, bring cash. Says it on there FB but seemed some missed that note.

Windy Ridge is a fantastic place to visit with the whole family. The Fabrizio family has worked to build a place that offers high quality products in a wonderful environment at a reasonable price. They are a shining example of the success of agribusiness in New Hampshire. Our family enjoys our annual tradition of an afternoon picking apples, playing on the playground, exploring the woodland trails, visiting the animals and enjoying the cider donuts. The addition of the winery was a pleasant surprise and we love that other local products are available in the shop. And the drive through the White Mountain National Forest to get there and back (we live 60 minutes north) is beautiful, too ... icing on the cake!

Free parking but the prices for apples and other things were much more expensive than usual in the area. It's understood tourism is key but paying for it is another thing.

There was way more the just apple picking here! I met a friend, her mom and her two son's. We were there for about 3 hours the kids played in the sand box, on the swing set, we went for a short nature walk, we rode a cow train pulled by a tractor, we feed some goat, we ate home made donut that were awesome! O ya and we picked some apples!

The staff is always friendly and remembers you. Their cider donuts are amazing and each breakfast comes with one. Love the mountain views outside on the porch. Perfect breakfast family place.

Very disappointing. I wanted a mix of different apples to try some recipes. I was told the apples cannot be mixed and sold in a bag. (the variety of apples are all the same price) When I asked why I was told no one even knows the difference in taste from one variety to the next and they just don't let people do it. I believe most people in New England do have a good understanding of taste and texture of most varieties grown here. They weren't customer friendly and said NO they don't do it.. I am in my 60's and have never been to an orchard that refused such a simple request, and I have been to many in New England. They are all happy to allow customers to buy what apples they want. NOT Windy Ridge !!
