I'm pretty sure this is what decadence looks like. We had a birthday party there and the servers are all very kind. However, most things are on the expensive side (unless you can casually drop $20 on a drink). They were also going to charge seven dollars per slice of cake we cut on the premises. So, personally, I'd like to never go again.

Hugely overpriced, TGI Friday like restaurant. Could be one of the most overhyped restaurants. We have experienced dirty foot, chair covered with ketchup, stuff that does not look too professional or experienced (mostly high school like kids), and NOTHING on the menu that makes it memorable except prices they charge 9 year old kids for sugary drink with ice ($39!). If you have a chance, it is much better to take your kids to one of many restaurants around it, where they can try good quality food in historic, family owned places and experience real New York. The beautiful image of New York unfortunately is littered with number of “get rich quick” schemes like Sugar Factory where people with no relation to food business or food culture take advantage of misinformed visitors.

It was nice. Love the experience. My only complaint is because its so busy reservations does not mean you will get it on time. We waited an extra 30 min before getting our table. Also wish they had a better wait area. My daughter and her friend couldn't get their candy because it was soooo pack.

Their food is alright, spinach artichoke dip is FANTASTIC, and drinks are very good, too. I will say drinks with lemon, lime, pineapple, or guava are especially good for masking alcoholic taste should you choose to make your drink alcoholic, but if you have kids or need to stay sober for the night you can order any drink non-alcoholic as well. Great place for those with a serious sweet tooth!

What an unbelievable experience for my 12 year old daughter. They treated us so well, food was amazing, and the staff among the best I've ever had. Perfect spot for a kids bday. Well done. Highly recommend. Now I have to take a nap!!!

A real disappointment, the food is good, if it's cooked correctly and in a timely fashion. The wait, with a reservation is almost an hour, another half hour to get your first drink, another half hour to get an appetizer then the main course comes, I ordered surf and turf, medium meat, was well done, the mashed potatoes were ice cold and the lobster was cold. Sent it back, waited another half hour, meat came back great, lobster was worse than before. Mashed potatoes finally came back hot thankfully. Good thing was they didn't charge for that meal and all in all they are reasonably priced. If you have 4 hours to kill, then go ahead and eat here but not worth it to me.

If it weren’t for our sweet kind waiter Gabriel and the decent burgers I would give 1 star. This place is way too overhyped. The staff besides Gabriel seemed unprofessional and disinterested. The prices are higher than the online menu. The milkshakes are more cool whip than actual icecream. The fries tasted old, like they were refried, basically the worst fries I ever had. We won’t be returning here, a waste of of money!

This was a horrible first time experience ever!!! We were referred here for my bachelorette party. Just a small dinner. I thought that this place looked fun on the website since it had candy. Therefore, I made reservations and once we got there, we were told we had to wait regardless. We waited for a good 15-20 minutes after. I was thinking, why would we have to wait if we had reservations?!? Next we finally got seated because it looked like a table did not show so we were up next (shocking). Then, my friends and I ordered drinks. The waitress appeared nice, but came back with our drinks. One of the drinks did not appear to be what was on the menu. She orders a mudslide and there was no chocolate syrup. If this was a “classy” place, the waitress should have come over and informed us that giving us the option for another selection. That was not the case! Instead, the waitress chose to lie to us and tell us there was no more chocolate syrup. The “sugar factory” ran out of chocolate syrup, meanwhile the table across from us, got their food after us, we saw all the milk shakes that had CHOCOLATE SYRUP!!! I was embarrassed and livid for my friends. Next our entrees came out an hour and half later. She served me my French onion soup which was cold, the bread did not taste what it’s supposed to taste. Something told me that it was reheated. Finally, when our entrees came, I ordered fish tacos it had chips on it. My whole table were wondering why was there no salsa offered with the chips because you don’t eat tortilla chips without some sort of sauce. I ate my fish tacos which was mediocre and again appeared to be reheated. I later flagged down our waitress who was seen happily cutting fruits with the bartender not looking on us or any of her tables which was why she was late to attending our food! I asked her if there was something that would come with these chips? She told us again that they were out of salsa and offered me marinara sauce instead?!?? Who eats tortilla chips with marinara sauce?!?? Like what kind of low educated people do you have working here?!? I’ve never been so livid in restaurant my whole 34 years of life! This was absurd! Clearly, she didn’t want to do her job and was lost her mind with her ridiculous responses!!!! I wanted to complain then, but my sister had to hold me back. She didn’t deserve the tip my sister kindly had given. In fact, this waitress should’ve fired!!!! How do you have a job?!? Lol this place is all hype! It’s not a good restaurant! I will never come back since it literally gave me a bad taste in mouth. Literally speaking!!! What an embarrassing establishment.

