Super fun place to spend a weekend afternoon, polite staff, beautiful views, great beer and wine with a unique combination of flavors. There was tons of fun stuff like shuffleboard and bocce for my 13 year old and his friend.

Went to the winery with my wife, my brother-in-law and his wife on Saturday. We had the Minnesota Wine Passports, and we decided to do a tour of the three wineries in Waconia. Of the three, this was our favorite. The winery was just finishing an event when we got there, so it was fairly busy yet. We ended up doing a tasting of the wines, then bought another glass to sit outside and enjoy. The winery itself is very beautiful, set at the top of a hill overlooking a small, but pretty, lake. The Tasting room was very large and well laid out, and even though they were busy, very eager and quick to help get us set up. We will definitely return here to try more of the wine, and also to try some of the beers that they make.

Schram has the best local beer I have ever had. If you are a fan of beer, you need to have the Dirty Blonde. It's smooth, it's not too dark, not too light and has a great taste. The view is beautiful and the staff is great.

This spot!!! This is such a wonderful place to spend an afternoon! Service, selection and price are perfect. Not to mention the location is wonderful— and they have bocce!!! You can’t beat that. I had such a great time, I will for surely be back!

I've been to Schram Vineyards, Winery, and Brewery for many reasons - relaxing with my friends and family, family events, work events, networking events, harvesting grapes, the bonfire, planting vines, and enjoying some time out with my girlfriends. The variety of beverages--wine, beer, and my personal favorite, the raspberry honey wind--and delicious food vendors create a fun atmosphere and this is all supported by appealing building, a spectacular setting, and owners who really care about your experience. If you have the chance to enjoy one of their fun events or just go in to try my favorite raspberry honey wine, you won't regret it!

This winery is the newest edition to the trifecta of wineries in the West metro area that have coined the phrase "Waconia Wine Country". The Schrams have done an exceeding good job of offering guests plenty of outdoor space on terraced patios overlooking the vineyard and Rietz Lake. They have a nice assortment of Minnesota wines and are trying their hand at brewing. I would definitely recommend them as a part of the three winery tour that would include Parley Lake and also Sovereign Estate Winery, where you are likely to take in some live music and pizza. All are within a 5 mile radius of each other and each has its own unique charm. Only about 25 miles from the city, it makes for the perfect day trip. This should give Minnesotans who are yearning for the Napa experience a good fix. There s a thriving wine industry right here!

Visited from Denver with my MN family. Great beer, and better wine! Jana was awesome serving my wine samples. Most small wineries produce extremely sub-par wines. I walked out with 4 bottles! Great atmosphere, even better product, and a top notch staff to make the experience the BEST! I'm coming back when I'm in town.

Wonderful afternoon at Schram Vineyards Winery and Brewery! I brought my team of 12 out for lunch and Vine to Wine tour - it was a beautiful afternoon made exceptional by Ashley and Becky (Scott the beermaster, too!). I hope there are plans to expand the menu to more than boxed cheese trays and frozen pizzas....if food can catch up to the amazing wine, setting, and staff Schram will be a perfect destination for many occasions. You can't go wrong with a Winery and Brewery all in one! They have a new building with a multi-level patio with great scenery and a casual atmosphere. We brought a big group here and there was something for everyone to drink. Would love to go back some night and play bocce ball on their new courts.

A great outdoor-centric venue to have some Reds, Whites, and Brews as their motto says! Nice roomy tasting area, an outside bar, and a really nice outdoor seating area with a great bocci ball pit for some friendly competition. I have not yet had the wines (not sure they are bought by the glass or if it is a tasting fee), but had a good sampling of the beers. Good brews for sure, and I am sure with time they will improve on them. Their German/Austrian styles were solid, their IPAs were above average but not outstanding. One of the few venue's in the cities that caters to both wine and beer lovers! They frequently have a food truck so make sure to check the calendar to see what the good eats are!

The wine tasting was like being in the Napa, Sonoma, Russian River Valley, and the Willamette Valley. My favorite wine was "Bonfire" but they were all good. The venue is a piece of heaven. A wonderful place to enjoy a day in your life.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. There was live music staring at the time we were leaving. We enjoyed the beer flight and the wine tasting. Each wine was smooth and delicious. My husband liked the beers he chose. We also got the cheese plate-highly recommend! It was great to get out of the city for an evening on gravel roads and grain silos.

The wine was so good bought my first two battles of Great wine for a reasonable price, 24 bucks for the more expensive one which is still good.. Support local !!! Schram is probably my favorite of all Minnesota/Western WI wineries I have been to so far. It's a beautiful place, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible wine. We did a tasting of 6 wines, and I liked all of them (which is rare!) They also had Arcane Kitchen food truck there when we went, and the food was AMAZING. I highly recommend going to Schram, and extra highly recommend going on a day that Arcane Kitchen is there!

This is the perfect setting for a summer afternoon/evening. Corn fields to the east, lake to the south, vineyards to the west... Schram is the definition for what a Minnesotan winery should be. They further diversify their offerings by being the only winery in Minnesota that also brews their own beer. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend Schram.

The tasting as a non-club member is not good. You have to buy bottles of certain kinds with no option to taste and very catered to the club members. Very well staffed with a wonderful greeter. However, many people waiting for service.

Loved the atmosphere here! We came here for an event and had a great time! We were able to play some bocce ball and hammer schlagen while sipping on some great wine and beer. The only thing I thought could have been better was the customer service. We got there 15 minutes before samplers were to be over however they refused to serve us them.. it was disappointing since we were looking forward to it.

What a perfect place for an afternoon glass of vino with the girls! The wine was delicious and the service was above and beyond. Ashton was the bartender and exceeded all expectations. I only wish I lived in one of the homes right off the lake so I could walk here on a daily basis. Wine is significantly better than Franzia!!!

Had a x-mas gathering at Schrams on Fri. Dec.21st, wine & beer was Great!! They ran out of FOOD before 6:30. They advertised a variety of food offerings and ran out. Bar service was, can you say SLOW at best. Lots of disappointments folks!! Not going back.

Wasnt overly impressed. The wines weren't the greatest and you couldnt try the ones that you wanted. You had to pay for the entire bottle without knowing if you liked it. There was plenty of staff on yet they seemed to have no time for their customers. I wont be returning.

My husband, friends and I LOVE this winery. The bocce ball courts just add to the fun that we always have when we visit Schram. If you haven't been to their fall bonfire event, please mark your calendars to attend this year. You won't be disappointed!!

The wines are pretty good and the décor is lovely. I would give this place five stars, but the HUGE inconsistency in the tasting sizes makes this place hard to patronize. My wife consistently received pours that were two to three times larger than mine. I received a scanty ounce while she got two or more ounces. Not cool when playing ten dollars a tasting (5-6 wines depending on if you try the dessert wine).

First time visit, absolutely loved it. Such a beautiful setting, great staff, great drinks, and the music was awesome. Little disappointed with the food truck to be honest, lots of money for a sandwich with little to no meat and chips. Understand you pay for convenience, but ratio of bread to meat shouldn't be off that much. Overall wonderful experience and will most definitely be back.
