First, they were very busy, but I'm not sure why. They seem to be more of a specialty store. The store was not very large and I was unable to find anything that I wanted, or needed. They are in a shopping center with several other stores and there was so much traffic in the parking lot that it was not only difficult to find a parking spot, but hazardous to get in and out. My car was almost hit twice by people not paying attention. I am in busy parking lots every day, but this was the worst I can remember and I will not be back.

Love Trader Joe's! And this one sells alcohol! Only downside is you basically have to go really late or early or be prepared to wait and fight for a parking spot. Inside isn't as busy as you may think from the looks of the amount of cars in the lot.

My Wife and I shop at Trader Joe's a lot. All of TJ's labeled products are at the vet least GMO free and this is important to us. The stores are always clean and orderly. The staff at TJ's are always cheerful and helpful. There are many organic and pastured choices, as well. I can always have a small gratis coffee while I shop. If you like quality with value, Trader Joe's will put a smile on your face and help one stay healthy!

I've come to like Trader Joe's. There is a modest selection, but it makes choosing easier! The one drawback is that they are super crowded all of the time and the aisles are a pain to navigate, but the lines are incredibly efficient at getting you in and out. The customer service is great too.

Came in tonight and bought a few things. One thing in particular was some gummy vitamin C things. The girl helping the cashier sack the stuff asked about the gummies. I said my wife likes them. She has terminal cancer and she takes certain things to help her out. As I was leaving the store the girl was chasing after me yelling mam. I turned and said yes and she said what color do you like purple or white. I said purple then next thing you know she's handing me a small bouquet of purple flowers and says here you go have a nice evening. Totally made my evening and my wife's evening when I gave them to her.

Trader Joe's is my favorite grocery store. They have a completely unique selection of good that is all really good quality with very good prices. You just have to go here to see what it's all about. My husband and I were in Burlington VT for our anniversary and we stopped into Trader Joe's. The employees were beyond delightful and when one of them heard about our anniversary they brought us a bouquet of flowers and gave us a free bag for our groceries. I was beyond moved.... Trader Joe's are fun stores, they offer a variety of items that are unique. Customer service here is friendly and accommodating. If you have a large family like I do however this is not the place for a weeks shopping IMO. There just isn't enough variety of everyday items. To buy meat here you may need to take out a second mortgage. Take the kids in to play "find the lobster" (rumor has it all TJ's has one hidden in store for the little ones to find) browse and maybe buy an item or two that looks appealing and enjoy all the bells ( literally ) and whistles they have as part of their routine.

I love Trader Joes. It is a good place to shop for natural, healthy food items at very affordable prices. Most of what they sell is Trader Joes brand, made by them. They do not carry many "brands". Very friendly people, clean, organized. They double paper bag every time. The bags have handles & are strong paper bags. They also sell flower bunches inexpensively. It is a medium sized store, not large.

Bigger than the average TJ's. Also has beer and wine with lots of choices. Great cheese selection. Staff is excellent and does a great job up keeping up with the huge numbers of people who pass through on a Saturday afternoon. Parking can be a bit of a pain during busy hours, something to keep in mind. Not the closest Trader Joe's to where I live, but I will definitely be going there occasionally, for the beer, wine and cheese, or if I am on that side of town.

Smaller store than others that I've been to. This was the first store that I've been to, that Trader Joe's had not built a new structure, but take over an existing structure. There were several products not stocked and it showed, all too well. Most of the Staff weren't polite, helpful or knowledgeable. I was very disappointed.

I suppose this is more a comment on Trader Joe's in general, but I find the aisles hard to navigate. Even if it's not outrageously crowded, I feel like it's hard to move around the store. When I've been told there are certain items friends/coworkers have purchased from Trader Joe's, I wander around and rarely find the item I'm looking for. Sometimes it's a holiday snack, and sometimes it's a regularly stocked item. The hard part is, I want to like the store, but find that hard to do.

Trader Joe's needs train their employees in more depth about allergy labeling! I was in the South Burlington store today and went to the customer service desk to get allergy information on TJ's organic hummus. I told "Christian" that my grandson is severely allergic to peanuts and tree nuts and I needed to make sure peanuts and tree nuts were not processed in the same facility as the hummus. There was no reference to this on the label. He said, "By law if there were peanuts or tree nuts in the facility it would have to be on the label." I said to him, " That is incorrect. By law it is only required that they be included in the list of ingredients if it is contained in the product. In a facility and on the same line statements are only voluntary." He then said, "If I call the company they always tell me it must be on the label by law." I said, "I am a nurse and also the grandparent of a severely allergic child so I have made it my business to keep up on the latest information." At this point he offered to call the company for my "peace of mind". When he did he was told , " There are no peanuts but there are tree nuts in the facility." I told him that this must be taken very seriously because the consequences for an allergic child could be very serious!