As a family we went for my son 16th birthday he had a great time the the Sugar Factory the food was sugary as far as what the sign stated and what was sold in the store it exceeded our expectations it was worth the videos and all the time to see my son have a great time

Overpriced and overrated ... Only go if you desire to take a picture with a drink cup you can't take home for $49 dollars. Ask the bartender to go easy on the ice. The cup is mostly filled with ice and dry ice. The food was not the good. The guacamole was sent back it was tasteless. No tomato no seasoning. It's on a weird corner also. I will stick to the one in Vegas

I’ve never done a review before, but I felt like this needed to be done. I went with my friend for her sweet 16 in October and I loved it. I had a great time and it was fun. I decided to go there for my sweet 16 in November and it was horrible. I had reservations set up so I didn’t have to deal with waiting and we could come in and eat. My friends and I came in a limo and we were 15 min late, but they have a 30 min grace period so we should’ve been fine. It was so crowded it took a while to reach the table where I could talk to the employee. They said I was late and they have our table away. Even in the time I reached the area to talk to the employee, I was NOT late. I had to wait 30-45 min to get a table. The limo I came in had to wait for my friends and I to finish so this took away my time to eat there. When I was finally able to get a table, they table didn’t even have the right set up. I wanted a set up for my friends and I to sit at and another for my parents and siblings. I had to set up the tables myself for MY sweet 16. It was not fun at all and I was super stressed out. The food was ok. They did give a lot of food so I had left overs. The place was very crowded and it was hard to hear what other people were trying to say. Adding on, it took a really long time for the waiter to come back with the food and simple items like a cup or napkin which is available right near the area I was sitting. In addition, I had a mysterious charge on my bill that was not discussed when I was talking to the lady who books everything for me. It was also very expensive (and the additional charge was around $100-200 more), but that’s normal (except for the mysterious charge) because it’s a popular place. Overall, I had a bad time and I would never come here again.

Good thing my girlfriends and I made a reservation it was packed. Reservations were back up but it’s definitely worth the wait. We ordered the peach goblet drink, cookies and cream milkshake and a shared platter. Everything was so delicious. The service was amazing. I think our waiter was Raj-outstanding and fast. Sugar factory American Brassiere in ny Event coordinator “Jonathan Santos” was not helpful at all. All I wanted was the birthday girl goblet for my birthday and it’s just a bunch of confusion. There’s no instructions online either. Very frustrating.

Waited 40 minutes for burgers. When the burgers came they missed out 1 order too...probably gonna have to wait another 40 mins. Am writing this review cos I have nothing else to do while waiting. The one who sat us down was really rude too. Tried to squeeze 7 of us into a booth and when we said that it was too small she told someone to move over cos she saw some "space". Gave us 6 glasses of water instead of 7. Just really underwhelming. Food was okay.

Tons of fun for birthdays. Beware of the delicious fishbowls and other drinks that will give you a massive hangover because of all the sugar! And definitely get the mac and cheese balls.

