customer service is horrible. I walked in and the cash register attendant did not speak at all... no hello, how can I help or I will be with you shortly.. I own a retail shipping store and acknowledging every customer is top priority. Not sure why he ignored me, whatever the reason, it is highly unprofessional seeing that he was not busy. I walked out without purchasing one item and I will not be coming back and neither will my spouse who does purchase wine from that store. All money adds to the bottom line. So if the owner reads this, you may want to consider having a serious conversation with your attendant. If the attendant was the owner, I am very disappointed. You should value all your customers and not take your blessings for granted.

Excellent wine selection. I love Riesling and they had a very large portion of racks dedicated to Riesling so thank you. Well priced with both cheap wine and nice wines.
