This is THE spot to get high quality meat. I was looking for beef short ribs (no one sells them in this area), and they had it! Not only did I get a few pounds, but I asked for advice on how to cook it correctly; this gentleman delivered so much knowledge. Wish I caught his name. Mega tall with a dope fade. (I'm a Master Barber, so that's the first thing I see.) Shoutout to your barber, sir. That cut is CLEAN. I'll be back soon!

I called looking to see if they carried brasciole, which I have not been able to find since we moved to NH from Long Island. They do not usually have this, but Matt was kind enough and offered to make six for me with only a little over 24 hours notice. He was so nice on the phone and seemed happy to accommodate a specialty order! It really made my day to be able to get something I’ve been looking for since we moved here! Thank you so much, with the brasciole and hot Italian sausage I was able to make the best sauce I’ve made in a long time. You made this Italian family very happy!

These guys are awesome! Had a turkey from them this year, 26 pounds, for a large gathering. They brined it for me and it was the absolute best turkey we've had. Lots of compliments. They're the only place around to buy dry aged beef. Had a dry aged prime rib roast last year that was fork-cut tender and super flavorful. Looking forward to getting another one from the for New Years this year. Sure, you can buy meat anywhere, but you aren't going to get the quality and service that you get from these guys. Always a pleasure to deal with them.

Customer service and food is always A++. Always willing to accommodate a special request.

I go here when I want quality meat. Yes, it's pricy, but worth every penny. Even the ground beef is great. It's like 2$ more a pound compared to grocery stores, but it tastes way better.

I've been shopping here ever since the Wine'ing Butcher took over the location. Great staff, excellent food. Not sure why the negative comments here. The greater Concord area is well served by this store!

Bought a 3+ pound piece of Beef Tenderloin today which was expensive but it was the most delicious cut of meat I've had in awhile..I kept calling it Meat Butter because I didn't even have to cut it and it just melted in my mouth. Highly Recommend this place and I look forward in going back!!

spent 15.99 a pound for the toughest meat I ever tried to eat. Threw it away!

Was looking for a new butcher shop since my favorite closed. I put an order in for beef Florentine which is usually done with a flank steak a tough cut but tenderized so as to make a tender meat I was assured they used a better cut of meat to make a better steak but unfortunately it was tough like leather and on an inch and a half steak one wrap of butchers twine is not enough to keep the roll from flowering opening and spilling it's ingredients not to mention 4 steaks cost me almost 40$ and I can get a better beef Florentine from market basket, which isn't known for it's meats or produce, at almost half the cost I did like the add of bacon but in the run not worth the money. That being said they do have quality meats but in my opinion it's experience they are lacking I could have done it at home

Steaks, chicken, lamb, and marinated steak tips with super friendly service. Lots of cuts of meat. They have related foods like potato salad and a few vegetables for convenience but these are quite expensive. Try several flavors of steak tips and skip the accessories.
