Friendly place with a great selection. I was getting off work and wanted something tasty and refreshing. I did a search for liquor stores near me and while there were many options my spidey led me to this place. The store is nicely decorated and things were easy to find. I also received my frequent shopper card and stamp so I will be back!

Great store to be in the Tribeca area, the prices are reasonable, especially considering they stay open until 12am most nights except for Sundays and have free delivery. The staff is friendly and if they can't help you, they always refer you to someone who will. So if you are in the neighborhood stop by, you will not be disappointed,

A well-stocked, friendly store! I was looking for a gift and found that this place carries a nice selection of Italian wines. They even carried two different Aglianico, a red that you can't find in many stores. The staff is pleasant and helpful. If you need a spirits store in TriBeCa, try this place out (fair prices, too).

Bad bad bad. Staff completely ignored me. I asked an African American lady at the register a question and she didn't acknowledge me at all. I asked again and the girl beside her had to acknowledge me. Extremely overpriced. I agree with a lot of the reviews stating the bad attitude with staff, the high prices and a lack of basic customer service. Don't come here and waste your time. There are better options with friendlier staff and affordable prices.

The staff are very knowledgeable and have given me some great wine recommendations no matter what price point I have given them. They also have a great selections of spirits and deliver in a very timely fashion. Not to mention they are open late, for those of us that don't work 9-5.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I called at 11:30pm Thursday and the lady who answered was extremely rude and condescending. She refused to answer my simple question and hung up on me twice. I called to ask about the vodka they had in stock and also if they have cranberry juice chaser available and with a huge attitude she answered, "This is a liquor store." and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke politely and again with a huge attitude she said "I don't have time for this" and she hung up on me again. It was ridiculous and pretty unbelievable. She was extremely obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. I asked a simple question and was given attitude in response and hung up on. Really have never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional employee before. Will never try to shop at this liquor store again and I recommend you do not either. There are plenty of respectable liquor stores around with good selections AND good, respectable employees. AND no I am not a former employee who was caught stealing from this liquor store. Looks like the owner copy pastes the same bull**** excuse on every bad review. Another example of their TERRIBLE ethics and service. HORRIBLE. AVOID.

Incredibly overpriced, one of the worst shopping experiences in my life, one of the managers is nice but ownership would rather let bottles sit at ridiculously high prices (literally more expensive than any shop online) for 3+ years than sell and take care of their horrific rat infestation downstairs. Thanks for the help before Thanksgiving Broadway Spirits, I will never be walking in your store again.

I don't know how any store that carries wine and liquor can be in a non-climate controlled place. I walked in yesterday (early August evening) and it was hotter inside than it was outside (in the 80's). My first thought was, "How can they keep wine fresh like this?" Their wine selection is very "meh." A lot of bottles from big name wineries that are okay and expensive. I initially happy when I found a reasonably priced Priorat from Spain but when I took it home I found that the wine had turned. It was practically vinegar. Not surprising given the temperature. Sadly, I did not have the time to return the wine... which is not their fault, but given the temperature, I'd imagine quite a lot of their wines are far from optimal.

Worst shop in NYC. They scamed us. We would like to pay with credit card and they said it doesn't work. So decided to make a delivery and should pay 10$ for this. Even after 5 phone calls they didn't deliver! So the birthday present for our friend never came... But our credit cards were debit.

Anytime I'm in a pinch Maggie and her staff are on point and come through! Delivery is always on time and I've never had an issue.

This is my go to place when I'm at my partner's apt in the neighborhood. Staff is always friendly and helpful and they def have the best selection of wine over any other place in the area (Rosé all the way!). We've only ordered delivery a few times but every time it's been super fast even when it was at my apt further downtown. I go out of my way to call them because of the awesome prices!
