It is a big wine and liquor store with an emphasis on wine. They have a vast selection from California all the way east to Australia. The staff is friendly. They try their best to help you select something that would tickle your fancy. I've never bought liquor there but I've seen all the bottle that you usually see on most shelves. One advice, look for the deals. The most expensive wines aren't always the best wines

Mid Valley Wine & Liquor is just great! They have outstanding customer service, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the Wines and Spirits that they stock. They also have a points reward program for each item purchased, provided it is not on sale. They also have a climate controlled wine room. They stock wines and spirits from all over the World.

Stopped at all other local alcohol shops before coming here and regretted all previous stops right away. If you're looking for something specific this place has it or it does not exist. The place is huge and has every alcohol you can imagine even specifically dated wines kept as you'd expect to find at an actual wine vinyard I was genuinely impressed. I came here to get a few specific things for a friend's birthday and I found everything easily. I was also a bit surprised to find out they also accept Visa gift cards so I did not have to use my bank card as I did at all previous shops. The staff was friendly and out of all 3 shops we stopped at they we're the only one to see my friends license and wish him a happy birthday. Thanks for being awesome.

The store as a whole is pretty good, You'll almost always find what you want with a few, critical exceptions. I've asked to be called about certain products and tried to order some things but they never seem to get in contact with me. They have a website with pricing which is helpful however, I've signed up for their newsletter twice in the past year and have received nothing (no, it's not in my spam folder). Anyway for the most part this is a decent go-to store in the area but the Whiskey selection is heavily US-biased. I'm as pro-USA as the next guy but when it comes to spirits, you're missing out. Good luck finding any mid-high end Canadian or Irish offerings, only the basic stuff is in stock, including real bottom shelf stuff. This is evident as the Canadian/Irish section is jammed into a tight corner in the back of the store. Would it kill you to offer something like Canadian Club 9 Year? HUGE jump in quality yet highly affordable for both you and us. Anyway, I can't knock this store too hard as they really do carry a lot, especially wine. It's big and clean. Forget about bargains, this store is priced average to high and I've been around the area to confirm this. The staff is friendly enough but I've rarely came across someone who can truly help me, they generally recommend what's popular. Wish I could give it 3.5 stars but I feel 4 is too much for it's high pricing, poor selection in Whiskeys and lack of newsletter/email deals.

I purchased a bottle of Grand Marnier that had pieces of broken cork inside. When I tried to return the bottle, they refused to let me exchange it. The owner immediately became defensive and accused me of switching an old bottle. She also accused me of buying it at another store. I spent $700 for Christmas at this establishment. The owner was very rude.

Nov 24...We've been shopping there for 20 years. Always a great selection. Not every brand or vineyard, yet a good variety of foreign and domestic liquor and wine. They have a no-cost incentive program that is painless. Helpful staff, with knowledge of the store and the products in it. Competitively priced.

DON'T SHOP HERE! I asked the owner to put 2 bottles of wine aside for me and that I would be in soon to get them. I then called back later on that day and stated that I got stuck at work but I will be in tomorrow night after work to pick them up. I even asked the girl on the phone to verify if that was ok. She convincingly stated that was absolutely fine and not to worry. Neither person at this store told me I HAD to be in to pick up the wine at that moment. If they do, they are liars. I was even told after verification that it was okay to come the next. I would have made other arrangements if I wasn't lied to. When I went to pick up my 2 bottles of rare wine, they were sold to someone else. This place is terrible at customer service and the owner has a large disconnect with his employees. Dishonest, unorganized and rude are just 3 of the many adjectives describing this establishment and the people running it. I couldn't believe in the attitude i received when I was asking why. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! I'm all for the small shops over the big retailers but in some cases like this, I'd rather buy from Total Wines then here. Hopefully this establishment can change their dishonest ways... I will never shop there, neither will a lot of people i am friends with.