Yes, yes, yes! I loved the experience start to finish. Let’s be honest, you’re going here for the experience, but the food is actually great! My milkshake was as tall as my head and I loved every minute of it. It was very busy, even though I visited after a typical lunch rush, but they were well staffed, service was good, and I was very happy all around. This is not going to be the cheapest place you visit, but it’s totally worth the splurge for the experience. I did not drink, but the table next to me ordered some type of smoking alcoholic beverage and it looked fun, fantastic, and they told me it tasted outstanding! My milkshake was excellent. Over the top, chocolate to the max, and full of sweet treat and surprises. I can’t recommend this stop enough for a visit to NYC!

Ridiculous! Seriously. You will pay a hefty check for the pleasure of going into a diabetic coma. They take full advantage of their young patrons who think this trendy place is cool enough to put up with too few waitstaff for a busy and rushed experience. The kids love it. I'm thrilled that I only needed to show up with my credit card and didn't have to join them.

I would not give this sugar factory a star at all but unfortunately you have to give it a star in order to give out your review But I went to a birthday party for my niece and the service there was horrible the waitress only came to us twice out of the 2 1/2 hours. In order to get our food we had to approach them the waitress three times then we sat another 20 minutes waiting for them to serve us had to go and get them again for another 20 minute wait ,after the food was done we sat there and waited another half an hour in order for the desert to come and we would’ve waited longer had I and my sister not gotten up and asked what was going on with the desert ,so therefore I recommend that people do not go to this sugar factory it is absolutely horrible.

This place has a fun atmosphere, great drinks, great food, and GREAT desserts! The waitress I had was also very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was the wait. I had a reservation for 8 that didn't get seated for over an hour past our time, and service was consistently slow. This was definitely due to the popularity of the place, not quality. So if you go, have a reservation, budget extra time, wear loose pants, and have fun!

Not sure what the hype is about this place. I think it’s over-rated and highly priced. Not enough alcohol in the alcoholic beverages. My food was blah. Popcorn shrimp (nice sized shrimp) not enough seasoning. Marinara sauce taste like it came right out of the jar. My plate was hotter than my food. The lighting is extremely dim on the lower level making it difficult to review the menu and the music is entirely too loud with on techno music. I am happy to have experienced it, but it definitely not something I would do again. Not to mention the “waiting area” is like a zoo. In/out, move around, turn sideways, move to the side move to the back. Eh!

You should probably make a reservation just to be safe because it's so popular and I finally understand why. The place is so cute. I love the theme and decorate and the cone of the place. Went today father’s day 6/16/19 place wasn’t crowded at all we had reservations for 12 we were sat immediately Anthony (gm) and Ivan were gentlemen and Janae the hostess were all very hospitable to my family and I. Came here Saturday evening for a friend's birthday! The postive: the restaurant has a cute decor, great atmosphere, and awesome spot to celebrate birthdays and my bubble gum Martini was delicious. The negative: the prices are ridiculous (to expensive). If customers are paying 39 dollars for a Goblet at least let them keep the glass, this location has No area for customers while they wait for a table. Everyone is crowded at the door and its impossible for the staff and customers to maneuver.

Visited this location last Friday afternoon. Our server was Cola Sweet, she was great. Cola is upbeat, very attentive, and extremely well versed in the food, beverage, spirits and dessert menu. The ambiance is relaxing with a contemporary, elegant and quirky decor. We had burgers, shrimp, fries, scalloped potatoes and The Peace, Love and Harmonie cocktail. Nothing remarkable about our meal or cocktails. The portions are huge so we had no room for dessert. I'd like to revisit to try their shakes and desserts.

Considering that this place is supposed to kids friendly, I saw 2 death traps in the restaurant. My kid walked to the candy area right by the stairs with picture gallery and they hung out around there since we were waiting for the cap. I went in there and there was a HUGE gap (at least a foot) that if my 3.5 year old daughter leaned on she could have easily fallen off. Another one you can go around the wall besides the stairs that go up and there were just NO FENCE whatsoever. It was literally just a cliff. So kids could just walk around there and just fall off. I mean this should be prevented before anything bad happens.

