Remove the expectation of the American dinner plate and embrace the shared experience of an affordable fine dining experience. Everything is cooked to perfection and the conversation revolves around sharing your favorite dish and discussing the evolution of flavors. Everything is ordered small, but there is no false advertising, you know what you are getting into and you will leave perfectly full.

Great service! We tried the bone marrow, carpaccio, Caesar’s salad, beets with goat cheese, and prime filet flat steak and ALL of it was delicious! Extensive wine menu! I would dine here again!

So, whoops! I looked at the menu and saw dishes on average for $15 a piece and I thought it seemed like a pretty nice deal for Vegas, and we needed a place to eat before going to Le Reve. My mistake! This is a tapas bar, so they are all small plates. For approximately $15, I got 3 crab lettuce wraps, which were tasty, but left me wanting more. A glass of wine was upwards of $15. So, it was pricier than expected. But, other than my mistaken expectations, it was a lovely, intimate restaurant with great service and delicious food.

BEST BRUNCH SERVICE EVER! We visited here and were hoping to get lunch, but when we arrived they said they were only serving brunch. We were kinda bummed, but decided to stay anyway. Best decision ever! The brunch is amazing, it's served a la carte and the food just kept coming and coming, it was delicious. With bottomless mimosas and mojitos, we ended up staying for hours, and it's still all we talk about when asked about Vegas. Can't wait go back!

There's really two different places here. There's a main room that's pretty traditional bar/wine bar styling on steroids. It's beautiful. There was also a big group there, and they were loud. So, we were fine being seated in the second room. Our area was like sitting in a great living room. A couple chairs a sofa and a large coffee table arrangement. There was a beautiful view into the garden. Our seats were near the door between the rooms. The door really needed to be open so there was a breeze to cool the place down, but when the door was open there was a lot of noise from the party in the other room. The food was a bit of a mixed bag. Some was excellent. Some was just OK. So, in the end, it was a bit of a mixed bag. If I was staying at Wynn/Encore again, I'd give it another try. However, it's probably not worth the amount of effort to get here as a destination place. At least not for me. Still, I liked it enough to be a fan.

The restaurant concept of La Cave Wine is unique and really cool. The buffet comes to you, as servers walk around with different dishes and offer them to you at your table. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. My group was seated on the terrace, at a large table that had a view that overlooked the Wynn garden and the High Roller. The service here is great and the waiters did a great job. It was a little hard getting some of the waiters attention but eventually we ended up getting what we were looking for! They were really knowledgeable on their wines and what paired well with the foods. We took a few of their recommendations and had absolutely no regrets!

By far the best restaurant we’ve ever been to! The most amazing food, the most amazing service, so good that we had to come back two nights in a row for dinner. One of the main reasons we came back was for the amazing service by our server, Shawndra, and the manager as well. She was super nice and amazing. They helped us celebrate our engagement in the most amazing way. We got the 3 sausage flatbread with marinara, meatballs with creamy polenta, short rib tacos with avocado crema, grilled chicken kale Caesar salad, the s’mores flatbread, and the Binet donuts with dipping sauce all my by world famous chef William DeMarco, With more celebratory champagne of course. We will definitely be back!

Went in for drinks and appetizers. Seated at the bar, excellent friendly service from host to bartender. Very friendly and welcoming. Drinks were expensive and served in smaller glasses with a stingy pour. If your going to pay for a drink and it's served in a smaller glass, at least pour a solid drink. Small plates were very tasty. Both taste & creativity of plates were excellent.

Waste of money. Food is okay, not exceptional. Servers were friendly but lackadaisical at best. All you can drink menu is a real ripoff as all the drinks offered are premade, some from a mix. Halfway through our “experience” our severs stopped attending to us. Was prepared to pay for a great experience for my sons birthday and was sadly disappointed.

While it's listed as a "causal" (rather than fine dining) restaurant on Wynn's website, there is nothing inferior about this place. The overall experience makes it one of the top restaurants in the resort. Richly flavored small bite dishes - so everyone can have a wide range of tastes. Very good selection of wine to experience by the glass or bottle.

We came here with friends on a Sunday night here in November 2014. While they did have an extensive wine list, we didn't have an opportunity to try the food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived around 9PM. I opted for the tasting flight of bold red wines ($40 for 4 half glass pours). Everything would be fine, except that when I pay $20/glass of wine, especially a tasting flight, I'd expect a little bit of feedback from the waitress as to what to expect from the wines. She basically just threw the wine in front of us and put a piece of paper in my hand with the wine description. The wine was quaffable, but certainly not transcendent. The Wynn hotel seems like a nice place with good restaurants, but this didn't seem to be one of them based on my average experience.

You won't find better food on the strip, however you will spend way more money. We loved it!!! These guys should be around for a long time.

To me it felt like La Cave had an identity crisis going on. The food was good and small plates that were for sharing - which everyone in my 6 person table liked. The atmosphere was extremely dark, like a romantic date place. Yet there was an enormous TV playing a football game which was really distracting. On top of this the prices were higher end. So pricy date type atmosphere, but sharing plates and big bar-type TV. I would have rather La Cave would have gone with the sports bar feel or date night feel, not something in between

We rarely choose to eat in the casinos, but was intrigued by a "butler" style brunch. Cannot recommend this brunch enough! We had an 11A reservation and walked by a LONG line snaking down the hall to the buffet. We were seated right away at a comfy table near the window. We ordered the "bottomless" drinks, which, were indeed, bottomeless! What was unique is that you had 6-7 different options and could change throughout the brunch (bloody mary, sangria, mimosa, sparking wine, mojito, margarita etc). And our waitress was NOT shy about bringing us drinks :-) The food is walked around by waiters and you choose what you want. As often as you want. It's a buffet that you never have to stand up for! My favorites were the cornflake crusted french toast and the truffle grits. My friend really enjoyed the yogurt parfait and filet eggs benedict. Chicken and waffles and short rib hash were also a favorite. For the nearly SAME price as the buffet, I would definitely recommend this classy experience.

After eating here feb 11th I got extremely sick I have Diarrhea and headaches after calling them to let them know this they were rude and accused me of lying saying that this isn't their fault it was the only place I ate and I was the only one who ate the beets. They are rude and don't care they are not worth getting sick over period