If you're looking for high-quality organic convenience foods, this is a good place to try. But if you prefer whole foods and a decent selection of fresh organic produce, I recommend City Market, instead. Trader Joe's has a hip atmosphere, good prices, and friendly staff. But it always seems to be busy and crowded. Despite this, parking is usually hassle-free. Though I do not enjoy my occasional trips to this store, there are a few irresistible items that I can find nowhere else: jalapeno-cilantro hummus, caramelized onion cheddar from England, and dark chocolate covered orange jelly sticks...

Had a very bad experience at this store Gullino refused to allow me to enter even though it was still before 9. (It turned 9 as I asked for entry) i told him i needed one thing and knew right where it was. I could see several people in the store with atleast two lines busy. I am a regular shopper but felt unsatisfied. As I was pulling into the lot (8:57) I saw him and his friend separate as he quickly shut and locked the door. Please fix this, I enjoy shopping at my trader joes.

My ONLY disappointment is the traffic jam coming in and getting a cart and leaving and returning the cart. If you had one door ENTER and another for EXIT and cart return on north side or something....you'd be perfect.

The staff at this Trader Joe's is unbelievably warm and welcoming every single time. I can't speak highly enough of every single person who works at this location. If you ask for help (or even if you don't) they will go 110% out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

Trader Joe's is a great supermarket and brand. Trader Joe's doesn't include brands that you may be more familiar with at traditional grocery stores. For example, you won't find mega ultra rolls of Charmin here. However, Trader Joe's has it's own self-branded toilet paper that is sustainably sourced and made from recycled paper. In general, I find that the quality of the produce and meat is average to above average. However, where Trader Joe's excels is in its pre-packaged goods. There are many unique items that are fun to explore. It's always fun to explore the aisles and stumble upon food from all over the world that you may not have been previously aware. The pre-made frozen foods are top notch, especially for those with busy work schedules and need something to make in a pinch. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. too. Lastly, the only reason why I gave this location 4/5 stars is because the parking lot is unnecessarily stressful and small. It doesn't matter what day or time I go to this location; each time I visit, the parking lot is always a disaster. This isn't reflective of Trader Joe's as a brand, however, the location is popular, which is reflective of its parking lot.

Today, Mary gave my 2yo daughter extra samples and coffee for me - I mean how can you not have a good day starting that way? Then she happened to ring us up at check out and along with great conversation and valuable (chocolate) tips, hooked my little lady up with lots of stickers to make her day! I have always heard great things about Trader Joe's so I went after work. The problem was that everyone else had that idea as a great Snowapocalypse was forecasted the next day. The parking lot was extremely full and the spots that I could have parked in were marked for moms. Cool idea but not cool for a crowded day at the market and someone struggling with infertility. Again, not Trader Joe's fault. Once I finally got inside, it was every man and woman for himself. Again, not Trader Joe's fault but nonetheless did not add to the experience. There was a decent selection but could not find the Lite Coconut Milk required for a recipe. Could have asked but again it was very busy. The checkout was a mess because it is obviously a bit hipster in nature with little wooden stands, etc, and not designed to withstand the masses. I mean it's not Wal-Mart's. My checker was pleasant and ended the whole experience on a good note at least.

This is a great little store tucked into the Nichols Hills shopping center. The parking lot is usually a little cra-cra because there's so much car and people traffic. But you can usually get in and out quickly to stock up on those must-have Trader's items like dark chocolate almonds.

As I was walking between the eggs and chips section (one of your employee which later on I figured out his name as "Daniel" at the bottom of my receipt the next time I came to visit) I bumped on to him so I said "I'm sorry." My father in law had an amazing wine and told me he got it at TJs. I went to the local one and was offered help finding a wine, I said I knew what I was looking for. My sister kept telling me how much she loves it so I gave it a try. Now I love it. Not a huge variety but what they have is to me better than some of the other grocery store chains. It's a good place to find water from 18 cents up to 27 cents when you forget your own water bottle! Other than that, the produce and meat are not appetizing! My mom bought a chopped steak the other day and after cooking it and eating it, it made both of us sick to our stomachs. We will not be purchasing any kind of meat from this place again! Just been harrassed and humiliated due to my Asian race by Joel the manager of the Assembly Row Trader Joe’s store. He took the side of a ‘white’ male and ‘white’ gf/wife who was laughing at me. He did not hear my side and said ‘my kind’ needs to leave. If he listened then he would know I was shopping prior to getting my 4yr old at the Daycare near by. This ‘white’ man’s gf/wife laughed at me when I was having a conversation with a woman who hit my car in the parking lot and she said it was the wind. This was a private conversation. Then I kindly looked at the rude and noisy ‘white’ woman and said please this is not your business and we are both just shopping here. She continued to laugh and stare at me. Unbelievable when all I wanted to do was shop for my family since we live in charlestown (near navy yard) close by. The ‘white’ male came over to me and said she could not help herself for laughing and asked to see my phone as he thought I took a pic of him. Why...as I was checking the time so I would not be late picking up my son. This whole experience then turned for the worst with Joel (TJ manager) being unkind taking the ‘white’ couples side. Joel your unprofessionalism and discrimination had just lost you and TJ a customer for life. My hubby along with myself are executives who have lived in this area for 16 years. We will tell everyone how horribly we were treated. These unkind acts will come back around to Joel and the noisy, mean spirited couple. Our favorites are the frozen Gorgonzola gnocchi, sweet potato gnocchi, honey butter potato chips and the pre washed kale. Their cheese selection is also on point. Good variety with good prices. I wish they open one close to Edmond soon! I can easily spend over $100 at this store. Staff is super helpful, you can always count on them to check the back to see if they have what you’re looking for. Although the store is small, it is full of goodies from produce to frozen meals, wine, etc. :) my few favorites here are coconut covered cashews x3 :D, frozen orange chicken, frozen Korean bbq, tempura shrimp, butter chicken, and frozen veggies! Do not go there on weekends though, it gets way too busy, carts are bumper to bumper! :(