Came for a friend's birthday but I don't have a sweet tooth. I ordered the blue cheese burger and wouldn't recommend it but the "energy bear" goblet drink I ordered was amazing except for the fact that it was easily the most expensive drink I have ever ordered. $40 for a goblet.

Ugh - what a tourist trap. Definitely for people with kids or those who are seeking just a pure sugar rush. Locals and people with taste - stay away. I made the rookie mistake of believing open table’s version of their menu that lists savory crepes and a lot more than what they actually have. Well, not only do they not serve savory crepes, the sweet crepe was so awful and undercooked that my sister vomited her food minutes after leaving the restaurant. The pancakes were like paper.

I usually love this place. However, my most recent visit was the worst! At first, it was a normal visit. I was eating out with some friends and my boyfriend. Our waiter took our order. This time however, our waiter didn’t give us our drinks until 25 minutes later! On top of that, he gave us drinks we didn’t even order! We kindly told him and he fixed the issues. I ordered the fettuccini alfredo with no garlic sauce on top. And what do I get? garlic sauce. My friends order burgers with no onions and of course, it had onions (they are both allergic to them). What would’ve happened if they had taken a bite? we told our waiter and he was extremely rude and started having attitude! He said that we never gave special instructions. After that, I asked him if our basket of fries was going to take long. For a second he looked confused, the couple next to our table told the same waiter that they didn’t order fries, after taking some and adding ketchup. Our waiter grabs those same fries, heads to the kitchen, waits 2 seconds and returns with our basket of fries. I decided to take a look, they were the same fries the couple had! We decided it was too much, ask for the bill and left! Definitely never coming back! Do not recommend it at all.

My first time here. I heard so much about it. Candy themed eatery. Interesting how they brought it all together. I had the burger that came with the plátanos on it. Very good. I wanted to try the Mac n cheese burger. The one 40$ bowl drink I had by myself, with alcohol, did not affect me whatsoever. That's disappointing for a 40$ drink. I wouldn't want a juice with candy for 40$. They do have smaller sizes available. This location is 2 floors, definitely the one you'd want to go to. The Times Square location is not a sit down location. Go to this one. Enjoy and try different things.

An amazing visit. Arrived for a reservation at 11 and staff was ready to go. Atmosphere is fun and wondrous, kids and adults alike. No coffee available, but really didn't miss it. Lots of sweet, but the bits of savory help to find a nice balance. Entrees are sized well, but no too large. Drinks and shakes can be shared easily. From out of town, i would visit this again if possible. Was a fun place.

It met all the expectations of the hype its been given. I was not dissapointed. I need to come back and try more stuff. The shakes are pricey, but you are getting a good value. There was alao a bunch of kids and families as well as a trendier crowd and young professionals. There was a space for everyone. I was dresses in a polo and plain maxi skirt, my table neighbor was dressed in a satin evening dress with strappy black heals yet no one felt out of place.

Cola Sweet is the best bartender in this entire place. She is the reason I will come back. The bar is so well ran and operated I had a 5 start service the owner of this establishment should be so proud of its staff and cola. This was my first time at The Sugar Factory. I was chaperone as we took our kids there. The food was delicious I ordered the mini sliders which came with a rubber duck with The Sugar Factory logo on it. All of our youth said they enjoyed their meal. The decor was awesome which the youth used as the perfect background for pictures. The only negatives I have is it took more than 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Also we were able to fill up goody bags/containers with candy. As I was eating my candy I noticed there was a hair mixed in with it and I immediately threw it out. I will be returning to sugar factory with my family in the future however I'm unsure if I'll be getting more candy from the candy selection.

The food quality of the sure factory will amazingly amaze you. They have a lot to choose from and the prices were just right for a night out for dinner. The drinks were I can say a bit over price, but make up in quantity adding a more sugar, more candy and yes more alcohol to the mix. The presentation overall was impressive and the customer services was top of the line awesome. Recommended for a sugar rush and a fun night out. Live, lov and experience the wonders of candy

Went for my daughter's birthday. If you are going, it won't be cheap... But it's worth going overboard for a good time. The sparkler candle is $5, didn't know that, but I get it. Small but fun atmosphere...there is an upstairs and a downstairs to the restaurant. Entrees are on the larger side, servers were awesome (helpful and good personalities). Advise early Sunday dinner....reservations a MUST

Very much not worth it. I had the rainbow sliders, fries, and two 'insane' milkshakes. The two stars here are for the fries, which were good. The sliders were dry and tasteless. The milkshakes were okay. Nothing special other than them looking cool and being instagramable. Way way overpriced. The service was basic. Everyone celebrates their birthday there so be prepared to hear the staff sing happy birthday every 10 minutes.

Went here about two weeks ago with my friend. The inside, not the cleanest. We were on the main floor. Menus were dirty and tables were old. We didn't really get anything to eat except for the sampler. Food too expensive and doesn't look appetizing. Only good thing we had was our drinks and the chicken wings and onion rings from the sampler.

This is a total one time experience restaurant. The drinks and shakes are really cool for the kids but the food is nothing special. It's regular food that you can get anywhere. It is also on the pricey side but again your paying for the experience. There is no parking around lunch time and the parking garages are not that close. Expect a long wait and once you're in there it takes a long time to get food and drinks and shakes. It was cool for the kids but I don't think we will go back.

Best place ever. I celebrated my friends birthday here and it was an experience. The food was delicious and the staff were so nice. They shut the lights off and turned on the disco lights to sing her Happy Birthday. It was awesome. Definitely will be going back.

PROS: This place has the best milkshakes in the area. At the same time, their food is amazing and the wait staff is on point. The place is clean and the service is very fast! CONS: being that it's in the city, obviously there's no parking. Besides that, the menu is to jumbled with words making it hard to read while it's to big. Everything is overpriced, even for the city, and the place inside is cramped. The bathroom is also just a one person bathroom that both genders have to share. OVERALL: it's a great place with their food and milkshakes but it's very inconvenient in many ways. Dine with caution

Waited for table over hour ago. Got seated by the bar area. Ordered buffalo wings and burgers and drinks. Waited another hour and wings and burger never came. Meanwhile people came after us and got their food. Hour later after I finished my drink that I couldn’t finish cause it was so inconsistent and sweet I paid 100$ for 2 drinks I left. Very bad service.

We made a reservation and they took us 1/2 hour late, not a big deal but there was no communication and people were angry and waiting in a very small space. The food was actually really good, the service was SUPER slow but I think it's more about the cool drinks and shakes and they did not disappoint. Just know you need extra time here for slow seating service and food arrival and you will have a great time!

Pretty good, but not sure what all the hype is about. The bathroom was disgusting, the exhaust fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 3 years and there was grime all over the ceiling. We ordered the fondue which was just a bowl of melted chocolate with no flame and they had run out of fruit.

Cute place to go if you have a sweet tooth. They have non alcoholic beverages and warm heavy meals if you're not to big on sweets. Perfect for a birthday! Just be warned it is a bit pricey but you're paying for big portions.

Long wait, loud, low on utensils. Waiters need training and condiments should be at hand prior to food arriving; non finger foods need utensils. Ordered fish and chips the fish tasted oily, KFC mashed potatoes are 100% better. Chicken very dry and the list goes on. The Mac and Cheese was delightful, and milk shakes. Get the kids their over priced candy while you are waiting to be seated, having their goody bag will distract them with excitement. Over all not worth the wait if you want a good meal.