Trader Joe's is amazing! They have great customer service and are always working around the clock to make sure the products are available. They have different sheets printed out for those with specific diets like Vegan, Vegetarian, or gluten sensitive. Their produce is by far the best I've gotten in Oklahoma, especially against Whole Foods. Honestly, they are simple, clean, and have a great range of options for products!

It's not the businesses fault, but people are really rude in this store. They stare over your shoulder if you don't move as quickly as they want you to. And I've had people reach in front of me to grab stuff. Seriously, every single time I come here somebody is pushing me, reaching in front of my face for a jar of pasta, or glaring at me until I move. I'd like to be able to shop at my own speed.

Everyone was excited to have Trader Joe's come to Burlington - - it is a great store with good deals. It is smaller than many Trader Joe's in bigger suburban/urban centers - but the coffee, organic milk, honey, eggs and produce are great. It is a bit out of the way for some - but I am often over in this area for Barnes and Noble, Small Dog Computers, Healthy Living Market and Cafe and Dakin Farms, and Cheese and Wine Traders - I have always found the staff to be very helpful

Nice enough. I don't know that it lives up to the hype but it's a nice small upscale neighborhood grocery store that's also clearly a chain. Lots of Trader Joe brand items. We love Trader Joe's. There should be more chains that sell chemical free foods. I gave you one star because your freezers have issues with constantly defrosting and re freezing the food you sell. You're going to get someone really sick! This is an ongoing issue and you know it!! Not cool, shame on your managers!!

I love this Trader Joe's! they sell everything I need including wine, beer and liquor. It is located in Assembly Row and it's right off the highway so very convenient if you driving. They have a huge parking lot which is free. It's also very easy to get to from the Orange Line and several buses. It's only a short walk from the T stop. There are also other stores on the same blocks by like T.J. Maxx, Christmas Tree Shop, KMart, and Bed, Bath & Beyond. If you haven't been to Assembly Row you should check it out. It's a great place to hang out.

Typical trader Joe's store. This is seems a bit smaller but it doesn't make a difference in everything they offer. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The prices are a hit high but the products are worth it. I like the small shopping carts which avoid the store feeling more crowded. Their approach to plastic usage is also a good one, paper bags are provided.

The store itself is clean and well stocked. The staff is certainly helpful and friendly. However, I don't think that I will ever go back because of their absolutely poorly engineered, parking lot. Their parking lot is way too tiny for such a large volume of customers that frequent the store and has these crazy, cement barriers everywhere that make negotiating it extremely tight and difficult for all of the soccer moms in their oversized, SUVs. I was nearly hit on foot once as I was approaching the store and twice more in my car as I was attempting to leave.

I live away from Trader Joe's but I have to go there usually once a week. They have a small store that doesn't make you run a mile just to get on the milk/egg section, but they have got everything you need. They have reasonable prices and some very special products. Their staff is the best and apparently they have a no-hassle return policy as well. They don't deliver to your door or have pick up, still, they are strong in the market and that is because we the people are more and more connected with eating clean, delicious and simple. I could list some of my favorites here, but I have got too many to list.

This is a great national chain. It's in house brand of products have their own cult followings. They only carry their in house brand plus occasionally things like Kerrygold butter or a local cheese. Cold ready to eat foods like sandwiches and salads are available. They have a large selection of wine and gourmet items. Little in the way of household goods beyond basic toilet paper, cleaning products, a few personal care items and pet food.

The Frozen food is the best part of any trader Joe's. And it simply is hard to avoid going wrong here.the one area I would caution with is the produce. It always will be a little bit smaller and pricer then other places, and it's not refrigerated so it might be more rope than you typically find.

This was such fun. They have all kinds of groovy healthy foods. (It's not a health food store). They treat their customers so well it's incredible. Every brand new customer gets a welcome bag of their 3 top selling items plus a reusable tote bag. I was astounded. Then we brought the stuff home and tried it. True to their word. It's delicious. We live a ways from there but I'll be going back on my shopping days. Go try then out. You'll love Trader Joe's,too. Tell me how many grocery stores you "enjoy" going to? Walmart, really? I wish I could buy everything there. On my twice monthly grocery trips I plan to go there first then finish up at my other boring grocery stores.