The food was not good. There is is not a great variety to pick from. The simplest on the menu, burgers, had to be redone bc they were overcooked. And its grossly expensive. A drink cost 49$ that you can get from bbq for like 20$. And the bathroom was disgusting. With that being said the ok overall experience was nice. The music. The ambiance. The candy shop up front. The happy birthday package you pay for when they come out and sing you happy birthday was awesome. I wont come here on my own for a second time. And I deff would do my birthday here.

Great for birthdays, but go for the drinks and the dessert not the food. Just took my family here for my mom's birthday. We had a reservation, but it took 20 minutes to seat us. Not a big deal and understandable as the place was packed! Unfortunately, waiting was the theme for the night. Drinks took anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour and food took over an hour to come out after we ordered it. My burger was pretty good but nobody else liked what they ordered. Now that being said, all the drinks were really cool. The goblets have dry ice so your drink has a cool smoke effect and the martinis all taste great, definitely on the sweet side but what do you expect from a place called the sugar factory. But after all the sugary drinks, we weren't in the mood for dessert and just ordered a brownie ice cream sandwich so my mom could get a candle. and although i can't attest for the taste of many desserts, all the ones that came out of the kitchen looked great and had fun presentations for the birthday's.

If you enjoy posting social media photos that look fun and exciting perhaps this is the place. The food is mediocre, Coney Island board walk food at a higher price. Server said they had the best fries?? They weré salty. I had fried breaded cod fish, it was reminiscent of NYC 80's public school lunch. If your a foodie, and you love great tasting, innovative creative, fresh food, this is not the place for you. Save your money. Gives off 42nd Street tourist vibes.

Sugar Factory is really for tourists who are willing to pay $11+ for milkshakes and other drinks that are very eclectic looking and not really edible because of the everything and the kitchen sink added to it. The interior is quirky and the music, which is blasted to ear splitting levels is what you would find in a NYC dance club and not suitable for families or children, which the place is supposed to cater to. If you do visit the Sugar Factory, only go there for their milkshakes and desserts because their regular food items are over prices, bland and sad looking. Their Classic Frosty Hot Chocolate, which is shown here, was delicious. They do make a mean milkshake, but my Ham and Cheese crepe, also pictured here was disgusting. It smelled like vomit, and I could barely eat it. The taste was foul with rubbery crepe, and the inside seriously look like vomit. I almost thought it was expired ingredients, and because of that, my entire visit was ruined. It took me hours to feel better. The service is so-so for a small place. It's very claustrophobic inside. If you want great food with big portions and incredible desserts, say away from the Sugar Factory I recommend Serendipity 3. I have been there a few times, and they have never disappointed, Sugar Factory left me feeling ill after I left there and made me wonder if there were possible rodents in the kitchen because the lack of cleanliness also worried me.

The management staff at this place sucks. Took my daughter there for her 21st birthday and we had a 5:30 reservation and we did not get a table until 7 p.m. and the excuse that we were given was that people were late for their reservations and they were staying at tables over 2 hours which is not my problem. And we will not even offered anything or even apologize to for waiting over an hour and a half past our reservation time.

I was there on a Saturday. Make sure you book before going or prepare to wait. Great experience, but not something you would regularly repeat. There’s a birthday celebration every 10 mins on average. I realized it would’ve been best if we went there after sunset. Lunch was pretty noisy with lots of kids on sugar rush. The mains are okay but the desserts are better. There seems to be a great variation in service. Unfortunately our server seemed very uninterested and/or untrained. Very poor in taking orders.

I had the opportunity to visit this place and I have to say that I really enjoyed myself. This is a unique experience that if you get a chance to, go. This place is very popular. I see that even the kids enjoy visiting as well. You have to see for your self why this place is popular. Your so welcome to take selfies so if you like taking lots of selfies, this is the place. The food was really good, but the appetizer was enough to fill two people. If you have a birthday coming up weather your an adult or have a child,make a reservation to go! Your table will have candles, the lights are a little dim, there's mirrors and lots of candy. Just remember to ask for a candy bag before you leave. I really felt like a kid again!

My beautiful, talented, gorgeous and overall awesome friend took me here as a surprise for my 16th birthday. I got the best Mac N Cheese burger in the world. I think I shared a drink called the Drake with my friend. They have their entire gig of it being all steamy and stuff because of dried Ice in the drink I think. It tasted like peach gummy bears which I loved. My friends conspired against me and told the waiters it was my birthday against my will, so I had the entire restaurant singing me happy birthday as they brought out a treat. I think it was pretty expensive, but I don't really know as my friend payed for me. Honestly one of the best birthday surprises I have every received. Would recommend.

I had to wait infront of the hostess stand for them to finally seat me. This past week was my birthday besides me not having a great birthday week I still tried to “celebrate” with friends and loved ones but I decided spontaneously to go to the sugar factory which I have never been but I’ve always seen their drinks so I wanted to try why not to to the sugar factory to celebrate right? I’ll tell you why you shouldn’t go and especially if it’s on your birthday do not chose this I place to celebrate... I made a reservation for 11 knowing that parking is hard I called a head of time and let them know that we was running a few minutes late for parking as we arrived they checked us in we waited and got sat down by the KITCHEN and than we were served water and was looking thru this HUGEEEEEEEE menu not only was it overwhelming to look at but interesting and pretty cool so I ordered my drinks and so did my LO and friends as we placed our orders I ordered a chicken and waffles and a few minutes later the waiter comes back and said the kitchen stated they can’t make chicken and waffles at this time ..... so than I decided okay let me get the colorful hamburger that reminds me of spongebob colorful patties so as we waited for our food and drinks ... the waiter than brings out a bowl of ice and candy and we waited a very long time just so they can bring our drinks with the dry ice or whatever they use to make the drink my friend than asks how come her drink didn’t have the cotton candy that showed on the menu the waiter apologies stating that he sorry they are out of that as well and he will bring extra candy for her ... she said “you guys don’t have anything here “ he than responded “ look what time it is” I looked and it was around 12:30-12:45 around this time so I didn’t say anything than as I watched around me I’ve watched other who were sat down a while after me got their drinks a lot quicker than my table and their food a whole lot quicker than us but than the food comes out And my party of 4 was served besides my self ... so not only am I the birthday girl which was told to the waiter but my food wasn’t served with my friends which I understood at the time because maybe I waited a little to long to re pick my item I’d had to wait a few extra minutes but than my LO ordered a hamburger with no lettuce and tomatoe and long behold he had to bring his food back because he won’t eat the lettuce and tomatoe but it was told to the waiter when the order is placed because he does this all the time so it was uncommon but he picks up the burger places it in a separate plate and hands it to the waiter I than said to my self if my boyfriend gets his hamburger before me there would be a issue and LONG BEHOLD EXACTLY WHAT I PREDICTED !!!!!!!! The waiter not only brings my boyfriend his food but doesn’t even realize where my food was or anything didn’t check on my or asked my table how the food was maybe if he did he would of realized sooner but anyways I spoke to the manager and it was obvious they completely forgot my order because by the time my food came that I denied btw because my friends already finished eating a appetizer as a meal a surf and turf and a remade hamburger and I yet to get 5 simple small colorful burgers medium rare with whatever fried onions it comes with inside and with a side of fries fries so at this time I was fed up so I wanted to leave as I told the manager that they brought out my food I took one bite the burger was dry it did not have ketchup or the fried onions at this point I was already fed up and wanted to leave because not only did I state to the manager I had a really bad birthday so I really thought coming out here would of made my day but it completely did not ..... I was distraught and disappointed from start to finish and never in my life would I EVER GO HERE OR BRING ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO CELEBRATE THEIR BIRTHDAY HERE IT WAS A COMPLETE JOKE !!!!!!!!

This place is awesome. Kids loved it. I suggest reservations it's always crowded. If it's nice you can sit outside no reservation needed but it can be a long wait for outside tables sometimes.
